Description

一种互联文档的反馈方法 技术领域
本发明涉及PDF文档办公领域,具体而言,涉及一种互联文档的反馈方法。
背景技术
传统的PDF文档,在作者将其发布之后,如果要想能够及时的知道读者对其著作的反馈意见,是比较困难的,作者可能需要在文档当中留下自己的联系方式来收集读者意见;而对于读者也是一样不方便,如果读者想要给作者提出一些修改意见,可能也要通过电子邮件等方式来通知作者。一来时间上花费较多,二来作者还需要根据读者提出的意见,逐条的手动查找需要修改的地方,特别是有大量的要修改的地方的时候,更加的费时费力。
发明内容
本发明提供一种互联文档的反馈方法,用以方便作者及时的收集读者反馈意见并更新文档新版本。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种互联文档的反馈方法,包括以下步骤:
在创建文档时,向云端服务器请求获取互联ID身份标识信息,并将云端服务器派发与文档唯一对应的互联ID身份标识信息保存在文档中,使该文档成为互联文档;
当读者阅读所述互联文档并需要向作者反馈信息时,在所述互联文档中创建与该条反馈信息对应的唯一反馈ID,根据所述互联ID身份标识信息将所述唯一反馈ID与对应的反馈信息上传到云端服务器保存,其中所述反馈信息包括反馈内容及反馈内容对应的互联文档中的位置信息;
云端服务器自动或根据作者的查看请求将反馈信息推送至作者的客户端。
进一步地,上述互联文档的反馈方法还包括以下步骤:
根据作者选中的反馈信息定位至所述互联文档中反馈内容对应的位置,并将反馈内容展示给作者供作者进行复制操作或自动用该反馈内容更新该位置原来的内容。
进一步地,所述互联文档为PDF文档。
本发明可以允许读者对文档的内容添加评论和注释,并且快速反馈给文档作者,可以有效解决传统的PDF文档的作者无法及时有效的收集到读者对其文档内容的评论之后的意见,并可以根据读者反馈的意见,对PDF文档做快速的版本更新。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有付出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1为本发明一个实施例的互联文档的反馈方法示意图。如图所示,该互联文档的反馈方法包括以下步骤:
在创建文档(如PDF文档)时,向云端服务器请求获取互联ID身份标识信息,并将云端服务器派发与文档唯一对应的互联ID身份标识信息保存在文档中,使该文档成为互联文档;
当读者阅读所述互联文档并需要向作者反馈信息时,在所述互联文档中创建与 该条反馈信息对应的唯一反馈ID,根据所述互联ID身份标识信息将所述唯一反馈ID与对应的反馈信息上传到云端服务器保存,其中所述反馈信息包括反馈内容及反馈内容对应的互联文档中的位置信息;
云端服务器自动或根据作者的查看请求将反馈信息推送至作者的客户端。
为便于作者修改互联文档的内容,上述互联文档的反馈方法还包括以下步骤:
根据作者选中的反馈信息定位至所述互联文档中反馈内容对应的位置,并将反馈内容展示给作者供作者进行复制操作或自动用该反馈内容更新该位置原来的内容。
上述实施例中,不同的读者在阅读相同的一个互联文档的内容时,可以加入他们自己的review(评论)和comments(修改)。每条review或comments拥有自己唯一的reviewID(反馈ID),并存储在云端服务器中。
因为每个读者都可以加入自己的review和comments,并通过reviewID存储在云端服务器中,这样,互联文档的作者可以查看所有对他的评语,并且可以根据读者的review和comments来修改自己的PDF文件内容。比如,作者的原文的某个内容是“XXXXXXXXXXXX”,但读者反馈的建议是修改成“YYYYYYYYYYYYYYY”,这样作者可以快速看到这个读者的反馈,并使用本发明提供的功能,直接选中这条反馈信息,自动定位到原内容的位置并更改。而不需要作者先拷贝“YYYYYYYYYYYYYYY”,然后找到原内容的位置,然后再粘贴。非常方便作者根据反馈来修改内容。特别是当有大量的修改时,则显的更加的便捷。
本发明可以允许读者对文档的内容添加评论和注释,并且快速反馈给文档作者,可以有效解决传统的PDF文档的作者无法及时有效的收集到读者对其文档内容的评论之后的意见,并可以根据读者反馈的意见,对PDF文档做快速的版本更新。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:附图只是一个实施例的示意图,附图中的模块或流程并不一定是实施本发明所必须的。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实施例中的装置中的模块可以按照实施例描述分布于实施例的装置中,也可以进行相应变化位于不同于本实施例的一个或多个装置中。上述实施例的模块可以合并为一个模块,也可以进一步拆分成多个子模块。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种互联文档的反馈方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    在创建文档时,向云端服务器请求获取互联ID身份标识信息,并将云端服务器派发与文档唯一对应的互联ID身份标识信息保存在文档中,使该文档成为互联文档;
    当读者阅读所述互联文档并需要向作者反馈信息时,在所述互联文档中创建与该条反馈信息对应的唯一反馈ID,根据所述互联ID身份标识信息将所述唯一反馈ID与对应的反馈信息上传到云端服务器保存,其中所述反馈信息包括反馈内容及反馈内容对应的互联文档中的位置信息;
    云端服务器自动或根据作者的查看请求将反馈信息推送至作者的客户端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的互联文档的反馈方法,其特征在于,还包括以下步骤:
    根据作者选中的反馈信息定位至所述互联文档中反馈内容对应的位置,并将反馈内容展示给作者供作者进行复制操作或自动用该反馈内容更新该位置原来的内容。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的互联文档的反馈方法,其特征在于,所述互联文档为PDF文档。
