Abstract

一种含有导光板(13)的平板灯及其安装方法。含有导光板(13)的平板灯由灯体(1)、灯体(1)侧端壁设置的LED板(2)、灯体(1)开口端扣接的上承板(3)、上承板(3)板面上覆设连接上承板(3)的固定组件(4)组成。平板灯安装方法包括:1.把螺钉螺入固定组件(4)的盖板(5)的半月槽(52)和承板构件(41)端部的螺孔(412),把固定组件(4)固定到房顶上;2.移动承板构件(41),使其滑入连接件(6)的V形弯折(62)后继续滑行到终端折板(61)后锁止。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种含有导光板的平板灯及其安装方法。
背景技术
[0002] 目前市场上导光板的平板灯, 是中间发光面很大, 而用来组成灯的灯体边框很 小; 使用者要将这种平板灯安装到房顶吋比较困难。
技术问题
[0003] 本发明的目的是提供一种易于安装到房顶且含有导光板的平板灯。 本发明的另 一目的是提供一种易于安装到房顶的平板灯安装方法。
问题的解决方案
技术解决方案
[0004] 本发明的技术解决方案是所述含有导光板的平板灯, 其特殊之处在于, 由灯体
、 灯体侧端壁设置的 LED板、 灯体幵口端扣接的上承板、 上承板板面上覆设连接 所述上承板的固定组件组成。
[0005] 作为优选: 所述灯体由 L型角端连接件、 分别连接所述角端连接件的框架、 框 架成型供嵌设 LED板的 U型槽、 设于框架底端的导光板组成。
[0006] 作为优选: 所述上承板由板体、 板体端面凹设的大凹槽、 大凹槽内分别位于一 对条板的外侧和一对方孔的内侧的凸柱成型的小凹槽、 与大凹槽重合幵设的中 心穿孔组成。

[0008] 作为优选: 所述承板构件由条板、 条板中段幵设与盖板螺孔对接的螺孔、 条板 两端分别对称凹设的方孔、 沿所述方孔边沿剖切并伸入所述方孔内呈 z字形台阶 的舌板、 条板两端端部垂直弯折的折板组成。

[0011] 本发明的另一技术解决方案是所述含有导光板的平板灯安装方法, 其特殊之处 在于, 包括以下步骤:
[0012] 1.把螺钉螺入固定组件的盖板半月槽和承板构件端部的螺孔, 把固定组件固 定到房顶上;
[0013] 2.移动承板构件, 使其滑入承板组件的 V槽后继续滑行到终端折板后锁止。
