Description
本实用新型涉及衣物护理设备领域,尤其涉及一种衣物护理机喷淋结构以及应用该喷淋结构的衣物护理机。
随着生活水平的提高,人们对衣物处理的要求也在不断的提高,仅通过洗衣机、熨斗等半自动化的工具进行衣物处理已经不能满足人们的需求。因此,有技术人员研发出衣物护理机对衣物进行自动化处理,如对衣物进行除皱、消毒、烘干等处理。
在衣物护理过程中通常需要进行喷淋操作,而为了喷淋的更加均匀,现有技术中通常对喷淋液的释放形式进行改进,而由于喷淋液除液化、雾化形式以外难以进行其他方面的改良,因此现有技术中通常依靠增加喷嘴的数量保证喷淋效果的均匀性,但是增加喷嘴数量会增加成本,不利于设备的推广应用。

本实用新型的一个目的在于:提供一种能够全面护理衣物的衣物护理机喷淋结构。

扩容腔体111的长度即为本方案中喷淋组件100可相对于支撑组件200运动的行程范围,通过设置扩容腔体111,可以避免第二液体管路110中液压过大对密封性能要求过高,同时将扩容腔体111与主腔体112通过连接孔113连通,连通的位置位于一个喷嘴120的下方,另一个喷嘴120位于主腔体112远离该连接孔113的另一端,由此可以实现两端的喷嘴120喷液的压力不同,实现不同的喷淋效果。
具体的,所述第一液体管路210包括进液口以及出液口,所述进液口与进水管连接,所述出液口连通所述通孔220。进水管用于向所述第一液体管路210中供应喷淋液,喷淋液经第一液体管路210、通孔220、扩容腔体111进入主腔体112,最后通过喷嘴120喷出进行衣物喷淋护理。

为了进一步有效的控制喷淋组件100相对于支撑组件200的移动范围,本实施例中在所述导轨230上设置用于限制所述滑块140运动范围的行程开关,所述行程开关连接控制所述滑块140运动的驱动装置以及控制所述进水管导通或闭合的电磁阀。

如图1~8所示,于本实施例中,本实用新型所述的一种衣物护理机喷淋结构,包括喷淋组件100以及支撑组件200,所述喷淋组件100可移动设置在所述支撑组件200上,所述支撑组件200上设置有第一液体管路210,所述喷淋组件100上设置有第二液体管路110,所述第一液体管路210与所述第二液体管路110在所述喷淋组件100相对于所述支撑组件200的运动方向上有一部分重叠,在重叠区域内设置有连通所述第一液体管路210与所述第二液体管路110的通孔220。
通过设置所述第一液体管路210与所述第二液体管路110在所述喷淋组件100相对于所述支撑组件200的运动方向上有一部分重叠,并且通过通孔220将第一液体管路210与第二液体管路110连通,可以实现在支撑组件200与喷淋组件100进行相对运动的过程中第一液体管路210与第二液体管路110始终导通,从而保证喷淋液体能够源源不断的从第一液体管路210中供应到第二液体管路110中供喷淋组件100进行喷淋工作。由此可以实现喷淋组件100在喷淋过程中可进行移动,能够全方位的对衣物进行喷淋护理,护理过程不留死角,实现更好的护理效果。
本实施例中,所述支撑组件200包括导轨230,所述喷淋组件100包括可在
所述导轨230上滑动的滑块140,所述第一液体管路210设置在所述导轨230上,所述第二液体管路110设置在所述滑块140上。所述第二液体管路110包括主腔体112以及扩容腔体111,所述主腔体112设置在所述滑块140的中部,所述扩容腔体111设置在所述主腔体112靠近所述第一液体管路210的一侧,所述扩容腔体111与所述主腔体112连通,所述通孔220连接所述扩容腔体111与所述第一液体管路210。
为了实现密封效果,避免喷淋液在喷淋组件100相对于支撑组件200移动的过程中发生泄漏,本实施例中所述滑块140上并位于所述扩容腔体111的周部设置有密封槽141,所述密封槽141内设置有密封填料,所述滑块140与所述导轨230通过密封填料形成往复式动密封连接。
本实施例中,所述喷淋组件100为两个,两个所述喷淋组件100对称的设置在所述支撑组件200上,可沿所述支撑组件200相对运动或相背离运动。此结构的衣物护理机喷淋结构,除传统的在衣物外部喷淋护理的使用方式外还可以将其设置在衣物内部,在护理过程中两个喷淋组件100相背离运动可将衣物撑开,有利于减少褶皱,起到更好的护理效果。
具体的,所述喷淋组件100包括喷嘴120,所述喷嘴120通过喷嘴安装座130与所述主腔体112连通,所述喷嘴120通过螺纹旋接的方式安装在所述喷嘴安装座130中。本实施例中喷嘴安装座130采用圆柱形管状结构,在其他实施例中还可以采用其他结构的喷嘴安装座130。为了更好的实现对衣物的撑开,本实施例中将喷嘴安装座130设置为较长的杆状结构,使用过程中,喷淋组件100由衣物底部伸入到衣物中,由喷嘴安装座130将衣物撑开。
实施例三:
一种衣物护理机,包括用于限定衣物护理空间的护理机箱体,所述护理机箱体内设置有喷淋结构,所述喷淋结构采用如上所述的衣物护理机喷淋结构。
于本文的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“右”、等方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述和简化操作,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”,仅仅用于在描述上加以区分,并没有特殊的含义。

Claims (10)
- 一种衣物护理机喷淋结构,其特征在于,包括喷淋组件以及支撑组件,所述喷淋组件可移动设置在所述支撑组件上,所述支撑组件上设置有第一液体管路,所述喷淋组件上设置有第二液体管路,所述第一液体管路与所述第二液体管路在所述喷淋组件相对于所述支撑组件的运动方向上有一部分重叠,在重叠区域内设置有连通所述第一液体管路与所述第二液体管路的通孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理机喷淋结构,其特征在于,所述支撑组件包括导轨,所述喷淋组件包括可在所述导轨上滑动的滑块,所述第一液体管路设置在所述导轨上,所述第二液体管路设置在所述滑块上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理机喷淋结构,其特征在于,所述第二液体管路包括主腔体以及扩容腔体,所述主腔体设置在所述滑块的中部,所述扩容腔体设置在所述主腔体靠近所述第一液体管路的一侧,所述扩容腔体与所述主腔体连通,所述通孔连接所述扩容腔体与所述第一液体管路。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物护理机喷淋结构,其特征在于,所述第一液体管路包括进液口以及出液口,所述进液口与进水管连接,所述出液口连通所述通孔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物护理机喷淋结构,其特征在于,所述通孔位于所述导轨朝向所述滑块一侧的侧壁上,所述扩容腔体为开设在所述滑块朝向所述导轨一侧表面的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物护理机喷淋结构,其特征在于,所述喷淋组件包括喷嘴,所述喷嘴通过喷嘴安装座与所述主腔体连通,所述喷嘴通过螺纹旋接的方式安装在所述喷嘴安装座中。
- 根据权利要求3所述的衣物护理机喷淋结构,其特征在于,所述滑块上并位于所述扩容腔体的周部设置有密封槽,所述密封槽内设置有密封填料,所 述滑块与所述导轨通过密封填料形成往复式动密封连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的衣物护理机喷淋结构,其特征在于,所述导轨上设置有用于限制所述滑块运动范围的行程开关,所述行程开关连接控制所述滑块运动的驱动装置以及连接控制所述进水管导通或闭合的电磁阀。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的衣物护理机喷淋结构,其特征在于,所述喷淋组件为两个,两个所述喷淋组件对称的设置在所述支撑组件上,可沿所述支撑组件相对运动或背离运动。
- 一种衣物护理机,其特征在于,包括用于限定衣物护理空间的护理机箱体,所述护理机箱体内设置有喷淋结构,所述喷淋结构采用权利要求1-9中任一项所述的衣物护理机喷淋结构。
