本公开涉及运动电子产品技术领域,例如涉及一种按压开关安置仓和智能头盔。
背景技术
智能头盔具有许多电子设备,这些电子设备只有在使用时才接通电源,因此就需要一个按压开关安置仓,用来安置按压开关,当按下按压开关后,电子设备才通电。
一般而言,按压开关安置仓应该具备防水功能。传统的按压开关安置仓采用直接在按压开关外面包覆硅胶的手段实现防水,这样虽能实现防水,但是按压按压开关时手感极差。
因此,需要一种按压开关安置仓,既能防水,又能提升用户的按压手感。

所述挡盖远离所述底盒的一侧还设有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽的槽底设有第二通孔;所述第二凹槽中嵌装有按压软胶,所述按压软胶与所述第二凹槽过盈配合,所述按压软胶靠近所述第二通孔的一侧设有第一盲孔;

如图1-图4所示,本实施例提供一种按压开关安置仓,包括:底盒1、电路板7、防水圈3和挡盖2;电路板7位于底盒1中,防水圈3位于底盒1和挡盖2之间。挡盖2远离底盒1的一侧设有第一凹槽21,第一凹槽21的槽底设有第一通孔211;电路板7上设有充电接口8,充电接口8伸入第一通孔211中;第一凹槽21中设有第一密封塞4,第一密封塞4的一端与防水圈3连接,第一密封塞4与防水圈3一体成型。挡盖2远离底盒1的一侧还设有第二凹槽22,第二凹槽22的槽底设有第二通孔221;第二凹槽22中嵌装有按压软胶5,按压软胶5与第二凹槽22过盈配合,按压软胶5靠近第二通孔221的一侧设有第一盲孔51。电路板7上还设有按压开关9;按压开关9的上方设有推杆10,推杆10的一端插入第一盲孔51中,推杆10的另一端贯穿第二通孔221与按压开关9贴合接触;推杆10通过密封圈11与第二通孔221滑动密封连接;按压软胶5与第二凹槽22的槽底之间还设有轴线与推杆10的轴线平行的弹簧12。在本实施例中,第一密封塞4的一端与防水圈3一体成型,掀开第一密封塞4可以使用充电接口8进行充电,第一密封塞4用于为充电接口8防水防尘。按压软胶5与第二凹槽22过盈配合,一般情况下,水雾和灰尘无法进入到第二凹槽22的槽底。当需要启动电子设备时,按压按压软胶5即可。按压按压软胶5时,按压软胶5会通过推杆10进而按压按压开关9。在第二凹槽22的槽底和按压软胶 5之间设置弹簧12,可以增强用户按压时的手感,也能保护按压开关9,为按压开关9承受一定的按压力,进而延长按压开关9的寿命。
