Abstract

本发明提出一种家电设备控制方法、装置及终端设备,其中,方法包括:通过终端上第一应用检测获取用户当前所处环境的空气数据;将空气数据通过第一应用上报给服务器,以使服务器获取与空气数据匹配的控制规则;控制规则中包括至少一个控制信息;接收服务器发送的控制规则,并按照控制规则中控制信息的顺序生成与控制信息对应的快捷键;将快捷键在终端的显示界面上显示,以使用户通过点击快捷键对目标设备进行控制。通过该方法,能够实现终端设备的个性化推荐功能,满足用户的实际需求,提升用户体验。

技术领域
本发明涉及智能家居控制领域,尤其涉及一种家电设备控制方法、装置及终端设备。
背景技术
随着智能家电设备和终端设备的不断发展,用户对日常生活环境的舒适性的要求越来越高,且用户希望家电设备能够根据自身实际需求进行控制。相关技术中,例如,公开号为CN105629743A、发明名称为“基于环境舒适度的家电控制方法和家电控制装置”的发明专利中,通过根据多项环境参数计算环境舒适度指数,将舒适度指数与预设的多个家电控制方案的执行条件进行匹配,根据匹配出的家电控制方案调整家电设备的运行状态。
这种方式下,家电设备由终端设备统一控制,终端设备无法根据用户需求推荐相应地功能。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明的第一个目的在于提出一种家电设备控制方法,以实现终端设备的个性化推荐功能,满足用户的实际需求,提升用户体验,以解决现有技术中终端设备无法根据用户需求推荐相应地功能的问题。
本发明的第二个目的在于提出一种家电设备控制装置。
本发明的第三个目的在于提出一种终端设备。
本发明的第四个目的在于提出一种计算机程序产品。
本发明的第五个目的在于提出一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质。
为达上述目的,本发明第一方面实施例提出了一种家电设备控制方法,包括:通过终端上第一应用检测获取用户当前所处环境的空气数据;将所述空气数据通过所述第一应用上报给服务器,以使所述服务器获取与所述空气数据匹配的控制规则;所述控制规则中包括至少一个控制信息;接收所述服务器发送的所述控制规则,并按照所述控制规则中所述控制信息的顺序生成与所述控制信息对应的快捷键;将所述快捷键在所述终端的显示界面上显示,以使所述用户通过点击所述快捷键对所述目标设备进行控制。

下面参考附图描述本发明实施例的家电设备控制方法、装置及终端设备。
图1为本发明实施例提供的一种家电设备控制方法的流程示意图。本发明实施例的执行主体为终端设备。其中,终端设备可以是智能手机、平板电脑、个人数字助理等具有各种操作系统的硬件设备。
如图1所示,该家电设备控制方法包括以下步骤:
S101:通过终端上第一应用检测获取用户当前所处环境的空气数据。
在本发明的实施例中,第一应用为终端上预先安装的应用程序。
在本发明的实施例中,空气数据可以包括温度、湿度和/或空气污染物等,对此不作限制。
可选地,可以通过相关传感器获取用户当前所处环境的空气数据,例如,可以通过温度传感器获取用户当前所处环境的温度,或者,可以通过湿度传感器获取用户当前所处环境的湿度,或者,可以通过微颗粒物传感器获取用户当前所处环境的PM2.5。
需要说明的是,相关传感器既可以设置在终端中,也可以设置在终端外,当相关传感器设置在终端外,相关传感器可以与终端通过如蓝牙、WiFi、红外等无线方式连接,本发明实施例对此不作限制。
而后,终端上的第一应用可以监控上述相关传感器,实时获取用户当前所处环境的空气数据。
S102:将空气数据通过第一应用上报给服务器,以使服务器获取与空气数据匹配的控制规则;控制规则中包括至少一个控制信息。
在本发明的实施例中,控制规则包括多个控制信息,其中,控制信息例如可以为开启,或者,控制信息例如可以为调整温度,或者,控制信息例如可以为调整湿度大小,对此不作限制。
可选地,服务器中与空气数据匹配的控制规则是预先建立的,服务器可以根据第一应用上报的空气数据获取相应地控制规则,保证了家电设备控制的实时性。
S103:接收服务器发送的控制规则,并按照控制规则中控制信息的顺序生成与控制信息对应的快捷键。
在本发明的实施例中,可以为控制信息设置不同的顺序,其中,控制信息的顺序可以与空气数据有关。需要说明的是,终端上可以只显示一个快捷键,也可以显示多个快捷键,本发明的实施例对此不作限制。
例如,当用户所处环境的温度较高或较低,目标设备为空调,且终端上只显示一个快捷键时,可以将空调的调整温度大小的快捷键生成在终端上用户操作的显著位置,方便用户一键调整家庭环境的温度,有效提升用户的使用体验。
举例说明,当空气数据中的PM2.5较大时且温度较高时,控制规则中包括多个控制信息,其中,多个控制信息包括开启空调、调整风力、调整温度、开启净化器等。实际应用中,由于PM2.5对用户的危害较大,本实施例中,可以为多个控制信息设置的顺序为:开启净化器、开启空调、调整风力以及调整温度。
在本发明的实施例中,通过生成与控制信息对应的快捷键,能够实现终端设备的个性化推荐功能,简化用户操作,提升用户体验。
S104:将快捷键在终端的显示界面上显示,以使用户通过点击快捷键对目标设备进行控制。
例如,当终端上只显示一个快捷键,目标设备为空调,且控制信息的顺序依次为开启、调整温度,以及调整湿度时,当前终端上显示的快捷键的功能即为开启空调。
又例如,当终端上显示多个快捷键,目标设备为空调,且控制信息的顺序依次为开启、调整温度,以及调整湿度时,当前终端上显示的快捷键的功能依次为开启空调、调整空调温度、调整空调湿度。
可选地,将快捷键在终端的显示界面上显示,用户可以点击相应的快捷键对目标设备进行控制。
作为一种示例,若用户当前所处环境的温度较高,属于人体感知比较热的状态,终端可以在用户操作的显著位置生成一个开启空调到舒适状态的快捷按钮,便于用户一键调整家庭环境的温度,有效提升用户的使用体验。
本实施例的家电设备控制方法,通过服务器获取与空气数据匹配的控制规则,终端按照控制规则中控制信息的顺序生成与控制信息对应的快捷键,将快捷键在终端的显示界面上显示,以使用户通过点击快捷键对目标设备进行控制,能够实现终端设备的个性化推荐 功能,满足用户的实际需求,提升用户体验。

作为另一种示例,用户可以对快捷键的参数进行调整,例如,快捷键对应的控制信息为调整温度,该控制信息中包括调整后的目标温度,用户可以根据自身的需求调整目标温度,可以升高或者降低目标温度。
S202:将目标控制信息发送给服务器,以使服务器更新与用户对应的控制规则。
可选地,将目标控制信息发送给服务器,以使服务器更新与用户对应的控制规则,能够实现对控制规则的动态维护和补充,有效保证了家电设备控制的准确度。
S203:当检测到目标设备开启时长到达预设时长时,从控制规则中优先获取用于关闭目标设备的控制信息。
在本发明的实施例中,预设时长可以由终端设备的出厂程序预先设定,或者,预设时长也可以由用户进行设置,预设时长例如为1h,对此不作限制。
作为一种示例,当空调开启1h后,当前所处环境为舒适状态时,可以从控制规则中优先获取用于关闭空调的控制信息,以提醒用户节约用电。
S204:将关闭目标设备的控制信息生成关闭快捷键并显示给用户。
可选地,将关闭目标设备的控制信息生成关闭快捷键并显示给用户,由用户选择是否点击快捷键,有效提升了该家电设备控制方法的灵活性,提升用户体验。

在本发明的实施例中,指令由服务器根据当前的空气参数确定出当前所处环境为舒适状态时发送的。
可选地,当用户当前所处环境为舒适状态时,服务器向终端发送用于指示关闭目标设 备的指令,能够节约用电。
服务器可以定时或者实时地从第一应用中接收空气数据,服务器就可以根据接收到的空气数据,对用户所处环境的当前状态进行判断,以确定所处环境是否为舒服状态,例如当前温度为25度,湿度为40,PM2.5=40等,服务器就可以判断出用户所处的环境为舒适状态,在确定出所处环境为舒适状态时,就可以向第一应用发出关闭目标设备的指令。
S302:从控制规则中优先获取用于关闭目标设备的控制信息。
作为一种示例,在用户打开空调并开启一段时间,且当前所处环境降到人体感觉舒适的状态后,服务器可以发送用于指示关闭空调的指令,终端从控制规则中优先获取用于关闭空调的控制信息,而后,终端可以将关闭空调的控制信息生成快捷键,提醒用户节约用电。
S303:将关闭目标设备的控制信息生成关闭快捷键并显示给用户。
可选地,将关闭目标设备的控制信息生成关闭快捷键并显示给用户,由用户选择是否点击快捷键,当用户点击该快捷键时就可以将目标设备关闭。本实施例中,在节约用电的同时,有效提升了该家电设备控制方法的灵活性。
本实施例的家电设备控制方法,通过在用户所处环境为舒适状态时,从控制规则中优先获取用于关闭目标设备的控制信息,将关闭目标设备的控制信息生成关闭快捷键并显示给用户,在节约用电的同时,有效提升了该家电设备控制方法的灵活性。

S401:每当检测到用户点击在终端显示界面上显示的快捷键后,则按序为控制规则中下一个控制信息生成对应的快捷键。
可选地,由于控制信息具有不同的顺序,可以按序为控制规则中的控制信息生成对应的快捷键,便于用户对家电设备的控制,简化用户操作步骤,提升用户体验。
本实施例中,为了使家电控制更加人性化,可以实时地检测用户是否对终端显示界面上的快捷键进行点击操作。作为一种示例,当终端上只显示一个快捷键,控制信息的顺序依次为开启、调整温度,以及调整湿度,且目标设备为空调时,当用户点击终端上的显示界面上显示的快捷键后,即在用户开启空调后,终端上生成的快捷键的功能即为调整空调温度。
作为另一种示例,当终端上显示多个快捷键时,即按照控制规则中的控制信息的顺序在终端上依次排列与其对应的快捷键,当控制信息的顺序依次为开启、调整温度,以及调整湿度,且目标设备为空调时,当用户点击终端上的显示界面上显示的快捷键后,即在用户开启空调后,终端上生成的快捷键的功能依次为调整空调温度、调整空调湿度,以及开启空调。
S402:将下一个控制信息对应的快捷键在终端的显示界面上显示给用户。
本实施例的家电设备控制方法,通过每当检测到用户点击在终端上的显示界面上显示的快捷键后,则按序为控制规则中下一个控制信息生成对应的快捷键,将下一个控制信息对应的快捷键在终端的显示界面上显示给用户,能够便于用户对家电设备的控制,简化用 户操作步骤,提升用户体验。

实际应用中,用户可以根据自身的需求,主动地通过第一应用向服务器发送当前的空气参数。可选地,当检测到用户对第一应用的刷新操作时,通过第一应用向服务器发送当前的空气参数,保证了家电设备控制的及时性及准确性。可选地,可以在第一应用中设置主动发送当前的空气参数的按钮,当用户点击该按钮后,终端就可以通过第一应用主动向服务器发送当前的空气参数。
S502:接收服务器发送的与当前的空气参数对应的控制规则。
可选地,终端设备接收服务器发送的与当前的空气参数对应的控制规则,有效保证了家电设备控制的准确度。
本实施例的家电设备控制方法,当检测到用户对第一应用的刷新操作时,通过第一应用向服务器发送当前的空气参数,能够保证家电设备控制的及时性及准确性。通过接收服务器发送的与当前的空气参数对应的控制规则,能够有效保证家电设备控制的准确度。
图6为本发明实施例提供的一种家电设备控制装置的结构示意图。该家电控制装置60可以通过软件、硬件或者两者的结合实现。
如图6所示,该家电设备控制装置60包括:检测获取模块601、上报模块602、接收模块603,以及显示模块604。其中,

应理解,本发明的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。如,如果用硬件来实现和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
此外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制, 本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种家电设备控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过终端上第一应用检测获取用户当前所处环境的空气数据;
    将所述空气数据通过所述第一应用上报给服务器,以使所述服务器获取与所述空气数据匹配的控制规则;所述控制规则中包括至少一个控制信息;
    接收所述服务器发送的所述控制规则,并按照所述控制规则中所述控制信息的顺序生成与所述控制信息对应的快捷键;
    将所述快捷键在所述终端的显示界面上显示,以使所述用户通过点击所述快捷键对所述目标设备进行控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的家电设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述将所述快捷键在所述终端的显示界面上显示之后,还包括:
    检测所述用户对所述快捷键的调整操作,形成与所述快捷键对应的目标控制信息;
    将所述目标控制信息发送给所述服务器,以使所述服务器更新与所述用户对应的所述控制规则。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的家电设备控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    每当检测到所述用户点击在所述终端上的显示界面上显示的所述快捷键后,则按序为所述控制规则中下一个控制信息生成对应的快捷键;
    将所述下一个控制信息对应的快捷键在所述终端的显示界面上显示给所述用户。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的家电设备控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当检测到所述用户对所述第一应用的刷新操作时,通过所述第一应用向所述服务器发送当前的所述空气参数;
    接收所述服务器发送的与当前的所述空气参数对应的所述控制规则。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的家电设备控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当检测到所述目标设备开启时长到达预设时长时,从所述控制规则中优先获取用于关闭所述目标设备的控制信息;
    将所述关闭所述目标设备的控制信息生成关闭快捷键并显示给所述用户。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的家电设备控制方法,其特征在于,
    接收所述服务器发送的用于指示关闭所述目标设备的指令;其中,所述指令由所述服务器根据当前的所述空气参数确定出当前所处环境为舒适状态时发送的;
    从所述控制规则中优先获取用于关闭所述目标设备的控制信息;
    将所述关闭所述目标设备的控制信息生成关闭快捷键并显示给所述用户。
  7. 一种家电设备控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    检测获取模块,用于通过终端上第一应用检测获取用户当前所处环境的空气数据;
    上报模块,用于将所述空气数据通过所述第一应用上报给服务器,以使所述服务器获 取与所述空气数据匹配的控制规则;所述控制规则中包括至少一个控制信息;
    接收模块,用于接收所述服务器发送的所述控制规则,并按照所述控制规则中所述控制信息的顺序生成与所述控制信息对应的快捷键;
    显示模块,用于将所述快捷键在所述终端的显示界面上显示,以使所述用户通过点击所述快捷键对所述目标设备进行控制。
  8. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括以下一个或多个组件:壳体和位于所述壳体内的处理器、存储器和显示界面,其中,所述处理器通过读取所述存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与所述可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于实现如权利要求1-6中任一所述的家电设备控制方法。
  9. 一种计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品中的指令由处理器执行时,执行如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的家电设备控制方法。
  10. 一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的家电设备控制方法。
