Abstract

The present invention relates to a box based on an octagonal prism-shaped tubular structure that is inserted into a base formed in a novel manner by two identical elements, which, when superposed in a crossed manner with an element, allow the base to be locked by means of counter pressure. The box can be easily transported, as the base can be folded onto the centre thereof, making the entire structure fold inwards. In this way, it is not necessary to assemble the complete structure each time that same is transported, since it is sufficient to unfold the box again from the centre of the base when same is required, thus obtaining the complete box. The box has a simple structure that considerably reduces the production and assembly costs thereof.
