本发明所提供的可扩充空间的延伸座体,当无需增加承载空间时,便可将该外伸缩座与该内伸缩座收合于该两管座的两侧呈收合的状态,以缩小体积,减少空间的占用。反之,当需增加承载空间时,则可将该外伸缩座与该内伸缩座于该两管座的两侧拉出呈伸张的状态,以大幅增加承载空间供载运物品。且当应用于行李箱时,则可分别于该两管座、该外伸缩座及该内伸缩座的底部设置多个轮子,呈伸张状态时,便可分别藉由底部的轮子的良好支撑而具有较佳的承载稳定性。特别是,本发明的结构较为简单,而制作成本低廉,组装上也非常的简单、方便及快速。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1~3所示,显示本发明所述的可扩充空间的延伸座体包括两管座10、一外伸缩座20、一内伸缩座30、一外定位装置40及一内定位装置50,其中:
该两管座10,呈平行且对称地设置,每一管座10具有位于相对外侧的一外滑孔11及位于相对内侧的一内滑孔12,该外滑孔11与该内滑孔12的相反端面分别各形成开口状,该外滑孔11远离该内滑孔12的一侧的孔壁上间隔设有多个外定位孔13,该内滑孔12接近该外滑孔11的一侧的孔壁上间隔设有多个内定位孔14。
该外伸缩座20,包含中空状的一外横管21及中空状的两外伸缩管22,该两外伸缩管22接设于该外横管21的两端,使整体呈ㄇ字形,该两外伸缩管22与该外横管21的内部相通,且该两外伸缩管22由该两管座10的外滑孔11开口插入,并可在该两外滑孔11中伸缩。
该内伸缩座30,包含中空状的一内横管31及中空状的两内伸缩管32,该两内伸缩管32接设于该内横管31的两端,使整体呈ㄇ字形,该两内伸缩管32与该内横管31的内部相通,且该两内伸缩管32由该 两管座10的内滑孔12的开口插入,并可在该两内滑孔12中伸缩。
该外定位装置40,设于该外伸缩座20之中,且可由该外横管21处控制其嵌入或脱离该两管座10的多个外定位孔13的其中一者,以达到将该两外伸缩管22定位于适当伸缩长度的目的。
该内定位装置50,设于该内伸缩座30之中,且可由该内横管31处控制其嵌入或脱离该两管座10的多个内定位孔14的其中一者,以达到将该两内伸缩管32定位于适当伸缩长度的目的。
在本实施例中,该两管座10分别由两管体并排结合而成,且内侧的管体短于外侧的管体,使一端可形成一空间供容纳该内横管31。当然该两管座10也可利用管体、杆体、片体等结构将其链接成一体或直接一体成型为一体,此仅是上述实施例的简单延伸设计,故不再另加以赘述。
请再配合参阅图3~5所示,指出:
该两外伸缩管22,外侧面靠近末端处分别各设有贯通到内部的一外穿孔23。
该两内伸缩管32,外侧面靠近末端处分别各设有贯通到内部的一内穿孔33。
该外定位装置40,包含一外压钮41、多个外弹簧42、两外枢柱43及两外定位杆44。该外压钮41可活动地设于该外横管21之中。该多个外弹簧42设于该外压钮41与该外横管21之间,可提供弹力使该外压钮41部份凸露出该外横管21的内侧面。该两外枢柱43直立地结合于该两外伸缩管22与该外横管21的交接处内部。该两外定位杆44分别对称地设于该两外伸缩管22内,每一外定位杆44包含有一外勾段440、一外延伸段441及一外枢环442,该外勾段440的一端具有一外勾部443可供穿设于外穿孔23及相对应的该外定位孔13之中以产生定位的作用,该外延伸段441由该外勾段440的另一端延伸到该外横管21之中,且端部与该外压钮41可略为活动地连结。该外枢环442结合在该外勾段440与该外延伸段441的交接处,且可转动地套设于该外枢柱43上。当将该外压钮41压入该外横管21时会连动该两外定位杆44分别以该外枢柱43为轴心摆动,以使该外勾部443脱离相对 应的该外定位孔13,进而使该两外伸缩管22能于该两外滑孔11中伸缩;当伸缩至预定长度时,放开该外压钮41,则该多个外弹簧42会使该外压钮41弹回原位,同时会连动该两外定位杆44分别以该外枢柱43为轴心摆动,以使该外勾部443插入相对应的该外定位孔13,以达到伸缩定位的目的。
该内定位装置50,包含一内压钮51、多个内弹簧52、两内枢柱53及两内定位杆54。该内压钮51可活动地设于该内横管31之中。该多个内弹簧52设于该内压钮51与该内横管31之间,可提供弹力使该内压钮51部份凸露出该内横管31的内侧面。该两内枢柱53直立地结合于该两内伸缩管32与该内横管31的交接处内部。该两内定位杆54分别对称地设于该两内伸缩管32内,每一内定位杆54包含有一内勾段540、一内延伸段541及一内枢环542,该内勾段540的一端具有一内勾部543可供穿设于内穿孔33及相对应的该内定位孔14之中以产生定位的作用,该内延伸段541由该内勾段540的另一端延伸到该内横管31之中,且端部与该内压钮51可略为活动地连结。该内枢环542结合在该内勾段540与该内延伸段541的交接处,且可转动地套设于该内枢柱53上。当将该内压钮51压入该内横管31时会连动该两内定位杆54分别以该内枢柱53为轴心摆动,以使该内勾部543脱离相对应的该内定位孔14,进而使该两内伸缩管32能于该两内滑孔12中伸缩;当伸缩至预定长度时,放开该内压钮51,则该多个内弹簧52会使该内压钮51弹回原位,同时会连动该两内定位杆54分别以该内枢柱53为轴心摆动,以使该内勾部543插入相对应的该内定位孔14,以达到伸缩定位的目的。
如此,当无需增加承载空间时,便可将该外伸缩座20与该内伸缩座30收合于该两管座10的两侧呈收合状态,以缩小体积,减少空间的占用(如图4、5所示)。当需增加承载空间时,便可将该外伸缩座20与该内伸缩座30于该两管座10的两侧拉出呈伸张状态,以使可增加承载空间供载运物品(如图2、3所示)。
请参阅图6、7所示,为本发明应用于一行李箱60的实施例。其中指出,可将该两管座10结合固定在该行李箱60的底部,然后于该 两管座10、该外伸缩座20及该内伸缩座30的底部设置多个轮子61。当无需额外增加承载空间时,便可将该外伸缩座20与该内伸缩座30收合于该两管座10的两侧呈收合状态,以缩小体积减少空间的占用,并作为一般行李箱使用。当需额外增加承载空间时,便可将该外伸缩座20与该内伸缩座30于该两管座10的两侧拉出呈伸张状态,以使可增加承载空间供载运物品。而且,该两管座10可依不同需要而以不同方向结合在该行李箱60的底部,以使外伸缩座20及该内伸缩座30可朝前、后伸缩(如图6所示),或是朝两侧伸缩(如图7所示)。
请参阅图8、9所示,为本发明应用于一推车70的实施例。其中指出,可将该两管座10结合固定在该推车70的附加电路板71上。当无需额外增加承载空间时,便可将该外伸缩座20与该内伸缩座30收合于该两管座10的两侧呈收合状态,以缩小体积减少空间的占用,并作为一般推车使用。当需额外增加承载空间时,便可将该外伸缩座20与该内伸缩座30于该两管座10的两侧拉出呈伸张状态,以使可增加承载空间供载运物品。而且,该两管座10可依不同需要而以不同方向结合在该推车70的附加电路板71上,以使外伸缩座20及该内伸缩座30可朝前、后伸缩(如图8所示),或是朝两侧伸缩(如图9所示)。
本发明所提供的可扩充空间的延伸座体,当无需增加承载空间时,便可将该外伸缩座20与该内伸缩座30收合于该两管座10的两侧呈收合状态,以缩小体积,减少空间的占用。反之,当需增加承载空间时,则可将该外伸缩座20与该内伸缩座30于该两管座10的两侧拉出呈伸张状态,以大幅增加承载空间供载运物品。且当应用于行李箱60时,则可分别于该两管座10、该外伸缩座20及该内伸缩座30的底部设置多个轮子61,使其于伸张状态时,可分别藉由底部的轮子61的良好支撑而具有较佳的承载稳定性。特别是,本发明的结构较为简单,而制作成本低廉,组装上也非常的简单、方便及快速。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围 之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可扩充空间的延伸座体,其特征在于,包括:
    两管座,呈平行且对称地设置,每一所述管座具有位于相对外侧的一外滑孔及位于相对内侧的一内滑孔,所述外滑孔与所述内滑孔的相反端面分别各形成开口状;
    一外伸缩座,包含一外横管及接设于所述外横管两端的两外伸缩管,使整体呈ㄇ字形,两所述外伸缩管由两所述外滑孔的开口插入且可于两所述外滑孔中伸缩;
    一内伸缩座,包含一内横管及接设于所述内横管两端的两内伸缩管,使整体呈ㄇ字形,两所述内伸缩管由两所述内滑孔的开口插入且可于两所述内滑孔中伸缩;
    一外定位装置,设于所述外伸缩座之中,且可由所述外横管处驱动以控制两所述外伸缩管的伸缩长度;以及
    一内定位装置,设于所述内伸缩座之中,且可由所述内横管处驱动以控制两所述内伸缩管的伸缩长度。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可扩充空间的延伸座体,其特征在于,
    两所述管座,于两所述外滑孔的一侧孔壁上间隔设有多个外定位孔,于两所述内滑孔的一侧孔壁上间隔设有多个内定位孔;
    所述外伸缩座,于两所述外伸缩管的外侧面分别各设有贯通到内部的一外穿孔;
    所述内伸缩座,于所述两内伸缩管的外侧面分别各设有贯通到内部的一内穿孔;
    所述外定位装置,包含一外压钮、多个外弹簧及两外定位杆,所述外压钮能够活动地设于所述外横管之中,多个所述外弹簧设于所述外压钮与所述外横管之间,提供弹力使所述外压钮部份凸露出所述外横管的内侧面,两所述外定位杆分别对称且可摆动地设于两所述外伸缩管内,每一外定位杆包含有一外勾段及一外延伸段,所述外勾段的一端具有一外勾部供穿设于外穿孔及相对应的所述外定位孔之中以产生定位的作用,所述外延伸段由所述外勾段的另一端延伸到所述外横管之中,且端部与所述外压钮活动地连接,当将所述外压钮压入所述外横管时会连动两所述外定位杆摆动,以使所 述外勾部脱离相对应的所述外定位孔,进而使两所述外伸缩管能于两所述外滑孔中伸缩,当放开所述外压钮,则多个所述外弹簧会使所述外压钮弹回原位,同时会连动两所述外定位杆所述摆动,以使所述外勾部插入相对应的所述外定位孔,以达到伸缩定位的目的;
    所述内定位装置,包含一内压钮、多个内弹簧及两内定位杆,所述内压钮活动地设于所述内横管之中,多个所述内弹簧设于所述内压钮与所述内横管之间,提供弹力使所述内压钮部分凸露出所述内横管的内侧面,所述两内定位杆分别对称且可摆动地设于两所述内伸缩管内,每一内定位杆包含有一内勾段及一内延伸段,所述内勾段的一端具有一内勾部供穿设于内穿孔及相对应的所述内定位孔之中以产生定位的作用,所述内延伸段由所述内勾段的另一端延伸到所述内横管之中,且端部与所述内压钮可活动地连接,当将所述内压钮压入所述内横管时会连动两所述内定位杆摆动,以使所述内勾部脱离相对应的所述内定位孔,进而使两所述内伸缩管能于两所述内滑孔中伸缩,当放开所述内压钮,则多个所述内弹簧会使所述内压钮弹回原位,同时会连动两所述内定位杆摆动,以使所述内勾部插入相对应的所述内定位孔,以达到伸缩定位的目的。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可扩充空间的延伸座体,其特征在于,所述外定位装置包含有两外枢柱,两所述外定位杆分别各包含有一外枢环,所述内定位装置包含有两内枢柱,两所述内定位杆分别各包含有一内枢环,两所述外枢柱直立地结合于两所述外伸缩管与所述外横管的交接处内部,所述两外枢环分别结合在两外定位杆的所述外勾段与所述外延伸段的交接处,且可转动地套设于所述外枢柱上,使两所述外定位杆可藉其而以两所述外枢柱为轴心摆动,两所述内枢柱直立地结合于两所述内伸缩管与所述内横管的交接处内部,两所述内枢环分别结合在两所述内定位杆的所述内勾段与所述内延伸段的交接处,且可转动地套设于所述内枢柱上,使两所述内定位杆可藉其而以两所述内枢柱为轴心摆动。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的可扩充空间的延伸座体,其特征在于,两所述管座分别由两管体并排结合而成,且内侧的所述管体短于外 侧的所述管体,使一端形成一空间供容纳所述内横管。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的可扩充空间的延伸座体,其特征在于,两所述管座结合固定在一行李箱的底部,且于两所述管座、所述外伸缩座及所述内伸缩座的底部设置多个轮子。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的可扩充空间的延伸座体,其特征在于,所述外伸缩座及所述内伸缩座分别朝所述行李箱的前、后侧伸缩。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的可扩充空间的延伸座体,其特征在于,所述外伸缩座及所述内伸缩座分别朝所述行李箱的左、右侧伸缩。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的可扩充空间的延伸座体,其特征在于,两所述管座结合固定在一推车的附加电路板上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的可扩充空间的延伸座体,其特征在于,所述外伸缩座及所述内伸缩座分别朝所述推车的前、后侧伸缩。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的可扩充空间的延伸座体,其特征在于,所述外伸缩座及所述内伸缩座分别朝所述推车的左、右侧伸缩。
