Description

券売機Ticket-vending machine
This invention relates to a technology for issuing a ticket using the installed station as a boarding station.
Traditionally, ticket vending machines that issue tickets as tickets are installed at stations. The ticket vending machine issues a ticket with the station where it is installed (your station) as the boarding station. The user confirms the fare to the disembarking station on the fare display board and purchases a ticket with the ticketing amount corresponding to the confirmed fare at the ticket machine.
Also, if the two-dimensional barcode (for example, QR code (registered trademark)) is optically read and the read information includes the getting-off station information indicating the getting-off station, the station gets off the station (optically read from the own station). There is also a ticket vending machine that issues tickets up to (getting off station indicated by the getting-off station information) (see Patent Document 1).
The ticket vending machine described in Patent Document 1 is intended to improve the convenience of the user by eliminating the need for the user to confirm the fare to the disembarking station with a fare display board or the like. The user can purchase a ticket without confirming the fare to the getting-off station by using a fare display board or the like by acquiring in advance a two-dimensional bar code including the getting-off station information.
However, the ticket vending machine described in Patent Document 1 and the like searches for a route to the getting-off station indicated by the getting-off station information read from the two-dimensional bar code with the own station as the boarding station, and calculates the fare on the searched route. The configuration was to be calculated. For this reason, the ticket vending machine described in Patent Document 1 and the like requires processing time required to search for a route from the own station to the disembarking station read out and to calculate a fare on the searched route. There was a problem of reducing (ticketing efficiency).
An object of the present invention is to provide a technique capable of improving the processing efficiency without reducing the convenience for the user.
The ticket vending machine of the present invention is configured as follows to achieve the above object.
The storage unit stores a ticket table in which a ticket type code indicating the type of ticket to be issued and a ticket issue amount are registered in association with each other. The ticket type code reading unit reads the ticket type code recorded on the medium. For example, if the ticket type code is a medium in which the ticket type code is recorded as a barcode, the ticket type code reading unit optically reads the ticket type code (bar code) recorded on the medium. For example, if the ticket type code reading unit is a non-contact medium in which the ticket type code is recorded in the memory, the ticket type code is read by wireless communication. The ticket issuing unit issues a ticket corresponding to the ticket type code read from the medium by the ticket type code reading unit.
In this way, the ticket vending machine issues a ticket according to the ticket type code read from the medium at the ticket issuing unit, so it is necessary to search for the route from the own station to the departure station and to calculate the fare on the searched route There is no. Therefore, it is possible to improve the processing efficiency (ticketing efficiency) without reducing the convenience for the user.
Also, with the above configuration, it is not necessary to include the exit station code indicating the exit station in the ticket type code.
Further, the medium may store a used station code indicating a used station together with a ticket type code. In this case, the ticket issuing unit does not issue a ticket according to the ticket type code read from the medium unless the used station indicated by the used station code read from the medium by the ticket type code reading unit is an installed station. Thereby, it is possible to prevent issuing an improper ticket (a ticket that the user does not wish to purchase) when a medium with a different station is used by mistake.
In addition, when the medium stores the used station code indicating the used station together with the ticket type code, if the used station indicated by the used station code read from the medium by the ticket type code reading unit is not the installed station, the used station is installed. Use at a ticket vending machine at a station where the ticket type code reading unit reads the ticket issue amount indicated by the ticket type code from the medium, and the ticket type code reading unit reads it from the medium. You may make it the structure which estimates an alighting station in an other station ticket amount acquisition part using a station code and the ticket amount acquired by the other station ticket amount acquisition part. In this case, the ticket issuing unit may be a getting-off station estimated by the getting-off station estimating unit, and may issue a ticket to the selected getting-off station. This configuration not only prevents the wrong ticket (the ticket that the user does not want to purchase) from being used when a medium with a different station is used by mistake. A ticket (a ticket that the user wants to purchase) can be issued.
If the ticket type code includes a company line code indicating the company line of the getting-off station, the getting-off station estimating unit estimates the getting-off station on the condition that the station is a company line station indicated by the company line code. do it.
According to the present invention, it is possible to improve the processing efficiency without deteriorating the convenience for the user.

The user purchases a ticket with a ticketing amount equivalent to the fare from the boarding station to the departure station. Railway companies generally determine the fare according to the distance from the boarding station to the exit station. Fares are determined for each section that divides the operating kilometer. In addition, there are two types of tickets: a transfer ticket that allows you to transfer to another company's line at a transfer station, and a ticket that cannot transfer to another company's line (referred to here as a non-transfer ticket). A non-transfer ticket cannot be transferred to another company's line at the transfer station regardless of the ticketing amount (the automatic ticket gate collects the non-transfer ticket when the user enters from the transfer station of the company's own line, And restricting the passage of ticket gates when entering at transfer stations on other companies' lines.) The ticket type code of the boarding ticket table 20 shown in FIG. 3 distinguishes between transfer tickets and non-transfer tickets by including a company line code indicating the company line of the disembarking station. On the other hand, the ticket type code does not include the boarding station code indicating the boarding station and the boarding station code indicating the boarding station. That is, the boarding station and the getting-off station cannot be determined by the ticket type code.

The ticket type code included in the information indicated by the two-dimensional barcode 31 (31a, 31b) is stored in the ticket table 20 stored in the ticket table storage unit 2a by the ticket vending machine 1 installed at the use station. It is a ticket type code according to. In other words, the ticket type code included in the information indicated by the two-dimensional barcode 31 (31a, 31b) is stored in the ticket table storage unit 2a by the ticket vending machine 1 installed at a station other than the station used. It is not a ticket type code corresponding to the boarding ticket table 20 being present. In other words, the ticket type code included in the information indicated by the two-dimensional barcode 31 (31a, 31b) is used in the ticket vending machine 1 installed at the station to be used. 30a, 30b) shows the types of tickets purchased by the user who gets on to the disembarking station depicted in 30a, 30b). The ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 may be connected to the ticket machine 1 with a string or a chain, for example. The ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 (30a, 30b) corresponds to the medium referred to in the present invention.
In FIG. 4, only two types of ticket purchase auxiliary plates 30 are illustrated, and it does not mean that only two types of ticket purchase auxiliary plates 30 are placed near the ticket vending machine 1.
Next, the ticket issuing operation of the ticket vending machine 1 will be described. FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the ticket issuing process when the ticket purchase auxiliary plate is used.
The ticket vending machine 1 displays a selection button (amount button) on the screen of the display 3a for each type of ticket that can be issued by the display unit 3, and the user presses the operation unit 4 on the screen of the display 3a. The known selection button can be detected by the touch panel 4a, and the ticket issuing unit 5 can issue a ticket type code ticket corresponding to the selection button detected in the operation unit 4. Description is omitted. Further, the ticket vending machine 1 can perform known card processing related to charging or the like for the SF card (Stored Fare Card) inserted into the card insertion / release port 8a, but the description of this card processing is also omitted here. .
A user who purchases a ticket at the ticket vending machine 1 using the ticket purchase assisting plate 30 selects the ticket purchase assisting plate 30 at the corresponding alighting station from the ticket purchase assisting plate 30 placed near the ticket vending machine 1. Find out. For example, the user who wants to go to the station XX finds the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30a shown in FIG. 4A, and the user who wants to go to the station XXX purchases the ticket shown in FIG. 4B. Find the auxiliary plate 30a. As described above, the ticket purchase assisting plate 30 has the station name of the disembarking station and the illustration of the tourist spot, so that the user can use the ticket purchasing assisting plate 30 placed near the ticket vending machine 1. From inside, it is possible to easily find the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 of the corresponding disembarking station. The user puts the two-dimensional barcode drawn on the found ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 in the reading area 9a.
In the ticket vending machine 1, the optical reading unit 9 optically reads the two-dimensional barcode placed on the reading area 9a, and acquires information indicated by the two-dimensional barcode (s1). The optical reading unit 9 notifies the control unit 2 of information indicated by the two-dimensional bar code optically read this time.
The control unit 2 determines whether or not the use station is the own station by using the use station code indicating the use station included in the information indicated by the two-dimensional barcode optically read by the optical reading unit 9 this time ( s2). The control unit 2 stores the station code of its own station in the memory. If the control unit 2 determines that the station used is not its own station in s2, the control unit 2 performs error processing (s6) and returns to s1. In s6, for example, the display unit 3 displays a guidance message on the display 3a that “the used ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 is from another station and cannot be used at this station.” The output which makes a user recognize that the plate 30 is a thing of another station is performed. Moreover, you may perform the output which notifies a station staff etc. that the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 of another station is placed.
If the control unit 2 determines in s2 that the station used is its own station, the control unit 2 refers to the ticket table 20 stored in the ticket table storage unit 2a, and the two-dimensional optical reading unit 9 optically reads this time. The ticket issue amount of the ticket type code included in the information indicated by the barcode is acquired (s3). The display unit 3 displays on the display 3a a screen that prompts the user to insert money to settle the ticket issue amount acquired in s3. At this time, the ticket issue amount is displayed on the display 3a. The control unit 2 waits for the user to insert the money for settlement of the ticket issuing amount in the coin processing unit 6 and the banknote processing unit 7 (s4).
When the user inserts money to settle the ticket issuing amount into the coin insertion slot 6a or the banknote insertion slot 7a (when the user inserts money equal to or more than the ticketing amount), the ticket issuing unit 5 is replaced by the optical reading unit 9. While issuing a ticket corresponding to the ticket type code included in the information indicated by the optically read two-dimensional barcode this time, the coin processing unit 6 and the banknote processing unit 7 release change as necessary ( s5), returning to s1. The ticket issuing unit 5 discharges a ticket to the ticket opening 5a. The coin processing unit 6 discharges the coins for change to the change coin receiving tray 6b. Moreover, the banknote processing unit 7 discharge | releases the banknote concerning change to the banknote discharge port 7b.
Thus, in the ticket vending machine 1 according to this example, the user finds and finds the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 of the corresponding getting-off station from the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 placed near the ticket vending machine 1. A ticket to be purchased can be selected by placing a two-dimensional barcode 31 drawn on the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 over the reading area 9a of the optical reading unit 9.
The ticket vending machine 1 is not configured to search for a route from the own station to the getting-off station and to calculate a fare (ticket issue amount) for the searched route, but to store the ticket stored in the ticket table storage unit 2a. Since the ticket issue amount is acquired with reference to the table 20, the processing efficiency (ticketing efficiency) can be improved without reducing the convenience for the user.
。 Also, the ticket type code includes a company line code indicating the company line of the disembarking station. That is, the ticket type code distinguishes non-transfer tickets and transfer tickets. Therefore, even if the ticketing amount of the non-transfer ticket and the transfer ticket is the same, the ticket ticket of the wrong ticket type is not issued to the user (the transfer ticket for the user who wants to purchase the non-transfer ticket). Is not issued, or non-transfer tickets are not issued to users who wish to purchase transfer tickets.)
Next, a ticket vending machine 1A according to another example will be described. FIG. 6 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a main part of a ticket vending machine according to another example. In FIG. 6, the same components as those shown in FIG. The ticket vending machine 1A according to this example is different from the ticket vending machine 1 of the above example in that the control unit 2 includes a getting-off station estimation unit 2b.
The getting-off station estimation unit 2b is a function for estimating the getting-off station when the two-dimensional barcode 31 of the KIP purchase auxiliary plate 30 whose use station is not its own station is read.
The ticket vending machine 1A according to this example can also purchase a ticket using the above-described ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30. Similarly to the above-described ticket vending machine 1, the ticket vending machine 1A also displays a selection button on the screen of the display 3a according to the type of ticket that can be issued by the display unit 3, and the operation unit 4 is displayed on the screen of the display 3a. The selection button pressed by the user is detected by the touch panel 4a, and the ticket issuing unit 5 issues a ticket type code ticket corresponding to the selection button detected by the operation unit 4, so that a known ticket issuing process can be performed. Further, the ticket vending machine 1A can perform known card processing related to charging or the like for the SF card (Stored Fare Card) inserted into the card insertion / release port 8a.
FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing the ticket issuing process when the ticket purchase auxiliary plate is used. In FIG. 7, the same processes as those in FIG. 5 are given the same step numbers. The ticket vending machine 1A according to this example also performs the processing of s1 to s5, similarly to the ticket vending machine 1 of the above example. If the ticket vending machine 1A according to this example determines in s2 that the station where the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 is used is not its own station, the ticket vending machine 1A does not perform error processing related to s6, but performs processing related to s11 to s16 shown below, Then, it is different in that the processing after s3 is performed.
When the control unit 2 determines in s2 that the station where the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 is used is not its own station, the control unit 2 acquires the ticket table 20 stored in the ticket vending machine 1A installed at the station where the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 is used. (S11). In s11, for each station, the communication unit 10 communicates with a server or the like that manages the ticket table 20 stored in the ticket vending machine 1A installed at the station, and the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 used this time is communicated. The boarding ticket table 20 memorize | stored in 1A of ticket vending machines installed in the use station is acquired. Further, the communication unit 10 may communicate with a ticket vending machine 1A installed at a station where the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 is used, and obtain a ticket table 20 stored in the ticket vending machine 1A.
In the control unit 2, the getting-off station estimation unit 2b acquires the company line of the getting-off station (s12). As described above, the ticket type code included in the information indicated by the two-dimensional barcode 31 drawn on the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 includes the company line code indicating the company line of the disembarking station. Therefore, the getting-off station estimation unit 2b can acquire the company line of the getting-off station from the ticket type code included in the information indicated by the two-dimensional barcode 31 optically read by the optical reading unit 9 this time.
Note that s11 and s12 may be performed in the reverse order.
The getting-off station estimation unit 2b estimates the getting-off station with the use station included in the information indicated by the two-dimensional barcode optically read by the optical reading unit 9 as the boarding station (s13). For example, in s13, the getting-off station estimation unit 2b uses the boarding ticket table 20 acquired in s11, and the ticket type code included in the information indicated by the two-dimensional barcode optically read by the optical reading unit 9 this time. Get the ticket amount for the ticket. Further, when the use station indicated by the use station code included in the information indicated by the two-dimensional bar code optically read this time is the boarding station, the getting-off station estimation unit 2b can get off with the ticket amount obtained. Extract stations. And the getting-off station estimation part 2b re-extracts the station of the company line acquired by s12 from the extracted station, and presumes the extracted station here as a getting-off station. There may be one or a plurality of disembarkation stations estimated in s13.
In this example, the ticket table 20 is acquired in s11. However, it is also possible to acquire only the ticket issuing amount (ticket issuing amount used when estimating the getting-off station in s13) of the corresponding ticket type.
The display unit 3 displays the getting-off stations estimated in s13 in a list on the display 3a (s14). At this time, the display unit 3 displays a message prompting the user to select a desired getting-off station from the getting-off stations estimated in s13 on the display 3a. The control unit 2 waits for the user to select an alighting station (s15). The operation unit 4 detects an exit station selection operation by the user and notifies the control unit 2 of the exit station selected by the user. The getting-off station estimation unit 2b acquires the ticket type code of the ticket to the getting-off station selected by the user at the own station (s16), and performs the processing after s3.
Thus, in the ticket vending machine 1A according to this example, the user can purchase a desired ticket even when the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 of another station is used.
In the above example, the two-dimensional barcode 31 drawn on the ticket purchase auxiliary plate 30 is placed on the reading area 9a. The two-dimensional barcode 31 is displayed on the display of a portable terminal such as a smartphone. It may be printed on a pamphlet or the like. In addition, a one-dimensional bar code or other optically readable mark may be used as long as it indicates information including a ticket type code and a used station code indicating a used station. Good. Further, the ticket purchase assisting plate 30 may be formed of a non-contact medium having a wireless communication function, and a ticket type code and a use station code indicating a use station may be stored in a memory.
