台灯是日常生活中常用到的一种照明电器,主要放置在书桌、办公桌上。但是现有的台灯存在以下不足:(1)现有台灯主要都是通过按键开关来实现的点亮或熄灭,用户体验不佳;此外,还有少数台灯设置有触摸屏来进行台灯的控制,但是只有在触摸屏上进行操作才能实现台灯的开关,使用体验较差;(2)现有大多数台灯的亮度都是固定的,无法根据实际需要进行亮度调节;虽然现在出现了一些支持亮度调节的台灯,但是这些台灯亮度的调节是设置多个档位按键,每个档位按键对于一个亮度等级,亮度划分的等级越多则需要越多的档位按键,增加了台灯结构的复杂度,且按键操作的用户体验不佳。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种多功能台灯,通过转动旋转壳体实现台灯的亮度调节,通过接近或触摸支撑座表面的感应面实现台灯的点亮或熄灭。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种多功能台灯,包括支撑座和安装于所述支撑座上的灯头;
所述支撑座包括:感应组件,用于感应物体接近或触摸;
所述灯头包括:支撑机构,安装在所述支撑座上;
旋转壳体,转动安装在所述支撑机构上,转动旋转壳体时,支撑机构在径向上静止固定,旋转壳体与支撑机构之间产生径向相对位移,所述旋转壳体上安装有转动检测辅助部件;
转动检测部件,安装在所述支撑机构上,转动旋转壳体时,转动检测部件与转动检测辅助部件配合获取所述旋转壳体的转动信息;
照明组件,安装在所述支撑机构上;
主电路板,与所述感应组件配合构成电容接近开关,并根据电容接近开关输出的信号控制照明组件的点亮或熄灭;接收所述旋转壳体的转动信息,并根据所述转动信息输出控制信号至照明组件调节照明亮度。
优选的,所述转动检测辅助部件包括多个磁铁,所述多个磁铁安装在旋转壳体的径向上,相邻磁铁的N磁极和S磁极排布方式相反;
所述转动检测部件为霍尔传感器,转动旋转壳体时,磁铁与霍尔元件之间产生相对位移,使得霍尔传感器检测到磁铁的磁力线变化,获取所述旋转壳体的转动信息。
优选的,所述支撑座还包括第一转动机构、支撑杆组件、第二转动机构和底座,所述第一转动机构的顶部安装在支撑机构上,所述第一转动机构的底部安装在支撑杆组件的顶部,支撑杆组件的底部安装在第二转动机构的顶部,第二转动机构的底部安装在底座上。
优选的,所述主电路板上设有MCU、照明组件驱动电路和第一检测电路,所述照明组件驱动电路与所述照明组件电连接,所述第一检测电路与所述感应组件配合构成电容接近开关,所述MCU根据所述第一检测电路的输出信号控制照明组件驱动电路的通断。
所述灯头还包括效果光组件、用于感应物体接近或接触的背盖面板,所述主电路板上还设有效果光组件驱动电路和第二检测电路,所述效果光组件驱动电路与所述效果光组件电连接,所述第二检测电路与所述背盖面板配合构成电容接近开关,所述MCU根据所述第二检测电路的输出信号控制效果光组件驱动电路的通断。
优选的,所述支撑杆组件包括支撑杆、用于感应物体接近或接触的支撑杆外套,所述支撑杆外套套装在所述支撑杆外侧,所述支撑杆外套与所述第一检测电路配合构成电容接近开关,所述支撑杆的顶部安装在第一转动机构上,所述支撑杆的底部安装在第二转动机构上。
优选的,所述底座包括用于感应物体接近或接触的底座上外壳和底座下外壳,所述底座上外壳与所述第一检测电路配合构成电容接近开关,所述底座上外壳安装在底座下外壳的顶部。
优选的,所述灯头还包括用于关闭或开启感应功能的微动开关,所述微动开关与所述MCU信号连接

优选的,所述照明组件包括主灯板,主灯板与主电路板电连接,主灯板上设有多组LED灯,当主电路板控制主灯板点亮时,各组LED灯依次点亮;当主电路板控制主灯板熄灭时,各组LED灯依次熄灭。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)旋转壳体在转动时,霍尔传感器通过检测旋转壳体上磁铁的磁力线获取旋转壳体的转动信息,照明组件根据该转动信息调节照明亮度,从而实现了台灯的亮度调节;
(2)感应组件和第一检测电路构成电容接近开关,在物体接近或触摸时第一检测电路输出信号至MCU,MCU根据该信号控制台灯的点亮或熄灭;
(3)灯头和支撑组件之间设置有第一转动机构,使得灯头可以相对于支撑组件转动,从而实现台灯照明角度的调节;由于支撑组件和底座之间设有第二转动机构,使得支撑组件可以相对于底座转动,从而调节支撑组件的倾角,进而实现台灯照明区域的调节;
(4)第一转动机构和第二转动机构使得台灯整体外观及活动可视为360度全向对称结构,从任何角度都可以实现同样的视觉外观及结构偏差;
(5)背盖面板和第二检测电路构成电容接近开关,在物体接近或触摸背盖面板时输出信号至MCU,MCU根据该信号控制效果光灯板的点亮或熄灭,控制方式新颖、方便。

下面结合附图进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
该实施例描述了一种多功能台灯,包括支撑座和安装于所述支撑座上的灯头1。
所述灯头1包括:支撑机构,安装在所述支撑座上;
旋转壳体,转动安装在所述支撑机构上,转动旋转壳体时,支撑机构在径向上静止固定,旋转壳体与支撑机构之间产生径向相对位移,所述旋转壳体上安装有转动检测辅助部件;在一种实施方式中旋转壳体与支撑机构之间采用分离式设计,即用户可以独立取下旋转壳体;在另一种实施方式中,旋转壳体与支撑机构之间不能分离,只能相对旋转;
转动检测部件,安装在所述支撑机构上,转动旋转壳体时,转动检测部件与转动检测辅助部件配合获取所述旋转壳体的转动信息;
照明组件,安装在所述支撑机构上;
主电路板103,接收所述旋转壳体的转动信息,并根据所述转动信息输出控制信号至照明组件调节照明亮度。
如图1所示,所述转动检测辅助部件包括多个磁铁112,所述多个磁铁112安装在旋转壳体的径向上,相邻磁铁112的N磁极和S磁极排布方式相反;
所述转动检测部件为霍尔传感器113,转动旋转壳体时,磁铁112与霍尔元件之间产生相对位移,使得霍尔传感器113检测到磁铁112的磁力线变化,获取所述旋转壳体的转动信息。
此外,也可以采用其他非接触式传感器来检测旋转壳体与支撑机构的相对旋转角度及旋转方向,如基于光线的传感器。
在另一种实施方式中,所述照明组件包括主灯板111,主灯板111与主电路板103电连接,主灯板111上设有多组LED灯,当主电路板103控制主灯板111点亮时,各组LED灯依次点亮;当主电路板103控制主灯板111熄灭时,各组LED灯依次熄灭。
如图2所示,所述支撑座包括:感应组件,用于感应物体接近或触摸。
所述主电路板103与所述感应组件配合构成电容接近开关,并根据电容接近开关输出的信号控制照明组件的点亮或熄灭。
物体和感应组件构成电容的两极板,当物体接近接触面时,物体和感应组件面构成的电容的介电常数发生变化,主电路板103检测到介电常数的变化后输出开关量信号,主电路板103根据该开关量信号控制照明组件的点亮或熄灭,从而实现了台灯点亮或熄灭的控制。
所述主电路板103上设有MCU、照明组件驱动电路和第一检测电路,所述照明组件驱动电路与所述照明组件电连接,所述第一检测电路与所述感应组件配合构成电容接近开关,所述MCU根据所述第一检测电路的输出信号控制照明组件驱动电路的通断,从而控制照明组件的点亮或熄灭。当物体和感应组件面构成的电容的介电常数发生变化,第一检测电路输出开关量信号至MCU,MCU根据该开关量信号控制照明组件驱动电路的通断,从而实现了照明组件点亮或熄灭的控制。
所述灯头1还包括效果光组件、用于感应物体接近或接触的背盖面板104,所述背盖面板104为金属面板,所述主电路板103上还设有效果光组件驱动电路和第二检测电路,所述效果光组件驱动电路与所述效果光组件电连接,所述第二检测电路与所述背盖面板104配合构成电容接近开关,所述MCU根据所述第二检测电路的输出信号控制效果光组件驱动电路的通断。
所述效果光组件可以发出多种颜色的光,每种颜色的光对应照明组件的一个照明亮度档位。效果光组件的其作用为:在照明组件点亮的情况下,效果光组件可以用不同的颜色显示当前台灯的不同工作状态,例如台灯的不同亮度档位;在照明组件熄灭的情况下,效果光组件可用作照明,如作为常亮的小夜灯。
所述第一检测电路和第二检测电路结构相同。
所述第一检测电路包括顺次连接的RC振荡电路、电压/频率变换电路、信号处理电路和模数转换电路,所述RC振荡电路与所述感应面信号连接,所述模数转换电路与所述MCU信号连接,信号处理电路为差分放大电路。在物体和感应面构成的电容介电常数发生变化时,RC振荡电路发生振荡,RC振荡电路的振荡信号输入电压/频率变换电路,电压/频率变换电路对振荡信号近频率/电压变换输出一模拟信号,信号处理电路对该模拟信号进行信号处理后,模数转换电路将该模拟信号转换为数字信号输入MCU。
所述灯头1还包括用于关闭或开启感应功能的微动开关,所述微动开关与所述MCU信号连接。
如图3所示,多功能台灯包括支撑座和安装于所述支撑座上的灯头1,所述支撑座还包括第一转动机构2、支撑杆组件3、第二转动机构4和底座5,所述第一转动机构2的顶部安装在支撑机构上,所述第一转动机构2的底部可拆卸安装在支撑杆组件3的顶部,支撑杆组件3的底部可拆卸安装在第二转动机构4的顶部,第二转动机构4的底部安装在底座5上。灯头1和支撑组件3之间设置有第一转动机构2,使得灯头1可以相对于支撑组件3转动,从而实现台灯照明角度的调节;由于支撑组件3和底座5之间设有第二转动机构4,使得支撑组件3可以相对于底座5转动,从而调节支撑组件3的倾角,进而实现台灯照明区域的调节。
优选的,所述第一转动机构2的底部通过螺纹安装在支撑杆组件3的顶部,支撑杆组件3的底部通过螺纹安装在第二转动机构4的顶部。
如图4和图5所示,灯头1包括支撑机构、旋转壳体、磁铁112、霍尔传感器113、照明组件和主电路板103。
所述旋转壳体包括灯罩外壳106和灯罩轨道105,所述灯罩轨道105通过滚珠轴承110转动安装在支撑机构外侧,所述磁铁112固定安装在所述灯罩轨道105上,所述灯罩轨道105外侧设有多个凸起,所述灯罩外壳106上设有多个与所述凸起配合的缺口,所述灯罩外壳106通过所述缺口和所述凸起的配合可拆卸安装在所述灯罩轨道105上。所述灯罩轨道105径向上安装有多个磁铁112,相邻磁铁112的N磁极和S磁极排布方式相反。所述灯罩外壳106上开设有三个孔,这些孔既可以在旋转灯罩外壳106时用于握持,又可以起到散热、透效果光的作用,以及用户可以通过该孔将手伸入以触摸背盖面板104控制效果光组件的点亮或熄灭。旋转灯罩外壳106时,灯罩外壳106带动灯罩轨道105转动,从而实现磁铁112的转动,霍尔传感器113则通过检测磁铁112的磁力线变化获取灯罩轨道105的转动信息。
所述支撑机构包括支撑架102、背盖外圈109和背盖面板104,所述支撑架102安装在第一转动机构2的顶部,所述背盖外圈109安装在灯罩轨道105上,所述背盖面板104安装在背盖外圈109上,所述背盖面板104上开有一个孔。
所述照明组件包括主灯板111和主透镜101,所述效果光组件包括效果光灯板108和效果光透镜107,所述主透镜101安装在所述支撑架102的底部,所述主灯板111安装在所述主透镜101和所述支撑架102之间,所述效果光透镜107安装在所述支撑架102的顶部,效果光透镜107的一侧通过背盖面板104上的孔凸出背盖面板104,所述效果光灯板108安装在支撑架102和效果光透镜107之间,所述霍尔传感器113安装在支撑架102上。
所述主电路板103分别与所述霍尔传感器113、主灯板111和效果光灯板108电连接。
所述微动开关设置在背盖面板104上,可以穿过灯罩外壳106上的孔操作微动开关,或者是将灯罩外壳106取下后再操作微动开关。
所述照明组件包括主灯板111,主灯板111与主电路板103电连接,主灯板111上设有多组LED灯,当主电路板103控制主灯板111点亮时,各组LED灯依次延时点亮,从而实现了主灯板111的渐亮功能;当主电路板103控制主灯板111熄灭时,各组LED灯依次延时熄灭,从而实现了主灯板111的渐灭功能。渐亮功能在点亮台灯时给人们的眼睛一个适应过程,可以防止黑暗环境下灯光突然变亮导致的人们眼睛的不适;同样,渐灭功能在熄灭台灯时给人们的眼睛一个适应过程。
如图6所示,第一转动机构2包括上万向节球杆201、上万向节杯套202、上万向节杯套垫圈203、上万向节弹簧204、上万向节固定块205、上万向节定位销206和上万向节弹簧垫片207,所述上万向节杯套202安装在支撑架102上,所述上万向节杯套垫圈203安装在上万向节杯套202和支撑架102之间,所述上万向节固定块205安装在上万向节杯套202内,所述上万向节弹簧204安装在上万向节固定块205上,所述上万向节弹簧垫片207安装在上万向节弹簧204上,所述上万向节球杆201的球体安装在上万向节弹簧垫片207上,所述上万向节球杆201的杆体安装在支撑杆组件3的顶部,所述上万向节定位销206安装在上万向节球杆201的球体上。
如图7所示,支撑杆组件3包括支撑杆301、用于感应物体接近或接触的支撑杆外套302,所述支撑杆外套302套装在所述支撑杆301外侧,所述支撑杆外套302与所述第一检测电路配合构成电容接近开关,支撑杆301的顶部可拆卸安装在上万向节球杆201的杆体上,支撑杆301的底部可拆卸安装在第二转动机构4上。
如图8所示,第二转动机构4包括下万向节弹簧401、下万向节定位销402、下万向节球杆403、下万向节弹簧垫片404和下万向节固定块405,所述下万向节固定块405安装在底座5上,所述下万向节弹簧401安装在下万向节固定块405上,所述下万向节弹簧垫片404安装在下万向节弹簧401上,所述下万向节球杆403的球体安装在下万向节弹簧垫片404上,所述下万向节球杆403的杆体安装在支撑杆301的底部,所述下万向节定位销402安装在下万向节球杆403的球体上。
如图9所示,底座5包括DC座支架502、DC座503、用于感应物体接近或接触的底座上外壳504、配重座505、电源线506和底座下外壳507,所述底座上外壳504与所述第一检测电路配合构成电容接近开关,所述底座上外壳504安装在底座下外壳507的顶部,所述配重座505安装在底座上外壳504和底座下外壳507之间,所述DC座支架502安装在底座下外壳507和配重座505之间,所述DC座503安装在所述DC座支架502上,所述电源线506的一端与所述DC座503电连接,所述DC座503分别与所述主灯板111、效果光灯板108和主电路板103电连接。配重座505用于在调节支撑杆组件3和底座5之间的角度时防止台灯摔倒。所述下万向节固定块405安装在底座下外壳507的顶部。
所述底座下外壳507的底部设有防滑垫501,当台灯放置在某个物品表面时,防滑垫501能够增加台灯和该物品表面之间的摩擦力,提高台灯放置的牢固性。
所述电源线506位于底座上外壳504和底座下外壳507构成的腔体外的部分上设有电源开关,在一种实施方式中该电源开关采用船型开关。
所述感应组件由支撑杆外套302和底座上外壳504组成;感应组件可以采用金属材质,即支撑杆外套302为金属外套、底座上外壳504为金属外壳。
如上参照附图以示例的方式描述了根据本发明的一种。但是,本领域技术人员应当理解,对于上述本发明所提出的一种,还可以在不脱离本发明内容的基础上做出各种改进,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应当由所附的权利要求书的内容确定。

- 一种多功能台灯,包括支撑座和安装于所述支撑座上的灯头(1),其特征在于,所述支撑座包括:感应组件,用于感应物体接近或触摸;所述灯头(1)包括:支撑机构,安装在所述支撑座上;旋转壳体,转动安装在所述支撑机构上,转动旋转壳体时,支撑机构在径向上静止固定,旋转壳体与支撑机构之间产生径向相对位移,所述旋转壳体上安装有转动检测辅助部件;转动检测部件,安装在所述支撑机构上,转动旋转壳体时,转动检测部件与转动检测辅助部件配合获取所述旋转壳体的转动信息;照明组件,安装在所述支撑机构上;主电路板(103),与所述感应组件配合构成电容接近开关,并根据电容接近开关输出的信号控制照明组件的点亮或熄灭;接收所述旋转壳体的转动信息,并根据所述转动信息输出控制信号至照明组件调节照明亮度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能台灯,其特征在于,所述转动检测辅助部件包括多个磁铁(112),所述多个磁铁(112)安装在旋转壳体的径向上,相邻磁铁(112)的N磁极和S磁极排布方式相反;所述转动检测部件为霍尔传感器(113),转动旋转壳体时,磁铁(112)与霍尔元件之间产生相对位移,使得霍尔传感器(113)检测到磁铁(112)的磁力线变化,获取所述旋转壳体的转动信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能台灯,其特征在于,所述支撑座还包括第一转动机构(2)、支撑杆组件(3)、第二转动机构(4)和底座(5),所述第一转动机构(2)的顶部安装在支撑机构上,所述第一转动机构(2)的底部安装在支撑杆组件(3)的顶部,支撑杆组件(3)的底部安装在第二转动机构(4)的顶部,第二转动机构(4)的底部安装在底座(5)上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种多功能台灯,其特征在于,所述主电路板(103)上设有MCU、照明组件驱动电路和第一检测电路,所述照明组件驱动电路与所述照明组件电连接,所述第一检测电路与所述感应组件配合构成电容接近开关,所述MCU根据所述第一检测电路的输出信号控制照明组件驱动电路的通断。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能台灯,其特征在于,所述灯头(1)还包括效果光组件、用于感应物体接近或接触的背盖面板(104),所述主电路板(103)上还设有效果光组件驱动电路和第二检测电路,所述效果光组件驱动电路与所述效果光组件电连接,所述第二检测电路与所述背盖面板(104)配合构成电容接近开关,所述MCU根据所述第二检测电路的输出信号控制效果光组件驱动电路的通断。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能台灯,其特征在于,所述支撑杆组件(3)包括支撑杆(301)、用于感应物体接近或接触的支撑杆外套(302),所述支撑杆外套(302)套装在所述支撑杆(301)外侧,所述支撑杆外套(302)与所述第一检测电路配合构成电容接近开关,所述支撑杆(301)的顶部安装在第一转动机构(2)上,所述支撑杆(301)的底部安装在第二转动机构(4)上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能台灯,其特征在于,所述底座(5)包括用于感应物体接近或接触的底座上外壳(504)和底座下外壳(507),所述底座上外壳(504)与所述第一检测电路配合构成电容接近开关,所述底座上外壳(504)安装在底座下外壳(507)的顶部。
