本发明涉及一种安全型留置针针管穿刺组件,特别是一种拉绳限位式安全型留置穿刺组件。
背景技术
现有技术中的安全型留置针针管穿刺组件通常由连接件、针尖止出构件、针尖遮蔽件、操作手柄、针管6和针座7组成。针尖遮蔽件用于遮蔽撤针后的针管,保护其不外露,以防止刺伤或污染环境。撤针过程中,针座需要相对针尖遮蔽件伸缩滑动并通过卡扣装置实现伸缩到位后的限位,针尖遮蔽件以及针座也需要完成与针管座的脱离连接。现有技术中,限位和脱离连接的构造分别设置,结构较复杂,而且卡扣装置也时有误动作脱扣的现象发生。
发明构成
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,而提供一种结构较简单,限位较牢靠有效的一种拉绳限位式安全型留置穿刺组件。
本发明的目的是通过以下途径来实现的。
一种拉绳限位式安全型留置穿刺组件,包括针尖止出构件、针尖遮蔽件、操作手柄、针管和针座,针尖遮蔽件与导管座以可挣脱方式连接,撤针后,针尖遮蔽件与导管座脱离,其结构要点在于:还包括一种含有拉绳的拉绳限位装置,拉绳一端与针座连接,另一端与针尖遮蔽件连接,拉绳塞设于手柄内腔与针尖遮蔽件之间的柱环形空腔,拉绳的伸展长度大于针尖后退至针尖止出构件后端的行程。
当留置针穿刺置管成功后,往后拉动操作手柄移动,带动针管逐渐撤出导管组件,遮蔽件也逐渐滑出操作手柄内腔,拉绳也逐渐展开,当拉绳随手柄后移而拉直时,操作手柄再后移,带动拉绳拉动遮蔽件,针尖遮蔽件件与导管座分离,操作完成,这样由于拉绳限制,将针管针尖限制在遮蔽件内而不外露,而针管要往前窜受到遮蔽件内针尖止出构件阻挡而不会穿出连接件,达到防针刺伤目的。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下途径来实现。
拉绳限位机构还包括两个绳端固接件,拉绳两端分别固接于绳端固接件胶接孔及槽中,绳端固接件分别背对背卡入针尖遮蔽件的尾端和针座的头端并胶接。
绳端固接件是一柱体件,在柱体件一端开设一大型U型槽,U型槽腔与针尖遮蔽件 的尾端和针座的前端卡插固接,如此柱体件有了一插入端和底端,柱体件底端,亦即另一端开设一小长型U型槽,用于柱体件与针尖遮蔽件的尾端和针座凸台的前端卡插固接装配时,避开针管,与柱体件轴线平行一定距离处设置一拉绳端固接孔,固接孔由底端面贯穿至大型U型槽底面,并在固接孔两端分别设置一矩形或圆弧形的第一绳槽和第二绳槽,一端槽端口与固接孔联通,另一端穿出柱体外壁,第一绳槽用于拉绳胶固接时折别绳头,第二绳槽用于装配时绳头固接件背靠背时收纳拉绳。
第一绳槽用于拉绳胶固接时折别绳头,使得固接更加牢固可靠,第二绳槽用于装配时绳头固接件背靠背时收纳拉绳,使得两者能紧密贴合,以免影响针管与导管间的莱距离。
针座由盖状外壳和植针圆凸台构成,植针圆凸台中间孔腔由植针孔和点胶穴构成。
针尖遮蔽件通过一种连接件与导管座连接,连接件与导管座以可挣脱方式连接。
所说的可挣脱方式连接或者是卡扣连接或者是点胶连接。

留置针装配:

留置针使用操作:
当留置针穿刺置管成功后,往后拉动操作手柄移动,带动针管逐渐撤出导管组件,连接件与遮蔽件也逐渐滑出操作手柄内腔,拉绳也逐渐展开,当拉绳随手柄后移而拉直时,操作手柄再后移,带动拉绳拉动遮蔽件与连接件组合体,连接件与导管座分离,操作完成,这样由于拉绳限制,将针管针尖限制在遮蔽件内而不外露,而针管要往前窜受到连接件与遮蔽件内针尖止出构件阻挡而不会穿出连接件,达到防针刺伤目的。
