获取单元, 用于当检测到商品导购触发事件吋, 获取用户的商品搜索 信息, 所述商品搜索信息包括至少一个待购商品;
确定单元, 用于根据所述商品搜索信息, 并结合当前商场的商品出售 信息, 确定与所述商品搜索信息所匹配的服务推荐信息, 所述服务推 荐信息包括出售所述待购商品的目标位置;
处理单元, 用于根据所述服务推荐信息, 将所述用户引导至所述目标 位置处, 并进行针对所述待购商品的语音导购服务。
如权利要求 6所述的终端, 其特征在于,
所述确定单元, 具体用于根据所述商品搜索信息和当前商场的商品出 售信息, 在距离所述用户的当前位置的预设区域内, 搜索并确定出对 应的服务推荐信息; 其中, 所述服务推荐信息包括出售所述待购商品 的目标位置。
如权利要求 6所述的终端, 其特征在于,
所述处理单元, 具体用于根据获取的所述用户的当前位置和所述服务 推荐信息中的目标位置生成对应的商品导购路线; 按照所述商品导购 路线进行导航, 以将所述用户弓 I导至出售所述待购商品的目标位置处 如权利要求 6所述的终端, 其特征在于,
所述获取单元, 具体用于接收用户输入的商品搜索信息; 或者, 对用 户的音频信息进行语音识别, 以获取所述用户的商品搜索信息。 如权利要求 8所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 监测单元, 用于实吋监测所述商品导购路线的前方是否存在有障碍物 修正单元, 用于若所述监测单元的监测结果为有, 则在距离所述障碍 物的预设距离范围内检测通行道路, 并重新修正所述商品导购路线, 以绕过所述障碍物行进。
[权利要求 11] 一种终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括用户接口、 通信接口、 存储器 和处理器; 其中, 所述处理器执行如上权利要求 1-5中任一项所述的 方法。
