本发明属于电机生产设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种电机绝缘纸自动插入设备。
背景技术
目前的电机生产中,其一般是通过人工将绝缘纸插入绕线前的电机转子中,其生产效率低。现有技术中,也有通过机器将绝缘纸插入电机转子中,但是绝缘纸的模具更换不方便,生产效率低。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种电机绝缘纸自动插入设备,其模具更换方便,生产效率高。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种电机绝缘纸自动插入设备,包括机架,所述机架上设置有用于将绝缘纸裁切至设定大小的裁切模具,所述裁切模具包括上模和下模,所述机架还设置有用于固定所述下模的下座体,所述下座体上方设置有用于连接所述上模的上座体,所述上座体连接有驱动部件,所述下座体的上端设置有至少两个下固定槽,所述下固定槽贯通于所述下座体的两侧,所述下模的下端设置有两个可插入所述下固定槽的下固定凸块,所述上座体的下端设置有至少两个上固定槽,所述上固定槽贯通于所述上座体的两侧,所述上模的上端设置有两个可插入所述上固定槽的上固定凸块,所述下固定槽、下固定凸块、上固定槽和上固定凸块的横断面均呈燕尾形,所述上座体螺纹连接有用于锁定所述上模的上锁紧件,所述下座体螺纹连接有用于锁定所述下模的下锁紧件,所述机架连接有用于将绝缘纸插入电机转子的机械手。

本发明所提供的一种电机绝缘纸自动插入设备,更换模具时,只需松开上锁紧件、下锁紧件,再将上模和下模从上固定槽、下固定槽中抽出即可,安装新的裁切模具也只需将模具从固定槽推入再用锁紧件锁紧,其操作方便,可以快捷地更换裁切模具,变更生产种类时,可以节省换模时间,利于提高生产效率。

如图1和图2所示,本发明实施例提供的一种电机绝缘纸自动插入设备,包括机架1,所述机架1上设置有用于将绝缘纸裁切至设定大小的裁切模具2,所述裁切模具2包括上模21和下模22,所述机架1还设置有用于固定所述下模22的下座体12,所述下座体12上方设置有用于连接所述上模21的上座体11,所述上座体11连接有驱动部件,所述下座体12的上端设置有至少两个下固定槽121,所述下固定槽121贯通于所述下座体12的两侧,所述下模22的下端设置有两个可插入所述下固定槽121的下固定凸块221,所述上座体11的下端设置有至少两个上固定槽111,所述上固定槽111贯通于所述上座体11的两侧,所述上模21的上端设置有两个可插入所述上固定槽111的上固定凸块211,所述下固定槽121、下固定凸块221、上固定槽111和上固定凸块211的横断面均呈燕尾形或T字形,所述上座体11螺纹连接有用于锁定所述上模21的上锁紧件(图中未示出),所述下座体12螺纹连接有用于锁定所述下模22的下锁紧件,所述机架1连接有用于将绝缘纸插入电机转子的机械手(图中未示出)。更换模具时,只需松开上锁紧件、下锁紧件,再将上模21和下模22从上固定槽111、下固定槽121中抽出即可,安装新的裁切模具2也只需将模具从固定槽推入再用锁紧件锁紧,其操作方便,可以快捷地更换裁切模具2,变更生产种类时,可以节省换模时间,利于提高生产效率。
具体地,所述驱动部件可以为气缸或液压缸,也可以为直线电机或凸轮传动结构。
具体地,所述上锁紧件、下锁紧件为螺丝,螺丝的前端可为法兰盘,以便于拆装。
具体地,所述机架1上设置有触控显示屏3,触控显示屏3可以通过立杆4连接于机架1,以便于操作。触控显示屏3的下方可以设置有5个控制按键。
具体地,所述下座体21设置有用于将余料吹起的吹气管,所述吹气管连接于供气管路或压缩气罐,且所述吹气管设置有控制阀。
本发明所提供的一种电机绝缘纸自动插入设备,更换模具时,只需松开上锁紧件、下锁紧件,再将上模21和下模22从上固定槽111、下固定槽121中抽出即可,安装新的裁切模具2也只需将模具从固定槽推入再用锁紧件锁紧,其操作方便,可以快捷地更换裁切模具2,变更生产种类时,可以节省换模时间,利于提高生产效率。

  1. 一种电机绝缘纸自动插入设备,包括机架,所述机架上设置有用于将绝缘纸裁切至设定大小的裁切模具,所述裁切模具包括上模和下模,所述机架还设置有用于固定所述下模的下座体,所述下座体上方设置有用于连接所述上模的上座体,所述上座体连接有驱动部件,其特征在于,所述下座体的上端设置有至少两个下固定槽,所述下固定槽贯通于所述下座体的两侧,所述下模的下端设置有两个可插入所述下固定槽的下固定凸块,所述上座体的下端设置有至少两个上固定槽,所述上固定槽贯通于所述上座体的两侧,所述上模的上端设置有两个可插入所述上固定槽的上固定凸块,所述下固定槽、下固定凸块、上固定槽和上固定凸块的横断面均呈燕尾形,所述上座体螺纹连接有用于锁定所述上模的上锁紧件,所述下座体螺纹连接有用于锁定所述下模的下锁紧件,所述机架连接有用于将绝缘纸插入电机转子的机械手。
