本发明创造涉及医疗器械技术领域,具体涉及一种防爆可调充气褥疮垫。
背景技术
充气式褥疮垫是一种带有充气气囊的床垫,它是由并列排布的充气气囊和充气泵构成,并列排布的气囊之间有较大间隙和空隙,因此与传统的普通病床床垫相比,它具备较好的干燥性和透气性,能增加病人与褥疮垫接触部分的皮肤与空气的接触,减少和预防褥疮的产生。由于使用充气式褥疮垫能有效预防和减少卧床病人褥疮的产生,所以近年来采用充气式褥疮垫技术的产品在国内应用迅速普及,在一些医院的病房和ICU得到了推广和应用,有效的预防和减少卧床病人产生褥疮,同时也减轻的医护人员的劳动强度,提高的卧床病人的生活质量。
现有的充气式褥疮垫大多只有单一的充气和放气功能,由于不同的病人其体重也不一样,因此褥疮垫常常会出现气压不足或气压过足两种情况,导致躺卧在病床上的病人感觉不适,若褥疮垫气囊压力不足的话,褥疮垫无法给卧躺在上面的病人足够的支撑力,褥疮垫无法实现其功能;若所承载的病人体重较重时,褥疮垫会因为承载的压力过大而爆裂,使病人受伤和产生惊吓。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的在于避免现有技术中的上述不足之处而提供一种可感受褥疮垫承受的压力大小的防爆可调充气褥疮垫,以便于充气褥疮垫根据病人体重自动调节充气褥疮垫内气囊的压力,避免气囊爆裂。
本发明创造的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
提供了一种防爆可调充气褥疮垫,包括充气泵和充气式床垫,所述充气式床垫左侧设置有左气囊,所述充气式床垫右侧设置有右气囊,所述充气泵内设有充气阀,所述充气泵通过所述充气阀分别与所述充气式床垫、所述左气囊和所述右气囊连接,所述充气式床垫上设置有气压传感器和放气阀。
其中,所述气压传感器和所述放气阀安装在所述充气式床垫内的床垫气囊与气孔相对的一端。
其中,所述充气式床垫还设置有报警蜂鸣器,所述报警蜂鸣器与所述气压传感器连接,根据气压传感器的监测情况进行报警。
其中,所述左气囊和所述右气囊的截面均呈长圆形,所述左气囊和所述右气囊平行设置,分别垂直设置在所述充气式床垫的左侧和所述充气式床垫的右侧。
其中,所述左气囊和所述右气囊的高度均大于所述充气式床垫的高度。
其中,所述充气式床垫内的床垫气囊横向并列设置。

本发明创造的有益效果:
本发明创造的一种防爆可调充气褥疮垫,通过在充气式床垫设置气压传感器和放气阀,与充气泵的充气阀结合,构成充气——压力感应——反馈到充气泵进行充气或放气阀进行放气的一个闭环控制系统,通过这个带有反馈功能的闭环系统可实现充气褥疮垫的自适应充放气,能根据卧床病人的不同体重自动调节充气式床垫内的床垫气囊的压力,根据承受的压力大小自动充气或者放气。同时还可实现气囊过压保护,当病人体重超过充 气褥疮垫所能承受的最大压力时,能自动对充气式床垫内的床垫气囊进行适当放气,在保护病人不受伤的同时能够保护床垫气囊,防止床垫气囊爆裂对病人造成惊吓。
同时,卧床病人通过调整左气囊和右气囊垫,可以进行左右翻身,能够增加血液循环,减少和预防褥疮的发生,同时减少医务护理人员的工作量和劳动强度,提高医疗机构的病房的护理质量。

如图1所示,本发明创造的一种防爆可调充气褥疮垫,包括充气泵1和充气式床垫3,充气式床垫3左侧设置有左气囊4,充气式床垫3右侧设置有右气囊5,充气泵1内设有充气阀,充气泵通过充气阀分别与充气式床垫、左气囊和右气囊连接,充气式床垫上设置有气压传感器和放气阀。本发明创造的一种防爆可调充气褥疮垫,包括带充气阀6的充气泵1、连接气管2、充气式床垫3、左气囊4、右气囊5、放气阀7和气压传感器8。
充气式床垫3内的床垫气囊横向并列设置。
左气囊4设置在充气式床垫3左侧,右气囊5设置在充气式床垫3右侧,具体地,左气囊4和右气囊5的截面均呈长圆形,左气囊4和右气囊4平行设置,分别垂直设置在充气式床垫3的左侧和充气式床垫3的右侧,且左气囊4和右气囊5的高度均大于充气式床垫3的高度,优选地,左气囊4与右气囊5的形状、尺寸相一致。
充气泵1通过第一连接气管21、第二连接气管22、第三连接气管23分别连接左气囊4、充气式床垫3和右气囊5,通过控制充气泵1的充气阀6分别对左气囊4、充气式床垫3或右气囊5独立充气或放气。当对右气囊5进行充气时能抬起充气式床垫3的右侧,相应地,当对左气囊4进行充气时能抬起充气式床垫3左侧。
气压传感器8和放气阀7安装在充气式床垫3,气压传感器8用于监测充气式床垫3内的气压,而放气阀7则根据气压传感器8所监测到的情 况判断是否对充气式床垫3放气,气压传感器8同时可控制充气阀6,气压传感器8与充气阀6和放气阀7通过导线连通通信。气压传感器8和放气阀7优选安装在充气式床垫3内的床垫气囊与气孔相对的一端。有利于放气,而且不会与气孔干涉、冲突。
另外,所述充气式床垫还设置有用于报警的蜂鸣器(图中未画出),蜂鸣器与气压传感器8连接,能根据气压传感器8的监测情况进行报警。
利用安装在充气式床垫3的气压传感器8和放气阀7,可根据实际通过单片机实现多种工作方式,以下描述三种常用的工作模式:
1.自动充放气模式:
充气泵1对充气式床垫3进行充气,充气式床垫3内部气压随着充气量的增加而不断增加,充气式床垫3的床垫气囊体积也随之变大,压力传感器8也开始感应和检测充气式床垫3的压力,当充气量达到充气式床垫3的床垫气囊所能承受的压力极限时,压力传感器8会将感应到的压力信号传输到放气阀7和充气阀6,控制充气阀6不再对充气式床垫3充气,同时由于所述床垫气囊内部空气压力过大,床垫气囊内部的空气也会通过放气阀7外泄,释放一部分床垫气囊内部的空气。
当床垫气囊内气压外泄低于压力传感器8所设定的最低压力时,放气阀7停止泄气,充气阀6则开始继续对充气式床垫3的床垫气囊进行充气,如此循环往复。
2.自动适应:当有卧床病人需要卧躺在充气式床垫3上时,充气式床垫3承受了压力,床垫气囊内压力值增加,压力传感器8感受到气压超过床垫气囊承受极限时会控制放气阀7自动进行放气,实现充气式床垫3根据病人的体重自动适应病人的体重。
3.超重保护:当有体重超重或受压超过充气式床垫3所能承受的极限压力时,压力传感器8将持续感应到压力超过极限值,此时压力传感器8会将信号传输给放气阀7,放气阀7开始对充气式床垫3的床垫气囊进行持续放气,直到床垫气囊内空气全部释放完毕,并开始进行蜂鸣器报警,提示卧床病人更换充气式床垫3或停止使用充气式床垫3。
另一方面,通过人体工程学的原理可知,若卧床病人长期保持一种姿势会容易产生疲劳,且人体皮肤长期受压不透气会造成血液流通不畅和皮肤溃烂而形成褥疮,因此卧床病人躺在恒压的充气式褥疮垫上同样容易产生褥疮。此时可通过控制充气阀6和放气阀7对充气式床垫3的床垫气囊进行间歇充放气的方式在一定程度上增加卧床病人的血液循环。
需要说明的是,上述工作模式需要编写相应的计算机应用程序进行控制,但该相应的计算机应用程序并不属于本发明创造的保护范围,本发明创造的技术方案保护的是可被编程控制的压力传感器及充气阀6、放气阀7。
若卧床病人希望向左或向右翻身,可通过控制左气囊4和右气囊5来进行翻身:
例如,若向左翻身,如图2所示,则控制充气泵1对右气囊5充气,充气式床垫3右侧的右气囊5会充气升高,从而抬升充气式床垫3右侧,使得卧床病人轻轻摆动身体即可向左翻身,翻身完毕后再操作充气泵1对右气囊5放气,使右气囊5下降,右气囊5恢复到最初状态,翻身过程结束。
若向右翻身,则反之,如图3所示,控制充气泵1对左气囊4充气,充气式床垫3左侧的左气囊4会升高,从而抬升充气式床垫3左侧,使得卧床病人轻微摆动身体即可向右翻身,翻身完毕后再操作充气泵1对左气 囊4放气,使左气囊4下降,左气囊4恢复到最初状态,翻身过程结束。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明创造的技术方案,而非对本发明创造保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明创造作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明创造的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明创造技术方案的实质和范围。
