Description

一种LCD液晶显示屏检测装置 技术领域
本发明是一种LCD液晶显示屏检测装置,属于LCD领域。
背景技术
LCD 的构造是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶盒,下基板玻璃上设置TFT(薄膜晶体管),上基板玻璃上设置彩色滤光片,通过TFT上的信号与电压改变来控制液晶分子的转动方向,从而达到控制每个像素点偏振光出射与否而达到显示目的。
现有技术公开了申请号为:CN201520594197.6的一种LCD液晶显示屏检测装置,包括LCD液晶显示屏测试垫板和与其铰接的LCD液晶显示屏测试压板,LCD液晶显示屏测试垫板上设有电极,LCD液晶显示屏测试压板上设有与LCD液晶显示屏测试垫板相反的电极,LCD液晶显示屏测试垫板上表面设有LCD液晶显示屏测试区,LCD液晶显示屏测试压板与LCD液晶显示屏测试区接触的部位设有起缓冲作用的第一软垫,在测试LCD液晶显示屏时,有了第一软垫的缓冲作用,就能使LCD液晶显示屏得到有效保护,因此,本发明结构简单,很好地解决了LCD液晶显示屏容易压坏的技术问题,具有较高的应用价值。现有的技术无法进行检测数据打印,需要人工做笔记,影响了人工效率。

技术解决方案
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种LCD液晶显示屏检测装置,以解决现有的技术无法进行检测数据打印,需要人工做笔记,影响了人工效率的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种LCD液晶显示屏检测装置,其结构包括显示器、控制面板、打印机、操作按钮、检测器、测头、检测台面、底座、主机、立臂,所述的显示器与控制面板相连接,所述的控制面板活动连接打印机,所述的测头下方设有检测台面,所述的检测台面与主机相连接,所述的主机活动连接立臂,所述的底座与主机相连接,所述的打印机包括打印按钮、出纸口、USB孔、处理器、数据线,所述的打印按钮与出纸口相连接,所述的出纸口右侧设有USB孔,所述的处理器与数据线相连接,所述的数据线活动连接主机。
进一步地,所述的操作按钮设在控制面板的下方。
进一步地,所述的检测器与测头相连接。
进一步地,所述的数据线长度为80cm。
进一步地,所述的操作按钮共设有5个。
进一步地,所述的立臂为不锈钢材质,有效提高使用寿命。
进一步地,所述的底座高度为10cm。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果:本实用设有打印机通过数据线与主机连接获取检测数据,并且通过处理器进行打印处理,而后通过出纸口将检测数据进行打印,就不需要工作人员做笔记,大大提高了工作效率。

本发明的实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
请参阅图1-图2,本发明提供一种LCD液晶显示屏检测装置:其结构包括显示器1、控制面板2、打印机3、操作按钮4、检测器5、测头6、检测台面7、底座8、主机9、立臂10,所述的显示器1与控制面板2相连接,所述的控制面板2活动连接打印机3,所述的测头6下方设有检测台面7,所述的检测台面7与主机9相连接,所述的主机9活动连接立臂10,所述的底座8与主机9相连接,所述的打印机3包括打印按钮301、出纸口302、USB孔303、处理器304、数据线305,所述的打印按钮301与出纸口302相连接,所述的出纸口302右侧设有USB孔303,所述的处理器304与数据线305相连接,所述的数据线305活动连接主机9,所述的操作按钮4设在控制面板2的下方,所述的检测器5与测头6相连接,所述的数据线305长度为80cm,所述的操作按钮4共设有5个,所述的立臂10为不锈钢材质,有效提高使用寿命,所述的底座8高度为10cm。
在使用者需要对本实用进行使用的时候,就可以通过控制面板2进行检测控制,而后通过显示器1显示检测数据,为了能够加快工作效率,确保数据的准确性,设有的打印机3通过数据线305获得检测数据,并且通过处理器304进行数据处理,而后以纸质形式从出纸口302处进行打印,即可用确保数据的准确性,又不需要人工做笔记,大大提高了工作效率。
本发明所述的打印机3是计算机的输出设备之一,用于将计算机处理结果打印在相关介质上。
本发明的显示器1、控制面板2、打印机3、操作按钮4、检测器5、测头6、检测台面7、底座8、主机9、立臂10、打印按钮301、出纸口302、USB孔303、处理器304、数据线305,部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知,本发明解决的问题是现有的技术无法进行检测数据打印,需要人工做笔记,影响了人工效率,本发明通过上述部件的互相组合,不需要工作人员做笔记,大大提高了工作效率,具体如下所述:
所述的打印按钮301与出纸口302相连接,所述的出纸口302右侧设有USB孔303,所述的处理器304与数据线305相连接,所述的数据线305活动连接主机9。

  1. 一种LCD液晶显示屏检测装置,其结构包括显示器(1)、控制面板(2)、打印机(3)、操作按钮(4)、检测器(5)、测头(6)、检测台面(7)、底座(8)、主机(9)、立臂(10),所述的显示器(1)与控制面板(2)相连接,所述的控制面板(2)活动连接打印机(3),其特征在于:
    所述的测头(6)下方设有检测台面(7),所述的检测台面(7)与主机(9)相连接,所述的主机(9)活动连接立臂(10),所述的底座(8)与主机(9)相连接;
    所述的打印机(3)包括打印按钮(301)、出纸口(302)、USB孔(303)、处理器(304)、数据线(305),所述的打印按钮(301)与出纸口(302)相连接,所述的出纸口(302)右侧设有USB孔(303),所述的处理器(304)与数据线(305)相连接,所述的数据线(305)活动连接主机(9)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LCD液晶显示屏检测装置,其特征在于:所述的操作按钮(4)设在控制面板(2)的下方。
