Abstract

본 발명은 입경에 따른 수농도 분포를 기초로 질량농도를 도출함으로써, 먼지 측정의 정확도를 높일 수 있는 먼지 측정 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 먼지 측정 장치는, 인입되는 물질을 대전시키는 하전부, 서로 이격되어 상기 물질이 통과되고, 서로 다른 전압이 인가되는 제1 및 제2 집진극을 포함하는 제1 집진부, 상기 제1 집진부를 통과한 상기 물질을 집진하는 제2 집진부, 상기 제2 집진부에 흐르는 전류를 측정하는 전류 측정부, 및 상기 전류 측정부에서 측정된 전류값을 이용하여 상기 물질의 질량농도를 계산하고, 상기 질량농도를 기초로 상기 하전부 및 상기 제1 집진부에 인가되는 전압을 조절하는 제어부를 포함한다.
