本发明的单边旋转式弧形锁的操作方法如下:如图11所示,上锁时,按下第二旋钮22,使得卡头211穿过凹槽112,旋转第二旋钮22,使得卡头211与凹槽112交错设置,再旋转把手24,使得把手24相对固定座23向外移动,直至把手24与第二旋钮22相抵触,以拉紧调节杆21,进而锁定弧度调节器11;如图10所示,解锁时,反方向旋转把手24,使得把手24相对固定座23向内移动,直至把手24与第二旋钮22相分离,以松开调节杆21,按下并旋转第二旋钮22,使得卡头211与凹槽112平行设置,松开第二旋钮22,使得第二旋钮22在弹簧25的作用力下向外移动,卡头211从凹槽112内脱出,进而解锁弧度调节器11。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种单边旋转式弧形锁,其特征在于,包括设置在第一壳体上的调节机构以及设置在第二壳体上的拉紧机构,所述调节机构包括与所述第一壳体转动连接的弧度调节器,所述弧度调节器沿其周向设置有多个用于调节所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体之间角度的凸起,所述凸起上设置有凹槽,所述拉紧机构包括与所述凹槽相配合用于锁定所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体的调节杆。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的单边旋转式弧形锁,其特征在于,所述凸起的数量为九个,九个所述凸起沿所述弧度调节器的周向均匀设置,九个所述凸起的径向长度沿所述弧度调节器的周向逐渐增加。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的单边旋转式弧形锁,其特征在于,所述弧度调节器通过旋转轴与所述第一壳体转动连接,所述旋转轴在所述弧度调节器的上下两端均套设有轴承。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的单边旋转式弧形锁,其特征在于,所述第一壳体设置有用于安装所述弧度调节器的容纳槽,所述容纳槽的上部设置有盖板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的单边旋转式弧形锁,其特征在于,所述旋转轴在所述盖板的上部设置有用于调节所述弧度调节器旋转角度的第一旋钮以及用于固定所述第一旋钮的螺母。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的单边旋转式弧形锁,其特征在于,所述调节杆的一端设置有卡头,所述调节杆的另一端设置有第二旋钮;上锁时,按下所述第二旋钮,使得所述卡头穿过所述凹槽,旋转所述第二旋钮,使得所述卡头与所述凹槽交错设置,以锁定所述弧度调节器;解锁时,旋转所述第二旋钮,使得所述卡头与所述凹槽平行设置,所述第二旋钮向外移动,使得所述卡头从所述凹槽内脱出,以解锁所述弧度调节器。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的单边旋转式弧形锁,其特征在于,所述拉紧机构 还包括与所述第二壳体固定连接的固定座以及与所述固定座螺纹连接的把手;上锁时,旋转所述把手,使得所述把手相对所述固定座向外移动,直至所述把手与所述第二旋钮相抵触,以拉紧所述调节杆,进而锁定所述弧度调节器;解锁时,反方向旋转所述把手,使得所述把手相对所述固定座向内移动,直至所述把手与所述第二旋钮相分离,以松开所述调节杆,进而解锁所述弧度调节器。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的单边旋转式弧形锁,其特征在于,所述调节杆上套设有弹簧,所述弹簧的两端分别与所述第二旋钮和所述把手相抵触。
