相关的移动终端为了更好的提升拍照效果,除了提升传统的单摄像头各项指标外,还在移动终端整机上装配了双摄像头。在相关技术中,在移动终端上装配双摄像头时,通常每个摄像头均需要配置一个安装摄像头的底座,然后再将装配有摄像头的两个底座装配在设置有滤光片的底座支架上。但是这样的分体式底座的摄像头的强度较差,需要移动终端整机增加额外的空间来保护单个摄像头模组,这减少了移动终端整机的使用空间,降低了移动终端整机设计的灵活度。此外,摄像头模组的强度较差同样导致摄像头模组的性能降低,并降低了摄像头模组的良率。另外,分体式底座的摄像头模组使得厂商的生产流程增加,降低了生产效率。

如图1和图2所示,本公开提供了一种双摄像头模组,该双摄像头模组包括:第一摄像头1、第二摄像头2和底座支架3;底座支架3包括第一镜头安装部31和与第一镜头安装部31相连接的第二镜头安装部32。其中,第一摄像头1固定安装于第一镜头安装部31上,第二摄像头2固定安装于第二镜 头安装部32上。

这样,在第二镜头安装部32内设置一与第二摄像头2相对设置的第二滤光片5,使得能够调整通过第二摄像头2进入至第二镜头安装部32内的可见光部分。具体的,可以在第二镜头安装部32的内壁上、位于第三螺纹321的下方位置处设置该第二凸台322,这样可以保证固定于第二凸台322上的第二滤光片5位于第二摄像头2的下方。此外具体的,该第二凸台322可以为环形凸台,即可以在第二镜头安装部32的内壁上一位置处设置第二环形凸台,这样可以增加第二滤光片5的安装牢固性。当然为了进一步增加第二滤光片5的安装固定性,第二滤光片5可以通过硅胶固定于第二凸台322上。
此外,具体的,可以在第二镜头安装部32的内壁上、位于第三螺纹321A下方且位于第二镜头安装部32底部上方的位置处向外凸出形成第二凸台322,并将第二滤光片5固定在第二凸台322上,且在第二镜头安装部32的底部固定一第二电路板,从而使得第二滤光片5、第二镜头安装部32的下段部分(即第二镜头安装部32上位于第二凸台322下方的部分)以及第二电路板围合成一密封空腔,然后将一第二图像传感器8固定在第二电路板上与第二滤光片5相对的位置处,从而使得光线能够通过第二摄像头2以及第二滤光片5投射到第二图像传感器8上。具体的,该第二电路板与第一电路板6可以设置为同一电路板。
这样,在本公开实施例中的双摄像头模组中,将第一摄像头直接固定安 装在设置有第一滤光片的第一镜头安装部上,第二摄像头直接固定安装在设置有第二滤光片的第二镜头安装部上,且第一镜头安装部和第二镜头安装部相连接,从而使得第一摄像头、第二摄像头、第一滤光片和第二滤光片均集成在底座支架上,这相对于相关的双摄像头模组而言,不再需要先将第一摄像头和第二摄像头安装在一底座上,再将底座固定在设置有滤光片的底座支架上,从而减少了摄像头模组厂的零件生产和安装过程,提升了生产效率和良率;此外,由于底座支架包括的第一镜头安装部和第二镜头安装部相连接,增加了底座支架的结构强度,再由于双摄像头模组中零件数量以及安装过程的减少,从而增加了双摄像头模组的结构强度,减少了双摄像头模组的占用空间,进而解决了相关的双摄像头模组由于每一摄像头对应的底座相分离,从而导致双摄像头模组强度较差且占用空间较多的问题。
本公开实施例还提供了一种移动终端,该移动终端包括本公开提供的双摄像头模组。具体的,该移动终端包括手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3播放器、MP4播放器、数码相机、膝上型便携计算机、车载电脑、台式计算机、机顶盒、智能电视机、可穿戴设备中的至少一项。
本实施例中的移动终端能够实现上述实施例中双摄像头模组实现的各个过程,为避免重复,在此不再赘述。
说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。
以上所述的是本公开的可选实施方式,应当指出对于本技术领域的普通人员来说,在不脱离本公开所述的原理前提下还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也在本公开的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种双摄像头模组,包括:
    第一摄像头;
    第二摄像头;和
    底座支架,包括第一镜头安装部和与所述第一镜头安装部相连接的第二镜头安装部,
    其中,所述第一摄像头固定安装于所述第一镜头安装部上,所述第二摄像头固定安装于所述第二镜头安装部上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双摄像头模组,其中,所述第一镜头安装部和所述第二镜头安装部均为中空结构,且所述第一镜头安装部的外侧壁与所述第二镜头安装部的外侧壁一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的双摄像头模组,其中,所述第一镜头安装部的轴线与所述第二镜头安装部的轴线相平行。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的双摄像头模组,其中,所述第一镜头安装部的内壁上设置有第一螺纹,所述第一摄像头的端部侧面的外表面上设置有第二螺纹,所述第一摄像头通过所述第二螺纹与所述第一螺纹的啮合,固定安装于所述第一镜头安装部上。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的双摄像头模组,还包括:
    第一滤光片,
    其中,所述第一镜头安装部的内壁上一位置处向外凸出形成第一凸台,所述第一滤光片固定于所述第一凸台上,且与所述第一摄像头相对设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的双摄像头模组,其中,所述第一滤光片通过硅胶固定于所述第一凸台上。
  7. 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的双摄像头模组,其中,所述第二镜头安装部的内壁上设置有第三螺纹,所述第二摄像头的端部侧面的外表面上设置有第四螺纹,所述第二摄像头通过所述第四螺纹与所述第三螺纹的啮合,固定安装于所述第二镜头安装部上。
  8. 根据权利要求2至7中任一项所述的双摄像头模组,还包括:
    第二滤光片,
    其中,所述第二镜头安装部的内壁上的一位置处向外凸出形成第二凸台,所述第二滤光片固定于所述第二凸台上,且与所述第二摄像头相对设置。
  9. 一种移动终端,包括:
    如权利要求1至8任一项所述的双摄像头模组。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述移动终端包括手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3播放器、MP4播放器、数码相机、膝上型便携计算机、车载电脑、台式计算机、机顶盒、智能电视机、可穿戴设备中的至少一项。
