本申请涉及电子技术领域,尤其涉及一种终端。
背景技术
移动电话,平板电脑,智能手表等便携式终端,一般采用标准的平面显示器进行信息输入,由于标准化的平面显示器仅在一个方向上输出信息,因此不可避免地限制了信息传送能力。
因此,需要一种具有曲面的显示区域的终端输出信息。
发明内容

输入单元130可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与移动电话100的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号或动作信号输入。具体地,输入单元130可包括触控面板131、摄像头132以及其他输入设备132中的一种或几种。触控面板131,可以是触摸屏或触摸板,其中,触摸屏是集成显示屏与触摸区的设备,触摸板是与触摸屏不同的不显示可视输出的设备的触摸敏感区,触摸板可以是与显示屏分离的触摸敏感表面或触摸屏形成的触摸敏感表面的延伸部分,触控面板131可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板131上或在触控面板131附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控面板131可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器180,并能接收处理器180发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板131。摄像头132,可以是一个或多个模拟摄像头、数字摄像头、深度摄像头、也可以是由上述任几种不限数量的组合,摄像头132可收集视频信号,并将视频信号传送给处理器180,以由处理器180从视频信号中采集输入信号(比如从视频信号中识别用户的手势操作)。除了触控面板131和摄像头132,输入单元130还可以包括其他输入设备133。具体地,其他输入设备133可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆、脑电波识别仪、陀螺仪等中的一种或多种,此外,输入单元130可覆盖到麦克风162、传感器150等,在一些实施例中,麦克风162可收集音频信号,并将音频信号传送给处理器,以由处理器从音频信号中采集输入信号(比如从音频信号中识别用户的语音操作)等。
显示单元140可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及移动电话100的 各种菜单。显示单元140可包括显示屏141、投影设备142或其他显示设备143中的一种或几种,可选的,可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示器)、OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)等形式来配置显示屏141。进一步的,触控面板131可覆盖显示屏141,当触控面板131检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器180以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器180根据触摸事件的类型在显示屏141上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图1中,触控面板131与显示屏141是作为两个独立的部件来实现移动电话100的输入和输出功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板131与显示屏141集成而实现移动电话100的输入和输出功能。投影设备142,可以是微型投影仪或3D全息投影仪,其中,微型投影仪可以是安装于智能眼镜设备、并通过半透明棱镜将图像投射在人眼视网膜上进行成像的设备,微型投影仪还可以是通过投影在移动电话的显示屏、显示幕进行成像的设备。3D(三维)全息投影仪可利用干涉和衍射原理直接投影在实体空间中以呈现物体真实的三维图像的设备。除了显示屏141和投影设备142,显示单元140还可以包括其他显示设备142。具体地,其他显示设备142可以包括但不限于,通过无线局域网、USB数据线(Universal Serial Bus,通用串行总线)、HDMI(High Definition Multimedia Interface,高清晰度多媒体接口)线缆等中的一种或多种连接方式与移动电话相连的显示设备(比如电视等等)。
移动电话100还可包括至少一种传感器150,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示屏141的亮度,接近传感器可在移动电话100移动到耳边时,关闭显示屏141和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别移动电话的姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于移动电话100还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路160、扬声器161,麦克风162可提供用户与移动电话100之间的音频接口。音频电路160可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器161,由扬声器161转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,麦克风162将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路160接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器180处理后,经RF电路110以发送给比如另一移动电话,或者将音频数据输出至存储器120以便进一步处理。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,移动电话100通过WiFi模块170可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图1示出了WiFi模块170,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于移动电话100的必须构成,完全可以根据需要而省略。
处理器180是移动电话100的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个移动电话的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器120内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器120内的数据,执行移动电话100的各种功能和处理数据,从而对移动电话进行整体监控。可选的,处理器180可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,处理器180可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器180中。
移动电话100还包括给各个部件供电的电源190(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器180逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
尽管未示出,移动电话100还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。
图2A是根据本申请各种实施例的移动电话的正面立体图。图2B是根据本申请各种实施例的移动电话的背面立体图。图3示出了根据本申请各种实施例的从多个方向观察移动电话的视图。
参考图2A、图2B和图3,前盖201形成移动电话200的前表面,前盖201的上表面(向外侧暴露的表面)形成移动电话的前表面,移动电话200的前表面可以包括显示区域2010以及非显示区域2015。后盖213形成移动电话200的后表面。后盖213可以是金属材料制成的,或者是非金属材料制成;或者后盖213由金属材料和非金属材料共同形成,例如,后盖213包括金属区域2134和隔筋2135,一个或多个金属区域2134可以作为天线辐射体。
边框206沿移动电话200的外周布置,作为移动电话200的外壳的一部分。边框206的宽度可以作为移动电话厚度的一部分或全部,边框206可形成为闭合的环形。边框可以为后盖213的至少一部分的延伸。边框可以为金属边框,或者非金属边框,或者由金属和非金属材料共同形成。例如,金属边框206沿移动电话200的外周布置,包括一个或多个切口2061,切口2061中填充非金属材料,通过切口分割的金属边框206的一部分可以作为移动电话200的天线辐射体。
根据本申请实施例,移动电话从前面观察,听筒202可以布置在显示区域2010的上侧。一些用于执行移动电话200的功能的组件可以布置在听筒202的周围,所述组件可以包括至少一个传感器模块:例如,接近传感器(例如,光学传感器)等。组件可以包括前置摄像机器件。根据本申请实施例,组件可以包括指示灯,以便向用户通知移动电话200的状态信息。显示区域2010下侧可以布置一些电子组件,例如,麦克风203,扬声器204,耳机插座207,USB接口208的一个或多个,位于显示区域下侧的边框上具有与电子组件对应的开口。根据本申请各种实施例,各种电子组件还可以布置在显示区域2010左侧的边框或右侧的边框上。例如,在显示区域左侧的边框上,可以布置用于插入卡类型的外部设备的插口器件205。插口器件205可以容纳移动电话的固有标识(ID)卡(例如,订户身份模块(SIM)卡或用户身份模块(UIM))以及用于扩展存储空间的存储卡中的至少一个。一个或更多个侧键按钮可以部分突出地布置在显示区域右侧的边框上,例如,侧键按钮可以包括音量按键209用于实现于音量增加/减小功能、滚动功能等的执行,开关机按键210可以用于为执行电力接通/断开功能、移动电话唤醒/睡眠功能等。
根据本申请各种实施例,后置摄像机器件211可以布置在移动电话200的后表面上,一个或更多个电子组件212可以布置在后置摄像机器件211的一侧。电子组件212可以包括以下中的至少一个:例如,照度传感器(例如,光学传感器)、接近传感器(例如,光学传感器)、红外传感器、闪光灯等。

参考图4,移动电话400可以包括前盖410,显示屏420,外壳430,PCB(Printed Circuit Board,印制电路板)440,电池450,后盖460。前盖410和显示屏420堆叠在外壳430上方,前盖410在显示屏420上方;PCB430,电池450,后盖460在外壳430的下方,PCB440和电池450布置在外壳430和后盖460之间。外壳430上可具有容纳PCB440和电池450的容纳空间(图中未示出),且电池450被布置为避开PCB440。PCB440和电池450平行布置,在移动电话的厚度方向上不彼此相交叠。显示屏420可以被固定到外壳430,显示屏420还可以经由粘合件固定到前盖410上,并且前盖410可以经由粘合件附着到外壳430来固定。粘合件可以是胶带类型(诸如,双面胶)或液体粘合层(例如,胶水)。

根据本申请实施例,触摸面板还可以布置在前盖410的后表面上,并可以接收来自外部的触摸输入信号。
不透明层可以设置在前盖410的后表面上,以便隐藏移动电话400的内部。设置在前盖410上的不透明层可以应用于排除显示区域的区域。不透明层可以通过诸如印刷、气相沉积或绘制等工艺来实现,或不透明层可以为诸如膜类型片等附属材料附加地附着在前盖410的后表面。不透明层可以应用于后盖460。
显示屏420为平坦显示屏,显示屏420靠近前盖的表面为平坦表面,显示屏420可以为LCD平面模组或者OLED平面显示模组。显示屏可以用作显示区域4010。触摸面板还可以为显示屏420的一部分。
显示屏420和外壳430之间还可设置有支撑构件,支撑构件置于显示屏420的后表面,用于支撑显示屏320。显示屏420可通过粘合件固定在支撑构件上,支撑构件可以被固定到外壳430。
外壳430形成移动电话400的外观(例如,包括边框的侧面),前盖410可以布置在外壳430的前表面,而后盖460可以布置在外壳430的后表面。外壳430可以通过将非金属材料注入成型到金属边框来形成。后盖460可以通过对合成树脂进行成型,或通过使用金属、金属与合成树脂的复合物等,来多样化地实现移动电话的后表面。不限于此,后盖和边框可以一体形成外壳430。后盖460可以通过粘合件固定到外壳430来,或通过后盖和外壳上的卡扣进行固定。后盖460可以仅包括平坦部分,或者类似前盖410,包括平坦的部分、左侧弯曲部分和右侧弯曲部分。
电池450可以向移动电话400提供电力。电池450的一个表面可以靠近显示模块420,另一表面可以靠近后盖460。
图5示出了根据本申请实施例前盖的示意图,前盖410包括上表面4110和下表面4120;上表面4110,用于形成终端的前表面,包括:平坦部分4111,从平坦部分4111的宽度方向上的第一侧边缘延伸出的第一弯曲部分4112;从平坦部分的宽度方向上的第二侧边缘延伸出的第二弯曲部分4113;第一弯曲部分4112和第二弯曲部分4113相对,形成所述终端侧表面的至少一部分。下表面4120与上表面4110,同时弯曲,包括:平坦部分4121,从平坦部分4121的宽度方向上的第一侧边缘延伸出的第一弯曲部分4122;从平坦部分的宽度方向上的第二侧边缘延伸出的第二弯曲部分4123;第一弯曲部分4122和第二弯曲部分4123相对。上表面4110和下表面4220弯曲位置相对应。根据本申请的实施例,前盖410可以为3D曲面热弯玻璃,前盖410的厚度可以具有均匀的厚度,形成为具有特定曲率的形状,也可以将前盖410的平坦部分以及左侧弯曲部分和右侧弯曲部分中的全部形成为具有特定厚度,前盖410可以是左右对称的,也可以是左右不对称的。

与图7不同的是,图8所示实施例中,显示屏420和外壳431之间布置支撑构件490,支撑构件490用于增移动电话的整体刚度的组件,显示屏420通过粘合件472固定到支撑构件490上,支撑构件490可通过粘合件或卡扣等方式固定在外壳431上,外壳431可具有镂空的空间用于容纳电池450。后盖461可以是平坦的。图7所示实施例中的移动电话厚度小于图6所示的移动电话的厚度,有利于移动电话轻薄化。可以理解地,图5和图6中的外壳430可以为一体成形的外壳,或分离构件,为包括如图7中的支撑构件490和外壳431。
图9示出了根据本申请实施例移动电话的另一种剖面示意图,于图5相比,在显示屏420和前盖410之间增加了触摸面板421,触摸面板421沿着前盖410的下表面弯曲,触摸面板421通过粘合件474固定在前盖410上,触摸面板421与前盖410区域匹配,触摸面板421的宽度大于显示屏420的宽度,可以在显示屏420没有作用的区域上提供触摸功能,显示屏420通过粘合件473固定在触摸面板421上。粘合件473和474为OCR光学胶水或者OCA光学胶带。可选地,显示屏420不固定在触摸面板421上,而是如图6那样固定在外壳上,或者如图7所示,固定在支撑构件上。可选地,触摸面板421的宽度和显示屏420的宽度相同,这样只在显示屏420作用的宽度区域提供触摸功能。可选地触摸面板421的长度大于显示屏420的长度,这样可以在显示屏420下边到边框之间的区域中提供触摸功能,比如返回键、主菜单键、任务菜单键的触摸按键等。

根据本申请各种实施例,移动电话可以控制触摸面板,以便有选择地接收触摸输入信号。可选地,移动电话可以控制触摸面板,以便仅通过平坦部分4011接收用户的触摸输入信号,或者,移动电话可以控制触摸面板通过左侧弯曲部分4012和右侧弯曲部分4013中的任一个的至少一部分连同平坦部分4011一起来接收触摸输入信号,或者移动电话可以控制触摸面板通过左侧弯曲部分4012和右侧弯曲部分4013中的至少一个的至少一部分(排除平坦部分4011)来接收输入信号。
图10A和图10B示出了本申请实施例中前盖和边框的局部示例图,如图10A所示,前盖810的弯曲部分越靠近边缘曲率越大,相对于图6所示实施例减小了显示屏侧边到边框相应侧边的距离;如图10B所示,边框930和前盖910宽度相同,移动电话外观上看起来没有边框。

如图11A所示,显示区域2010设置有第一区域A、第二区域B、第三区域C,分别对应于前盖的平坦部分2011、左侧弯曲部分2012、右侧弯曲部分2013。可选地,第一区域A、第二区域B、第三区域C在显示信息的类型上彼此都不相同,或者第二区域B和第三区域C中的任一个和第一区域A作为一个整体区域,显示信息的类型与另一区域不同,或者第一区域A、第二区域B和第三区域C作为整体,可以根据提供的用户图形界面(GUI)的不同类型来划分区域。
参照图11A,相册页面可被输出在移动电话的显示区域上。相册页面可包括至少一个缩略图。这里,相册页面输出在第一区域A和第二区域C上,但是本申请可不限于此。例如,相册页面可仅输出在第一区域A上,第二区域B或第三区域C可以是施加触摸输入的目标区域而不输出信息。这里第二区域B中显示邮件图标1010和天气图标1020。
参照图11B和11C,控制器在触摸输入被施加到第二区域B时感测该触摸输入,并且执行与触摸输入关联的控制操作。在图11B的示例中,当触摸输入被施加到邮件图标1010时,与邮件有关的信息1011被输出在第一区域A和第二区域B上。在图11C的示例中,当触摸输入被施加到邮件天气1020时,与天气有关的信息1021被输出在第一区域A和第二区域B上。

  1. 一种终端,包括:
    透明前盖;
    后盖,用于形成终端的后表面;

    从所述第一平坦部分的宽度方向上的第一侧边缘延伸出的第一弯曲部分;
    从所述第一平坦部分的宽度方向上的第二侧边缘延伸出的第二弯曲部分;
    所述第一弯曲部分和所述第二弯曲部分相对,均朝向所述边框弯曲,形成所述终端侧表面的至少一部分;
    所述第二表面与所述第一表面同时弯曲;
    所述显示屏的宽度大于所述第一平坦部分的宽度,所述显示屏到所述第一平坦部分的距离大于所述显示屏的第一侧边到所述第一弯曲部分的距离,所述显示屏到所述第一平坦部分的距离大于所述显示屏的第二侧边到所述第二弯曲部分的距离,所述显示屏的第一侧边和所述显示屏的第二侧边相对。
  2. 如权利要求1所述终端,其中,所述显示屏通过第一粘合件固定在所述透明前盖上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述终端,其中,所述第一粘合件为光学胶水或者光学胶带。
  4. 如权利要求1所述终端,还包括,支撑构件,嵌在所述空间中,所述显示屏通过第二粘合件固定在所述支撑构件上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述终端,其中,所述支撑构件和所述边框固定或者所述支撑构件和所述边框为一体。
  6. 如权利要求1,4和5任一项所述终端,还包括触摸面板,所述触摸面板沿所述透明前盖的第二表面弯曲,通过第三粘合件固定在所述透明前盖上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述终端,其中,所述第三粘合件为光学胶水或者光学胶带。
  8. 如权利要求6所述终端,其中,所述显示屏通过第四粘合件固定在所述触摸面板上。
  9. 如权利要求6所述终端,其中,所述第四粘合件为光学胶水或者光学胶带。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述终端,其中,所述前盖左右对称,所述显示屏的宽度的中心线和所述前盖的宽度的中心线相同。
