技术领域
本发明涉及空调器领域,特别涉及一种空调室内机及空调器。
背景技术
现有的空调室内机包括背框,背框的顶部开设有进风口,该进风口处设有滤网组件,滤网组件包括进风格栅及设于进风格栅上的过滤网,所述过滤组件呈半包围蒸发器组件设置,用以对换热前的空气进行过滤;背框的前部开设有安装口,安装口处盖合有面板;进风格栅一部分自安装口插入进风格栅与蒸发器组件的顶部之间,另一部分覆盖蒸发器组件的前部并位于面板的内侧,且该部分的下部与安装口的下边缘卡接。拆装进风格栅时,不仅需要弯曲进风格栅以实现卡接,还需要打开与面板卡扣连接的面板,因而导致拆装过程非常不便。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种空调室内机,旨在便于拆卸或安装空调室内机的进风格栅。
为达到上述之技术目的,本发明提供一种空调室内机,所述空调室内机包括:背框,所述背框的顶部开设有进风口,所述进风口的后端设有枢接位;
安装框,包括前边框、后边框以及位于所述前边框与后边框之间两相对的侧边框,所述侧边框的内侧面开设有呈前后向延伸的滑槽,所述滑槽的前端形成有敞口;所述安装框位于所述进风口内,所述安装框的后端设有与所述枢接位枢接的枢接件,以使所述安装框的前端可相对远离或靠近所述背框;
滤网组件,包括进风格栅及设于所述进风格栅上的过滤网,所述进风格栅的两侧格栅边与两所述滑槽可滑动配合;以及,
弹扣组件,设于所述背框的顶部且位于所述枢接位的前侧,所述弹扣组件的卡接口朝上设置;
其中,所述安装框的前端设有朝下延伸的顶杆,所述顶杆的末端形成有锁头,所述弹扣组件用以在所述安装框的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时锁合所述顶杆的锁头,以及在所述安装框的前端由所述安装位置往下运动至预设距离时释放所述锁头;或者,
所述进风格栅的前端设有朝下延伸的顶杆,所述顶杆的末端形成有锁头,所述弹扣组件用以在所述进风格栅的前端由上往下移动至安装位置时锁合所述顶杆的锁头,以及在所述进风格栅的前端由所述安装位置往下移动至预设距离时释放所述锁头。
优选地,还包括助力装置,所述助力装置包括弹性件,所述进风口的两相对侧壁开设有供所述助力装置安装的第一沉槽,所述助力装置用以推动所述安装框的前端往上运动至打开位置,且在所述打开位置,所述滑槽的敞口高于所述背框的顶面。
优选地,所述第一沉槽具有朝向所述进风口的中心设置的开口及内槽壁,所述内槽壁凸设有安装轴,所述侧边框对应所述第一沉槽开设有连接孔;
所述弹性件为扭簧,所述弹性件套设在所述安装轴上,且所述弹性件的扭力臂的末端形成挂钩,所述挂钩插置于所述连接孔内。
优选地,所述前边框与所述进风格栅的前格栅边卡扣连接。
优选地,所述进风格栅的前格栅边设有卡钩,所述卡钩具有自所述前格栅边朝下延伸的连接段,以及自所述连接段的末端朝后延伸的卡接段;
所述前边框的前侧面开设有扣槽,所述扣槽的槽底朝前凸设有两并行的夹持臂,两所述夹持臂之间形成有用以与所述卡钩的卡接段卡接的卡槽。
优选地,所述后边框的前侧面朝前凸设有限位板,所述限位板的前边缘朝前凸设有限位块,所述进风格栅的后格栅边设有供所述限位块容置的限位槽。
优选地,所述后边框的后侧面朝后凸设有防尘板,所述进风口的后壁面朝前凸设有挡板,在所述安装框的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时,所述挡板位于所述防尘板的上方。
优选地,所述枢接件为凸设于所述两侧边框的外侧面上的转轴,所述枢接位为开设在所述进风口的两侧壁并朝上开放的轴孔。
优选地,所述侧边框的外侧面设有朝向邻近的所述进风口的侧壁凸出的安装座,所述顶杆自所述安装座的的下表面朝下延伸形成;
所述进风口的侧壁开设有位于所述枢接位前侧的第二沉槽,所述弹扣组件设于所述第二沉槽内,且在所述弹扣组件锁合所述顶杆的锁头时,所述安装座的上侧面与所述背框的顶面平齐。
优选地,所述进风格栅的前格栅边与所述背框卡扣连接。
优选地,所述进风格栅的前格栅边设有卡扣,所述进风格栅的卡扣自所述前格栅边的下表面朝下延伸设置;
所述进风口的前壁朝向所述进风口的中心凸设有凸台,所述凸台上开设有朝上开放的扣槽,所述扣槽的底槽壁朝上凸设有两并行的夹持臂,两所述夹持臂之间形成有用以与所述卡扣卡接的卡槽。
优选地,所述后边框的前侧面朝前凸设有限位板,所述限位板的前边缘朝前凸设有限位块,所述进风格栅的后格栅边设有供所述限位块容置的限位槽。
优选地,所述后边框的后侧面朝后凸设有防尘板,所述进风口的后壁面朝前凸设有挡板,在所述安装框的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时,所述挡板位于所述防尘板的上方。

背框,所述背框的顶部开设有进风口,所述进风口的后端设有枢接位;
安装框,包括前边框、后边框以及位于所述前边框与后边框之间两相对的侧边框,所述侧边框的内侧面开设有呈前后向延伸的滑槽,所述滑槽的前端形成有敞口;所述安装框位于所述进风口内,所述安装框的后端设有与所述枢接位枢接的枢接件,以使所述安装框的前端可相对远离或靠近所述背框;
滤网组件,包括进风格栅及设于所述进风格栅上的过滤网,所述进风格栅的两侧格栅边与两所述滑槽可滑动配合;以及,
弹扣组件,设于所述背框的顶部且位于所述枢接位的前侧,所述弹扣组件的卡接口朝上设置;
其中,所述安装框的前端设有朝下延伸的顶杆,所述顶杆的末端形成有锁头,所述弹扣组件用以在所述安装框的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时锁合所述顶杆的锁头,以及在所述安装框的前端由所述安装位置往下运动至预设距离时释放所述锁头;或者,

本发明空调室内机,安装安装框及滤网组件时,首先将所述滤网组件的进风格栅的两侧格栅边,自安装框的两滑槽的敞口插入,并顺着滑槽由前往后推进,直至进风格栅与安装框完全配合;然后,将安装框后端的枢接件与进风口后端的枢接位枢接,以使安装框的前端可相对远离或靠近进风口;最后,往下按压安装框(或进风格栅)的前端,使得安装框带动所述滤网组件往下运动,在顶杆的锁头对准弹扣组件的卡接口时,再次按压安装框(或进风格栅)的前端,使得安装框继续往下运动至安装位置,弹扣组件锁合锁头,从而将安装框锁合于进风口处;拆卸滤网组件时,往下按安装框(或进风格栅)的前端,安装框带动所述滤网组件由安装位置往下运动至预设距离时,弹扣组件释放锁头,此时,再施加一由下往上的拉力便可将过滤网拉出弹扣组件,继而由后往前抽出所述滤网组件,如此,即可对所述滤网组件进行清洗,若所述滤网组件的过滤网与进风格栅之间为可拆卸连接,则在所述滤网组件拆卸下来之后,将所述过滤网自进风格栅上单独拆卸下来清洗即可。可见,本发明的空调室内机,拆卸或安装进风格栅时,不必打开面板,仅需几个推拉或按压的动作便可完成,操作十分便捷。

本发明提供一种空调室内机,旨在便于拆卸或安装空调室内机的进风格栅。
请参阅图1、图2,以及图4和图7,于本发明空调室内机的一实施例中,所述空调室内机包括:
背框100,背框100的顶部开设有进风口110,进风口110的后端设有枢接位120;
安装框300,包括前边框310、后边框320以及位于前边框310与后边框320之间两相对的侧边框330,侧边框330的内侧面开设有呈前后向延伸的滑槽331(可参阅图5),滑槽331的前端形成有敞口,安装框300的前端设有朝下延伸的顶杆400,顶杆400的末端形成有锁头410;安装框300安装于进风口110内,安装框300的后端设有与枢接位120枢接的枢接件332,以使安装框300的前端可相对远离或靠近背框100;
滤网组件,包括进风格栅500及设于进风格栅500上的过滤网(未图示),进风格栅500的两侧格栅边530与两滑槽331可滑动配合;以及,
弹扣组件600,设于背框100的顶部且位于枢接位120的前侧(结合图2和图3参阅),弹扣组件600的卡接口朝上设置,弹扣组件600用以在安装框300的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时锁合顶杆400的锁头410,以及在安装框300的前端由所述安装位置往下运动至预设距离时释放所述锁头410。
在本实施例中,背框100具有一容置腔,用以容置所述空调室内机的蒸发器组件200,背框100的前部开设有供蒸发器组件200安入的安装口,所述空调室内机的面板(未图示)罩设于所述安装口上;
背框100的顶部开设有进风口110,安装框300设于进风口110,进风口110具有分别与安装框300的前边框310、后边框320及两侧边框330一一对应的前壁、后壁及两侧壁,安装框300后端的枢接件332与进风口110后端的枢接位120枢接,而使安装框300的前端可相对远离或靠近背框100;
背框100的下部开设有出风口,且所述出风口邻近蒸发器组件200设置,所述空调室内机工作时,空气自进风口110进入,空气在进风口110处由所述滤网组件过滤后,流经蒸发器组件200的周向并与其蒸发器发生换热,换热完成后空气自所述出风口流出。
所述滤网组件通过进风格栅500的两侧格栅边530与安装框300的两滑槽331滑动配合,以使所述滤网组件可拆卸地安装于安装框300上,安装框300一方面用以支撑所述滤网组件,以防止滤网组件发生变形,另一方面,在安装框300的前端相对远离或靠近背框100时,安装框300带动所述滤网组件相对远离或靠近背框100;至于所述滤网组件的过滤网与进风格栅500之间可根据用户的需求设置为一体,也可以采用可拆卸方式连接,若过滤网与进风格栅500一体设置,可以通过整体清洗的方式清洗过滤网。
弹扣组件600属于较为现有的锁合结构,一般采用单向循环锁合机构,利用安装框300的压力蓄能或作为触发力,实现锁合或释放顶杆400的锁头410,具体将在后文中作详细介绍。
现有的空调室内机在拆装过滤网时,首先需要打开面板,然后弯曲过滤网以卡入或取出;并且由于面板一部分与背框100枢接,另一部分与背框100卡扣连接,无论打开或关闭面板均需要克服卡扣较大的变形阻力,用力不当还容易损坏卡扣。
本发明空调室内机,安装安装框300及滤网组件时,首先,请参阅图5、图8及图9,将所述滤网组件的进风格栅500的两侧格栅边530,自安装框300的两滑槽331的敞口插入,并顺着滑槽331由前往后推进,直至进风格栅500与安装框300完全配合;然后,请参阅图2、图3及图9,将安装框300后端的枢接件332与进风口110后端的枢接位120枢接,以使安装框300的前端可相对远离或靠近进风口110;最后,请参阅图11和图12,往下按压安装框300的前端,使得安装框300带动所述滤网组件往下运动,在安装框300上的顶杆400的锁头410对准弹扣组件600的卡接口时,再次按压安装框300的前端,使得安装框300继续往下运动至安装位置,弹扣组件600锁合锁头410,从而将安装框300锁合于进风口110处;拆卸滤网组件时,请参阅图13、图14及图16,往下按安装框300的前端,安装框300带动所述滤网组件由安装位置往下运动至预设距离时,弹扣组件600释放锁头410,此时,再施加一由下往上的拉力便可将安装框300拉出弹扣组件600,以使两滑槽331的敞口高于背框100的顶面,继而由后往前抽出进风格栅500即可。此时,若进风格栅500与所述过滤网为一体设置,则可对所述滤网组件进行整体清洗;若进风格栅500与所述过滤网为可拆卸连接,则在进风格栅500拆卸下来之后,将所述过滤网自进风格栅500上单独拆卸下来清洗即可。可见,本发明的空调室内机,拆卸或安装进风格栅时,不必打开面板,仅需几个推拉或按压的动作便可完成,操作十分便捷。
进一步地,请参阅图6及图8,为方便所述滤网组件通过进风格栅500的两侧格栅边530与安装框300的两滑槽331滑动配合,进风格栅500的两侧格栅边530的外侧面凸设有呈前后向延伸的凸筋531,两凸筋531分别与安装框300的两滑槽331滑动配合。
在本实施例中,安装所述滤网组件至安装框300上时,进风格栅500的两凸筋531分别自安装框300的两滑槽331的敞口滑入,并自前往后推进进风格栅500,直至进风格栅500的两凸筋531与后边框320的前侧面抵接,从而将所述滤网组件安装于安装框300上;拆卸所述滤网组件时,在弹扣组件600释放锁头410后,施加一由下往上的拉力将安装框300拉出弹扣组件600,以使两滑槽331的敞口高于背框100的顶面,继而由后往前拉动进风格栅500,使得进风格栅500的两凸筋531分别自安装框300的两滑槽331的敞口滑出,直至进风格栅500的两凸筋531与安装框300的两滑槽331完全分离,从而将进风格栅500自安装框300抽出。
进一步地,为限制进风格栅500的凸筋531于滑槽331内沿安装框300的两侧向上的活动,后边框320的前侧面朝前凸设有限位板321,限位板321的前边缘朝前凸设有限位块322,进风格栅500的后格栅边520设有供限位块322容置的限位槽521。
具体地,后格栅边520的上表面朝上凸设有一条形筋,如图15所示,限位槽521开设于所述条形筋上,限位板321搭接于后格栅边520上,限位板321的前边缘与所述条形筋抵接,并且限位板321前边缘上的限位块322容置于限位槽521内。
在本实施例中,在进风格栅500的两凸筋531与安装框300的两滑槽331完全配合后,限位块322卡入限位槽521内,使得进风格栅500只能顺沿安装框300的滑槽331抽出,而不能在安装框300的两侧向上活动,以此限制了进风格栅500在安装框300的两侧向上的活动,从而确保进风格栅500与安装框300之间配合的稳定性。
进一步地,请参阅图9及图10,为限制进风格栅500在安装框300的前后向上的活动,安装框300的前边框310与进风格栅500的前格栅边510卡扣连接。
在本实施例中,通过将安装框300的前边框310与进风格栅500的前格栅边510卡扣连接,以将滤网组件与安装框300连接为一整体,限制了进风格栅500在安装框300的前后向上的活动;在安装框300带动所述滤网组件上下向运动的过程中,进风格栅500不能自安装框300的滑槽331中轻易滑出,从而避免进风格栅500与进风口110前壁发生干涉,以利于拆装进风格栅500;而至于上述卡扣连接的方式,并没有具体限制,以方便拆装进风格栅500即可。
进一步地,进风格栅500的前格栅边510设有卡钩511,卡钩511具有自所述前格栅边510朝下延伸的连接段,以及自所述连接段的末端朝后延伸的卡接段;
前边框310的前侧面开设有扣槽800,扣槽800的槽底朝前凸设有两并行的夹持臂810,两夹持臂810之间形成有用以与卡钩511的卡接段卡接的卡槽。
在本实施例中,将进风格栅500安装于安装框300上时,在进风格栅500的两凸筋531与安装框300的两滑槽331完全配合后,卡钩511的卡接段扣入扣槽800内,卡钩511的卡接段与两夹持臂810之间的卡槽卡接;将进风格栅500自安装框300拆卸下来时,对进风格栅500施加一自后往前的拉力,即可使卡钩511的卡接段与两夹持臂810之间的卡槽分离,从而可顺利将进风格栅500抽出,这种卡扣连接方式,其结构较为简单,易于操作。
进一步地,为确保进风格栅500与安装框300连接的紧固效果,卡钩511的数量为多个,多个卡钩511沿进风格栅500的前格栅边510的长度方向间隔排布;前边框310的前侧面亦设有分别与多个卡钩511一一对应的扣槽800,每一扣槽800内均设有两并行的夹持臂810,两夹持臂810之间形成卡槽用以与对应的卡钩511对应卡接。
进一步地,请参阅图2、图5及图12,枢接件332为凸设于两侧边框330的外侧面上的转轴,枢接位120为开设在进风口110的两侧壁并朝上开放的轴孔。
在本实施例中,所述轴孔朝上开放设置,以使安装框300与背框100可拆卸连接,从而方便拆装安装框300;安装安装框300时,通过施加一由上往下的压力,以使所述转轴克服所述轴孔的开口边缘处的作用力,而安插入所述轴孔内;拆卸安装框300时,通过施加一由下往上的拉力,以使所述转轴克服所述轴孔的开口边缘处的作用力,而脱离所述轴孔,此时将安装框300自后往前抽出即可。
显然,安装框300与背框100的连接方式有多种,并不局限于上述一种,例如,安装框300的后边框320与进风口110的后壁通过铰轴铰接,只是这种铰轴铰接方式,拆卸安装框300的难度较大,在用户不需要拆卸安装框300的情况下,亦可采用这种铰接方式。
为避免在安装框300的前端沿上下向运动的过程中,安装框300的后边框320与进风口110的后壁发生干涉,安装框300的后边框320与进风口110的后壁之间预留有一避空间隙,以在安装框300的前端沿上下向运动的过程中,所述避让间隙为安装框300的后边框320让位。而由于所述避空间隙的存在,灰尘等杂物容易自所述避空间隙进入而落在背框100内的结构部件上(如蒸发器组件200),造成灰尘污染。
故优选地,为避免上述的灰尘污染,请参阅图2、图6,以及图14和图15,后边框320的后侧面朝后凸设有防尘板323,进风口110的后壁面朝前凸设有挡板130,在安装框300的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时,挡板130位于防尘板323的上方。
在本实施例中,在安装框300的前端沿上下运动的过程中,防尘板323在所述避空间隙内活动,并在安装框300的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时,挡板130位于防尘板323的上方,挡板130与防尘板323配合形成两层防尘结构,环境中的灰尘等杂物只能落到挡板130或防尘板323上,从而避免灰尘自所述避空间隙落入到背框100内的结构部件上。最好地,挡板130的下表面与防尘板323的上表面抵接,以减小挡板130与防尘板323之间的狭缝,避免灰尘自所述狭缝中落入。
进一步地,请参阅图2、图3、以及图6和图12,安装框300的侧边框330的外侧面,设有朝向邻近的进风口110的侧壁凸出的安装座900,顶杆400自安装座900的下表面朝下延伸形成;
进风口110的侧壁开设有位于枢接位120前侧的第二沉槽150,弹扣组件600设于第二沉槽150内,且在弹扣组件600锁合锁头410时,安装座900的上侧面与背框100的顶面平齐。
具体地,第二沉槽150具有朝向进风口110的开口及与背框100的顶面平行的底槽壁;如图3以及图17和图18所示,弹扣组件600包括安装于第二沉槽150的底槽壁上的弹扣本体610,以及设于弹扣本体610并朝上延伸的两抱紧块620,两所述抱紧块620的下端与弹扣本体610枢接,两抱紧块620相向一侧呈用以锁合锁头410的凹状设置,以在两抱紧块620之间形成所述卡接口。
在本实施例中,通过在安装框300的侧边框330上设置安装座900,可通过按压安装座900,以使得弹扣组件600锁合或释放锁头410,并通过将弹扣组件600安装于第二沉槽150内,以在弹扣组件600锁合锁头410时,安装座900的上侧面与背框100的顶面平齐,使得背框100的顶面较为平整,以提高背框100的外观效果。
为确保安装框300锁合于进风口110处的稳定性,优选地,弹扣组件600的数量至少为两个,顶杆400的数量与弹扣组件600的数量相等,具体地,在本实施例中,弹扣组件600及顶杆400的数量均为两个,安装框300的两侧边框320均设有安装座900,两个顶杆400分别自两个安装座900的下表面朝下延伸形成,进风口110的两侧壁均开设有第二沉槽150,两个弹扣组件600分别安装于两个第二沉槽150内,两个弹扣组件600分别与两个顶杆400分别一一对应。
进一步地,请参阅图3、图11,以及图12图13,所述空调室内机还包括助力装置,所述助力装置包括弹性件700,进风口110的两相对侧壁开设有供所述助力装置安装的第一沉槽140,所述助力装置用以推动安装框300的前端往上运动至打开位置,且在所述打开位置,滑槽331的敞口高于背框100的顶面。
在本实施例中,弹性件700可以是弹簧或者扭簧,在弹扣组件600锁合安装框300上的顶杆400的锁头410时,弹性件700被安装框300挤压而积蓄弹性势能;在弹扣组件600释放锁头410时,弹性件700释放弹性势能,而对安装框300施加一往上的弹力,进而推动安装框300往上运动,使得安装框300的两滑槽331的敞口高处于背框100的顶面,此时可将所述滤网组件从安装框300的两滑槽331中顺利抽出。
当然,所述助力装置并不是必须的,用户亦可以手动往上拉动安装框300,使得安装框300的两滑槽331的敞口高处于背框100的顶面。
进一步地,第一沉槽140具有朝向进风口110的中心设置的开口及内槽壁,所述内槽壁凸设有安装轴,侧边框330对应第一沉槽140开设有连接孔334;
弹性件700为扭簧,弹性件700套设在所述安装轴上,且弹性件700的扭力臂的末端形成挂钩,所述挂钩插置于所述连接孔334内。
具体地,弹性件700的一端套设在所述安装轴上,弹性件700的扭力臂朝前上方延伸设置,且在所述扭力臂的末端形成的挂钩插置于所述连接孔334内。
在本实施例中,弹性件700通过将其扭力臂的挂钩插置于侧边框330的连接孔334上,在弹性件700推动进风格栅500往上运动的过程中,所述挂钩限制在所述连接孔334内,以防止弹性件700释放弹性势能瞬间时,弹力过大而导致弹性件700的扭力臂与侧边框330之间发生打滑。
请参阅图19、图21、图24和图26,在本发明空调室内机的另一实施例中,该空调室内机包括:
背框100,背框100的顶部开设有进风口110,进风口110的后端设有枢接位120;
安装框300,包括前边框310、后边框320以及位于前边框310与后边框320之间两相对的侧边框330,侧边框330的内侧面开设有呈前后向延伸的滑槽331,滑槽331的前端形成有敞口;安装框300安装于进风口110内,安装框300的后端设有与枢接位120枢接的枢接件332,以使安装框300的前端可相对远离或靠近背框100;
滤网组件,包括进风格栅500及设于进风格栅500上的过滤网(未图示),进风格栅500的两侧格栅边530与两滑槽331可滑动配合,进风格栅500的前端设有朝下延伸的顶杆400,顶杆400的末端形成有锁头410;以及,
弹扣组件600,如图4所示,设于背框100的顶部且位于枢接位120的前侧,弹扣组件600的卡接口朝上设置,弹扣组件600用以在进风格栅500的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时锁合顶杆400的锁头410,以及在进风格栅500的前端由所述安装位置往下运动至预设距离时释放所述锁头410。
在本实施例中,背框100具有一容置腔,用以容置所述空调室内机的蒸发器组件200,背框100的前部开设有供蒸发器组件200安入的安装口,所述空调室内机的面板(未图示)罩设于所述安装口上;
背框100的顶部开设有进风口110,安装框300设于进风口110,进风口110具有分别与安装框300的前边框310、后边框320及两侧边框330一一对应的前壁、后壁及两侧壁,安装框300后端的枢接件332与进风口110后端的枢接位120枢接,而使安装框300的前端可相对远离或靠近背框100;
背框100的下部开设有出风口,且所述出风口邻近蒸发器组件200设置,所述空调室内机工作时,空气自进风口110进入,空气在进风口110处由所述滤网组件过滤后,流经蒸发器组件200的周向并与其蒸发器发生换热,换热完成后空气自所述出风口流出。
所述滤网组件通过进风格栅500的两侧格栅边530与安装框300的两滑槽331滑动配合,以使所述滤网组件可拆卸地安装于安装框300上,安装框300一方面用以支撑所述滤网组件,以防止滤网组件发生变形,另一方面,在安装框300的前端相对远离或靠近背框100时,安装框300带动所述滤网组件相对远离或靠近背框100;至于所述滤网组件的过滤网与进风格栅500之间可根据用户的需求设置为一体,也可以采用可拆卸方式连接,若所述过滤网与进风格栅500一体设置,可以通过整体清洗的方式清洗过滤网。
弹扣组件600属于较为现有的锁合结构,一般采用单向循环锁合机构,利用安装框300的压力蓄能或作为触发力,实现锁合或释放顶杆400的锁头410,具体将在后文中作详细介绍。
现有的空调室内机在拆装过滤网时,首先需要打开面板,然后弯曲过滤网以卡入或取出;并且由于面板一部分与背框100枢接,另一部分与背框100卡扣连接,无论打开或关闭面板均需要克服卡扣较大的变形阻力,用力不当还容易损坏卡扣。
本发明空调室内机,安装安装框300及滤网组件时,首先,请参阅图24及图26,将所述滤网组件的进风格栅500的两侧格栅边530,自安装框300的两滑槽331的敞口插入,并顺着滑槽331由前往后推进,直至进风格栅500与安装框300完全配合;然后,请参阅图20、图21及图24,将安装框300后端的枢接件332与进风口110后端的枢接位120枢接,以使安装框300的前端可相对远离或靠近进风口110;最后,请参阅图28和图29,往下按压进风格栅500的前端,使得进风格栅500往下运动,在进风格栅500上的顶杆400的锁头410对准弹扣组件600的卡接口时,再次按压进风格栅500的前端,使得进风格栅500继续往下运动至安装位置,弹扣组件600锁合锁头410,从而将进风格栅500锁合于进风口110处;拆卸滤网组件时,请参阅图31及图33,往下按进风格栅500的前端,进风格栅500由安装位置往下运动至预设距离时,弹扣组件600释放锁头410,此时,再施加一由下往上的拉力便可将进风格栅500拉出弹扣组件600,并使两滑槽331的敞口高于背框100的顶面,继而由后往前抽出所述进风格栅即可。此时,若进风格栅500与所述过滤网为一体设置,则可对所述滤网组件进行整体清洗;若进风格栅500与所述过滤网之间为可拆卸连接,则在进风格栅500拆卸下来之后,将所述过滤网自进风格栅500上单独拆卸下来清洗即可。可见,本发明的空调室内机,拆卸或安装进风格栅时,不必打开面板,仅需几个推拉或按压的动作便可完成,操作十分便捷。
进一步地,请参阅图25及图26,为方便所述滤网组件通过进风格栅500的两侧格栅边530与安装框300的两滑槽331滑动配合,进风格栅500的两侧格栅边530的外侧面凸设有呈前后向延伸的凸筋531,两凸筋531分别与安装框300的两滑槽331滑动配合。
在本实施例中,安装所述滤网组件至安装框300上时,进风格栅500的两凸筋531分别自安装框300的两滑槽331的敞口滑入,并自前往后推进进风格栅500,直至进风格栅500的两凸筋531与后边框320的前侧面抵接,从而将所述滤网组件安装于安装框300上;拆卸所述滤网组件时,在弹扣组件600释放锁头410后,施加一由下往上的拉力将安装框300拉出弹扣组件600,以使两滑槽331的敞口高于背框100的顶面,继而由后往前拉动进风格栅500,使得进风格栅500的两凸筋531分别自安装框300的两滑槽331的敞口滑出,直至进风格栅500的两凸筋531与安装框300的两滑槽331完全分离,从而将进风格栅500自安装框300抽出。
进一步地,请参阅图25、图26,以及图31和图32,为限制进风格栅500的凸筋531于滑槽331内沿安装框300的两侧向上的活动,后边框320的前侧面朝前凸设有限位板321,限位板321的前边缘朝前凸设有限位块322,进风格栅500的后格栅边520设有供限位块322容置的限位槽521。
具体地,后格栅边520的上表面朝上凸设有一条形筋,限位槽521开设于所述条形筋上,限位板321搭接于后格栅边520上,限位板321的前边缘与所述条形筋抵接,并且限位板321前边缘上的限位块322容置于限位槽521内。
在本实施例中,在进风格栅500的两凸筋531与安装框300的两滑槽331完全配合后,限位块322卡入限位槽521内,使得进风格栅500只能顺沿安装框300的滑槽331抽出,而不能在安装框300的两侧向上活动,以此限制了进风格栅500在安装框300的两侧向上的活动,从而确保进风格栅500与安装框300之间配合的稳定性。
进一步地,枢接件332为凸设于两侧边框330的外侧面上的转轴,枢接位120为开设在进风口110的两侧壁并朝上开放的轴孔。
在本实施例中,所述轴孔朝上开放设置,以使安装框300与背框100可拆卸连接,从而方便拆装安装框300;安装安装框300时,通过施加一由上往下的压力,以使所述转轴克服所述轴孔的开口边缘处的作用力,而安插入所述轴孔内;拆卸安装框300时,通过施加一由下往上的拉力,以使所述转轴克服所述轴孔的开口边缘处的作用力,而脱离所述轴孔,此时将安装框300自后往前抽出即可。

在本实施例中,在安装框300的前端沿上下运动的过程中,防尘板323在所述避空间隙内活动,并在安装框300的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时,挡板130位于防尘板323的上方,挡板130与防尘板323配合形成两层防尘结构,环境中的灰尘等杂物只能落到挡板130或防尘板323上,从而避免灰尘自所述避空间隙落入到背框100内的结构部件上。最好地,,挡板130的下表面与防尘板323的上表面抵接,以减小挡板130与防尘板323之间的狭缝,避免灰尘自所述狭缝中落入。
进一步地,请参阅图24和图30,进风格栅500侧格栅边530的外侧面设有朝向邻近的进风口110的侧壁凸出的安装座900,顶杆400自安装座900的下表面朝下延伸形成;
进风口110的侧壁开设有位于枢接位120前侧的第二沉槽150,弹扣组件600设于第二沉槽150内,且在弹扣组件600锁合锁头410时,安装座900的上侧面与背框100的顶面平齐。
具体地,第二沉槽150具有朝向进风口110的开口及与背框100的顶面平行的底槽壁;如图17、图18及图22所示,弹扣组件600包括安装于第二沉槽150的底槽壁上的弹扣本体610,以及设于弹扣本体610并朝上延伸的两抱紧块620,两所述抱紧块620的下端与弹扣本体610枢接,两抱紧块620相向一侧呈用以锁合锁头410的凹状设置,以在两抱紧块620之间形成所述卡接口。
在本实施例中,通过在进风格栅500侧格栅边530上设置安装座900,可通过按压安装座900,以使得弹扣组件600锁合或释放锁头410,并通过将弹扣组件600安装于第二沉槽150内,以在弹扣组件600锁合锁头410时,安装座900的上侧面与背框100的顶面平齐,使得背框100的顶面较为平整,以提高背框100的外观效果。
为确保进风格栅500锁合于进风口110处的稳定性,优选地,弹扣组件600的数量至少为两个,顶杆400的数量与弹扣组件600的数量相等,具体地,在本实施例中,弹扣组件600及顶杆400的数量均为两个,进风格栅500的两侧格栅边530均设有安装座900,两个顶杆400分别自两个安装座900的下表面朝下延伸形成,进风口110的两侧壁均开设有第二沉槽150,两个弹扣组件600分别安装于两个第二沉槽150内,两个弹扣组件600分别与两个顶杆400分别一一对应。
进一步地,侧边框330的外侧面朝向邻近的进风口110的侧壁凸设有盖板335,用以在弹扣组件600锁合锁头时,盖板335与安装座900呈前后向并行且盖合于第二沉槽150的上方,减小灰尘落入到弹扣组件600上。
进一步地,请参阅图22、图29及图30,所述空调室内机还包括助力装置,所述助力装置包括弹性件700,进风口110的两相对侧壁开设有供所述助力装置安装的第一沉槽140,所述助力装置用以推动安装框300带动所述过滤组件往上运动至打开位置,且在所述打开位置,滑槽331的敞口高于背框100的顶面。
在本实施例中,弹性件700可以是弹簧或者扭簧,在弹扣组件600锁合锁头410时,弹性件700被安装框300挤压而积蓄弹性势能;在弹扣组件600释放锁头410时,弹性件700释放弹性势能,而对安装框300施加一往上的弹力,进而推动安装框300往上运动,使得安装框300的两滑槽331的敞口高处于背框100的顶面,此时可将进风格栅500从安装框300的两滑槽331中顺利抽出。
当然,所述助力装置并不是必须的,用户亦可手动往上拉动进风格栅500,以使得安装框300的两滑槽331的敞口高处于背框100的顶面。
进一步地,第一沉槽140具有朝向进风口110的中心设置的开口及内槽壁,所述内槽壁凸设有安装轴,侧边框330对应第一沉槽140开设有连接孔334;
弹性件700为扭簧,弹性件700套设在所述安装轴上,且弹性件700的扭力臂的末端形成挂钩,所述挂钩插置于所述连接孔334内。
具体地,弹性件700的一端套设在所述安装轴上,弹性件700的扭力臂朝前上方延伸设置,且在所述扭力臂的末端形成的挂钩插置于所述连接孔334内。
在本实施例中,弹性件700通过将其扭力臂的挂钩插置于侧边框330的连接孔334上,在弹性件700推动进风格栅500往上运动的过程中,所述挂钩限制在所述连接孔334内,以防止弹性件700释放弹性势能瞬间时,弹力过大而导致弹性件700的扭力臂与侧边框330之间发生打滑。
进一步地,请参阅图34及图35,为避免弹扣组件600锁合锁头时,弹性件700被安装框300挤压而积蓄的弹性势能过大,使得弹性件700对安装框300施加的往上的弹力过大,而导致锁头410自弹扣组件600的卡接口挣脱,因此,进风格栅500的前格栅边510与背框100卡扣连接。
在本实施例中,在弹扣组件600锁合锁头410后,通过将进风格栅500的前格栅边510与与背框100卡扣连接,加强了进风格栅500与背框100连接的紧固性,使得锁头410不易自弹扣组件600的卡接口挣脱,以此确保了安装框300及进风格栅500安装于进风口110的稳定性;而至于上述卡扣连接的方式,并没有具体限制,以方便拆装进风格栅500即可。
进一步地,进风格栅500的前格栅边510设有卡扣512,卡扣512自前格栅边510的下表面朝后延伸设置;
进风口110的前壁朝向进风口110的中心凸设有凸台160,如图21和图23所示,凸台160上开设有朝上开放的扣槽800,扣槽800的底槽壁朝上凸设有两并行的夹持臂810,两夹持臂810之间形成有用以与卡扣512卡接的卡槽。
在本实施例中,将进风格栅500安装于安装框300上时,在进风格栅500的两凸筋531与安装框300的两滑槽331完全配合后,卡扣51竖直插入扣槽800内,且在扣槽800内,卡扣512与两夹持臂810之间的卡槽卡接;将进风格栅500自安装框300拆卸下来时,对进风格栅500施加一自后往前的拉力,即可使卡扣512与两夹持臂810之间的卡槽分离,从而可顺利将进风格栅500抽出,这种卡扣连接方式,其结构较为简单,易于操作。
为避免安装框300的前边框310干涉到进风格栅500的卡扣512,优选地,在安装框300的前边框310的前侧面开设让位槽313,用以避让进风格栅500的卡扣512。
进一步地,为确保进风格栅500与安装框300连接的紧固效果,卡扣512的数量为多个,多个卡扣512沿进风格栅500的前格栅边510的长度方向间隔排布;前边框310的前侧面亦设有分别与多个卡扣512一一对应的扣槽800,每一扣槽800内均设有两并行的夹持臂810,两夹持臂810之间形成卡槽用以与对应的卡扣512对应卡接。
本发明还提出一种空调器,所述空调器包括空调室内机,所述空调室内机的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本空调器采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此同样具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

  1. 一种空调室内机,其特征在于,包括:
    背框,所述背框的顶部开设有进风口,所述进风口的后端设有枢接位;
    安装框,包括前边框、后边框以及位于所述前边框与后边框之间两相对的侧边框,所述侧边框的内侧面开设有呈前后向延伸的滑槽,所述滑槽的前端形成有敞口;所述安装框位于所述进风口内,所述安装框的后端设有与所述枢接位枢接的枢接件,以使所述安装框的前端可相对远离或靠近所述背框;
    滤网组件,包括进风格栅及设于所述进风格栅上的过滤网,所述进风格栅的两侧格栅边与两所述滑槽可滑动配合;以及,
    弹扣组件,设于所述背框的顶部且位于所述枢接位的前侧,所述弹扣组件的卡接口朝上设置;
    其中,所述安装框的前端设有朝下延伸的顶杆,所述顶杆的末端形成有锁头,所述弹扣组件用以在所述安装框的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时锁合所述顶杆的锁头,以及在所述安装框的前端由所述安装位置往下运动至预设距离时释放所述锁头;或者,
    所述进风格栅的前端设有朝下延伸的顶杆,所述顶杆的末端形成有锁头,所述弹扣组件用以在所述进风格栅的前端由上往下移动至安装位置时锁合所述顶杆的锁头,以及在所述进风格栅的前端由所述安装位置往下移动至预设距离时释放所述锁头。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,还包括助力装置,所述助力装置包括弹性件,所述进风口的两相对侧壁开设有供所述助力装置安装的第一沉槽,所述助力装置用以推动所述安装框的前端往上运动至打开位置,且在所述打开位置,所述滑槽的敞口高于所述背框的顶面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第一沉槽具有朝向所述进风口的中心设置的开口及内槽壁,所述内槽壁凸设有安装轴,所述侧边框对应所述第一沉槽开设有连接孔;
    所述弹性件为扭簧,所述弹性件套设在所述安装轴上,且所述弹性件的扭力臂的末端形成挂钩,所述挂钩插置于所述连接孔内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述前边框与所述进风格栅的前格栅边卡扣连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风格栅的前格栅边设有卡钩,所述卡钩具有自所述前格栅边朝下延伸的连接段,以及自所述连接段的末端朝后延伸的卡接段;
    所述前边框的前侧面开设有扣槽,所述扣槽的槽底朝前凸设有两并行的夹持臂,两所述夹持臂之间形成有用以与所述卡钩的卡接段卡接的卡槽。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述后边框的前侧面朝前凸设有限位板,所述限位板的前边缘朝前凸设有限位块,所述进风格栅的后格栅边设有供所述限位块容置的限位槽。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述后边框的后侧面朝后凸设有防尘板,所述进风口的后壁面朝前凸设有挡板,在所述安装框的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时,所述挡板位于所述防尘板的上方。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述枢接件为凸设于所述两侧边框的外侧面上的转轴,所述枢接位为开设在所述进风口的两侧壁并朝上开放的轴孔。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述侧边框的外侧面设有朝向邻近的所述进风口的侧壁凸出的安装座,所述顶杆自所述安装座的的下表面朝下延伸形成;
    所述进风口的侧壁开设有位于所述枢接位前侧的第二沉槽,所述弹扣组件设于所述第二沉槽内,且在所述弹扣组件锁合所述顶杆的锁头时,所述安装座的上侧面与所述背框的顶面平齐。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风格栅的前格栅边与所述背框卡扣连接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述进风格栅的前格栅边设有卡扣,所述进风格栅的卡扣自所述前格栅边的下表面朝下延伸设置;
    所述进风口的前壁朝向所述进风口的中心凸设有凸台,所述凸台上开设有朝上开放的扣槽,所述扣槽的底槽壁朝上凸设有两并行的夹持臂,两所述夹持臂之间形成有用以与所述卡扣卡接的卡槽。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述后边框的前侧面朝前凸设有限位板,所述限位板的前边缘朝前凸设有限位块,所述进风格栅的后格栅边设有供所述限位块容置的限位槽。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述后边框的后侧面朝后凸设有防尘板,所述进风口的后壁面朝前凸设有挡板,在所述安装框的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时,所述挡板位于所述防尘板的上方。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述枢接件为凸设于所述两侧边框的外侧面上的转轴,所述枢接位为开设在所述进风口的两侧壁并朝上开放的轴孔。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述侧格栅边的外侧面设有朝向邻近的所述进风口的侧壁凸出的安装座,所述顶杆自所述安装座的下表面朝下延伸形成;
    所述进风口的侧壁开设有位于所述枢接位前侧的第二沉槽,所述弹扣组件设于所述第二沉槽内,且在所述弹扣组件锁合所述顶杆的锁头时,所述安装座的上表面与所述背框的顶面平齐。
  16. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括空调室内机,所述空调室内机包括:
    背框,所述背框的顶部开设有进风口,所述进风口的后端设有枢接位;
    安装框,包括前边框、后边框以及位于所述前边框与后边框之间两相对的侧边框,所述侧边框的内侧面开设有呈前后向延伸的滑槽,所述滑槽的前端形成有敞口;所述安装框位于所述进风口内,所述安装框的后端设有与所述枢接位枢接的枢接件,以使所述安装框的前端可相对远离或靠近所述背框;
    滤网组件,包括进风格栅及设于所述进风格栅上的过滤网,所述进风格栅的两侧格栅边与两所述滑槽可滑动配合;以及,
    弹扣组件,设于所述背框的顶部且位于所述枢接位的前侧,所述弹扣组件的卡接口朝上设置;
    其中,所述安装框的前端设有朝下延伸的顶杆,所述顶杆的末端形成有锁头,所述弹扣组件用以在所述安装框的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时锁合所述顶杆的锁头,以及在所述安装框的前端由所述安装位置往下运动至预设距离时释放所述锁头;或者,
    所述进风格栅的前端设有朝下延伸的顶杆,所述顶杆的末端形成有锁头,所述弹扣组件用以在所述进风格栅的前端由上往下移动至安装位置时锁合所述顶杆的锁头,以及在所述进风格栅的前端由所述安装位置往下移动至预设距离时释放所述锁头。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的空调器,其特征在于,还包括助力装置,所述助力装置包括弹性件,所述进风口的两相对侧壁开设有供所述助力装置安装的第一沉槽,所述助力装置用以推动所述安装框的前端往上运动至打开位置,且在所述打开位置,所述滑槽的敞口高于所述背框的顶面。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述第一沉槽具有朝向所述进风口的中心设置的开口及内槽壁,所述内槽壁凸设有安装轴,所述侧边框对应所述第一沉槽开设有连接孔;
    所述弹性件为扭簧,所述弹性件套设在所述安装轴上,且所述弹性件的扭力臂的末端形成挂钩,所述挂钩插置于所述连接孔内。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述前边框与所述进风格栅的前格栅边卡扣连接。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述进风格栅的前格栅边设有卡钩,所述卡钩具有自所述前格栅边朝下延伸的连接段,以及自所述连接段的末端朝后延伸的卡接段;
    所述前边框的前侧面开设有扣槽,所述扣槽的槽底朝前凸设有两并行的夹持臂,两所述夹持臂之间形成有用以与所述卡钩的卡接段卡接的卡槽。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述后边框的前侧面朝前凸设有限位板,所述限位板的前边缘朝前凸设有限位块,所述进风格栅的后格栅边设有供所述限位块容置的限位槽。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述后边框的后侧面朝后凸设有防尘板,所述进风口的后壁面朝前凸设有挡板,在所述安装框的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时,所述挡板位于所述防尘板的上方。
  23. 如权利要求16所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述枢接件为凸设于所述两侧边框的外侧面上的转轴,所述枢接位为开设在所述进风口的两侧壁并朝上开放的轴孔。
  24. 如权利要求16所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述侧边框的外侧面设有朝向邻近的所述进风口的侧壁凸出的安装座,所述顶杆自所述安装座的的下表面朝下延伸形成;
    所述进风口的侧壁开设有位于所述枢接位前侧的第二沉槽,所述弹扣组件设于所述第二沉槽内,且在所述弹扣组件锁合所述顶杆的锁头时,所述安装座的上侧面与所述背框的顶面平齐。
  25. 如权利要求16所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述进风格栅的前格栅边与所述背框卡扣连接。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述进风格栅的前格栅边设有卡扣,所述进风格栅的卡扣自所述前格栅边的下表面朝下延伸设置;
    所述进风口的前壁朝向所述进风口的中心凸设有凸台,所述凸台上开设有朝上开放的扣槽,所述扣槽的底槽壁朝上凸设有两并行的夹持臂,两所述夹持臂之间形成有用以与所述卡扣卡接的卡槽。
  27. 如权利要求25所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述后边框的前侧面朝前凸设有限位板,所述限位板的前边缘朝前凸设有限位块,所述进风格栅的后格栅边设有供所述限位块容置的限位槽。
  28. 如权利要求27所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述后边框的后侧面朝后凸设有防尘板,所述进风口的后壁面朝前凸设有挡板,在所述安装框的前端由上往下运动至安装位置时,所述挡板位于所述防尘板的上方。
  29. 如权利要求27所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述枢接件为凸设于所述两侧边框的外侧面上的转轴,所述枢接位为开设在所述进风口的两侧壁并朝上开放的轴孔。
  30. 如权利要求16所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述侧格栅边的外侧面设有朝向邻近的所述进风口的侧壁凸出的安装座,所述顶杆自所述安装座的下表面朝下延伸形成;
    所述进风口的侧壁开设有位于所述枢接位前侧的第二沉槽,所述弹扣组件设于所述第二沉槽内,且在所述弹扣组件锁合所述顶杆的锁头时,所述安装座的上表面与所述背框的顶面平齐。
