本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种分体式光源及照明系统。
背景技术
现有的LED、OLED光源,由于优良的照明效果和节能效果,开始广泛应用于各种楼体、桥梁轮廓、广告牌、幕墙和夜场灯光照明等。
现有光源通常多层层叠组装方式,这种结构设计的产品在后期维护当中非常不便。当需要维修或更换更换光源模组时,通常需要剪断原先铺设的线缆,光源维护操作复杂、费时费力,且维修成本极高,导致光源维修操作的便捷性和工作效率较低而成本较高。
实用新型内容
鉴于此,本实用新型提供一种分体式光源及照明系统,解决现有光源维修的便捷性和工作效率较低而成本较高的技术问题。
根据本实用新型的一个实施例,提供一种分体式光源,包括基座、光源模组和盖体,所述基座内置有电路板,且其两端设置有与所述电路板连接的线缆,所述基座上设置有与光源模组接触的第一电极,所述光源模组内置有光源基板,且其底面设置有与所述光源基板连接的第二电极,所述盖体用于将所述光源模组固定在所述基座上,以使所述第一电极和第二电极电气连接。
优选的,所述盖体中空环形底部设置有内螺纹,所述基座上设置有收容所述光源模组的环壁,所述环壁外侧设置有与所述盖体底部内螺纹对应适配的外螺纹。
优选的,所述环壁内侧与所述基座底部端面之间设置有防水槽,所述防水槽内设置有密封胶圈。
优选的,所述光源模组侧面设置有防水槽,所述防水槽内设置有密封胶圈。
优选的,所述第一电极与第二电极为相配合的插接结构或弹片、弹簧探针对接结构。
优选的,所述盖体外侧面垂直设置有多个均匀分布的筋条。
优选的,所述分体式光源还包括用于支撑安装所述基座的U型支架,所述支架两端设置有与所述基座侧面底部卡扣槽适配的卡扣件。

所述基座1内置有电路板,且其两端线口12内设置有与所述电路板连接的线缆13,所述基座1与所述电路板和线缆13一体注塑密封成型,具有良好的密封防水性能。所述基座1顶面上设置有收容所述光源模组2的环壁11,所述环壁11外侧设置有与所述盖体3底部内螺纹31对应适配的外螺纹,以使所述基座1与所述盖体3可拆卸地适配连接。所述基座1的底部边缘还设置有固定孔15,便于固定安装所述基座1。
所述环壁11底部设置有与光源模组2接触的第一电极16,所述第一电极16与所述基座1内的电路板电气连接,所述第一电极21设置为与所述电路板连接的触点。
所述环壁11内侧与所述基座1底部端面之间设置有防水槽14,所述防水槽14内设置有密封胶圈25。通过所述防水槽14和密封胶圈25的结构设计,提高了光源的密封防水能力。
所述光源模组2内置有光源基板21,所述光源基板21上设置有至少一个光源灯珠比如LED灯珠或OLED灯珠。所述光源基板21底面设置有与所述光源基板21连接的第二电极23,所述第二电极23设置为弹簧探针,所述第二电极23弹簧探针可接触连接所述第一电极16触点,以方便快捷地使所述基座1和所述光源模组2电气连通。所述光源模组2侧面设置有防水槽24,也可在所述防水槽24上设置密封胶圈,进一步提升光源的密封防水能力。
在一些实施例中,所述第一电极16和第二电极23还可互换分别配置为弹簧探针和触点,同样可以方便快捷地实现所述基座1和所述光源模组2电气连通。在另一些实施例中,所述第一电极16和第二电极23之间还可配置为可配合的插接结构或弹片结构。
所述盖体3为中空环形结构,环形底部设置有内螺纹31,用于与所述底座1的外螺纹旋转连接,可将将所述光源模组2固定在所述基座1上,以使所述第一电极16和第二电极23电气连接,方便快捷地使所述基座1和所述光源模组2电气连通。所述盖体3外侧面垂直设置有多个均匀分布的筋条32,提高旋转所述盖体3连接所述基座1时的摩擦力。
本实施例中的分体式光源中,通过盖体3将光源模组2固定在基座1上,以使基座1上第一电极16与光源模组2的第二电极23电气接通,实现了光源的分体式的结构设计,方便快捷地实现了光源的维修操作,提高了光源维修的工作效率并降低了维修成本。本实施例中的分体式光源可广泛应用于LED、OLED光源照明系统中,提升了照明系统的维修成本和维修效率。
优选的,所述分体式光源还可包括用于支撑安装所述基座1的U型支架4,所述支架4两端设置有与所述基座1侧面底部卡扣槽14适配的卡扣件41,所述支架4底面设置有供绳 索穿过吊装的固定件42和便于通过螺丝或粘胶固定的固定孔43,方便快捷地实现了所述支架4与所述基座1的可拆卸卡扣连接,便于光源的安装和拆卸。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式光源,其特征在于,所述光源模组侧面设置有防水槽,所述防水槽内设置有密封胶圈。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的分体式光源,其特征在于,所述第一电极与第二电极为相配合的插接结构或弹片、弹簧探针对接结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的分体式光源,其特征在于,所述盖体外侧面垂直设置有多个均匀分布的筋条。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的分体式光源,其特征在于,还包括用于支撑安装所述基座的U型支架,所述支架两端设置有与所述基座侧面底部卡扣槽适配的卡扣件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的分体式光源,其特征在于,所述支架底面设置有供绳索穿过的固定件或用于安装的固定孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的分体式光源,其特征在于,所述分体式光源为LED光源或OLED光源。
  10. 一种照明系统,其特征在于,所述照明系统包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的分体式光源。
