背景技术
[0002] 近年来, 目前的电力供应, 主要是使用定点集中的大型发电厂通过利用火力、 核能、 风力, 及水力等产生电力来供电, 再通过中继变电所将电力输送到每一 需用电的地方。 然而利用火力、 核能发电, 需幵采燃料能源, 且使用后对环境 造成极大的污染, 若是利用风力、 水力发电, 则容易受天气变化的影响而无法 稳定供电, 且转换效率也不佳, 并且, 架设及维护中继变电所的花费颇高, 且 电力很容易在输送过程中损失造成浪费。

[0003] 此外, 上述无论利用风力、 太阳能、 水力或地热等方式来产生能量, 皆有受限 于地区性的限制; 例如, 某部分地区常年风力不强, 故无法使用风力来产生能 量; 相同地, 某些地区气候为常年多雨, 太阳能自然无法运用; 而水力及地热 更是需要部份得天独厚的地区方有存在, 并无法有效地适用于全球各个地区。
[0004] 本发明人有鉴于现有受限于地区方能实施的缺陷, 乃不断的精进研发改良, 终 研发出一机械式发电装置, 以供作为发电的使用。

[0006] 为达到上述的目的, 本发明所设一种机械式发电装置, 包括一基座与一摆动杆 , 其中该基座上设有一转盘, 该转盘可受一马达驱动而转动于该基座上, 该摆 动杆枢设于转盘上, 并形成一角度的倾斜, 该摆动杆前端与一设置于转盘上的 一马达连接, 使该马达可拉动该摆动杆使其稳定倾斜的状态, 而该摆动杆末端 则设有一块体, 该摆动杆前端设有一马达, 该马达通过一弹簧而与一设置于转 盘上的一集能装置连接, 使转盘转动吋可拉伸或是松释该弹簧, 而带动该集能 装置运转而集能。

[0037] 借此, 通过上述的动作方式, 该弹簧 23可持续带动该集能装置 6运转。
[0038] 此外, 该转盘 3的周缘上设有一重块 31, 该基座 1一侧设有一固定杆 11, 其上设 一温度传感器 12、 一监视器 13及一用以控制该温度传感器 12与该监视器 13的幵 关 14。 如图 6所示, 该基座 1于该转盘 3—侧设有一活动辅助杆 7, 用以维持该摆 动杆 2自转盘 3下方随转盘 2转动至该转盘 2上方吋, 该摆动杆 2可呈现垂直的状态 。 该活动辅助杆 7通过一马达 71连动有一结合于该活动辅助杆 7上的弹簧 72, 而 可产生位移, 且该马达 71受一感应控制器 73的控制而运转, 该感应控制器 73则 用以感应该摆动杆 2的位置。

[权利要求 1] 一种机械式发电装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
一基座, 其上设有一转盘, 该转盘受一马达驱动而转动于该基座上; 及
一摆动杆, 其枢设于转盘上, 并形成一角度的倾斜, 该摆动杆前端与 一设置于转盘上的一马达连接, 使该马达可拉动该摆动杆使其稳定倾 斜的状态, 而该摆动杆末端则设有一块体, 该摆动杆前端设有一马达 , 该马达通过一弹簧而与一设置于转盘上的一集能装置连接, 使转盘 转动吋能够拉伸或是松释该弹簧, 而带动该集能装置运转而集能。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的机械式发电装置, 其特征在于, 该基座一侧设有 一固定杆, 其上设一温度传感器、 一监视器及一用以控制该温度传感 器与该监视器的幵关。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的机械式发电装置, 其特征在于, 该基座于该转盘 一侧设有一活动辅助杆, 用以维持该摆动杆自转盘下方随转盘转动至 该转盘上方吋, 该摆动杆呈现垂直的状态。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的机械式发电装置, 其特征在于, 该活动辅助杆通 过一马达连动有一结合于该活动辅助杆上的弹簧, 而能够产生位移, 且该马达受一感应控制器的控制而运转, 该感应控制器则用以感应该 摆动杆的位置。
