高强高伸复合功能纤维 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种高强高伸复合功能纤维,属于化纤纤维技术领域。
背景技术
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)属于高分子化合物,由对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯发生脱水缩合反应而来。由对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯是由对苯二甲酸(PTA)和乙二醇(EG)发生酯化反应所得。PET是乳白色或浅黄色、高度结晶的聚合物,表面平滑有光泽。在较宽的温度范围内具有优良的物理机械性能,长期使用温度可达120℃,电绝缘性优良,甚至在高温高频下,其电性能仍较好,但耐电晕性较差,抗蠕变性,耐疲劳性,耐摩擦性、尺寸稳定性都很好。PET分为纤维级聚酯切片和非纤维级聚酯切片,其中纤维级聚酯用于制造涤纶短纤维和涤纶长丝,是供给涤纶纤维企业加工纤维及相关产品的原料。涤纶作为化纤中产量最大的品种,占据着化纤行业近80%的市场份额。
我国国内的再生纤维研发及生产技术的水平在国际上早已达到领先水平。再生纤维产品已出口到世界各地。再生纤维已向差别化、功能性方向发展。目前国内再生纤维以PET为主,随着服装行业的发展,各种混纺、复合纺技术的应用越来越广泛,再生纤维的研发方向将必然向多种化纤及混合化纤发展。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种高强高伸复合功能纤维,它将氨纶的高弹性与涤纶的高强度进行结合,使织物的强度和弹性同时满足人们的需求。

本实用新型一种高强高伸复合功能纤维,它采用两条PET纤维绞合而成,两条PET纤维之间的空腔内设置有氨纶纤维,从而将氨纶的高弹性与涤纶的高强度有机地结合在一起,使织物的强度和弹性同时满足人们的需求;PET纤维内部均匀设置有菊酯颗粒,能够起到防蚊驱虫和杀菌抑菌的作用;PET纤维外侧设置圆形凸条,圆形凸条与另一PET纤维的内侧边相抵,能够提高纤维的整体强度;纤维暴露在外的表面设置有抗老化 层,使纤维不易产生老化。
