Abstract

一种防护手套,包括手套本体(1)以及柔性保护层(2),柔性保护层(2)通过连接件(4)可拆卸地连接于手套本体(1),上述的柔性保护层(2)可根据应用领域的不同设置于手套本体(1)的手掌处、手背处或上述两处,通过设置上述可更换的柔性保护层(2),能够在使用周期中只对受损的柔性保护层(2)进行更换,无需对整个防护手套进行更换,从而延长防护手套的主体部件——手套本体的使用周期,减少使用者对于护具的投入,降低使用者的运动成本。

一种防护手套
本申请要求于2017年05月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为201720516787.6、发明名称为“一种防护手套”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及护具技术领域,特别涉及一种防护手套。
背景技术
人们在进行一些速度较快、危险性较高的运动,如滑雪、滑板、摩托车等时,往往需要佩戴护具保护自身安全,其中,防护手套是护具中极为常见也必不可少的一件装备。
防护手套在使用过程中不可避免的会与地面、墙体甚至树干等坚硬粗糙的表面发生摩擦,因此极易磨损,因此,为提高防护手套的耐磨性,延长其使用周期,目前的防护手套一般会采用增加手掌处的厚度、改变手掌处的材质或者在手套的易磨损部位缝制耐磨层的结构等方式,通过上述方式,虽然能够在一定程度上延长手套的使用周期,但是若经常使用,易磨损部位依然容易受损,使得人们不得不投入较多的金钱购入防护手套,导致运动成本上升。
因此,如何提供一种防护手套,使其具有更长的使用周期,更加耐用,减轻人们在护具方面的负担,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的重要技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种防护手套,以达到使其具有更长的使用周期,更加耐用,减轻人们在护具方面的负担的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防护手套,包括手套本体,还包括柔性保护层,所述柔性保护层通过连接件可拆卸地连接于所述手套本体。
优选地,所述连接件由魔术贴、拉链、纽扣、摁扣中的至少一种构成。
优选地,所述柔性保护层包括手掌部以及拇指部。
优选地,所述手掌部与所述拇指部为一体结构,且所述手掌部与所述拇指部的连接处以及所述手掌部掌心处均形成有加厚结构。
优选地,所述柔性保护层包括手掌部以及连接于所述手掌部的五个手指部。
优选地,五个所述手指部均形成指套状结构。
优选地,所述手掌部的掌心处以及五个所述手指部的关节处均形成有加厚结构。
优选地,所述柔性保护层从所述手套本体的手掌处经所述手套本体的指部尖端向上延伸至所述手套本体的手背处。
优选地,所述手套本体上连接有护腕部,所述护腕部上设置用于使所述护腕部包裹手腕的收紧机构。
优选地,所述柔性保护层上形成有压花纹路。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本发明提供的防护手套,包括手套本体以及柔性保护层,柔性保护层通过连接件可拆卸地连接于手套本体,上述的柔性保护层可根据应用领域的不同设置于手套本体的手掌处、手背处或上述两处,通过设置上述可更换的柔性保护层,能够在使用周期中只对受损的柔性保护层进行更换,无需对整个防护手套进行更换,从而延长防护手套的主体部件——手套本体的使用周期,减少使用者对于护具的投入,降低使用者的运动成本。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种防护手套,以达到使其具有更长的使用周期,更加耐用,减轻人们在护具方面的负担的目的。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1和图2,图1为本发明实施例提供的防护手套的结构示意图,图2为本发明实施例提供的防护手套的手套本体与柔性保护层分离时的结构示意图。
本发明提供的一种防护手套,包括手套本体1以及柔性保护层2。其中,柔性保护层2通过连接件4可拆卸地连接于手套本体1。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的防护手套,通过设置可更换的柔性保护层2,能够在使用周期中只对受损的柔性保护层2进行更换,无需对整个防护手套进行更换,从而延长防护手套的主体部件——手套本体1的使用周期,减少使用者对于护具的投入,降低使用者的运动成本。
在本使用新型实施例中,连接件4可以由魔术贴、拉链、纽扣、摁扣中的至少一种构成,当然,上述的实施例仅仅是本发明实施例提供的几种便于操作的优选实施方案,实际并不局限于此,比如还可以采用的系带的方式实现柔性保护层2与手套主体的连接。
众所周知的,手套本体1在外观上主要分为两种,一种是连指手套,即将除拇指外的其余四根手指均置于一个指套中,一种是分指手套,即每个手指均有独立的指套,对应不同形式的手套本体1,柔性保护层2的结构也应当随之变化,在本发明一种实施例中提供了一种应用于手套本体1为连指手套的柔性保护层2,请参阅图3和图4,图3为本发明实施例提供的防护手套的手套本体1的结构示意图,图4为本发明实施例提供的防护手套的柔性保护层2的结构示意图,该柔性保护层2包括手掌部21以及拇指部22,上述的手掌部21 即可只覆盖手掌掌心的位置,也可以覆盖包括手掌掌心以及手指部位在内的位置。
更进一步地,手掌部21与拇指部22可以为分体结构,也可以采用一体结构,在本发明实施例中,手掌部21与拇指部22为一体结构,手掌部21与拇指部22的连接处以及手掌部21的掌心处均为易磨损位置,且手掌部21与拇指部22的连接处为关节位,需要承受反复的弯折,容易破损,为解决上述问题,手掌部21与拇指部22的连接处以及手掌部21掌心处均形成有加厚结构,当然,可以使柔性保护层2对应关节的位置均形成加厚结构,一方面可以提高此处的使用寿命,另一方面可以保护关节。
在本发明的另一种实施例中提供了一种应用于手套本体1为分指手套的柔性保护层2,该柔性保护层2包括手掌部以及连接于手掌部的五个手指部。
上述柔性保护层2的手掌部以及手指部可以对手套本体1采用半包结构,也可以采用全包结构,在本发明的另一种实施例中,为便于柔性保护层2的拆卸,五个手指部为全包的指套状结构,手掌部为单片状的半包结构。
进一步优化上述技术方案,在本发明另一种实施例中,手掌部的掌心处以及五个手指部的关节处均形成有加厚结构。
在使用过程中,不仅使手掌及拇指部22位容易受到磨损,手指的背面同样容易手套的摩擦,因此,在本发明实施例中,柔性保护层2从手套本体1的手掌处经手套本体1的指部尖端向上延伸至手套本体1的手背处,这样,即使穿戴者为握拳的姿势,受到磨损的依然是柔性保护层2而不是手套本体1。
随着2022年北京冬季奥运会的临近,冰雪运动,尤其是滑雪,受到越来越多人的欢迎,防护手套是滑雪运动中的必要装备之一,因此,不仅要求防护手套能够在剧烈的运动中稳固包裹穿戴者的手部,而且还需要起到防水保暖的效果,为实现上述目的,在本发明实施例中,手套本体1上连接有护腕部3,护腕部3上设置用于使护腕部3包裹手腕的收紧机构,通过上述结构,不仅能够防止防护手套脱落,而且能够避免冰雪自手腕处进入手套内部,起到更为优异的防护效果。
进一步优化上述技术方案,在本发明实施例中,柔性保护层2上还形成有 压花纹路,且柔性保护层2为橡胶材料。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防护手套,包括手套本体,其特征在于,还包括柔性保护层,所述柔性保护层通过连接件可拆卸地连接于所述手套本体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防护手套,其特征在于,所述连接件由魔术贴、拉链、纽扣、摁扣中的至少一种构成。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的防护手套,其特征在于,所述柔性保护层包括手掌部以及拇指部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防护手套,其特征在于,所述手掌部与所述拇指部为一体结构,且所述手掌部与所述拇指部的连接处以及所述手掌部掌心处均形成有加厚结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的防护手套,其特征在于,所述柔性保护层包括手掌部以及连接于所述手掌部的五个手指部。
  6. 根据权利要求6所述的防护手套,其特征在于,五个所述手指部均形成指套状结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防护手套,其特征在于,所述手掌部的掌心处以及五个所述手指部的关节处均形成有加厚结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防护手套,其特征在于,所述柔性保护层从所述手套本体的手掌处经所述手套本体的指部尖端向上延伸至所述手套本体的手背处。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的防护手套,其特征在于,所述手套本体上连接有护腕部,所述护腕部上设置用于使所述护腕部包裹手腕的收紧机构。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防护手套,其特征在于,所述柔性保护层上形成有压花纹路。
