<Operation example / sheet battery replacement>
When it becomes necessary to replace the sheet battery 20 due to long-term use of the light emitting sheet 1C, the user replaces the sheet battery 20 exposed on the back side of the light emitting sheet 1C. That is, the user removes the sheet battery 20 from the base material 10, electrically connects the new sheet battery 20 to the conductors 41 and 42, and attaches the sheet battery 20 to the original sheet battery 20 using an adhesive.
The light-emitting sheet 1C according to the third embodiment of the present invention can improve the exchangeability of the sheet battery 20 without reducing the productivity of the wiring 40.
<Fourth embodiment>
Subsequently, a light emitting sheet according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described focusing on differences from the light emitting sheet 1A according to the first embodiment. As shown in FIG. 7, the light emitting sheet 1 </ b> D according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention includes a light transmitting sheet 80 instead of the light shielding sheet 60 and the display sheet 70.
The translucent sheet 80 is a sheet having the same shape and the same size as the substrate 10 in a front view, and is provided on one surface of the substrate 10. The peripheral edge of the translucent sheet 80 is fixed to the peripheral edge of the substrate 10 by the adhesive 2. As this translucent sheet | seat 80, the film similar to the above-mentioned translucent sheet | seat 72 is used suitably.
Further, the organic EL element 30 is patterned by UV irradiation. That is, in the organic EL element, a portion not irradiated with ultraviolet rays is a light emitting region 31, and a portion irradiated with ultraviolet rays is a non-light emitting region 32. The light emitting area 31 is similar to the openings 60a and 71a described above, and imitates the design (characters, numbers, figures, etc.) to be displayed.
<Operation example / Light emission operation>
When the user presses the switch position notifying unit 10b from the other side (arrow X1 in FIG. 8), the conductive wire 53 on the switch 50 side and the conductive wires 41 and 43 on the base material 10 side are electrically connected. Thereby, the electric power from the sheet battery 20 is supplied to the organic EL element 30, and the light emitting region 31 of the organic EL element 30 emits light. When the light emitted from the light emitting region 31 of the organic EL element 30 is transmitted through the light transmitting sheet 80, the light emitting sheet 1D emits and displays a desired design (characters, numbers, figures, etc.).
Since the light-emitting sheet 1D according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention does not require the light-shielding sheet 60 and the display sheet 70, the light-emitting sheet 1D can more suitably realize a reduction in thickness, weight, and flexibility.
As mentioned above, although embodiment and the modification of this invention were demonstrated, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, In the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention, it can change suitably. For example, the light emitting sheet 1D according to the fourth embodiment may have a configuration in which the organic EL element 30 is not patterned by UV irradiation. In this case, a member corresponding to the light shielding sheet 60 and the display sheet 70 of the first embodiment is provided on an object (pamphlet, packaging container, or the like) to which the light emitting sheet 1D is attached, so that a desired design is achieved. Can be displayed in a light-emitting manner.
Further, the light emitting sheets 1A to 1D may be configured to include a plurality of organic EL elements 30 having different emission colors. In this case, it is desirable that a light transmission portion in which the peak wavelength of transmitted light is set within 30 nm from the peak wavelength of the emission spectrum of the organic EL element 30 is provided corresponding to each organic EL element 30. Such a configuration is applicable when a plurality of light transmission parts are separated by, for example, 4 mm or more.
Further, the adhesives 2 and 3 may be provided over the entire base 10 and the respective sheets 60 and 70. In addition, the switch position notification unit may be formed on one surface of the display sheet 70. Further, the switch position notifying unit may be a concavo-convex part or the like formed on the base material 10 and / or the display sheet 70 by embossing.
