本发明涉及通讯技术领域,尤其涉及一种车辆监管的方法及装置。
背景技术
虽然当今社会的治安相比之前越来越来好,但是偷盗事件还是屡见不鲜,其中,自行车、电动车、摩托车的被盗事件尤为猖獗。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于解决现有技术中车辆容易被盗的的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明一种车辆监管的方法,所述车辆监管的方法包括:
接收用户远程发送的监测指令,根据所述监测指令实时监测车辆周围是否有人,以及车辆是否发生移动;
当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,则开启视频监控功能,实时录制车辆所在区域的视频信息,实时将所录制的视频信息传输至用户侧终端,以使用户及时知晓车辆所处状态;
以及当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,则开启GPS定位功能,实时获取车辆所在位置信息;
实时将车辆位置信息传输至用户侧终端,以使用户及时知晓车辆所处位置。
此外,为实现上述目的,本发明还提供一种车辆监管的装置,所述车辆监管的装置包括:
监测模块,用于接收用户远程发送的监测指令,根据所述监测指令实时监测车辆周围是否有人,以及车辆是否发生移动;

本实施例采用现有的常规技术监测车辆周围是否有人,在此不再对其展开描述。
步骤S20:当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,则开启视频监控功能,实时录制车辆所在区域的视频信息,实时将所录制的视频信息传输至用户侧终端,以使用户及时知晓车辆所处状态。
步骤S30:以及当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,则开启GPS定位功能,实时获取车辆所在位置信息。
步骤S40:实时将车辆位置信息传输至用户侧终端,以使用户及时知晓车辆所处位置。
上述实施例所提供的车辆监管的方法,通过接收用户远程发送的监测指令,根据所述监测指令实时监测车辆周围是否有人,以及车辆是否发生移动;当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,则开启视频监控功能,实时录制车辆所在区域的视频信息,实时将所录制的视频信息传输至用户侧终端,以使用户及时知晓车辆所处状态;以及当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,则开启GPS定位功能,实时获取车辆所在位置信息;实时将车辆位置信息传输至用户侧终端,以使用户及时知晓车辆所处位置的方式,用户能够及时知晓车辆所处状态和所处位置,能够及时找回车辆,从而能够降低车辆被盗的几率。
本发明进一步提供一种车辆监管的装置,上述车辆监管的方法通过所述车辆监管的装置实现。请参照图2,图2为本发明的车辆监管的装置一实施例的功能模块示意图。在本实施例中,所述车辆监管的装置100包括:监测模块110、视频监控模块120、GPS定位模块130。其中,所述监测模块110,用于接收用户远程发送的监测指令,根据所述监测指令实时监测车辆周围是否有人,以及车辆是否发生移动。所述视频监控模块120,用于当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,则开启视频监控功能,实时录制车辆所在区域的视频信息,实时将所录制的视频信息传输至用户侧终端,以使用户及时知晓车辆所处状态。所述GPS定位模块130,用于当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,则开启GPS定位功能,实时获取车辆所在位置信息;实时将车辆位置信息传输至用户侧终端,以使用户及时知晓车辆所处位置。
上述实施例中所述监测模块110,具体还用于通过振动传感器监测车辆移动量,依据所述移动量产生对应的电压或电量;当所述振动传感器产生的电压或电量达到预设值时,判定所述车辆发生移动。本实施例采用现有的常规技术监测车辆周围是否有人,在此不再对其展开描述。

    接收用户远程发送的监测指令,根据所述监测指令实时监测车辆周围是否有人,以及车辆是否发生移动;
    当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,则开启视频监控功能,实时录制车辆所在区域的视频信息,实时将所录制的视频信息传输至用户侧终端,以使用户及时知晓车辆所处状态;
    以及当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,则开启GPS定位功能,实时获取车辆所在位置信息;
    实时将车辆位置信息传输至用户侧终端,以使用户及时知晓车辆所处位置。
  2. 一种车辆监管的装置,其特征在于,所述车辆监管的装置包括:
    监测模块,用于接收用户远程发送的监测指令,根据所述监测指令实时监测车辆周围是否有人,以及车辆是否发生移动;
    视频监控模块,用于当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,则开启视频监控功能,实时录制车辆所在区域的视频信息,实时将所录制的视频信息传输至用户侧终端,以使用户及时知晓车辆所处状态;
    GPS定位模块,用于当监测到车辆周围有人,且车辆发生移动,则开启GPS定位功能,实时获取车辆所在位置信息;实时将车辆位置信息传输至用户侧终端,以使用户及时知晓车辆所处位置。
