本发明涉及一种注射器,尤其是一种医用注射器,可以用于胰岛素的注射,但不限于。
背景技术
已知,常见的医用注射器,一般都是由管部和针管构成,所述针管设置在所述管部的前部,用于刺入注射部位,所述管部用于存储待注射液体药物。注射完成后,所述针管会从所述管部的前部摘下,经过消毒后,再被重复利用。
而有些医用注射器,其针管是直接设置在管部上,使用完成后,即会被销毁,以避免后续被重复使用,出现医疗隐患。例如,目前常用的常规胰岛素注射器和笔式胰岛素注射器。
但是,对于这种业界目前常用的胰岛素注射器,其在使用后,由于自身结构设计的原因,使得其针管的端部针尖始终暴露在外部,明显存在安全隐患,安全性问题暴露无疑。
进一步的,这种胰岛素注射器,其自身结构上的设计缺陷,还不止表现在使用完成后,其针管针尖外露上,其还存在更大的安全隐患。即其在完成使用后,在不破坏其自身结构的前提下,还能被回收后重复使用,从而埋下了更为严重的安全隐患。
因此,确有必要来开发一种新型的医用注射器,来克服现有技术中的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用注射器,其注射完成后可以对其针管端部 进行有效的遮蔽,避免了注射完成后针管端部外露所产生的安全性问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种医用注射器,其包括针座、卡座、安全保护套和针管。其中所述卡座内设置有收容腔,所述针座和安全保护套分别设置在所述卡座收容腔的上部和下部,所述针管设置在所述针座内,并向下延伸伸入所述安全保护套。所述安全保护套可在所述卡座收容腔内上下移动以便配合所述针管的注射操作。其中所述卡座收容腔内设置有定位臂,所述定位臂的末端延伸出有卡部,所述安全保护套设置有定位台阶部,通过所述定位台阶部与所述定位臂卡部的配接,所述安全保护套相对于所述卡座位于初始位置。所述安全保护套在所述卡座收容腔内的向上移动,能够使得所述安全保护套发生转动,从而使得所述定位台阶部脱离与所述定位臂末端卡部之间的配接,此时所述安全保护套相对于所述卡座位于工作位置。
进一步的,在不同实施方式中,其中所述安全保护套的上端设置有斜面状的拨转导向面,所述针座的下部设置有对应的拨转导向面,所述安全保护套的上移,使得所述两拨转导向面接触配合,并使得所述安全保护套发生转动。

进一步的,所述安全保护套和所述卡座之间的配接方式,也使得所述安全保护套伸出所述卡座后,不能在不破坏其结构的情况下,重新缩回到所述卡座内,从而使得所述医用注射器在使用后,只能被损毁,不能被简单的回收重复利用,从而有效的避免了因其被不正确的回收进行重复利用,而可能导致的医疗事故。

请参阅图1所示,本发明的一个实施方式提供了一种医用注射器,其包括针座保护套1、针座2、卡座3、弹簧4、安全保护套5和针管6。
其中所述卡座3内设置有收容腔30,所述针座2设置在所述卡座3收容腔30的上部,所述安全保护套5设置在所述卡座3收容腔30的下部,并部分显露于所述卡座3外。所述弹簧4设置在所述针座2和安全保护套5之间。所述针管6设置在所述针座2内,并向下延伸穿过所述安全保护套5,其端部针尖显露于所述安全保护套5外。所述针座保护套1套设在所述卡座3的外部,并同时将所述针管2也完全遮蔽于其内。

同时由于所述导向斜面53处于所述定位臂31的上方,其随着所述安全保护套5的下移,会推动所述定位臂31的卡部311向两侧移动,由于所述定位臂31有一定的弹性,其会向两侧发生一定的弹性变形,进而使得所述安全保护套5在所述弹簧4的弹性恢复力的作用下,顺利通过所述卡部311的位置,直到底部被限位停止,同时所述限位部56则正好位于所述卡部311的一侧。这时,所述医用注射器的安全保护套5处于使用完成后的最终位置,同时所述安全保护套5也完全遮蔽住所述针管6的端部。具体图示,请参阅图6所示。
进一步的,若想反向推动所述安全保护套5恢复到工作位置,请参阅图7所示,这时所述安全保护套5受力向上,使得其限位部56和其上端面之间形成的定位面562与所述卡部311的底面发生抵靠,使得所述卡部311受力,如图中箭头所示,向内侧发生变形。而所述卡部311向内部发生变形,则会使得其竖直面与位于其侧的所述限位部56的弧面表面发生侧面抵靠,如此,通过所述定位面562与所述限位部56的结合阻挡,使得所述卡部311只能停在其所在位置上,或是只能发生轻微变形,从而稳固的阻挡住所述安全保护套5向上移动的空间。如此,所述安全保护套5也就无法继续向上运动,即使增加外力,也只能是破坏掉其自身结构。从而可有效避免其被不正当的回收,并被二次使用。
本发明涉及的一种医用注射器,其采用全新设计的安全保护套结构以及与其配接的卡座结构,使得所述注射器在完成注射后,所述安全保护套能伸出所述卡座,并对针管的端部进行完全遮蔽,从而能够避免因使用完成后,所述针管端部针尖外露可能导致的安全问题。
进一步的,所述安全保护套和所述卡座之间的配接方式,也使得所述安全保护套伸出所述卡座后,不能在不破坏其结构的情况下,重新缩回到所述卡座内,从而使得所述医用注射器在使用后,只能被损毁,不能被简单的回收重复利用,从而有效的避免了因其被不正确的回收进行重复利用,而可能导致的医疗事故。
本发明的技术范围不仅仅局限于上述说明中的内容,本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本发明技术思想的前提下,对上述实施例进行多种变形和修改,而这些变形和修改均应当属于本发明的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种医用注射器,其包括针座、卡座、安全保护套和针管;其特征在于,其中所述卡座内设置有收容腔,所述针座和安全保护套分别设置在所述卡座收容腔的上部和下部,所述针管设置在所述针座内,并向下延伸伸入所述安全保护套;所述安全保护套可在所述卡座收容腔内上下移动以便配合所述针管的注射操作;其中所述卡座收容腔内设置有定位臂,所述定位臂的末端延伸出有卡部,所述安全保护套设置有定位台阶部,通过所述定位台阶部与所述定位臂卡部的配接,所述安全保护套相对于所述卡座位于初始位置;
    所述安全保护套在所述卡座收容腔内的向上移动,能够使得所述安全保护套发生转动,从而使得所述定位台阶部脱离与所述定位臂末端卡部之间的配接,此时所述安全保护套相对于所述卡座位于工作位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用注射器;其特征在于,其中所述安全保护套的上端设置有斜面状的拨转导向面,所述针座的下部设置有对应的拨转导向面,所述安全保护套的上移,使得所述两拨转导向面接触配合,并使得所述安全保护套发生转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用注射器;其特征在于,其中所述安全保护套定位台阶部的一侧设置有导向斜面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用注射器;其特征在于,其中所述安全保护套的上端设置有限位部,其与所述安全保护套的上端面之间界定有定位面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种医用注射器;其特征在于,其中所述限位部的侧面为弧形表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用注射器;其特征在于,其中所述安全保护套上还设置有导向凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种医用注射器;其特征在于,其中所述卡座收容腔内设置有定位凸条,用于与所述导向凹槽配接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用注射器;其特征在于,其中所述针座与所述安全保护套之间设置有弹性件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种医用注射器;其特征在于,其中所述弹性件包括弹簧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用注射器;其特征在于,其还包括针座保护套,套设在所述卡座外。
