具体实施方式
为使本实用新型解决的技术问题、采用的技术方案和达到的技术效果更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本实用新型实施例的技术方案作进一步的详细描述。
实施例一:
如图1~3所示,于本实施例中,本实用新型所述的一种衣物护理机,包括 喷淋系统、护理液容器1100以及刺破机构1200,所述刺破机构1200对应所述护理液容器1100设置,能够将放入所述护理液容器1100中的护理液胶囊1300刺破,所述喷淋系统与所述护理液容器1100连通,可抽取所述护理液容器1100中的液体。
所述护理液胶囊1300为内部盛放有护理液的袋状或囊状密封包装结构,在锋利外物的作用下会发生破裂。
所述护理液胶囊1300的形状以及尺寸可以根据护理液容器1100的尺寸以及实际使用的需要进行选择,通常情况下的护理液胶囊1300的体积小于或等于所述护理液容器1100的容积,以使护理液胶囊1300能够完全置于所述护理液容器1100中。
然而在实际使用的过程中,护理液胶囊1300的实际尺寸还可以大于所述护理液容器1100的容积,在护理液胶囊1300被刺破的情况下,随着护理液由护理液胶囊1300中流出,喷淋系统可不断的从护理液容器1100中抽取护理液,此时同样可以保证护理液从护理液容器1100中溢出。
通过设置刺破机构1200,在使用护理液胶囊1300对衣物进行护理时,在刺破机构1200的作用下,护理液胶囊1300破裂,存放在其中的护理液流入至护理液容器1100中,喷淋系统从护理液容器1100中抽取护理液喷淋在衣物上对衣物进行护理,此结构可以实现胶囊的放置与刺破,无需用户使用太大的力气,减少使用过程中的操作工序,提高效率且节省体力。
于本实施例中,所述刺破机构1200设置在所述护理液容器1100的底部,包括与所述护理液容器1100连接的固定端1211以及用于刺破护理液胶囊1300的刺破端1212,所述刺破端1212朝向所述护理液容器1100的开口设置。具体的,所述刺破机构1200包括呈锥形的机构主体1210,以及位于所述机构主体 1210周部的扩口元件,所述扩口元件固定设置在所述机构主体1210上,并且所述扩口元件的高度小于机构主体1210的高度,以使所述机构主体1210上的刺破端1212可以外露,从而保证刺破效果。
通过设置扩口元件,在护理液胶囊1300被刺破产生开口的情况下,继续向下运动的过程中扩口元件会将开口的尺寸进一步加大,从而可以使得护理液胶囊1300中的护理液更快的流出。
本实施例中所述扩口元件为均匀分布在所述机构主体1210周部的扩口板1220,相邻的所述扩口板1220之间形成能够使护理液顺利通过的导液槽1230。采用扩口板1220作为扩口元件,并且在扩口板1220之间形成导液槽1230,可以避免护理液胶囊1300上形成的开口与扩口元件形状对应而完全接触,影响护理液流出的效果。
进一步的,作为本实用新型所述的衣物护理机的一种优选技术方案,本实施例中所述刺破机构1200具有空心的导液腔1213,所述导液腔1213的侧壁上设置有连通所述护理液容器1100以及所述导液腔1213的通孔1214,所述喷淋系统通过管路与所述导液腔1213连通,进而连通所述护理液容器1100。
优选的,所述通孔1214设置在所述机构主体1210的根部位置,即位于所述机构主体1210与所述护理液容器1100相连接的位置。如此设置可以尽可能的将护理液容器1100中的护理液抽取干净,避免护理液残留过多造成浪费。
作为一种更加优选的技术方案,所述护理液容器1100的底部还可以为向下凹陷的弧形结构,刺破机构1200设置在弧形结构的最低点位置。设置成弧形结构可以避免产生死角而影响对护理液胶囊1300的刺破效果。同时会产生一个相对的最低点,是护理液尽量流入其中,便于抽取干净。
当然护理液容器1100与喷淋系统的连通方式并不局限于上述方式,还可以 在导液腔1213的其他位置形成与喷淋系统连通的结构,或采用管道插入护理液容器1100中的方式实现连通。
实施例二:
如图4、5所示,于本实施例中,本实用新型所述的一种衣物护理机,其特征在于,包括喷淋系统、护理液容器2100以及刺破机构2200,所述刺破机构2200对应所述护理液容器2100设置,能够将放入所述护理液容器2100中的护理液胶囊2300刺破,所述喷淋系统与所述护理液容器2100连通,可抽取所述护理液容器2100中的液体。
所述护理液胶囊2300为内部盛放有护理液的袋状或囊状密封包装结构,在锋利外物的作用下会发生破裂。通过设置刺破机构2200,在使用护理液胶囊2300对衣物进行护理时,在刺破机构2200的作用下,护理液胶囊2300破裂,存放在其中的护理液流入至护理液容器2100中,喷淋系统从护理液容器2100中抽取护理液喷淋在衣物上对衣物进行护理,此结构可以实现胶囊的放置与刺破,无需用户使用太大的力气,减少使用过程中的操作工序,提高效率且节省体力。
于本实施例中,所述刺破机构2200设置在所述护理液容器2100的侧壁上,所述护理液胶囊2300由护理液容器2100与所述刺破机构2200相对的一侧装入所述护理液容器2100。
所述护理液容器2100包括固定部2110与活动部2120,所述刺破机构2200设置在所述固定部2110远离所述活动部2120一端的侧壁上,所述活动部2120可沿靠近或远离所述刺破机构2200的方向运动。本实施例中所述固定部2110为具有一个侧面开口的腔体,所述活动部2120为可在所述腔体中滑动的抽屉,刺破机构2200设置在腔体的底部,所述活动部2120朝向所述刺破机构2200的 侧面为开放式结构,使得放置在活动部2120中的护理液胶囊2300在随活动部2120移动至完全进入腔体中时可与刺破机构2200直接接触,从而被刺破机构2200刺破。
具体的,本实施例中所述方案的工作过程为:在安装护理液的时候首先将活动部2120由固定部2110中抽出,活动部2120上方具有能够放入护理液胶囊2300的胶囊入口,抽出活动部2120后胶囊入口敞开,此时可放入护理液胶囊2300,推动活动部2120连同护理液胶囊2300一起进入到固定部2110中,当活动移动到一定位置,护理液胶囊2300开始与刺破机构2200接触,从而开始被刺破,直至活动部2120运动到底与固定部2110抵接,此时胶囊被刺破至开口最大,护理液可方便流出。本实施例中刺破机构2200的结构与实施例一中的结构相同。
实施例三:
如图6-8所示,于本实施例中,本实用新型所述的一种衣物护理机,包括喷淋系统、护理液容器3100以及刺破机构3200,所述刺破机构3200对应所述护理液容器3100设置,能够将放入所述护理液容器3100中的护理液胶囊3300刺破,所述喷淋系统与所述护理液容器3100连通,可抽取所述护理液容器3100中的液体。
所述护理液胶囊3300为内部盛放有护理液的袋状或囊状密封包装结构,在锋利外物的作用下会发生破裂。
所述护理液胶囊3300的形状以及尺寸可以根据护理液容器3100的尺寸以及实际使用的需要进行选择,通常情况下的护理液胶囊3300的体积小于或等于所述护理液容器3100的容积,以使护理液胶囊3300能够完全置于所述护理液 容器3100中。
于本实施例中,所述护理液容器100中设置有胶囊卡位3110以及可选择性移动至所述胶囊卡位3110处的喷淋水箱3120,所述刺破机构3200可选择性移动至所述胶囊卡位3110处,所述喷淋水箱3120位于所述胶囊卡位3110中时,所述喷淋水箱3120的出液口与所述刺破机构3200的位置相对应,所述刺破机构3200与所述喷淋系统相连通。所述护理液容器3100具有可选择性封闭所述护理液容器3100的盖板3400,所述刺破机构3200设置在所述盖板3400上,其设置位置与胶囊卡位3110的位置相对应。
当需要使用护理液胶囊3300进行衣物护理时,喷淋水箱3120位于远离所述胶囊卡位3110的一端,此时胶囊卡位3110空置,将护理液胶囊3300放置在所述胶囊卡位3110处,在使用盖板3400封闭护理液容器3100的过程中刺破机构3200与护理液胶囊3300接触实现对护理液胶囊3300的刺破。
同时,在本实施例中所述护理液容器3100中具有滑槽,所述喷淋水箱3120上与所述滑槽对应的设置有滑块,所述喷淋水箱3120通过所述滑槽和所述滑块相配合在所述护理液容器3100中移动。
当使用喷淋水箱3120中的水进行衣物护理时,喷淋水箱3120移动至胶囊卡位3110处,此时喷淋水箱3120上的出水口3121与盖板3400上的刺破机构3200位置相对应,通过控制盖板3400封闭护理液容器3100,刺破机构3200可插入出水口3121中,喷淋系统从喷淋水箱3120中抽水进行衣物护理。
实施例四:
如图9-11所示,于本实施例中,本实用新型所述的一种衣物护理机,包括喷淋系统、护理液容器4100以及刺破机构4200,所述刺破机构4200对应所述 护理液容器4100设置,能够将放入所述护理液容器4100中的护理液胶囊4300刺破,所述喷淋系统与所述护理液容器4100连通,可抽取所述护理液容器4100中的液体。
所述护理液胶囊4300为内部盛放有护理液的袋状或囊状密封包装结构,在锋利外物的作用下会发生破裂。所述护理液胶囊4300的形状以及尺寸可以根据护理液容器4100的尺寸以及实际使用的需要进行选择,通常情况下的护理液胶囊4300的体积小于或等于所述护理液容器4100的容积,以使护理液胶囊4300能够完全置于所述护理液容器4100中。
作为一种优选的技术方案,本实施例中所述护理液容器4100的内壁上设置有用于选择性收纳所述刺破机构4200的收纳槽,所述刺破机构4200设置在所述收纳槽中并可从所述收纳槽移动至所述护理液容器4100中。还包括用于触发所述刺破机构4200动作的触发装置4400。
具体的,所述收纳槽具有位于所述护理液容器4100的侧壁内侧的第一凹槽4110以及位于所述护理液容器4100侧壁外侧的第二凹槽4120,所述第一凹槽4110与所述第二凹槽4120之间具有安装孔4130,所述刺破机构4200位于所述第一凹槽4110中,所述触发装置4400位于所述第二凹槽4120中,刺破机构4200与触发装置4400通过穿设于安装孔4130中的连接杆4410固定连接,所述连接杆4410上套设有复位弹簧4420,所述复位弹簧4420的一端与第二凹槽4120的底部抵接,另一端与触发装置4400抵接。
在使用护理液胶囊4300对衣物进行护理时,首先可将护理液胶囊4300放置在护理液容器4100中,再通过按压触发装置4400,触发装置4400向护理液容器4100内部运动,刺破护理液胶囊4300,操作结束后放开触发装置4400,在复位弹簧4420的作用下刺破机构4200复位,重新回到第一凹槽4110中。为 了避免护理液从安装孔4130中流出至护理液容器4100外部,本方案中安装孔4130与连接杆4410之间设置滑动密封圈。所述刺破机构4200与所述连接杆4410螺纹旋接,所述连接杆4410与所述触发装置4400螺纹旋接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物护理机,其特征在于,包括喷淋系统、护理液容器以及刺破机构,所述刺破机构对应所述护理液容器设置,能够将放入所述护理液容器中的护理液胶囊刺破,所述喷淋系统与所述护理液容器连通,可抽取所述护理液容器中的液体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述刺破机构设置在所述护理液容器的底部,包括与所述护理液容器连接的固定端以及用于刺破的刺破端,所述刺破端朝向所述护理液容器的开口设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述刺破机构具有空心的导液腔,所述导液腔的侧壁上设置有连通所述护理液容器以及所述导液腔的通孔,所述喷淋系统通过管路与所述导液腔连通,进而连通所述护理液容器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述刺破机构设置在所述护理液容器的侧壁上,所述护理液胶囊由护理液容器与所述刺破机构相对的一侧装入所述护理液容器。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述护理液容器包括固定部与活动部,所述刺破机构设置在所述固定部远离所述活动部一端的侧壁上,所述活动部可沿靠近或远离所述刺破机构的方向运动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述护理液容器中设置有胶囊卡位以及可选择性移动至所述胶囊卡位处的喷淋水箱,所述刺破机构可选择性移动至所述胶囊卡位处,所述喷淋水箱位于所述胶囊卡位中时,所述喷淋水箱的出液口与所述刺破机构的位置相对应,所述刺破机构与所述喷淋系统相连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述护理液容器中具 有滑槽,所述喷淋水箱上与所述滑槽对应的设置有滑块,所述喷淋水箱通过所述滑槽和所述滑块相配合在所述护理液容器中移动。
  8. 根据权利要求1或6所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述护理液容器具有可选择性封闭所述护理液容器的盖板,所述刺破机构设置在所述盖板上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,所述护理液容器的内壁上设置有用于选择性收纳所述刺破机构的收纳槽,所述刺破机构设置在所述收纳槽中并可从所述收纳槽移动至所述护理液容器中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的衣物护理机,其特征在于,还包括用于触发所述刺破机构动作的触发装置。
