Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a shoe, and more particularly, to a prefabricated shoe in which an upper, an insole, and an outsole can be mutually attached and detached.
  • the shoe consists of an upper, an insole, and an outsole, and conventionally, shoes are manufactured by sewing an upper on an outsole or by adhering with an adhesive. Users buy shoes in consideration of characteristics such as comfort, function and artistic design, but one shoe does not meet all the needs. For example, leather shoes are worn during social life, sneakers are worn for leisure sports activities, and slippers are worn during leisure time or indoors. These shoes usually have only one function. Users pay a considerable price to buy shoes for a variety of uses, types and designs.
  • the existing shoes are manufactured by an assembling process of sewing the upper to the outsole or gluing it with an adhesive, so it is not surprising that the installation and maintenance cost for the installation and maintenance of the shoe assembly process line for the shoe is very large. Most of the defects that occur in manufactured shoes are due to poor adhesion between the outsole and the upper.
  • an outsole and an upper are connected by a zipper, a velcro or the like, and a shoe that can exchange an upper in an outsole is disclosed.
  • the prefabricated shoe formed by connecting the outsole and the upper by the zipper and the velcro is required to form the zipper and the Velcro on the outsole and the upper, and thus the structure is complicated and the manufacturing cost is greatly increased accordingly.
