Description

一种照明装置的安装支架及照明装置 技术领域
本发明属于照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种照明装置的安装支架及照明装置。
背景技术
球泡灯一般直接通过吊线或者其它悬挂结构悬挂于天花板上,其大多采用灯头与灯座之间螺纹连接,以便于用户替换光源。
为满足市场多样化的需求,有时也需要采用壁装式的安装方式来安装球泡灯。但是,由于灯座的材料基本是塑料或陶瓷,在采用壁装式安装时,灯头与灯座之间的连接强度是不够的,在承受大弯矩的时候仅靠头部的几圈螺纹连接很容易失效(比如螺纹松动),灯头脱落造成安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种照明装置的安装支架。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种照明装置的安装支架,包括第一支架、与所述第一支架连接的第二支架、连接在所述第二支架上的灯座组件及紧固件,所述灯座组件包括具有安装接口的灯座,所述第二支架可相对于所述第一支架旋转,所述紧固件位于所述安装接口的一侧。
进一步的,所述第一支架包括一个横向的安装部及两个竖向的连接部,所述连接部与所述第二支架连接。
进一步的,所述第一支架通过第一螺钉和第二支架连接,以所述第一螺钉为转轴,所述第二支架可相对于所述第一支架旋转。
进一步的,所述第二支架位于所述第一支架的内侧,包括相互平行的两根支架条,两根支架分别与所述第一支架连接。

相较于现有技术,本发明的安装支架,用于安装照明装置,采用两个可相对旋转的支架,实现照明装置的固定和旋转,同时,利用紧固件来承受所安装照明装置的弯矩,能有效防止灯具因为灯头螺纹松动等意外情况而脱落的事故。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发 明具体实施例及相应的附图对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图4所示,本实施例提供了一种照明装置的安装支架100,包括第一支架1、与第一支架1连接的第二支架2、连接在第二支架2上的灯座组件3及安装于第二支架2上且位于灯座组件3一侧的紧固件4,第二支架2可相对于第一支架1旋转。进一步地,灯座组件3包括用于安装照明装置的灯座31,灯座31具有安装接口312,紧固件4位于安装接口312的一侧。此安装支架100可用于安装照明装置,在安装时将第一支架1安装在安装面(比如墙壁)上,将照明装置的灯头安装进灯座31,即可以通过第二支架2的旋转来调节灯具的照明角度。
如图1和图2所示,第一支架1为U型结构,其由金属材料制成。具体地,第一支架1包括一个横向的安装部11及两个竖向的连接部12。进一步地,安装部11上设置有若干个第一安装孔111。
如图1所示,第二支架2位于第一支架1的内侧,其由金属材料制成。具体地,第二支架2包括相互平行的两根支架条21,两根支架条21的一端分别通过第一螺钉51与第一支架1的连接部12连接,以第一螺钉51为转轴,第二支架2可相对于第一支架1旋转,旋转角度可接近360°。需要调节角度时,只需要将第一螺钉51松开,即可根据需要将第二支架2旋转到合适的角度,再将第一螺钉51拧紧,第二支架2与第一支架1之间即固定连接。另外,第二支架2的另一端连接至灯座组件3。
如图1和图2所示,灯座组件3与第二支架2固定连接。具体地,灯座组件3包括灯座31、与灯座31连接的保护盒32、及由保护盒32内延伸出的电源线34,电源线34进一步与市电连接。灯座31位于第二支架2的内侧。保护盒32固定连接在第二支架2上。保护盒32包括壳体321、及与壳体321连接的面盖33。壳体321的底壁内表面上设有若干个安装柱3211。利用螺钉(未标示)贯穿面盖33后收容在安装柱3211内,实现面盖33与壳体321之间的连接。两根支架条21的一端分别与壳体321的底壁固定连接,比如,可采用螺钉连接的方式, 以此实现保护盒32与第二支架2之间的连接,即实现了灯座组件3与第二支架2之间的连接。
灯座31包括主体311、位于主体311前端的安装接口312,及位于主体311后端的尾部313,主体311及安装接口312位于第二支架2的内侧,主体311贯穿壳体321且尾部313收容在壳体321内,尾部313上设有第二安装孔3131。进一步地,利用第二螺钉52贯穿面盖33收容在第二安装孔3131内,实现保护盒32与灯座31之间的连接。电源线34的一端电性连接于灯座31的尾部313,另一端贯穿面盖33并延伸出面盖33的外端面。在本实施例中,安装接口312内壁面上设有螺纹(未图示),可用于螺纹连接。
紧固件4呈圆形,其连接在第二支架2的前端,包括两片半圆形的紧固板41及连接两片紧固板41的螺栓42。其中,两片紧固板41分别固定连接在两根支架条21上,螺栓42用于调节紧固件4的松紧。在其它可替换的实施例中,紧固件4还可以是多边形。
如图3及图4所示,在本实施例中,以安装球泡灯6为例进行安装说明。其中,球泡灯6中内置有驱动电源组件(未图示)。具体实现过程如下:
1、现场安装:利用螺丝(未图示)穿过第一安装孔111(如图2所示)将安装部11固定在安装面(比如墙壁)上,电源线34与现场电线连接完成线路连接,将球泡灯6的灯头61穿过紧固件4后旋入灯座31,锁紧螺栓42,调节第一螺钉51至合适的角度并锁紧,即完成安装,安装后如图4所示。
2、角度调节:松开第一螺钉51,将球泡灯6的照射方向调节至合适的角度后,锁紧第一螺钉51即可完成角度调节。
3、更换光源:松开螺栓42,将球泡灯6旋出灯座31,将新灯具旋入灯座31后锁紧螺栓42。
在其它可替换实施例中,本实施例的安装支架100还可以用于安装除球泡灯6以外的其它灯具。
本实施例的安装支架100,对于灯具的安装和替换都非常方便,其内的第一支架1和第二支架2可以用较厚的钣金来做,使得可以承受较大的弯矩,在保证强度的同时又降成本;另外,紧固件4能够将灯具锁在安装支架100上,使得该灯具的受力(弯矩)不依靠灯座与灯 头部分的连接,而是靠紧固件4来承受,避免灯头、灯座受力的限制要求,从而极大地提高可靠性,能有效防止灯具因为灯头螺纹松动等意外情况而脱落的事故,特别适用于大功率球泡壁装式安装的需要。
本发明的安装支架100,用于安装照明装置,采用两个可相对旋转的支架,实现照明装置的固定和旋转,同时,利用紧固件4来承受所安装照明装置的弯矩,能有效防止灯具因为灯头螺纹松动等意外情况而脱落的事故。
