La présente invention concerne des articles ou appareils à usage domestique. En particulier, elle concerne un coussin orthopédique multifonctionnel comprenant une combinaison de pièces de remplissage de forme rombhoïdales ovales et lenticulaires en polymères non contaminants ; ledit coussin s'adaptant à la forme du crâne afin de prendre soin de la zone cervicale, évite le risque d'étouffement par limitation du mouvement, garantit la rondeur du crâne et le remplissage du coussin s'adapte à la tête et ne permet pas qu'elle se déforme. Ledit coussin est constitué par étapes en fonction du développement du crâne depuis les vingt jours de naissance jusqu'à l'âge adulte et toutes les pièces sont de différentes tailles en fonction de l'âge.
