[4] 최근에는온라인은물론이고,오프라인에서도현금결제및신용결제자에게 다양한인센티브를부여토록하는장치를개발하여물품구매심리를 자극함으로써소비유도를꾀하고있다.

[6] 한편，카드가맹점의경우에는구매자에게카드사용시최대한의적립금또는 사은행사를통해구매자의구매욕구를더욱고취시키면서，비가맹점에비하여 더많은매출증대를꾀하고자하는많은이벤트서비스를제공하지만고객을 판매자에게유인하는효과가크지않다는문제가있었다.
[7] 더불어，현금결제자의 경우에는동일한상품구매비용을지불함에도
불구하고，정부주도하의카드결제시발생되는추첨기회가세재의누락을 방지하기위한목적이므로신용카드복권의기회조차제공받지못한다는 문제점이 있다.
[8] 따라서，본출원인은가맹점상품구매나온라인쇼핑등의물품구매를위한 결제시각결제매출의소정비율을적립하고,해당결제순번별로카운트를 진행하여어느특정순번의결제를행한고객에게적립된금액을할인해주도록 한시스템을특허출원한바있었다ᅳ
[9] 하지만，이러한결제순번별상품할인시스템의경우에는각고객의결제 금액과무관하게 1회의카운트만행하므로결제금액과무관한당첨확률이 부여되게된다.따라서，결제금액이많은고객의경우에는상대적으로손해를 입게되었다는문제가있었다.
[10] 또한，상기한결제순번별상품할인시스템은미리 100명의고객이결제를 행할때， 100번째고객을당첨자로지정하는것과같이미리특정당첨순번을 컴퓨터가지정한상태에서각고객의결제순번을체크하게되므로인센티브를 제공받는고객이더많은행운을접할수있는기희가거의없다는문제가 있었다.
[11] 한편，실질적으로판매자는특정소비자에게더큰혜택을주기위한타겟 마케팅을하고싶지만，실질적으로종래의결제순번별상품할인시스템은 판매자의타겟마케팅의동력이부족하다는문제가있었다.
[12] 또，고객이신용카드로상품대금을결제하게되면가맹점도수익이
발생하지만，해당가맹점으로부터 일정수수료를제공받는신용카드사역시도 수익이발생하므로각종적립금을제공하고있다.하지만,그적립금역시 가맹점에서종래에부여하는적립금과마찬가지로실질적인혜택이매우 미비하고고객이느끼지못할정도의 액수이므로신용카드사도적립액을 별도로적립하여결제카운트순번별로당첨자에게제공하는시스템을통해 소비활성화를유도할필요성이매우높다.

청구범위
[청구항 1] 유저의상품구매대금결제시 ,인센티브를제공할수혜유저의
결제순번을선택하여 결제인센티브처리서버 (10)로제공하고，상기결제 인센티브처리서버 (10)를통해제공받은타인의결제인센티브정보를 화면출력하는결제인센티브정보관리어플리케이션 (4)을포함한유저 단말기 (2)와;
상품의구매대금결제에대해결제순번을부여하고,그결제순번정보를 결제인센티브처리서버 (10)로전송하는결제처리서버 (6)와;
유저의 결제정보를미리등록한상태에서，상기결제처리서버 (6)로부터 각결제유저의결제순번정보를제공받으며，상기유저단말기 (2)를통해 결제유저가인센티브수혜유저로지정한결제순번의수혜유저에게 해당인센티브를제공하고,그인센티브제공정보를각유저별로 등록함과동시에，해당유저단말기 (2)로전송처리하는결제인센티브 처리서버 (10)를포함하여구성된것을특징으로하는결제인센티브 제공시스템.

상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는판매회원사의모든상품결제시에 결제순번을통합해서카운트하는것을특징으로하는결제인센티브 제공시스템.

상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는판매회원사의상품을인센티브 비율별로분류하여동일한비율의인센티브를지급하는상품그룹의결제 순번을카운트하도록제어하는것을특징으로하는결제인센티브 제공시스템.

상기 결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는수혜유저의지역 (거주또는현재 지역)또는,상품판매금액별또는，인센티브절대금액의분류중동일 분류에속하는유저끼리분류하여결제순번을카운트하도록제어하는 것을특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.

상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는인센티브수혜유저의유저 단말기 (2)로제공한인센티브정보는수혜유저의열람시도에의해화면 출력되고，열람이전에해당인센티브정보를다른결제유저의 인센티브로교체요청신호를접수받아타결제유저의인센티브로 변경하여전송할수있게된것을특징으로하는결제인센티브 제공시스템.

상기 결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는결제유저의유저단말기 (2)로부터 수혜유저의지역，소득，나이，직업중어느하나이상의수혜대상자를 조건부로설정할수있게하고,그조건부설정정보에의해수혜유저를 추출하도록처리하는것을특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.
[청구항 8] 제 1항에 있어서，
상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)로각상품에 대한구매인센티브 정보를전송하는판매자단말기 (8)가더포함되어구성된것을특징으로 하는결제인센티브제공시스템.
[청구항 9] 제 1항에있어서，
상기 결제인센티브정보관리어플리케이션 (4)은수혜유저를지정하는 수혜자지정정보 (12a)와;각상품의 결제금액정보 (12b)와，그구매대금에 대한결제를댓가로제공할발생인센티브정보 (12c)와;타인이제공한 획득인센티 « 정보 (12d)를각각구분하여화면출력하게된것을 특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.

상기 결제인센티브정보관리어플리케이션 (4)은결제유저가인센티브 수혜유저를직접지정하거나또는지정하지않도록한선택신호를 발생시키는수혜유저지정수단이구비된것을특징으로하는결제 인센티브제공시스템.

상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는동일인센티브수혜유저가복수의 결제유저로부터인센티브를제공받을수도있게처리하는것을 특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.

상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는결제유저로부터선택받지못한수혜 유저가존재할수있게처리되는것을특징으로하는결제인센티브 제공시스템.
[청구항 13] 제 1항에 있어서，
상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는결제유저가자신의 인센티브를일정 금액이상의구매대금을결제한수혜유저에게제공하도록조건부 제공옵션을설정할수있게구성된것을특징으로하는결제인센티브 제공시스템.
[청구항 14] 제 1항에 있어서，
상기 결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는후결제한결제유저가선결제한수혜 유저에게자신의인센티브를역순으로제공할수있도록처리하게 구성될수있는것을특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.
[청구항 15] 제 1항에 있어서，
상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는인센티브수혜자지정을자동 지정으로선택한결제유저의 인센티브중일정비율을누적적립하여 특정일의추가인센티브재원으로지급할수있게처리하는것을 특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.
[청구항 16] 제 1항에 있어서,
상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는예약구매약정을조건부로선 (先) 지급한인센티브의일정비율을결제유저의 계정에적립하고，나머지 비율의 인센티브는결제유저가지정한특정수혜유저의계정에 적립하도록처리하는것을특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.
[청구항 17] 제 16항에 있어서,
상기 결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는예약구매약정을댓가로인센티브를 제공받는시점에구매업체를지정할때와미지정할때제공받을수있는 인센티브의규모에차이가있도록설정된것을특징으로하는결제 인센티브제공시스템.
[청구항 18] 제 16항에 있어서，
상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는유저가예약구매약정을불이행할 경우，해당유저에게해당인센티브금액을청구하도록구성된것을 특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.

상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는미래와인센티브수혜유저의한줄 코멘트정보를등록하여결제유저에한하여열람가능하게관리하는 것을특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.

상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는결제유저가지급한인센티브누적 총액정보및수혜유저가지급받은인센티브누적총액정보를유저별로 관리하게된것을특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.

상기유저단말기 (2)는그내부에 ,
상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)와통신하기위한 API통신부 (20)와; 인센티브지급서비스에가입한회원인지의여부를식별하기위한유저 식별처리부 (22)와;
결제신호를발생시키는결제모들과연동되어상기결제처리서버 (6)로 결제신호를발생시키는결제모들연동부 (24)와;
상기 결제인센티브처리서버 (10)로부터인센티브를지급받을수있는 대상정보를수신받아출력하는인센티브수혜대상정보출력부 (26)와; 상기인센티브수혜대상정보출력부 (26)를통해출력되는인센티브를 지급받을수있는대상중,특정수혜유저를선택하거나또는자동선택에 대한요청신호를입력받게되는수혜자 /자동선택부 (28)와;
해당유저가제공받은인센티브정보를출력하는인센티브수혜정보 출력부 (30)와;
결제유저에게제공되는인센티브의일부를결제유저가지정한특정 수혜유저또는자동으로랜덤추출된수혜유저에게제공하도록 제어하는제어부 (40)를포함하여구성된것을특징으로하는결제 인센티브제공시스템.

상기유저단말기 (2)는그내부에 ,
추가인센티브를제공받기위해특정상품이나판매자에대해미래 시점의 예약구매를설정하는예약구매설정부 (32)와;
예약구매약정을댓가로지급받을수있는인센티브를각상품별또는 판매자별로출력하는예약구매인센티브출력부 (34)가더포함된것을 특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.

상기유저단말기 (2)는그내부에，
다른결제유저가열람가능하도록인센티브지급을요청하는한줄 코멘트정보를입력하는수혜대상자코멘트입력부 (36)와; 다수의수혜대상자중특정수혜대상자를선택하면해당수혜대상자가 입력한한줄코멘트정보가출력되도록제어하는수혜대상자코멘트 출력제어부 (38)가더포함된것을특징으로하는결제인센티브 제공시스템.

상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는그내부에,
상기유저단말기 (2)와，결제처리서버 (6)및，판매자단말기 (8)와 통신하는통신모들 (42)과;
상품결제댓가로제공받은인센티브의일정비율을다른결제유저에게 제공하는서비스에가입한유저와,상품판매를댓가로결제유저에게 인센티브를제공하는판매자로이루어진회원등록정보를관리하는회원 정보관리부 (44)와;
결제유저가결제한상품정보및판매자정보를포함한결제정보를결제 처리서버 (6)로부터제공받아순차적으로관리하는결제정보 관리부 (46)와;
결제유저의 인센티브를해당상품의카테고리또는상품가격또는상품 구매시제공되는인센티브비율로분류하여그룹화한그룹정보를 관리하는인센티브그룹정보관리부 (48)와; 결제유저가지정한수혜유저정보를관리하는인센티브수혜대상정보 관리부 (50)와;
결제유저가인센티브자동제공을선택한경우，수혜대상유저들중어느 한수혜유저를랜덤하게추출하는수혜자선별처리부 (52)와;
결제유저가지정한수혜자또는상기수혜자선별처리부 (52)를통해 수혜자가결정되면,해당수혜유저에게제공되는적어도하나이상의 결제유저가제공하는인센티브를합산하여지급하는수혜인센티브 처리부 (54)와;
결제유저의순번을부여하고,결제유저가지정하거나랜덤요청에의해 처리된특정순번의수혜유저에게결제유저의인센티브일부가 지급되도록제어하는제어부 (64)를포함하여구성된것을특징으로하는 결제인센티브제공시스템.

상기 결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는그내부에，
추가인센티브를제공받기위해특정상품이나판매자에대해미래 시점의 예약구매를설정한유저정보및,상품정보，판매자정보와 예약구매약정정보를등록하는예약구매등록부 (58)와; 예약구매약정을댓가로지급받을수있는인센티브를수혜유저에게 제공하는예약구매인센티브처리부 (58)를더포함한것을특징으로하는 결제인센티브제공시스템.
[청구항 26] 제 1항에 있어서，

결제유저들아열람가능하도록인센티브지급을요청하는한줄코멘트 정보를유저단말기 (2)로부터수신하여둥록하는수혜대상자코멘트 등록부 (60)와;
판매자에대해인센티브비용을정산하는인센티브비용정산부 (62)가더 포함된것을특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.
[청구항 27] 제 1항에 있어서，
상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는결제유저의인센티브일부를 제공받는수혜유저가일정금액이상의상품구매대금을결제한유저로 제한하여수혜유저가될대상을선별할수있는것을특징으로하는결제 인센티브제공시스템.
[청구항 28] 제 1항에 있어서，
상기 결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는결제유저의 인센티브일부를 제공받는수혜유저가제공받을인센티브에비례하여수혜유저의상품 구매대금에대한최소결제금액이가변되도록하여수혜유저들올우선 추출하고,해당수혜유저중에서결제유저의수혜유저지정 정보를 반영하여수혜유저를선별하거나또는랜덤하게자동추출하도록 처리하는것을특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.
[청구항 29] 제 1항에 있어서,
상기결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는일정시간내에교통카드를이용한 교통요금결제자도수혜유저대상에포함되도록처리하는것을 특징으로하는결제인센티브제공시스템.
[청구항 30] 제 1항에 있어서，
상기 결제인센티브처리서버 (10)는결제유저가결제한상품의 카테고리별또는상품별로서로다르게미리인센티브사용시점이 설정된테이블을구성하고;
그테이블에설정된결제유저또는수혜유저의 인센티브사용시점에 따라사용가능여부를제어하거나또는;
미리정해진구매결정일이후또는유저가선택한구매결정신호의 발생시점 이후에 인센티브를사용할수있게처리하는것을특징으로 하는결제인센티브제공시스템.
