Description

一种定子固定装置及其方法 技术领域
本发明涉及定子绕线机技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种定子固定装置及其方法。
背景技术
电机定子绕线时,需要先将定子进行固定;目前对电机定子固定大都依靠人工进行螺丝固定,人工劳动强度大,拆装操作不便,生产效率低。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种定子固定装置;
还提供了一种定子固定方法。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种定子固定装置,包括安装板;其中,所述安装板侧表面固定有紧锁套筒,所述紧锁套筒外表面套设有固定套筒;所述固定套筒表面设置有限位凸块;所述安装板上设置有与所述固定套筒对应的环形容纳槽,所述容纳槽底部固定有弹簧;所述紧锁套筒内壁均匀分布设置有多根弹性连接条,所述连接条一端伸出所述紧锁套筒且伸出一端端部设置有钩爪;所述紧锁套筒内同轴设置有驱动电机;所述驱动电机活动端设置有转轮,所述转轮侧表面设置有与所述连接条一一对应的挤压块。
本发明所述的定子固定装置,其中,所述安装板上设置有气缸,所述气缸活动端设置有安装所述驱动电机的安装座。
本发明所述的定子固定装置,其中,所述连接条一端设置有与所述安装座固定连接的折弯臂。
本发明所述的定子固定装置,其中,所述连接条侧表面沿长度方向设置有凸条;所述紧锁套筒内壁设置有与所述凸条对应的滑槽。
本发明所述的定子固定装置,其中,所述连接条不少于三个。
一种定子固定方法,应用上述的定子固定装置,其实现方法如下,选用与电机定子内径尺寸匹配的所述固定套筒,所述固定套筒插入定子内部后由所述限位凸块进行限位,而后将所述固定套筒套设于所述紧锁套筒上,所述固定套筒继续插入所述容纳槽内至所述弹簧被压缩,所述驱动电机运行带动所述转轮转动,所述挤压块压紧所述连接条使其发生形变,所述钩爪向外弯曲抓紧电机定子端部,完成固定。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:固定套筒插入定子内部后由限位凸块进行限位,而后将固定套筒套设于紧锁套筒上,固定套筒继续插入容纳槽内至弹簧被压缩,驱动电机运行带动转轮转动,挤压块压紧连接条使其发生形变,钩爪向外弯曲抓紧电机定子端部,完成固定,对不同尺寸电机定子适用性好,固定方便,易于自动化控制,提高了生产效率;整体结构简单,成本低。

本发明较佳实施例的定子固定装置如图1所示,同时参阅图2,包括安装,1,安装板1侧表面固定有紧锁套筒2,紧锁套筒2外表面套设有固定套筒3;固定套筒3表面设置有限位凸块30;安装板1上设置有与固定套筒3对应的环形容纳槽10,容纳槽10底部固定有弹簧100;紧锁套筒2内壁均匀分布设置有多根弹性连接条20,连接条20一端伸出紧锁套筒2且伸出一端端部设置有钩爪200;紧锁套筒2内同轴设置有驱动电机21;驱动电机21活动端设置有转轮210,转轮210侧表面设置有与连接条20一一对应的挤压块211;固定套筒3插入定子内部后由限位凸块30进行限位,而后将固定套筒3套设于紧锁套筒2上,固定套筒3继续插入容纳槽10内至弹簧100被压缩,驱动电机21运行带动转轮210转动,挤压块211压紧连接条20使其发生形变,钩爪200向外弯曲抓紧电机定子端部,完成固定,对不同尺寸电机定子适用性好,固定方便,易于自动化控制,提高了生产效率;整体结构简单,成本低。
如图1所示,安装板1上设置有气缸11,气缸11活动端设置有安装驱动电机21的安装座110;通过气缸11带动驱动电机21移动,使得连接条20可以做到较长,提高适用范围。
如图1所示,连接条20一端设置有与安装座110固定连接的折弯臂201;通过气缸11带动驱动电机21和连接条20一起运动,在保证锁紧功能的同时,大大缩小了整体体积和重量。
如图1所示,连接条20侧表面沿长度方向设置有凸条202;紧锁套筒2内壁设置有与凸条202对应的滑槽22;通过滑槽22进行导向,避免连接条20出现移位情况,同时也加强了连接条20强度,避免出现折断情况。
如图1所示,连接条20不少于三个,锁紧固定效果好。
一种定子固定方法,应用上述的定子固定装置,如图1和图2所示,其实现方法如下,选用与电机定子内径尺寸匹配的固定套筒3,固定套筒3插入定子内部后由限位凸块30进行限位,而后将固定套筒3套设于紧锁套筒2上,固定套筒3继续插入容纳槽10内至弹簧100被压缩,驱动电机21运行带动转轮210转动,挤压块211压紧连接条20使其发生形变,钩爪200向外弯曲抓紧电机定子端部,完成固定,对不同尺寸电机定子适用性好,固定方便,易于自动化控制,提高了生产效率。

  1. 一种定子固定装置,包括安装板;其特征在于,所述安装板侧表面固定有紧锁套筒,所述紧锁套筒外表面套设有固定套筒;所述固定套筒表面设置有限位凸块;所述安装板上设置有与所述固定套筒对应的环形容纳槽,所述容纳槽底部固定有弹簧;所述紧锁套筒内壁均匀分布设置有多根弹性连接条,所述连接条一端伸出所述紧锁套筒且伸出一端端部设置有钩爪;所述紧锁套筒内同轴设置有驱动电机;所述驱动电机活动端设置有转轮,所述转轮侧表面设置有与所述连接条一一对应的挤压块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的定子固定装置,其特征在于,所述安装板上设置有气缸,所述气缸活动端设置有安装所述驱动电机的安装座。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的定子固定装置,其特征在于,所述连接条一端设置有与所述安装座固定连接的折弯臂。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的定子固定装置,其特征在于,所述连接条侧表面沿长度方向设置有凸条;所述紧锁套筒内壁设置有与所述凸条对应的滑槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的定子固定装置,其特征在于,所述连接条不少于三个。
  6. 一种定子固定方法,应用权利要求1-5任一所述的定子固定装置,其特征在于,实现方法如下,选用与电机定子内径尺寸匹配的所述固定套筒,所述固定套筒插入定子内部后由所述限位凸块进行限位,而后将所述固定套筒套设于所述紧锁套筒上,所述固定套筒继续插入所述容纳槽内至所述弹簧被压缩,所述驱动电机运行带动所述转轮转动,所述挤压块压紧所述连接条使其发生形变,所述钩爪向外弯曲抓紧电机定子端部,完成固定。
