一种可拆卸的锅具侧耳 技术领域
本实用新型涉及烹饪器具附件领域，特别涉及一种可拆卸的锅具侧耳。
背景技术
传统的锅具侧耳都是铆接或焊接在锅体上，不可拆卸，占用包装空间大，携带、摆放、清洗都不方便，并且一旦这种固定式侧耳发生损坏或断裂，将造成整体锅具无法正常使用。
为此，市场上出现了可拆卸的锅具侧耳，虽然能起到减少产品的运输和存储空间的作用，但大多数的结构复杂，拆装不方便，特别是拆卸仍不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术存在缺陷，提供一种结构简单、拆装方便的可拆卸锅具侧耳，其不用固定在锅体上，以方便地进行拆卸及组装、更换使用，可以通用多个锅身。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案得以实现：一种可拆卸的锅具侧耳，包括主体和连接件，所述的连接件包括与主体相连的主体连接部和用于与锅体相连的锅体连接部，所述主体的前端部设有横向设置的第一通孔，主体的后端部设有竖向设置的第二通孔，该第二通孔与所述的第一通孔连通形成空腔；所述主体连接部上设有第三通孔且主体连接部置于第一通孔内，所述的第一通孔内设置一底部带支撑端且可摆动的翘板，该翘板的前端部形成与第三通孔孔壁扣接的弯曲部，所述的支撑端抵在第一通孔的内壁上；所述的第二通孔内设置一可相对于其上下移动的按钮，该按钮与翘板的后端部固定连接，所述按钮的下方设有一用于其复位的弹性件。
通过采用上述技术方案，按压按钮时，弹性件压缩，将连接件主体的前端部插入第一通孔内预定位置，松开按钮，弹性件伸展，弯曲部会向下插入到连接件上的第三通孔内并将连接件锁紧；拆卸时，按住按钮，翘板绕中间的支撑端转动，靠近弯曲部的一端翘起，在弯曲部脱离第三通孔后抽离连接件即可，可方便地进行拆卸及组合使用，并可以通用多个锅身。
本实用新型进一步优选为：所述翘板的后端部设置用于放置按钮的安装孔。
本实用新型进一步优选为：所述按钮底部形成至少二个将按钮与翘板固定连接的倒钩，所述的倒钩钩在翘板的下表面上。

通过采用上述技术方案，一方面设置环形卡槽可以将弹性件定位，防止弹性件移动，另一方面也为安置弹性件空出了更多的空间。
本实用新型进一步优选为：所述第一通孔的两侧设有用于对连接件进行定位的定位槽，所述主体连接部的两侧向外延伸形成定位块且所述定位块与所述定位槽相配合。
通过采用上述技术方案，定位槽和定位块使连接件能伸入到第一通孔内预定的位置，此时翘板前端的弯曲部正好位于连接件上第三通孔的正上方以便弯曲部正好扣入第三通孔内，这样连接件就不会在沿进入第一通孔的方向上移动。
本实用新型进一步优选为：所述第二通孔的孔口设有倒角。
通过采用上述技术方案，在按压按钮时，手指难免会与第二通孔的孔口碰触，如此按钮和倒角就不会存在锐利的边缘，避免直角棱边给手指带来的不适。
本实用新型进一步优选为：所述的弹性件为弹簧。
综上所述，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：通过翘板与连接件上的第三通孔相配合，在通过弹簧和翘板的配合，定位槽和定位块的配合，使侧耳主体与锅体上的连接件可拆卸，不用固定在锅体上，可方便地进行拆卸及组合、更换使用，并可以通用多个锅身，便于携带、摆放和清洗。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。

如图1、图2和图4所示，示出了一种可拆卸的锅具侧耳，包括主体2和连接件1，连接件1包括与主体2相连的主体连接部11和用于与锅体相连的锅体连接部12。
连接件1呈“T”形设置且纵截面呈“L”形。连接件1一端紧贴锅壁外侧并通过柳钉与锅体连接，经中间弯折后，另一端沿水平方向延伸，或沿水平向上延伸。
主体2的前端部设有横向设置的第一通孔3，主体2的后端部设有竖向设置的第二通孔4，该第二通孔4与第一通孔3连通形成空腔。
主体连接部11上设有第三通孔13且主体连接部11置于第一通孔3内。同时，第一通孔3的两侧设有用于对连接件1进行定位的定位槽31，主体连接部11的两侧向外延伸形成定位块14且所述定位块14与定位槽31相配合，以便主体连接部11伸入到第一通孔3内预定的位置。
第一通孔3内设置一底部带支撑端且可摆动的翘板5(详见图5)，该翘板5的前端部形成与第三通孔13孔壁扣接的弯曲部51，支撑端抵在第一通孔3的内壁上。
第二通孔4内设置一可相对于其上下移动的按钮6，该按钮6与翘板5的后端部固定连接，按钮6的下方设有一用于其复位的弹性件。本实施例中弹性件采用弹簧7；翘板5的后端部设置用于放置按钮6的安装孔52，按钮6底部形成至少二个或一圈将按钮6与翘板5固定连接的倒钩61，倒钩61钩在翘板5的下表面上。按钮6于第二通孔4内上下移动，在按压按钮6使按钮6从第二通孔4的孔口向下移动时，翘板5以翘板5中间的支撑端为支点将带弯曲部51的一端翘起。
翘板5的后端部下表面设有环形卡槽53，环形卡槽53环绕在安装孔52外，弹簧7一端嵌入环形卡槽53中，另一端与空腔的侧壁相抵。在松开按钮6时，弹簧7会驱使按钮6复位(详见图3)。
第二通孔4的孔口设有倒角41，在按压按钮6时，手指难免会与第二通孔4的孔口碰触，如此按钮6和倒角41不会存在锐利的边缘，避免直角棱边给手指带来的不适。
本实施例具体使用过程如下：在进行安装侧耳前需安装翘板5，先将弹簧7嵌入翘板5上的环形卡槽53内，再将翘板5连同弹簧7由主体2前端的第一通孔3放入，直至侧耳主体2端部的安装孔52的圆心与主体2后端第二通孔4的圆心大致处于同一中心线。最后将按钮6由第二通孔4插入，使倒钩61穿过翘板5端部的安装孔52并钩在翘板5的下表面 上。
再安装侧耳，对按钮6施加一个向下的作用力，按钮6带动翘板5绕支撑端转动并将翘板5的后端部向下翘动，同时翘板5前端部向上翘动，弹簧7被压缩。同时靠近锅体上的连接件1，使连接件1嵌入侧耳主体2前端的第一通孔3内并使连接件1上的定位块14与第一通孔3上的定位槽31相吻合。此时，翘板5前端的弯曲部51正好位于连接件1上第三通孔13的正上方，撤消对按钮6向下的作用力，弹簧7自动伸展，带动翘板5后端部向上翘动，同时翘板5前端部向下翘动，翘板5前端的弯曲部51嵌入连接件1上的第三通孔13中，弯角侧壁抵触在连接件1的外侧壁上，利用翘板5和主体2将连接件1紧紧锁住。
当拆卸时，再次对按钮6施加一个向下的作用力，按钮6带动翘板5后端部向下翘动，同时前端部向上翘动，翘板5弯曲部51与连接件1脱离，弹簧7被压缩，抽离连接件1，撤销对按钮6的作用力，弹簧7自动伸展使按钮6复位，拆卸完成。

  1. 一种可拆卸的锅具侧耳，包括主体(2)和连接件(1)，所述的连接件(1)包括与主体(2)相连的主体连接部(11)和用于与锅体相连的锅体连接部(12)，其特征在于：
    所述主体(2)的前端部设有横向设置的第一通孔(3)，主体(2)的后端部设有竖向设置的第二通孔(4)，该第二通孔(4)与所述的第一通孔(3)连通形成空腔；
