Abstract

The invention provides a skeletal string costume. This string costume helps in providing a solution to overcome the limitations of online shopping particularly of clothes and footwear. Plurality of strings are used to be put on various parts of body with each string having a motor to adjust the grip of the string based on set of commands received from a station having set of data base pertaining to the possible sizes of the various parts of a human body. Once the match occurs with the actual data of the body parts wearing the strings the set of data may be stored as a library and used to correctly select a product from on line vendor.

Description

SKELETAL STRING COSTUME
FIELD OF INVENTION The present invention provides a skeletal string costume
Particularly the invention provides a solution to overcome the limitations of online shopping
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
The technology advancement of the recent years has added lot of comforts to people 70 particularly with the creation of e commerce and on line shopping. The online shopping though has advantages of purchase of goods from anywhere, yet this is not always fool proof with delivery of goods not being as per specifications desired by the shopper. This particularly may happen when shopping is for clothing and foot wear.
_¾r OBJECTIVES
Principal objective of the present invention is to provide a skeletal string costume Another objective of the invention is to provide a solution to overcome the limitations of online shopping.
Still another object of the invention is to provide accurate determination of size of 20 physical body aspect and communicate to the vendor for accurately sorting of the desired product.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Fig 1 shows an embodiment of a typical skeletal string costume with attached motors the said motors capable of adjusting the strings by means of signal commands form a computing device
Fig 2 shows an embodiment of the invention showing the aspect of correct estimation of a size of footwear.
Fig 3 shows an exemplary embodiment of application of the string structure (30) is a J0 shoe. (31 ) is string for measurement. (32) is a set of small strings. (33) spindle for wind/unwind motion of motor SUMMARY OF INVENTION
According to the main aspect of the invention there is provided a skeletal string costume comprising plurality of strings characterized in that , strings (1 ) and (2) fitting onto the right and left shoulders respectively, string (3) fits onto the neck, string ^ (4) fits onto the chest and string (5) fits onto the stomach and string (6) fits onto the abdomen, strings (7) and( 8) fit onto the left and right thighs, strings (9 ) and (10) fit onto the knees, strings (1 1 ) and (12) fit onto the calf muscles, string (13) and (14) fit onto the ankles, strings (16) fit onto the biceps, strings (17) and (18) are for the elbows and (19) and (20) fit onto the arm and strings (21 ) and (22) fit onto the wrist, motors (15) are attached to these individual strings, the said motors are capable of altering the grips of the strings with command received from the base station (101 ) via an interface (103) connected to station (101 ), the said command is received by motors by wired or wireless means (104). ίτ According to an embodiment of the invention wherein the strings are of flexible strong material, phosphor bronze
According to another embodiment of the invention wherein the motors are low power motors fitted with RF sensors 0 DETAILED DESCRIPTION
A skeletal string costume as shown in figure 1 is created out of strings and these strings fit into key body aspects as shown in the figure. Each of the strings in the figurel have a micro or mini motor attached to them. In figure 1 String 1 and string 2 fit onto the right and left shoulders, string 3 fits onto the neck, string 4 fits onto the chest and string 5 fits onto the stomach and string 6 fits onto the abdomen, string 7and 8 fit onto the thighs, string 9 and 10 fit onto the knees, string 1 1 and 12 fit onto the calf muscles, string 13 and 14 fit onto the ankles, string 15 and 16 fit onto the biceps, strings 17 and 18 for the elbows and 19 and 20 fit onto the arm and strings21 and 22 fit onto the wrist. The micro or mini individual motors attached to these0 individual strings either tighten or loosen the strings based on the command received from the base station/electronic board connected the CPU as shown in figure 1 . When the buyer looks up at the tag information of the fashion merchandise, the software application brings up the size related pre stored information from the database and these information/data's, through an electronic board as shown in figure 1 , at the vendors site, is transmitted wired/wirelessly to the motors in the skeletal string costume. Based on the size related command/data/information these ^ motors either constrain or loosen the strings, there is a built-in safety to stop these motors when these strings get too tight. This skeletal string needs to be worn by the buyer when he or she is selecting a dress/fashion material from a portal to purchase it. Tightening or loosening of these strings help the buyer to understand the right fitment or size. This helps the customer buy the right fitting dress/fashion material.0 The second use case is that when the motors constrain the strings as per the body aspects the string length of each string and is stored in individual buyer's database. This database can be used to search the closest matching dress materiel from the online shopping portal
A third use case can be that each of the string can be used separately/individually toίτ measure size of that particular body aspect, for example a customer may be concerned only about the waist size, in such a case he can use the waist string alone and match with respective dress material on the web portal.
In a different embodiment of the invention the string stricture may be applied to generate data as per contour of shoe for a person. In the embodiment as shown in0 Fig 2. The customer can slip his feet into it. Based on the selected shoe on the portal, the micro motors on the skeletal shoe structure will be constrained.
Figure 3 shows a preferred embodiment of application of string mechanism for a shoe. (30) is a shoe. (31 ) is string for measurement. (32) is a set of small strings. (33) spindle for wind/unwind motion of motor. (32) is the main string for measuring the size of the feet part of the wearer. This has plurality of small strings (32) attached to (31 ). A motor (32) works to wind or unwind (31 ) for getting the exact fit. The actual size will be largest size to start with. The transmitted values to the motors will constrain the long string to the actual size by actually rotating and the longer strings rolls into the spindle and settles to the actual size Once the exact fit is determined0 the data is transmitted as shown in Fig 1 This will enable ease of online shopping of shoes
