本申请目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
如图1所示,是本申请同业资产监控系统10较佳实施例的硬件架构图,或者是说应用环境图。
图1包括多个业务系统,例如第一业务系统100、第二业务系统200、…、第N业务系统N00。在本实施例中,一个业务系统可以是同一个金融体系下的某一个金融服务机构的业务系统,例如各家证券公司分别有自家的业务系统,第一业务系统可以是某证券公司A的业务系统,第二业务系统可以是某证券公司B的业务系统。其中,有一个业务系统是某个金融体系下的一个金融服务总机构的业务系统,例如中国证券登记结算有限公司的业务系统。
每个业务系统包括至少一台服务器,该至少一台服务器通过网络连接该金融服务机构的所有客户的终端装置,以及该金融服务机构的工作人员的终端装置。此外,该至少一台服务器连接存储设备。该存储设备存储了该金融服务机构的所有客户的资料,例如客户身份信息、账号信息及资产配置信息等资料。该至少一台服务器连接的存储设备可以是本地的存储设备,也可以是通过网络连接的存储设备。
例如,在本实施例中,第一业务系统100包括至少一台服务器110。该至少一台服务器110通过网络140连接存储设备120及多个客户端130(图1中仅示出两个)。
第二业务系统200包括至少一台服务器210。该至少一台服务器210通过网络240连接存储设备220及多个客户端230(图1中仅示出两个)。
第N业务系统N00包括至少一台服务器N10。该至少一台服务器N10通过网络N40连接存储设备N20及多个客户端N30(图1中仅示出两个)。
客户端130、230、N30可以为桌上型计算机、笔记本、平板电脑、手机,或其它可以通过网络与服务器进行通信的终端装置。
存储设备120、220、N20包括至少一种类型的存储介质,所述存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等等。
网络140、240、N40为企业内部网(Intranet)。网络101为企业外部网(Internet)。
在本实施例中,本申请提供的同业资产监控系统10应用于同一个金融系统 下的某个业务系统的服务器,例如第一业务系统100的服务器110,第二业务系统200的服务器210,或者第N业务系统的服务器N10。
如图2所示,是该同业资产监控系统10在第一业务系统100的服务器110中的运行环境示意图。
服务器110包括,但不仅限于,存储器11、处理器12及显示器13。
存储器11存储同业资产监控系统10的程序代码,该存储器11可以包括至少一种类型的存储介质,所述存储介质包括闪存、硬盘、多媒体卡、卡型存储器(例如,SD或DX存储器等等)、随机访问存储器(RAM)、静态随机访问存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁性存储器、磁盘、光盘等等。
处理器12从存储器11读取并执行同业资产监控系统10的程序代码,提供I同业资产监控系统10的下述功能。显示器13显示处理器12执行同业资产监控系统10的程序代码的结果。图2仅示出了具有组件11-13的服务器110,应当理解的是,服务器110可以包括更多或者更少的组件。
在其它实施例中,本申请提供的同业资产监控系统10也可以应用于不同金融系统下的某个业务系统的服务器。
图3为本申请同业资产监控系统10较佳实施例的程序模块图。
该同业资产监控系统10包括第一信息获取单元1001、第二信息获取单元1003、计算单元1005、预警单元1007及监控单元1009。
第一信息获取单元1001,用于从第一业务系统100获取该第一业务系统100对应的金融服务机构某客户在该金融服务机构配置的第一资产。例如,在本实施例中,第一资产可以为客户a在某证券公司A的T-2日20日均资产。
第二信息获取单元1003,用于从金融服务总机构的业务系统获取该客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产。在本实施例中,假设第二业务系统200为金融服务总机构的业务系统。该第二资产为客户a在该金融服务总机构的T-2日20日均资产。在该金融服务总机构的打新配号额度、通过打新配号计算规则估算得到的(例如沪市1万1个打新号,深市5千1个打新号)。
计算单元1005,用于计算该客户的第一资产、第二资产的额度差。例如,客户a在某证券公司A的T-2日20日均资产为10W,客户a在该金融服务总机构的T-2日20日均资产为20W,那么客户a的第一资产、第二资产的额度差为10W。
预警单元1007,用于根据该额度差判断该客户在该第一业务系统100的金融服务机构配置以外的其他金融服务机构的资产配置情况,并以第一预警的方式通知预设的客户端130。例如,客户a在某证券公司A的T-2日20日均资产为10W,客户a在该金融服务总机构的T-2日20日均资产为20W,那么客户a在证券公司A以外的其他金融服务机构还配置有10W资产,预警单元1007将该信息以第一预警的方式通知预设的客户端130,例如证券公司A相关证券从业人员的电脑。
监控单元1009,用于监控该第一业务系统100对应的金融服务机构的所有客户在第一预设时间区间内(例如30天、60天)在该第一金融服务机构(例如证券公司A)配置的第一资产的变化情况。
所述预警单元1007,还用于当有超过第一预设比例数量的客户在该第一业务系统100对应的金融服务机构(例如证券公司A)配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值时,以第二预警的方式通知预设的客户端。例如,假设所述第一预设比例设置为50%,第一阈值设置为第一资产的40%,当监控单元1009监控发现证券公司A有超过(包含等于)50%的客户配置的第一资产的市值减少了40%及以上,预警单元1007将该信息以第二预警的方式通知预设的客户端130,例如证券公司A相关证券从业人员的电脑。在本实施例中,“超过”包含“等于”的情况。在其他实施例中,“超过”也可以不包含“等于”的情况。
所述监控单元1009,还用于:
监控在所述第一业务系统100对应的金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该第一预设时间区间内在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况;及
判断在所述第一业务系统100对应的金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况是否与其在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况一致。
例如,证券公司A有超过50%的客户在证券公司A的资产市值减少了10w,那么这些客户在该金融服务总机构的市值是减少了还是增加了?如果是减少了,减少的额度是大于10w还是小于10w?如果大于10w,则表明这些客户在整个证券行业的资产配置减少了;如果小于10w或是不减反增,则表明这些客户在证券公司A的资产额度减少了10w、但是在其它证券公司的资产额度增加了。
所述预警单元1007,还用于当在该第一预设时间区间内、在所述第一业务系统100对应的金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况与其在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况不一致时,以第三预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
例如,若证券公司A有超过50%的客户在证券公司A的资产市值减少了10w,而这些客户在该金融服务总机构的市值减少的数量小于10W,或者是这些客户在该金融服务总机构的市值增加了,则预警单元1007将该信息以第三预警的方式通知预设的客户端130,例如证券公司A相关证券从业人员的电脑。
所述监控单元1009,还用于监控该金融服务总机构的所有客户在第二预设时间区间(例如30天、60天、90天)内在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况。该第二预设时间区间可以设置为与第一预设时间区间相同,也可以设置为与第一预设时间区间不同。
所述预警单元1007,还用于当有超过第二预设比例数量的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化超过第二阈值,以第四预警的方式通知预设的客户端。该第二阈值可以设置为与第一阈值相同,也可以设置为与第一阈值不同。
例如,当大批量证券客户在某一个金融体系下的总机构(例如中国的中登公司)的资产发生大幅度下降时,可能预示当前金融市场(例如证券市场)行情不乐观,资金从当前金融市场抽离,预警单元1007可以将该信息以第四预警的方式通知预设的客户端,例如金融服务总机构的相关从业人员。金融行业人员可以据此分析金融服务业当前面临的困难,及时、有效采取相应的措施调整业务模式,避免风险发生。
图4为本申请同业资产监控方法较佳实施例的流程图。
步骤S110,第一信息获取单元从第一业务系统100获取该第一业务系统100对应的金融服务机构某客户在该金融服务机构配置的第一资产。例如,在本实施例中,第一资产可以为客户a在某证券公司A的T-2日20日均资产。
步骤S120,第二信息获取单元1003从金融服务总机构的业务系统获取该客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产。在本实施例中,假设第二业务系统200为金融服务总机构的业务系统。该第二资产为客户a在该金融服务总机构的T-2日20日均资产。在该金融服务总机构的打新配号额度、通过打新配号计算规则估算得到的(例如沪市1万1个打新号,深市5千1个打新号)。
步骤S130,计算单元1005计算该客户的第一资产、第二资产的额度差。例如,客户a在某证券公司A的T-2日20日均资产为10W,客户a在该金融服务总机构的T-2日20日均资产为20W,那么客户a的第一资产、第二资产的额度差为10W。
步骤S140,预警单元1007根据该额度差判断该客户在该第一业务系统100的金融服务机构配置以外的其他金融服务机构的资产配置情况,并以第一预警的方式通知预设的客户端130。例如,客户a在某证券公司A的T-2日20日均资产为10W,客户a在该金融服务总机构的T-2日20日均资产为20W,那么客户a在证券公司A以外的其他金融服务机构还配置有10W资产,预警单元1007将该信息以第一预警的方式通知预设的客户端130,例如证券公司A相关证券从业人员的电脑。
图5为本申请同业资产监控方法另一较佳实施例的流程图。
在该另一较佳实施例中,该方法可以只包括步骤S210、S220、S230。
步骤S210,监控单元1009监控该第一业务系统100对应的金融服务机构的所有客户在第一预设时间区间内(例如30天、60天)在该第一金融服务机构(例如证券公司A)配置的第一资产的变化情况。
步骤S220,监控单元1009判断是否有超过第一预设比例数量的客户在该第一业务系统100对应的金融服务机构(例如证券公司A)配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值。若该第一业务系统100对应的金融服务机构(例如证券公司A)的所有客户中,没有超过第一预设比例数量的客户的第一资产的配置变化超过第一阈值,则监控单元1009继续监控。当有超过第一预设比例数量的客户在该第一业务系统100对应的金融服务机构(例如证券公司A)配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值时,流程进入步骤S230。
步骤S230,预警单元1007以第二预警的方式通知预设的客户端。例如,假设所述第一预设比例设置为50%,第一阈值设置为第一资产的40%,当监控单元1009监控发现证券公司A有超过(包含等于)50%的客户配置的第一资产的市值减少了40%及以上,预警单元1007将该信息以第二预警的方式通知预设的客户端130,例如证券公司A相关证券从业人员的电脑。在本实施例中,“超过”包含“等于”的情况。在其他实施例中,“超过”也可以不包含“等于”的情况。
在该另一较佳实施例中,该方法还可以包括步骤S240、S250。
步骤S240,监控单元1009监控在所述第一业务系统100对应的金融服务机 构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该第一预设时间区间内在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况,判断在所述第一业务系统100对应的金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况是否与其在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况一致。
例如,证券公司A有超过50%的客户在证券公司A的资产市值减少了10w,那么这些客户在该金融服务总机构的市值是减少了还是增加了?如果是减少了,减少的额度是大于10w还是小于10w?如果大于10w,则表明这些客户在整个证券行业的资产配置减少了;如果小于10w或是不减反增,则表明这些客户在证券公司A的资产额度减少了10w、但是在其它证券公司的资产额度增加了。
若一致,则流程结束。
若不一致,则流程进入步骤S250,预警单元1007以第三预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
例如,若证券公司A有超过50%的客户在证券公司A的资产市值减少了10w,而这些客户在该金融服务总机构的市值减少的数量小于10W,或者是这些客户在该金融服务总机构的市值增加了,则预警单元1007将该信息以第三预警的方式通知预设的客户端130,例如证券公司A相关证券从业人员的电脑。
图6为本申请同业资产监控方法另一较佳实施例的流程图。
步骤S310,第二信息获取单元1003从金融服务总机构的业务系统获取所有客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产。
步骤S320,监控单元1009监控该金融服务总机构的所有客户在第二预设时间区间(例如30天、60天、90天)内在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况。该第二预设时间区间可以设置为与第一预设时间区间相同,也可以设置为与第一预设时间区间不同。
步骤S330,监控单元1009判断该金融服务总机构是否有超过第二预设比例数量的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化超过第二阈值。该第二阈值可以设置为与第一阈值相同,也可以设置为与第一阈值不同。在本实施例中,“超过”包含“等于”的情况。在其他实施例中,“超过”也可以不包含“等于”的情况。若监控单元1009监控发现该金融服务总机构没有发生超过第二预设比例数量的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化超过第二阈值的情况, 则监控单元1009继续监控。若监控单元1009监控发现该金融服务总机构有超过第二预设比例数量的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化超过第二阈值,则流程进入步骤S340。
步骤S340,预警单元1007以第四预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
例如,当大批量证券客户在某一个金融体系下的总机构(例如中国的中登公司)的资产发生大幅度下降时,可能预示当前金融市场(例如证券市场)行情不乐观,资金从当前金融市场抽离,预警单元1007可以将该信息以第四预警的方式通知预设的客户端,例如金融服务总机构的相关从业人员。金融行业人员可以据此分析金融服务业当前面临的困难,及时、有效采取相应的措施调整业务模式,避免风险发生。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中提到的“一个实施例”、“另一个实施例”可以为相同的实施例,也可以为不同的实施例。
最后所应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本申请进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本申请的技术方案进行修改或等同替换,而不脱离本申请技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种同业资产监控方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    从第一金融服务机构的业务系统获取该第一金融服务机构某客户在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产;
    从金融服务总机构的业务系统获取该客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产;
    计算该客户的第一资产、第二资产的额度差;及
    根据该额度差判断该客户在该第一金融服务机构以外的其他金融服务机构的资产配置情况,并以第一预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的同业资产监控方法,其特征在于,该客户的第二资产是依据该客户在该金融服务总机构的打新配号额度、通过打新配号计算规则估算得到的。
  3. 一种同业资产监控方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    监控第一金融服务机构的所有客户在第一预设时间区间内在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况;及
    当有超过第一预设比例数量的客户在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值时,以第二预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的同业资产监控方法,其特征在于,所述第一预设比例为50%,所述第一阈值为所述第一资产的40%。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的同业资产监控方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    监控在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该第一预设时间区间内在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况;
    判断在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况是否与其在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况一致;及
    当在该第一预设时间区间内、在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况与其在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况不一致时,以第三预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的同业资产监控方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    监控在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该第一预设时间区间内在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况;
    判断在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况是否与其在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况一致;及
    当在该第一预设时间区间内、在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况与其在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况不一致时,以第三预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  7. 一种同业资产监控方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    从金融服务总机构的业务系统获取所有客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产;
    监控该金融服务总机构的所有客户在第二预设时间区间内在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况;及
    当有超过第二预设比例数量的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化超过第一阈值,以第四预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  8. 一种同业资产监控系统,应用于计算装置,其特征在于,该系统包括:
    第一信息获取单元,用于从第一金融服务机构的业务系统获取该第一金融服务机构某客户在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产;
    第二信息获取单元,用于从金融服务总机构的业务系统获取该客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产;
    计算单元,用于计算该客户的第一资产、第二资产的额度差;及
    预警单元,用于根据该额度差判断该客户在该第一金融服务机构以外的其他金融服务机构的资产配置情况,并以第一预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的同业资产监控系统,其特征在于,该系统还包括:
    监控单元,用于监控该第一金融服务机构的所有客户在第一预设时间区间内在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况;以及
    所述预警单元,还用于当有超过第一预设比例数量的客户在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值时,以第二预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的同业资产监控系统,其特征在于,所述第一预设比 例为50%,所述第一阈值为所述第一资产的40%。
  11. 如权利求9所述的同业资产监控系统,其特征在于:
    所述监控单元还用于:
    监控在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该第一预设时间区间内在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况;
    判断在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况是否与其在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况一致;以及
    所述预警单元,还用于当在该第一预设时间区间内、在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况与其在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况不一致时,以第三预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  12. 如权利求10所述的同业资产监控系统,其特征在于:
    所述监控单元还用于:
    监控在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该第一预设时间区间内在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况;
    判断在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况是否与其在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况一致;以及
    所述预警单元,还用于当在该第一预设时间区间内、在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况与其在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况不一致时,以第三预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  13. 如权利求9所述的同业资产监控系统,其特征在于:
    所述监控单元,还用于监控该金融服务总机构的所有客户在第二预设时间区间内在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况;以及
    所述预警单元,还用于当有超过第二预设比例数量的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化超过第二阈值时,以第四预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  14. 如权利要求8所述的同业资产监控系统,其特征在于,该客户的第二资产是依据该客户在该金融服务总机构的打新配号额度、通过打新配号计算规则 估算得到的。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有同业资产监控系统,其特征在于,所述同业资产监控系统包括:
    第一信息获取单元,用于从第一金融服务机构的业务系统获取该第一金融服务机构某客户在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产;
    第二信息获取单元,用于从金融服务总机构的业务系统获取该客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产;
    计算单元,用于计算该客户的第一资产、第二资产的额度差;及
    预警单元,用于根据该额度差判断该客户在该第一金融服务机构以外的其他金融服务机构的资产配置情况,并以第一预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,该系统还包括:
    监控单元,用于监控该第一金融服务机构的所有客户在第一预设时间区间内在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况;以及
    所述预警单元,还用于当有超过第一预设比例数量的客户在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值时,以第二预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述第一预设比例为50%,所述第一阈值为所述第一资产的40%。
  18. 如权利求16或17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于:
    所述监控单元还用于:
    监控在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该第一预设时间区间内在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况;
    判断在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况是否与其在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况一致;以及
    所述预警单元,还用于当在该第一预设时间区间内、在所述第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化超过第一阈值的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况与其在该第一金融服务机构配置的第一资产的变化情况不一致时,以第三预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  19. 如权利求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于:
    所述监控单元,还用于监控该金融服务总机构的所有客户在第二预设时间区间内在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化情况;以及
    所述预警单元,还用于当有超过第二预设比例数量的客户在该金融服务总机构配置的第二资产的变化超过第二阈值时,以第四预警的方式通知预设的客户端。
  20. 如权利要求15所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,该客户的第二资产是依据该客户在该金融服务总机构的打新配号额度、通过打新配号计算规则估算得到的。
