目前市面上已出现许多可以重复使用上述机能性素材的口罩技术,例如中国台湾公告第M516428号「具有供给氧气与除湿功能之透气材质口罩」专利案,主要是在口 罩上设有一容置袋,该容置袋的袋口朝该口罩的上方开放,并将一机能性素材置于容置袋中,该机能性素材能供给氧气与除湿。然而,当使用者配戴口罩与人交谈期间,该机能性素材容易受到使用者脸部与嘴部活动的影响,逐渐上移或脱离容置袋,造成该机能性素材的定位在袋体中的能力欠佳,也直接造成使用上的不便,致使口罩搭配使用该机能性素材而期待可获得的效果与目的,因而明显降低或丧失。

在所示的实施例中,该袋体2以可翻掀或覆盖的方式形成在该罩体1的顶端101,且袋体2的两侧面分别为一向脸面21及一向罩面22,该袋体2以一连结端23与罩体1的顶端101形成交界且结合为一体,当该袋体2翻掀折覆在罩体1之上时,其向脸面21能够在配戴时贴触在使用者脸部的口鼻区域。详细来说,该罩体1与袋体2可以是由同一件材料一体制造成型,使该罩体1与袋体2制成一不可分开的型态;此外,如图2及图3所示,该罩体1与袋体2之间,也可以分体裁制后,再将上述连结端23与罩体1顶端101,采用高周波熔接结合固定或者以缝合方式,将两分体结合成不可分离的一体。使得该袋体2的连结端23稳固结合在该罩体1的边缘区26,且在接近该罩体1与袋体2结合的交界处部位附近,形成有一折缘120。该袋体2内部设有一容置空间24,且在接近该袋体2的连结端23的向罩面22上形成有一袋口25,该容置空间24可经由该袋口25对外开放,使该机能性素材3经由该袋口25置入该袋体2的容置空间24内。
可了解的是,该袋体2能够以该折缘120为翻掀轴,由图1所示的向罩体1一侧掀开的状态,往该罩体1底端102下方覆盖(如图2所示),使该袋体2的向罩面22覆盖在该罩体1内表面12上,该向脸面21则可朝向使用者的脸部,在该袋体2的向罩面22与罩体1的内表面12相贴靠接触时,使该袋口25被夹覆在袋体2与罩体1的内表面12之间(如图4所示),且该折缘120恰能封挡于该袋口25前方,以关闭该袋口25的取放路径;借此,使得已置入袋体2中的机能性素材3因为取放路径被封挡,而不会在使用中,自行由容置空间24内掉出袋体2外;反之,当该袋体2以该折缘120为翻掀轴,往该罩体1外侧或罩体1顶端101上方翻掀时(如图3所示),使向罩面22外翻而与罩体1的内表面12同方向,该袋口25即可随袋体2的翻掀动作而向外显露在该罩体1与袋体2交界的连结端23附近,且呈对外开放状态,此时在袋体2内的该机能性素材3的取放,即变得极为简易可行。
图3显示了该口罩的使用状态,当该袋体2向罩体1上方翻掀时,该机能性素材3 可经由该袋口25置入该袋体2的容置空间24内,亦可经由该袋口25轻易取出该机能性素材3,达到重复使用该机能性素材3的功能。请参阅图2及图4,当该袋体2覆盖在该罩体1上,而使该袋体2的向罩面22及袋口25贴靠该罩体1的内表面12时,该向罩面22配合内表面12的结构,能够使该折缘120恰能封闭阻挡袋口25的取放路径,即利用该连接端23或折缘120位在该袋口25外,以阻止该机能性素材3由袋口25掉出或置入;使该机能性素材3经由该袋体2稳固定位在该罩体1上正确的位置,使用上相当简便。配合图5所示,当使用者配戴口罩与人交谈期间,该向罩面22、内表面12及连接端23或折缘120能够封挡该机能性素材3朝该袋口25方向位移。以改善公知口罩的机能性素材容易上移脱离袋体、袋体容易黏着在不正确的位置及脱落等缺失。
在一可行的实施例中,该机能性素材3可包含在纯纤维的编织布料上,加工附着铜、银、锌等机能性元素,也可用一般纺织用纤维与铜、银、锌等材料所制成的纤维,以不同比例相互编织而成布材;在本实施例中,该机能性素材3可包含有布料(例如:聚酯纤维)及铜材料(例如:纯铜纤维),该纯铜纤维与一般纺织纤维相互编织成的布料,使得该机能性素材3设成一除菌机能性布材,使得该机能性素材3具有除菌、除臭功能。在使用时,该具有铜材料的纤维或布料带正电,外界的细菌则带负电,当细菌接触铜材料的纤维时,可利用细菌的负电与铜材料的纤维的正电之间所产生的电位差(微电流),来杀死细菌。此外,使用者呼吸所发出的热气和水蒸气,能够使具有铜材料的纤维产生铜离子,帮助使用者呼吸更顺畅,并具有除臭的效果。或者,该机能性素材3中也可包含有活性碳或矿物微量元素。如此,可依使用需求选择该机能性素材3的材质。
请参阅图4,在另一可行的实施例中,该罩体1是由一拨水性不织布15、一吸水性不织布16,以及设在该拨水性不织布15与吸水性不织布16之间的至少一抗菌不织布17层叠组合而成,该拨水性不织布15构成该罩体1的外表面11,该吸水性不织布16构成该罩体1的内表面12。
如图3所示,在又一可行的实施例中,该袋体2向罩面22的下段处,设有至少一个袋体下段定位部5,该袋体下段定位部5可为胶黏表面或双面胶结构。如图5所示,当该罩体1借该伸缩折部13展开扩大罩覆范围或成立体状时,可利用该袋体下段定位部5与罩体1的内表面12能够相互黏接定位,有效提升该袋体2在使用时定位在罩体1上的稳固性,并阻止该袋体2因使用者在交谈时,由于使用者脸部活动挤压等因素, 造成袋体2往上滑动移位,或无法有效定位等问题的发生。
综上所陈,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用以限定本发明,凡其他未脱离本发明所揭示的精神下而完成的等效修饰或置换,均应包含于本发明保护的范围内。

Claims (43)

  1. 一种抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,所述抛弃型口罩的改良结构包括一罩体及一机能性素材的组合结构,该罩体由至少一外表面及一内表面所形成,一袋体以能翻掀及覆盖的方式形成在该罩体上,该袋体的两侧面分别为一向脸面及一向罩面,该袋体以一连结端与所述罩体的一侧缘形成交界而结合为一体,位于该交界处则形成一折缘,且在接近该袋体的连结端的向罩面上形成有一袋口,该机能性素材能经由该袋口置入该袋体内;在该袋体以所述折缘为翻掀轴,相对该罩体向内覆盖,而使所述向罩面覆盖所述罩体的内表面时,该袋口被夹覆在该袋体的向罩面与所述罩体的内表面之间,该折缘则恰封阻在该袋口的取放路径,当在该袋体以所述折缘为翻掀轴,向外翻掀而使该向罩面外翻与所述罩体的内表面同向时,该袋口的取放路径不受该折缘的封阻而呈对外开放状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该罩体与所述袋体是由同一件材料一体成型。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该罩体与所述袋体分设成两分离体,再将该袋体的连结端与所述罩体的侧缘熔接结合而成为一体。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该罩体与所述袋体分设成两分离体,再将该袋体的连结端与所述罩体的侧缘缝合结合而成为一体。
  5. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该罩体同时具有一顶端及一底端,该袋体的连结端结合该罩体的顶端。
  6. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该袋体的连结端结合在该罩体的一边缘区。
  7. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该袋体的连结端结合该罩体的内表面。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该袋体的连结端结合该罩体的内表面。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该袋体的连结端结合该罩体的内表面。
  10. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该罩体上设有多个伸缩折部,使该罩体可借该伸缩折部展开成立体罩覆状。
  11. 如权利要求5所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该罩体上设有多个 伸缩折部,使该罩体能通过该伸缩折部展开成立体罩覆状。
  12. 如权利要求6所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该罩体上设有多个伸缩折部,使该罩体能通过该伸缩折部展开成立体罩覆状。
  13. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该向罩面上设有一袋体下段定位部,所述袋体下段定位部能与该内表面相互定位。
  14. 如权利要求5所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该向罩面上设有一袋体下段定位部,所述袋体下段定位部能与该内表面相互定位。
  15. 如权利要求6所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该向罩面上设有一袋体下段定位部,所述袋体下段定位部能与该内表面相互黏接定位。
  16. 如权利要求10所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该向罩面上设有一袋体下段定位部,所述袋体下段定位部能与该内表面相互黏接定位。
  17. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该罩体是由一拨水性不织布形成所述外表面,一吸水性不织布形成所述内表面,以及设在该拨水性不织布与所述吸水性不织布之间的至少一抗菌不织布层组合而成。
  18. 如权利要求5所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该罩体是由一拨水性不织布形成所述外表面,一吸水性不织布形成所述内表面,以及设在该拨水性不织布与所述吸水性不织布之间的至少一抗菌不织布层组合而成。
  19. 如权利要求10所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该罩体是由一拨水性不织布形成所述外表面,一吸水性不织布形成所述内表面,以及设在该拨水性不织布与所述吸水性不织布之间的至少一抗菌不织布层组合而成。
  20. 如权利要求13所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该罩体是由一拨水性不织布形成所述外表面,一吸水性不织布形成所述内表面,以及设在该拨水性不织布与所述吸水性不织布之间的至少一抗菌不织布层组合而成。
  21. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该机能性素材为包含有铜、银及锌材料至少其中之一的纤维所制成的布材。
  22. 如权利要求5所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该机能性素材为包含有铜、银及锌材料至少其中之一的纤维所制成的布材。
  23. 如权利要求10所述的抛弃型口罩的改良结构,其特征在于,该机能性素材为包含有铜、银及锌材料至少其中之一的纤维所制成的布材。
