Description

一种移动式接驳箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种接驳箱,尤其涉及一种移动式接驳箱。
背景技术
在展会中,所有的电,水之类的输入都是通过埋在地面上的展位箱实现的,一般情况下一个展位箱供给四个展位使用,参展商通过电缆连接展位箱将强电输出到具体的展位使用区,由于使用区位置不局限,引出的电缆其长度也难以控制,经常出现电缆随意分散在展位周围,这种情况不仅妨碍了通行,还对安全性能存在一定影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种移动式接驳箱,将展位箱内接线端子延伸至地面上的接驳箱内,可以方便展位的使用,同时采用卷绕的结构对于过长的电缆可以卷绕起来,同时该接驳箱可以实现自由移动,还可以实现上下叠放。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出如下技术方案:一种移动式接驳箱,包括箱体,与箱体铰接盖合的箱盖,安装在箱体上的卷线机构,所述箱盖上端面四个角设有凹槽,所述箱体前端面的盖合处安装有两副搭扣锁,与箱盖上的搭勾配合实现锁紧,所述箱体两侧面安装有提拉把手,其中一侧面还嵌装有输出接线端子,另一侧面安装有外接头支撑架,所述箱体底面四个角上安装有轮子,箱体上下叠放时轮子嵌放在凹槽内,所述卷线机构安装在箱体的后端面,包括卷线轴及挡线板,电缆线从箱体内引出缠绕在卷线轴上,且端部安装有外接头,该外接头插装在外接头支撑架内。
作为优选,所述箱体内具有分隔板将箱体内腔分为上腔和下腔,空气开关嵌装在分隔板上,且拨动开关位于上腔,接线柱位于下腔,所述电缆线伸入箱体下腔与空气开关电气连接,所述输出接线端子通过电线与空气开关的接线柱电气连接。
作为优选,所述轮子为直行轮或万向轮。
作为优选,所述箱盖底面两侧通过气缸支撑与箱体内侧壁连接,用于支撑起箱盖,同时箱盖上端面打开端嵌装有隐藏式把手。
作为优选,所述挡线板为椭圆形。
与现有技术相比,本发明所揭示的一种移动式接驳箱,具有如下有益效果:
设置有电缆线配合外接头可以直接与地下的展位箱连接,同时在接驳箱上设置卷绕装置实现对多余电缆线的卷绕,防止其拖曳在地面上影响使用;
在接驳箱底部安装轮子,可以在使用时方便的移动到各个地方,免去人员搬动的麻烦;
在箱盖上设置与轮子对应的凹槽,方便接驳箱叠加时轮子的防止,既缩小了叠加高度,同时轮子与凹槽的配合可以对上层接驳箱起到定位限位作用,防止其左右移动。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
如图1~3所示,本发明所揭示的一种移动式接驳箱,包括箱体1,箱盖2及卷线机构3,其中:
箱盖2与箱体1铰接实现盖合,在箱盖2的上端面四个角上设有凹槽4,且箱盖上表面远离铰接端的一侧设有隐藏式把手5,底面两侧通过气缸支撑6与箱体内侧壁固定,箱盖通过隐藏式把手提起,并通过两侧的气缸支撑进行撑起。
所述箱体1的内腔安装有分隔板7将内腔分为上腔和下腔,分隔板7上嵌装有空气开关8,且空气开关8的拨动开关位于上腔,接线柱位于下腔。
所述箱体1前端面的盖合处安装有两副搭扣锁9,在箱盖盖合后通过搭扣锁与箱盖正面的搭勾10配合实现锁紧,所述箱体1的两侧面安装有提拉把手11,便于叠放时拎起接驳箱,两侧面中的一个侧面嵌装有输出接线端子12,另一侧面安装有外接头支撑架13,所述输出接线端子12通过电线与空气开关的接线柱电气连接,所述箱体1底面安装有轮子14,该轮子可以为直行轮或者万向轮,根据需要进行更换,在多个接驳箱上下叠放时,轮子正好卡入箱盖上表面的四个凹槽内,既可以缩小叠加的高度,还可以确保叠放时上层接驳箱不会出现移位情况。
所述卷线机构3安装在箱体的后端面,包括卷线轴及挡线板15,所述卷线轴上缠绕有电缆线16,同时通过椭圆形的挡线板15防止电缆线松散,电缆线的一端安装有外接头17,另一端伸入箱体内部与空气开关电气连接,所述电缆线16缠绕在卷线轴上,且外接头17插在外接头支撑架13内。

  1. 一种移动式接驳箱,包括箱体,与箱体铰接盖合的箱盖,安装在箱体上的卷线机构,其特征在于:所述箱盖上端面四个角设有凹槽,所述箱体前端面的盖合处安装有两副搭扣锁,与箱盖上的搭勾配合实现锁紧,所述箱体两侧面安装有提拉把手,其中一侧面还嵌装有输出接线端子,另一侧面安装有外接头支撑架,所述箱体底面四个角上安装有轮子,箱体上下叠放时轮子嵌放在凹槽内,所述卷线机构安装在箱体的后端面,包括卷线轴及挡线板,电缆线从箱体内引出缠绕在卷线轴上,且端部安装有外接头,该外接头插装在外接头支撑架内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动式接驳箱,其特征在于:所述箱体内具有分隔板将箱体内腔分为上腔和下腔,空气开关嵌装在分隔板上,且拨动开关位于上腔,接线柱位于下腔,所述电缆线伸入箱体下腔与空气开关电气连接,所述输出接线端子通过电线与空气开关的接线柱电气连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的移动式接驳箱,其特征在于:所述轮子为直行轮或万向轮。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的移动式接驳箱,其特征在于:所述箱盖底面两侧通过气缸支撑与箱体内侧壁连接,用于支撑起箱盖,同时箱盖上端面打开端嵌装有隐藏式把手。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的移动式接驳箱,其特征在于:所述挡线板为椭圆形。
