Furthermore, uniform heating of the roller is ensured and therefore hot drawing performance of yarn is increased. In addition, need of oily heating, in order to ensure uniform heating, is eliminated and therefore, cleaning issues are solved.   • the apparatus comprises at least one roller (1 ), which is in the form of a hollow cylinder which is provided such that it is able to rotate around an axis (this axis is preferably passing through the center of the roller), and which comprises at least one body (2) made from heat conducting material, preferably metal, at least one first opening on at least one side and at least one second opening on at least one other side; at least one heating member (3) which is provided in the roller (1 ) by passing through the first opening, preferably with a distance to the inside surface of the roller (1 ) and which preferably has a length such that when the heating member (3) is reached the maximum temperature, the elongation of the heating member (3) due to the temperature rise should not cause the heating member (3) to touch the roller (1 ) from inside; at least one movement element (such as motor) (not shown in the figure)

  • the heating member (3) is placed in the body (2) of the roller (1 ) by passing through the casing (1 1 ), the hole of the transmission element (7) and the first opening of the roller (1 ). Therefore, also the holding element (14) is placed in the casing (1 1 ) and fixed to the support block (12) by means of a connection element such as screw, bolt etc.. Since the transmission element (7) is in connection with the roller (1 ) from one side and with the casing (1 1 ) from the other side, by rotating of the transmission element (7) around an axis (preferably coinciding to the rotation axis of the roller (1 )) by means of the movement element, the casing (1 1 ) and the roller (1 ) also start to rotate.

Thanks to the hot drawing apparatus of the present invention, rotation of the roller (1 ) by keeping the heating member (3) stationary is ensured and therefore, vibrating of the heating member (3) due to rotation is able to be eliminated. Therefore, maintenance costs decrease and long lasting hot drawing apparatus is obtained.
  • the apparatus further comprises at least one insulation member provided between the heating member (3) and the holding element (14), preventing the heat transmission from heating member (3) to the transmission element (7) and holding element (14). Therefore heat of the heating member (3) does not pass to the movement element through transmission element (7) and a possible decrease of the operating performance of the movement element due to the heating member (3) is able to be prevented.

  • the apparatus preferably comprises a dark coating which is provided inside surface of the body (2) of the roller (1 ) and which is in the frequency range of the radiated heat from the heating member (3). Therefore, absorbing amount of the heat radiation of the heating member (3) from the roller (1 ) is increased and much more uniform heating of the roller (1 ) is able to be ensured.

  • the heating member (3) is protected from the vibration occurs due to rotation of the roller (1 ). Therefore, the lifetime of the heating member is increased and maintenance costs are decreased. Furthermore, uniform heating of the roller (1 ) is ensured and therefore hot drawing performance of yarn is increased. In addition, need of oily heating, in order to ensure uniform heating, is eliminated and therefore, cleaning issues are solved. Therefore a cost effective and long lasting hot drawing apparatus is obtained.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil d'étirage à chaud destiné à être utilisé dans les procédés de production de fil. L'appareil comprend un rouleau (1) sous la forme d'un cylindre creux, qui comprend une première ouverture sur un côté et une seconde ouverture sur un autre côté; un organe chauffant (3) disposé dans le rouleau (1) en passant par la première ouverture; un élément de mouvement assurant la rotation du rouleau (1); un élément de transmission (7) en liaison avec le rouleau (1) d'un côté et transmettant le mouvement de l'élément de mouvement au rouleau (1); au moins un bloc de support (12) comprenant une chambre (12b) à l'intérieur et une saillie (12a) sur un côté; un élément de maintien (14) relié à l'organe chauffant (3) d'un côté et à la saillie (12a) d'un autre côté, empêchant le mouvement de l'organe chauffant (3) et comprenant un canal (13); un corps (11) disposé dans la chambre (12b) en liaison avec l'élément de transmission (7), dans lequel l'élément de maintien (14) est disposé, et un palier (10) disposé entre le bloc de support (12) et le corps (11).
