本实用新型涉及一种采用气流悬浮技术,具体涉及一种气流悬浮均匀分散及输送短纤维的装置,利用均衡气压,均匀分散并输送短纤维的装置,主要用于使纤维均匀沉降形成分布均匀的纤维产品。
背景技术
在用短纤维制作纤维材料时,目前采用的分散纤维方法有通过梳理机梳理然后机械铺网,还有就是通过梳理后气流吹吸成网,现有技术存在纤维风散不均匀的问题。
实用新型内容
实用新型目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种气流悬浮均匀分散及输送短纤维的装置,能将短纤维均匀的分散输送到下一个工序,以供形成分布均匀的纤维产品。
技术方案:一种气流悬浮均匀分散及输送短纤维的装置,包括纤维输送装置、输送空间和网帘接收装置,所述输送空间的左右两端分别设有纤维入口和纤维出口,所述网帘接收装置上设有纤维接收网帘、负压抽吸装置和收卷装置,所述纤维接收网帘安装在靠近纤维出口的一侧,所述负压抽吸装置正对着纤维出口,所述输送空间的上下两面壁板上分别安装有若干悬浮气流孔,所述负压抽吸装置与悬浮气流孔之间通过气流管道连接输送气流,使输送空间内保持均匀分散的气流。

有益效果:本实用新型目的在于改进现有短纤维成网技术,利用气流悬浮技术,使纤维从空间入口进入空间后,即受到上下左右的均匀分散气流的作用,纤维在运行过程中与空间壁板之间没有阻力及摩擦,始终在气流中悬浮运行。通过调整气浮的空气压力,可以有效控制纤维的分散状态。

如图1所示,一种气流悬浮均匀分散及输送短纤维的装置,包括纤维输送装置1、输送空间2和网帘接收装置3,所述输送空间2的左右两端分别设有纤维入口21和纤维出口22,所述纤维输送装置1与纤维入口21相连,所述网帘接收装置3与纤维出口22相连,所述网帘接收装置3上设有纤维接收网帘31、负压抽吸装置32和收卷装置33,所述纤维接收网帘31安装在靠近纤维出口22的一侧,所述负压抽吸装置32正对着纤维出口22,所述输送空间2的上下两面壁板上分别安装有若干悬浮气流孔23,所述负压抽吸装置32与悬浮气流孔23之间通过气流管道4连接输送气流,使输送空间内保持均匀分散的气流。
本实用新型目的在于改进现有短纤维成网技术,利用气流悬浮技术,使纤维从空间入口进入空间后,即受到上下左右的均匀分散气流的作用,纤维在运行过程中与空间壁板之间没有阻力及摩擦,始终在气流中悬浮运行。通过调整气浮的空气压力,可以有效控制纤维的分散状态。

  1. 一种气流悬浮均匀分散及输送短纤维的装置,其特征在于:包括纤维输送装置(1)、输送空间(2)和网帘接收装置(3),所述输送空间(2)的左右两端分别设有纤维入口(21)和纤维出口(22),所述网帘接收装置(3)上设有纤维接收网帘(31)、负压抽吸装置(32)和收卷装置(33),所述纤维接收网帘(31)安装在靠近纤维出口(22)的一侧,所述负压抽吸装置(32)正对着纤维出口(22),所述输送空间(2)的上下两面壁板上分别安装有若干悬浮气流孔(23),所述负压抽吸装置(32)与悬浮气流孔(23)之间通过气流管道(4)连接输送气流,使输送空间内保持均匀分散的气流。
