一种手持式衣物洗涤装置,包括壳体和设置在壳体内的超声波发生装置,所述壳体包括一平面的底壁,所述超声波发生装置具有多个超声波振动端,所述超声波振动端分布在底壁上,洗涤时,所述超声波振动端与待洗衣物接触。
所述超声波振动端的端部与底壁齐平或者凸出于底壁,洗涤时,所述超声波振动端与待洗衣物接触。
所述的超声波发生装置包括超声波发生器和超声波振子,超声波振子形成超声波振动端,所述超声波振子与超声波发生器电连接,所述超声波振子的端部与底壁齐平或者凸出于底壁;
优选地,所述的超声波振子的一端与超声波发生器电连接,另一端凸出于壳体的底壁。
多个超声波振子交错排列,或者均匀分布;
优选的,多个超声波振子排列成多排,各排之间的超声波振子交错分布。
多个所述的超声波振子凸出于壳体的底壁表面的高度相等,使超声波振子的端部共平面;
或者,多个所述的超声波振子凸出于壳体的底壁表面的高度不等;
优选地,多个超声波振子排列成多排,每一排超声波振子凸出于壳体的底壁表面的高度相等,不同排超声波振子凸出于壳体的底壁表面的高度不等;
更优选地,靠近底壁边缘的超声波振子比内侧的超声波振子凸出于壳体的底壁表面的高度低。
所述底壁包括具有开口的容纳腔,所述超声波振动端位于容纳腔内,所述超声波振动端的端部朝向开口,所述超声波振动端的端部与开口的边沿齐平或者凸出于开口的边沿;
优选地,壳体的底壁局部向上凹陷形成开口向下的凹腔,所述超声波振动端的端部朝下,所述超声波振动端的端部凸出于所述开口的边沿。
还包括用于向待洗衣物和/或超声波振动端喷洒衣物处理剂的投放装置,投放装置设置在壳体内;
优选地,所述投放装置包括设置在壳体内用于存储衣物处理剂的储存盒、排液管路和设置在底壁上的投放口,所述排液管路的一端与储存盒连通,另一端与投放口连通;
优选地,所述投放口朝向超声波振动端和/或朝向待洗衣物;
优选地,所述投放口设置在凹腔的内壁上。
还包括控制装置,所述控制装置设置在排液管路和/或储存盒上,控制排液管路的启闭和/或排液量;
优选地,所述控制装置为设置在储存盒上的按压泵,所述按压泵的出口与所述排液管路连通。
还包括用于为洗涤装置提供洗涤用水的供水装置,所述供水装置设置在壳体内;所述供水装置的出水口与排液管路连通或者设置在底壁上;
优选地,供水装置包括水箱、供水管路,供水管路的一端与水箱连通,另一端与排液管 路连通。
还包括操作台,洗涤时,待洗衣物位于操作台和超声波发生装置的超声波振动端之间;
优选地,所述操作台为板状结构。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:(1)通过设置一平面底壁,并在底壁上设置多个超声波振动端,一方面方便多个超声波振动端的设置,使洗涤面积更大,另一方面方便手持式衣物洗涤装置放置,用户可以将手持式衣物洗涤装置放置在待洗衣物上进行衣物洗涤,而不必一直手握,更加省力,当一个位置洗涤完成后再更换位置;(2)在壳体内设置投放装置和供水装置,使用更加方便。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例一
如图1-4所示,一种手持式衣物洗涤装置,包括壳体100和设置在壳体100内的超声波发生装置,所述壳体100包括一平面的底壁101,所述超声波发生装置具有多个超声波振动端200,所述超声波振动端200分布在底壁101上,洗涤时,所述超声波振动端200与待洗衣物501接触。
通过设置一平面底壁101,并在底壁101上设置多个超声波振动端200,一方面方便多个超声波振动端200的分布,使洗涤面积更大,另一方面方便手持式衣物洗涤装置放置,用户可以将手持式衣物洗涤装置放置在待洗衣物501上进行衣物洗涤,而不必一直手握,当一个位置洗涤完成后再更换位置。
手持式衣物洗涤装置的供电装置可以是电池,也可以是交流电源。手持式衣物洗涤装置还包括电插头102,电插头102的一端与超声波发生装置通过电线连接,另一端可与插座相连。
进一步地,所述超声波振动端200的端部与底壁101齐平或者凸出于底壁101,洗涤时,所述超声波振动端200与待洗衣物501接触。
将超声波洗涤装置放置于水中,超声波在水中的传导至待洗衣物501上,由于衣物为柔性材质,超声波很容易再传导过程中被柔性衣物和水吸收,使超声波对衣物的洗涤大打折扣,通过将超声波振动端200的端部与底壁101齐平或者凸出于底壁101,使超声波振动端200与衣物接触,减少超声波能量的损耗,达到更好的洗涤效果。
进一步地,所述的超声波发生装置包括超声波发生器201和超声波振子202,超声波振子202形成超声波振动端200,所述超声波振子202与超声波发生器201电连接,所述超声波振子202的端部与底壁101齐平或者凸出于底壁101。
超声波发生装置的超声波振子202的端部与底壁101齐平或者凸出于底壁101,使超声波振子202的端部与衣物直接接触,振动直接传至衣物,减少能量损失,洗涤效果更好。
下面以超声波振子凸出与壳体进行解释,所述的超声波振子202的一端与超声波发生器201电连接,另一端凸出于壳体100的底壁101。
超声波振子202一般为圆柱形,一端与超声波发生器201电连接,圆柱的另一端为振动端,该振动端凸出于壳体100的底壁101,当将超声波洗涤装置的底面与衣物相对时,由于超声波振子202的端部突出与底壁101,使超声波振子202的端部与衣物接触,超声波振子202振动形成能够进行清洗的振动端。
进一步地,多个超声波振子202交错排列,一方面增加超声波振子202振动面积,使洗涤效果更好,另一方面,更容易形成共振,进一步提高振动效果。如图3所示,图中排列成两排,多个超声波振子202呈交错排列。
进一步地,多个超声波振子202排列成多排,更加规整,各排之间的超声波振子202交错分布,进一步提高了共振效果。
方案一,多个所述的超声波振子202凸出于壳体100的底壁101表面的高度相等,使超声波振子202的端部共平面。该结构方便洗涤,使洗涤的面积较大,更加快捷。
方案二,多个所述的超声波振子202凸出于壳体100的底壁101表面的高度不等。由于衣物的款式、布料等影响,衣物的表面可能不平整,通过使凸出于壳体100的底壁101表面的高度不等,使超声波振动端200与衣物更好的接触,更适合洗涤表面不平整的衣物。
进一步地,多个超声波振子202排列成多排,每一排超声波振子202凸出于壳体100的底壁101表面的高度相等,不同排超声波振子202凸出于壳体100的底壁101表面的高度不等。通过将不同排的排超声波振子202设计成不同的高度,使其更加适合表面不平整的洗涤待洗衣物501。
更进一步地,靠近底壁101边缘的超声波振子202比内侧的超声波振子202凸出于壳体100的底壁101表面的高度低。通过将边缘的超声波振子202的设计的较低,可以将超声波洗涤装置放置在衣物上自动洗涤,也可以手持衣物使其与边缘的超声波振子202接触,使其更加贴合,洗涤更加彻底。
图2中,超声波振子202设置了两排,其中的一排凸出于壳体100的底壁101表面的高度,另一排低,如果设置成三排,则中间的一排凸出于壳体100的底壁101表面的高度最高。
其中,多个超声波振子202也可以均匀分布。
进一步地,如图3所示,所述底壁101包括具有开口104的容纳腔103,所述超声波振动端200位于容纳腔103内,所述超声波振动端200的端部朝向开口104,所述超声波振动端200的端部与开口104的边沿齐平或者凸出于开口104的边沿。
通过设置容纳腔103,超声波发生装置产生的超声波在扩散,当传到容纳腔103的内壁时即不再继续传播,使其在容纳腔103内增强、共振,实现更好的振动洗涤的效果。
进一步地,壳体100的底壁101局部向上凹陷形成开口104向下的凹腔,所述超声波振动端200的端部朝下,所述超声波振动端200的端部凸出于所述开口104的边沿。
实施例二
如图1-4所示,本实施例为对实施例一的进一步限定,本实施例中的超声波洗涤装置还包括用于向待洗衣物501和/或超声波振动端200喷洒衣物处理剂的投放装置,投放装置设置在壳体100内。
通过将喷洒衣物处理剂的投放装置设置在壳体100内,在洗涤衣物时,不必再四处寻找衣物洗涤剂,只需将投放装置内的衣物处理剂喷洒在衣物上进行洗涤即可,使用方便,便于携带而且不易外溢。
进一步地,所述投放装置包括设置在壳体100内用于存储衣物处理剂的储存盒301、排液管路302和设置在底壁101上的投放口303,所述排液管路302的一端与储存盒301连通,另一端与投放口303连通。
设置储存盒301,将衣物处理剂置于储存盒301内,当使用时,通过排液管路302将其排出,进行衣物洗涤,投放口303设置在底壁101上,随着衣物的洗涤排出,使用更加方便。
衣物处理剂可以是洗涤液、洗衣粉和消毒液中的一种或几种,或由水调制成的上述多种衣物处理剂的混合物。
进一步地,所述投放口303朝向超声波振动端200和/或朝向待洗衣物501,投放口303朝向超声波振动端200,使衣物处理剂与水混合更加均匀,而且直接在振动端产生气泡,使其洗涤效果直接发挥;如果投放口303朝向衣物,通过超声波振动端200的振动使其混合更加均匀,方便洗涤。
进一步地,所述投放口303设置在凹腔的内壁上,通过凹腔内壁的阻挡,防止衣物处理剂向衣物大面积扩散,使凹腔内洗涤剂的浓度较大,洗涤效果更好,而且方便漂洗。
进一步地,所述投放装置还包括控制装置,所述控制装置设置在排液管路302和/或储存盒301上,控制排液管路302的启闭和/或排液量。
通过控制装置控制衣物处理剂的启闭和/或排液量,进而实现控制衣物处理剂的排出时机和排出量,方便洗涤和控制。
具体来说,所述控制装置为设置在储存盒301上的按压泵304,所述按压泵304的出口与所述排液管路302连通。
按压泵304可以为压嘴(如,化妆品的摁压泵),所述压嘴的进口端与储存盒301连通,出口与所述排液管路302连通,通过摁压压嘴,控制洗涤剂挤出的时机和挤出量。
进一步地,所述压嘴上设有摁压棒,所述摁压棒一端与压嘴连接,另一端伸出壳体100形成摁压端。
其中,超声波洗涤装置也可以通过电控制方式进行控制,超声波洗涤装置还包括主控制器,所述控制装置为电磁阀,所述电磁阀设置在供水管路402上并与供水管路402连通,所述电磁阀与主控制装置电连接,通过控制壳体100上的操作键控制电磁阀,实现对排液管路302的启闭和/或排液量的控制。
实施例三
如图1-4所示,本实施例在实施例一和实施例二的基础上,本实施例中超声波洗涤装置还包括用于为洗涤装置提供洗涤用水的供水装置,所述供水装置设置在壳体100内。
方案一,供水装置独立于投放衣物处理剂的投放装置,供水装置的出水口403设置在底壁101上,当进行洗涤时,洗涤水从出水口403排到衣物上,将衣物浸湿,进行洗涤。
洗涤水的出水口403设置在投放口303的上方,最好是正上方,方便与衣物处理剂的混合,而且混合更加均匀。
方案二,所述供水装置的出水口403与排液管路302连通,从供水装置的出水口403排出的水进入排液管路302,一方面与衣物处理剂进行混合,另一方面,将排液管路302中的衣物处理剂冲刷干净,减少残留,再一方面,减少壳体100上开口104的数量,提高强度同时减少管路的使用,节约成本。
进一步地,供水装置包括水箱401、供水管路402,供水管路402的一端与水箱401连通,另一端与排液管路302连通,使洗涤水经排液管路302排出。供水装置的出水口403设置在靠近储存盒301的一端,更好的将从储存盒301内排出的衣物处理剂冲出,减少残留。
进一步地,手持式超声洗涤装置还包括操作台500,洗涤时,将衣物至于操作台500上,喷洒洗涤水和衣物处理剂,将手持式超声洗涤装置的底壁101朝向待洗衣物501,并放置在衣物上,使待洗衣物501位于操作台500和超声波发生装置的超声波振动端200之间,进行洗涤。
进一步地,所述操作台500为板状结构,方便衣物展平。
例如,操作台500与手持式超声洗涤装置可拆卸连接。操作台500上设有卡槽,手持式超声洗涤装置的底壁101可位于凹槽内,将其卡在操作台500上。使用完毕,操作台500与手持式超声洗涤装置卡接,防止丢失,使用时,将二者分离。
进一步地,操作台500还包括两相对设置的支撑板,支撑板的端部设有折边,折边与操作台500形成卡槽,使用时,将手持式超声洗涤装置从卡槽内拉出,然后翻转,使操作台500朝上,将衣物放置在操作台500上,进行洗涤,洗涤完毕后,将操作台500的台面朝下,将 手持式超声洗涤装插入凹槽内。
壳体上还设有把手,方便手持,为便于观察其他部件,图中并未指出。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手持式衣物洗涤装置,其特征在于,包括壳体和设置在壳体内的超声波发生装置,所述壳体包括一平面的底壁,所述超声波发生装置具有多个超声波振动端,所述超声波振动端分布在底壁上,洗涤时,所述超声波振动端与待洗衣物接触。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手持式衣物洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述超声波振动端的端部与底壁齐平或者凸出于底壁,洗涤时,所述超声波振动端与待洗衣物接触。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种手持式衣物洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述的超声波发生装置包括超声波发生器和超声波振子,超声波振子形成超声波振动端,所述超声波振子与超声波发生器电连接,所述超声波振子的端部与底壁齐平或者凸出于底壁;
    优选地,所述的超声波振子的一端与超声波发生器电连接,另一端凸出于壳体的底壁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种手持式衣物洗涤装置,其特征在于,多个超声波振子交错排列,或者均匀分布;
    优选的,多个超声波振子排列成多排,各排之间的超声波振子交错分布。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种手持式衣物洗涤装置,其特征在于,多个所述的超声波振子凸出于壳体的底壁表面的高度相等,使超声波振子的端部共平面;
    或者,多个所述的超声波振子凸出于壳体的底壁表面的高度不等;
    优选地,多个超声波振子排列成多排,每一排超声波振子凸出于壳体的底壁表面的高度相等,不同排超声波振子凸出于壳体的底壁表面的高度不等;
    更优选地,靠近底壁边缘的超声波振子比内侧的超声波振子凸出于壳体的底壁表面的高度低。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种手持式衣物洗涤装置,其特征在于,所述底壁包括具有开口的容纳腔,所述超声波振动端位于容纳腔内,所述超声波振动端的端部朝向开口,所述超声波振动端的端部与开口的边沿齐平或者凸出于开口的边沿;
    优选地,壳体的底壁局部向上凹陷形成开口向下的凹腔,所述超声波振动端的端部朝下,所述超声波振动端的端部凸出于所述开口的边沿。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种手持式衣物洗涤装置,其特征在于,还包括用于向待洗衣物和/或超声波振动端喷洒衣物处理剂的投放装置,投放装置设置在壳体内;
    优选地,所述投放装置包括设置在壳体内用于存储衣物处理剂的储存盒、排液管路和设置在底壁上的投放口,所述排液管路的一端与储存盒连通,另一端与投放口连通;
    优选地,所述投放口朝向超声波振动端和/或朝向待洗衣物;
    优选地,所述投放口设置在凹腔的内壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种手持式衣物洗涤装置,其特征在于,还包括控制装置,所述控制装置设置在排液管路和/或储存盒上,控制排液管路的启闭和/或排液量;
    优选地,所述控制装置为设置在储存盒上的按压泵,所述按压泵的出口与所述排液管路连通。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种手持式衣物洗涤装置,其特征在于,还包括用于为洗涤装置提供洗涤用水的供水装置,所述供水装置设置在壳体内;所述供水装置的出水口与排液管路连通或者设置在底壁上;
    优选地,供水装置包括水箱、供水管路,供水管路的一端与水箱连通,另一端与排液管路连通。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种手持式衣物洗涤装置,其特征在于,还包括操作台,洗涤时,待洗衣物位于操作台和超声波发生装置的超声波振动端之间;
    优选地,所述操作台为板状结构。
