如图1至图6所示的本发明的便于快速布线的接线装置的一个实施例中,该便于快速布线的接线装置包括盒体10,盒体10上设有四个的接线端口11,接线端口11内设有接线柱20,接线柱20上设有三个接线端子30,不同的接线端口11之间的相应的接线端子30通过导电铜杆40相连,盒体10内还填充有防火绝缘材料对导电铜杆40进行隔离;接线端子30上设有用于与电线导电芯相连的接线插孔301,接线插孔301的内壁上设有连接锡层。该实施例中的便于快速布线的接线装置,在布线过程中,去除电线端部的包皮后,将电线导电芯预热后插入接线插孔,接触插孔内的连接锡层融化后冷却,将电线导电芯固定在接线插孔中,由此实现电线与该接线装置的连接;将一个接线端口的火线、零线、地线连接完毕后,可根据需要在其他接线端口进行相应的火线、零线、地线的连接,由此实现快速接线、分线;各接线端口中的接线端子通过导电铜杆相连,各导电铜杆通过填充在盒体内的防火绝缘材料进行隔离,防火绝缘材料对导电铜杆进行包覆隔离,保证了电气连接的安全性;该接线装置可实现快速的接线、分线,使用方便,采用导电铜杆进行电连接并使用防火绝缘材料填充,安全性高、不易损坏、使用寿命长。
在上述实施例中,便于快速布线的接线装置还具有以下技术特征:所述防火绝缘材料可以为耐火土、硅酸铝纤维棉颗粒、石英石、防火岩棉颗粒、结晶硅微粉、等阻燃颗粒材料中任意一种或多种的混合物,由此保证导电铜杆之间的隔离,使得各导电铜杆之间充分隔离,不会出现电击穿等安全隐患,保证该接线装置的可靠性。优选地,接线端子30呈圆柱状且材质为铜,接线端子30 上设有圆柱状的接线插孔301,所述连接锡层设置接线插孔301的周壁和底壁上,接线端子和导电铜杆均采用铜质材料,保证了良好的导电性能且不易损坏,使用寿命长;接线端子和导电铜杆和采用一体结构,由此保证结构强度,提高使用寿命;导电铜杆可以具有与各接线端子相连的多个分支,各分支可通过焊接固定相连;连接锡层设置接线插孔的周壁和底壁上,可保证电线导电芯与接线端子可靠连接。
在上述实施例中,优选地,接线柱20内的三个接线端子30分别为零线接线端子31、火线接线端子32和地线接线端子33,不同的接线端口11中的零线接线端子31通过第一导电铜杆41相连,不同的接线端口11中的火线接线端子32通过第二导电铜杆42相连,不同的接线端口11中的地线接线端子33通过第三导电铜杆43相连;第一导电铜杆41、第二导电铜杆42和第三导电铜杆43在盒体10内呈上、中、下三层布置且由所述防火绝缘材料隔离;具体而言,各导电铜杆的具体结构可根据需要设置,每个导电铜杆的各个分支保持在同一个平面即可;通过将各导电铜杆分层设置并填充防火绝缘材料可保证该接线装置的电气安全,不易损坏、可靠性高、使用寿命长。
在上述实施例中,接线端口11包括连接部111和防护部112,连接部111与盒体10相连,接线柱20安装在连接部111中;具体而言,电线导电芯插设在接线端子的接线插孔内,具有包皮的电线通过防护部固定、保护,使得连接处不易松动,保证连接的可靠性。优选地,防护部112上设有透视窗113,可便于连接过程中进行观察,准确、快速地实现电线与该接线装置的连接。
在上述实施例中,优选地,盒体10包括上壳体101和下壳体102,连接部111包括设置在上壳体101上的第一连接部1111和设置在下壳体102上的第二连接部1112,防护部112通过第二连接部1112与下壳体102相连,由此生产制造过程中可先将内部导电组件进行组装,然后将内部导电组件放置在下壳体内,再组装上壳体,由此便于生产过程中进行组装,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。在上述实施例中,盒体10也可设置为一体式结构,可以先将内部导电器件连接完毕后使用防火绝缘材料填充固定成型,然后再在外部通过注塑成型形成所述一体式结构,由此进一步提高防水绝缘性能,提高该接线装置的安全性、可靠性。
在上述实施例中,优选地,接线柱20上设有三个安装孔21,接线端子30安装在安装孔31内,接线柱20上还设有定位防水片22,由此可防止液体通过接线端口进入该接线装置内部,提高该接线装置的安全性能。优选地,接线柱20呈圆柱状,定位防水片22呈圆形,定位防水片22的外周壁与连接部11的内壁过盈配合,定位防水片22上还设有与接线端子30过盈配合的穿孔,可有效地防水,保证使用安全。
如图7、图8所示的本发明的另一个实施例中,盒体10上设有三个的接线端口11,在该实施例中,盒体10中的导电铜杆布置为三层且通过填充防火绝缘材料进行隔离。
如图9、图10所示的本发明的另一个实施例中,盒体10上设有两个的接线端口11,在该实施例中,盒体10中的导电铜杆布置为两层且即可,该实施例中的接线装置,盒体10为圆柱状,其中的导电铜杆为直线状。
如图11、图12所示的本发明的另一个实施例中,盒体10上设有两个的接线端口11,在该实施例中,盒体10中的导电铜杆布置为两层且即可,该实施例中的接线装置,盒体10由两个呈90°夹角的圆柱筒对接而成,其中的导电铜杆呈90°折弯状。
如图13所示的本发明的另一个实施例中,盒体10上设置有长方形的四个接线端口11,每个接线端口11内安装有一个长方形的接线柱20,每个接线柱20上设置有两个接线端子30,两个接线端子30分别为零线接线端子和火线接线端子,四个接线端口11中的零线接线端子通过第一导电铜杆41连接,四个接线端口11中的火线接线端子通过第二导电铜杆42连接,第一导电铜杆41和第二导电铜杆42在盒体10内布置成上下两层且由防火绝缘材料隔离,该接线装置适用于施工过程中明排布线,而上述每个接线端口内设置三个接线端子的接线装置适用于安排布线。
如图14所示的本发明的另一个实施例中,盒体10上设置有长方形的三个接线端口11,每个接线端口11内安装有一个长方形的接线柱20,每个接线柱20上设置有两个接线端子30,两个接线端子30分别为零线接线端子和火线接线端子,三个接线端口11中的零线接线端子、火线接线端子分别通过三个导电铜杆40相连,其中两个导电铜杆40呈折弯状,另一个导电铜杆40呈直线状, 三个导电铜杆位于同一平面内且由防火绝缘材料隔离;当然,该实施例中的导电铜杆也可以设置为其他形式,例如,所有零线接线端子通过一个导电铜杆相连,所有火线接线端子通过另一个导电铜杆相连,两个导电铜杆在盒体内布置成上下两层且由防火绝缘材料隔离。如图15、图16所示,盒体上的接线端口也可以设置为两个,盒体可以为直筒状或折弯状,在此不再赘述。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便于快速布线的接线装置,包括盒体,所述盒体上设有两个以上的接线端口,其特征在于,所述接线端口内设有接线柱,所述接线柱上设有两个或三个接线端子,不同的所述接线端口之间的相应的所述接线端子通过导电铜杆相连,所述盒体内还填充有防火绝缘材料对所述导电铜杆进行隔离;所述接线端子上设有用于与电线导电芯相连的接线插孔,所述接线插孔的内壁上设有连接锡层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便于快速布线的接线装置,其特征在于,所述接线端子呈圆柱状且材质为铜,所述接线端子上设有圆柱状的所述接线插孔,所述连接锡层设置所述接线插孔的周壁和底壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的便于快速布线的接线装置,其特征在于,所述接线柱内的三个所述接线端子分别为零线接线端子、火线接线端子和地线接线端子,不同的所述接线端口中的所述零线接线端子通过第一导电铜杆相连,不同的所述接线端口中的所述火线接线端子通过第二导电铜杆相连,不同的所述接线端口中的所述零线接线端子通过第三导电铜杆相连;所述第一导电铜杆、所述第二导电铜杆和所述第三导电铜杆在所述盒体内呈上、中、下三层布置且由所述防火绝缘材料隔离。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便于快速布线的接线装置,其特征在于,所述盒体上设有两个、三个或四个所述接线端口,每个所述接线端口内设有一个所述接线柱;或所述接线柱内设置两个所述接线端子且分别为零线接线端子、火线接线端子。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的便于快速布线的接线装置,其特征在于,所述接线端口包括连接部和防护部,所述连接部与所述盒体相连,所述接线柱安装在所述连接部内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的便于快速布线的接线装置,其特征在于,所述防护部上设有透视窗。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的便于快速布线的接线装置,其特征在于,所述盒 体包括上壳体和下壳体,所述连接部包括设置在所述上壳体上的第一连接部和设置在所述下壳体上的第二连接部,所述防护部通过所述第二连接部与所述下壳体相连,所述下壳体为一体式结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的便于快速布线的接线装置,其特征在于,所述接线柱上设有三个安装孔,所述接线端子安装在所述安装孔内,所述接线柱上还设有定位防水片。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的便于快速布线的接线装置,其特征在于,所述接线柱呈圆柱状,所述定位防水片呈圆形,所述定位防水片的外周壁与所述连接部的内壁过盈配合,所述定位防水片上还设有与所述接线端子过盈配合的穿孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的便于快速布线的接线装置,其特征在于,所述盒体、所述接线柱均采用绝缘材质。
