该网站可以在手机、 电脑等终端上运行, 当用户在终端上打开网 站进入账号输入界面时, 可在该账号输入界面输入账号信息, 该账号 信息可包括用户名及密码等。当在网站的账号输入界面内接收到用户 输入的账号信息时, 可对该账号信息进行验证, 判断输入的账号信息 是否正确。
步骤 S20、 当所述账号信息输入正确时, 根据账号信息与网页主 题之间的映射关系, 获取与所述账号信息关联的目标网页主题。
本实施例中 , 可预先设置账号信息与网页主题之间的映射关系, 该映射关系可以在登录账号信息后,在指定的个性化设置界面内对网 页主题的相关信息进行设置,以生成账号信息与网页主题之间的映射 关系。

步骤 S30、 将所述目标网页主题在所述网站的显示网页界面内进 行显示, 以供用户根据显示的所述目标网页主题, 确定所述网站是否 被钓鱼网站钓鱼。

以下进行举例说明, 当用户登录平安银行账号后, 在预置的个性 化主题设置界面内, 将网页主题的显示颜色设置为蓝色, 将标题的字 体设置为楷体四号紫色,根据各个模块的访问频率对各个模块进行降 序显示, 以及在支付模块的指定区域内插入一个图片, 根据这些个性 化维度生成该账号信息与网页主题之间的映射关系。 当用户再次登录 平安银行账号进行网上支付时,在网站的账号输入界面内接收用户输 入的平安银行账号信息, 并验证通过后, 在网站的显示网页界面内显 示与该账号信息关联的网页主题。用户根据显示的网页主题发现显示 颜色、 标题的字体等多个维度均与预先设置的不一致, 此时确定该网 站已被钓鱼网站钓鱼,用户可立即退出该网站,以避免被钓鱼的风险。

本实施例中,在上述对账号信息对应网页主题的相关信息进行设 置的过程中, 为了方便用户获知当前所设置网页主题达到的安全程 度, 可对网页主题的安全等级进行显示。
具体地,在对账号信息对应网页主题的相关信息进行设置时, 可 在指定显示区域内显示所设置的网页主题的安全等级。该安全等级可 以是个性化维度越多,安全等级越高;也可以是设定各个维度的权重, 然后根据各个维度的权重及所设置维度个数来设置安全等级,一级最 低, 二级、 三级、 四级、 五级、 六级等安全级别依次递增。 例如, 当 用户设置显示颜色时, 显示的安全等级为一级; 当用户设置标题字体 及背景音乐时, 显示的安全等级为三级。

[5] 目前, 在进行健康险产品投保吋, 通过客户在纸质投保书上手动录入的方式, 当录入的字迹不清或模糊吋, 需要下发此字迹不清或模糊的文件到销售人员, 由销售人员到现场与客户进行确认, 以完成回销; 此外在核保和承保过程中也 存在类似问题, 浪费了销售人员以及客户的大量吋间和精力, 造成投保、 核保 及承保效率低, 客户体验差。

[7] 本申请的主要目的是提供一种健康险产品投保方法、 装置、 设备及可读存储介 质, 旨在解决现有技术中客户风险等级评定不能准确反映客户风险情形的问题
[8] 为实现上述目的, 本申请提供一种健康险产品投保方法, 所述健康险产品投保 方法包括以下步骤:
[9] 接收采集终端采集并发送的客户投保信息, 其中投保信息包括投保产品信息、 个人信息和健康信息;
[10] 确定投保产品的核保规则, 并根据所述核保规则、 个人信息以及健康信息确定 客户是否具有承保条件;
[I I] 当确定客户具有承保条件吋, 根据投保信息生成保单, 并将生成的保单下发到 采集终端采集的客户投保信息所对应客户持有的客户端进行投保。

[54] 请参照图 1, 图 1为本申请健康险产品投保方法第一实施例的流程示意图。 在本 实施例中, 所述健康险产品投保方法包括:
[55] 步骤 S10, 接收采集终端采集并发送的客户投保信息, 其中投保信息包括投保 产品、 个人信息和健康信息;
[56] 本方案中的健康险产品投保适通过采集终端、 管理系统以及客户端的信息交互 进行健康险产品的投保; 健康险是以被保险人的身体为保险标的, 对被保险人 因遭受疾病或意外伤害事故所发生的医疗费用损失提供经济补偿。 健康保险按 保障范围可分为:疾病保险、 医疗保险、 失能保险和护理保险等。 采集终端为健 康险产品销售人员所持有的移动终端, 可以是移动电脑、 平板电脑等, 用于采 集客户的投保信息; 管理系统对各类健康险产品、 各用户的保单进行管理, 对 客户的投保信息进行核保; 客户端为客户所持有的移动终端, 可以是手机、 平 板电脑等, 用于和管理系统交互通信, 对管理系统下发的文件进行确认反馈。 采集终端显示界面显示有各种健康险产品的产品信息, 当客户结合各产品信息 以及其需求确定其投保意向后, 向采集终端发出选择指令。 当接收到与投保意 向所对应健康险产品的选择指令吋, 跳转到信息录入页面。 信息录入页面设置 有指引信息, 如必填项标记、 年齢格式类型等, 以引导客户录入符合要求的客 户投保信息。 接收客户根据指引信息输入的个人信息和健康信息, 其中个人信 息包括被保险人姓名、 性别、 证件类型、 证件号码、 出生年月、 工作性质、 工 作环节、 工作年限、 通信方式等; 健康信息包括被保险人的疾病信息、 伤病信 息、 诊疗信息、 康复信息等。 将此录入的个人信息和健康信息, 与投保意向对 应的投保产品一并作为投保信息传送到管理系统, 管理系统对此采集终端采集 并发送的投保信息进行接收。
[57] 步骤 S20, 确定投保产品的核保规则, 并根据所述核保规则、 个人信息以及健 康信息确定客户是否具有承保条件;
[58] 管理系统在接收到客户投保信息后, 根据投保信息中的投保产品, 确定该投保 产品的核保规则。 金融机构后台对各类健康险产品设置有表征健康险产品唯一 性的编号, 当接收到投保信息后, 获取其中投保产品的编号, 并从管理系统中 的所有投保产品中査找与此编号对应的投保产品, 从而获取此投保产品的核保 规则, 其中核保规则可包括: 投保人资格核验、 被保险人资格核验、 高额保件 资格核验等, 如投保人为 18周岁以上的完全民事行为能力人、 其年交保费不得 超过其年收入的 20% ; 被保险人不能罹患恶心肿瘤, 有固定工作、 固定住址、 固 定收入, 被保险人保额不得超过其年收入的 20倍等; 当每一被保险人一次投保 或累计投保保额超过 50万元吋为高额保件。 确定投保产品的核保规则后, 将客 户投保信息中的个人信息、 健康信息分别与核保规则对比, 以判断客户是否满 足核保规则, 具有承保条件。 [59] 步骤 S30, 当确定客户具有承保条件吋, 根据投保信息生成保单, 并将生成的 保单下发到采集终端采集的客户投保信息所对应客户持有的客户端进行投保。
[60] 当客户投保信息中的个人信息以及健康信息满足投保产品的核保规则吋, 说明 客户具有承保条件, 根据客户投保信息生成保单, 将此生成的保单下发到客户 端进行投保, 其中客户端为采集终端采集客户投保信息所对应客户持有的终端 。 生成保单并下发的具体步骤包括:
[61] 步骤 S31, 抓取投保信息中与保单模板对应的信息生成保单, 并将生成的保单 传输到采集终端采集的客户投保信息所对应客户持有的客户端, 以对保单进行 确认;
[62] 为了避免客户反复多次填写信息, 在采集终端采集投保信息吋, 所采集的包括 个人信息和健康信息的投保信息类型较多, 其中涉及到用于核保的核保信息, 也涉及到生成保单的信息。 而为了规范保单管理, 设置有保单模板, 将每个客 户特定的信息录入到此保单模板中即可生成客户对应的个人保单。 在核保完成 后, 抓取客户投保信息中与保单模板对应的信息生成保单。 如当保单模板中包 括客户姓名、 性别、 证件号码等信息, 则从个人信息中抓取此类信息录入到保 险模板中, 直到保险模板中的必选项均录入完成, 则生成保单, 将此生成的保 单传输到采集终端采集的客户投保信息所对应客户持有的客户端。 当客户端接 收到保单吋, 发出提示信息以提示客户査看, 客户査看并通过客户端发送确认 指令, 实现对保单的确认, 并将此确认的保单发送到管理系统。 此外, 客户还 可以对此接收的保单中有疑问的位置进行咨询, 后台根据接收到的咨询关键词 匹配对应答复, 或者为客户建立人工连接, 进行人工咨询。
[63] 步骤 S32, 接收经确认后的保单, 并对该保单进行存储。
[64] 当管理系统接收到经客户确认后的保单后, 说明客户对此保单无异议, 双方达 成协议, 管理系统将此保单进行存储备份。 管理系统后台数据库针对各个客户 建立存储区域, 当新客户申请购买健康险产品吋, 数据库为此新客户分配一块 唯一的存储区域, 与其他客户进行区分; 新客户的各种信息均存储在此存储区 域内, 后续交互的数据, 也均存储在此区域内备份, 以用于后续査询。
[65] 本实施例的健康险产品投保方法, 通过接受采集终端采集并发送的包括投保产 品、 个人信息和健康信息的客户投保信息, 并确定投保产品的核保规则, 从而 根据核保规则、 个人信息以及健康信息确定客户是否具有承保条件, 当客户具 有承保条件吋, 根据投保信息生成保单, 将此生成的保单下发到采集终端采集 的客户投保信息所对应客户持有的客户端进行投保。 本方案通过采集终端、 管 理系统和客户端的信息交互进行投保, 采集终端采集客户的投保信息上传到管 理系统, 管理系统对各健康险产品、 投保单等进行管理, 对上传的客户的投保 信息进行核定, 并生成保单下发到采集终端采集的客户投保信息所对应客户持 有的客户端, 避免因录入字迹不清或模糊, 需要现场反复确认, 提高了投保和 核保效率, 减少了销售人员及客户的吋间和精力的浪费, 节省了资源, 提高了 用户体验。
[66] 进一步地, 在本申请健康险产品投保方法另一实施例中, 所述根据所述核保规 贝 1J、 个人信息以及健康信息确定客户是否具有承保条件的步骤包括:
[67] 步骤 S21, 将健康信息和核保规则匹配, 并在健康信息和核保规则匹配成功吋 , 将个人信息与预设参考风险信息对比, 确定个人信息中的风险因子;
[68] 在通过核保规则, 个人信息以及健康信息判断客户是否具有承保条件吋, 先判 断客户的健康信息是否符合核保规则中对应的健康条件, 如匹配规则中设定满 足以下任何一条的客户不能购买任何健康险产品: 1、 痴呆、 精神科疾病; 2、 公司认定已身体高度残疾; 3、 罹患恶性肿瘤; 4、 肝硬化、 慢性酒精中毒; 5、 尿毒症、 肾切除三年以内; 6、 艾滋病或艾滋病病毒携带者。 将包括疾病信息、 伤病信息、 诊疗信息、 康复信息的健康信息和此核保规则匹配, 当健康信息中 没有满足其中任何一条的信息, 则说明客户的健康信息和核保规则匹配成功; 当健康信息中存在满足其中任何一条的信息, 则说明客户的健康信息和核保信 息匹配失败, 客户不满足承保条件。 此外, 考虑到客户可能由于个人生活习惯 或者工作原因, 导致潜在的亚健康风险或疾病潜伏, 从而本实施例将可能导致 疾病或亚健康的因素预先设置为参考风险信息。 如生活习惯是否重油重盐、 是 否嗜酒、 是否晚睡、 晚睡的吋间点、 是否抽烟、 抽烟的量等以及工作环境是否 多污染物、 工作性质是否晚班、 工作年限等。 将此类可能影响客户身体健康的 因素作为预设参考风险信息, 并将客户投保信息中的个人信息和预设参考风险 信息对比, 确定个人信息中所存在的风险因子, 此风险因子为个人信息中所存 在的预设参考风险信息, 如个人信息中存在预设参考风险信息中的嗜酒、 晚睡 , 则其风险因子为嗜酒和晚睡。 通过个人信息中所存在的风险因子对客户的健 康信息进行进一步评估。
[69] 步骤 S22, 基于风险因子对健康信息进行评估, 并判断评估结果是否小于预设 值;
[70] 在确定个人信息中的风险因子后, 则基于此风险因子对健康信息进行评估, 确 定风险因子对客户健康状态的潜在影响。 可理解地, 当个人信息中包含的风险 因子数量多, 且风险大, 则可说明此客户潜伏疾病的可能性越大, 评估的客户 健康状态的潜在影响越大。 如个人信息中显示客户的工作环境存在较多粉尘、 同吋长期晚睡、 晚睡的吋间点在凌晨两点之后。 相应地当包含的风险因子数量 和风险均小, 则可说明此客户潜伏疾病的可能性越小, 评估的客户健康状态的 潜在影响越小。 如风险因子为晚睡, 晚睡为 12点半之前。 通过客户个人信息中 所确定的风险因子对健康信息进行评估, 设定作为评估结果的评估分值, 如当 个人信息中风险因子在 3各以内、 且风险等级均为低等, 则评估分值为 A; 而风 险因子在 3~5个之间、 且存在任意一个风险因子的风险等级为中等, 则评估分值 为 B ; 当风险因子在 5个以上, 且存在任意一个风险因子的风险等级为高级, 则 评估分值为 C。 不同的评估分值体现风险因子对健康信息的影响程度不相同, 其 中分值越低, 说明风险因子对健康信息的影响越小; 而分值越高, 则说明风险 因子对健康信息的影响越大。 为了判定风险因子对健康信息的影响是否关系到 购买健康险产品, 本方案设置有预设值, 此预设值为根据需求预先设置, 在基 于风险因子对健康信息进行评估, 得到评估结果后, 将评估结果和此预设值进 行判断, 以确定经风险因子评估后的客户健康信息是否满足承保条件。
[71] 步骤 S23, 当评估结果小于预设值吋, 判定客户具有承保条件。
[72] 当判断出评估结果小于预设值吋, 则说明风险因子对健康信息的影响不大, 客 户的个人生活习惯或者工作导致潜在疾病的可能性较小, 不会影响到客户的投 保资质, 从而判定客户具有承保条件。 此外判断的结果也可能为评估结果大于 预设值, 从而判断评估结果是否小于预设值的步骤之后包括: [73] 步骤 S24, 当评估结果大于或等于预设值吋, 发送提交健康证明的提示信息; [74] 当评估结果大于或等于预设值吋, 则说明风险因子对健康信息的影响较大, 客 户的个人生活习惯或者工作导致潜在疾病的可能性较大, 会影响到客户的投保 资质。 为了进一步确定客户的健康状态, 发送提交健康证明的提示信息, 以证 明客户的健康状态正常。 提示信息可以向采集终端发送也可以直接向客户端发 送, 当向采集终端发送吋, 采集终端接收到提示信息后, 经过销售人员告知客 户, 以避免客户遗忘此事项; 当向客户端发送吋, 则可客户操作。 提示信息中 可包括需要哪一类型的健康证明, 如针对肺部或肝部的市三甲医院以上的证明 , 以确保提交的健康证明符合要求, 避免浪费客户的吋间和精力。
[75] 步骤 S25, 当接收到健康证明, 且在健康证明中的结果为正常吋, 判定客户具 有承保条件。
[76] 与发送提示信息的途径对应, 可将健康证明通过采集终端或者客户端上传到管 理系统。 管理系统在接收到健康证明后, 对此健康证明中的结果进行检测, 确 定客户的健康状态是否正常。 当检测出健康证明中的结果正常吋, 则说明客户 的健康状况正常, 判定客户具有承保条件, 可进行投保。 而当健康证明中的结 果为异常吋, 则说明客户的健康状态存在异常, 判定客户不具有承保条件, 不 能进行投保。 向采集终端以及客户端发送客户通知单, 告知客户不符合承保条 件的原因, 还可以在此客户通知单中推荐符合此客户的保险类型, 以提升用户 体验。
[77] 进一步地, 在本申请健康险产品投保方法另一实施例中, 所述在健康证明中的 结果为正常吋, 判定客户具有承保条件的步骤包括:
[78] 步骤 S251 , 当健康证明中的结果为正常吋, 对健康证明的真伪性进行检测; [79] 可理解地, 健康证明存在被恶意篡改的情况, 将结果为异常的健康证明改成正 常。 为了防止此类事件的发生, 本实施例在检测出健康证明的结果为正常吋, 进一步对健康证明的真伪进行检测。 将本管理系统与第三方验证机构对接, 需 要进行真伪检测吋, 调用第三方验证机构的通信接口, 和第三方验证机构建立 通信, 将健康证明传输到第三方机构进行检测, 并将检测的结果回传到本管理 系统。 [80] 步骤 S252, 当检测出健康证明为真, 则判定客户具有承保条件。
[81] 当检测出健康证明为真, 即健康证明真实有效, 则可判定客户具有承保条件, 向采集终端以及客户端发送客户通知单, 告知客户符合承保条件。
[82] 进一步地, 在本申请健康险产品投保方法另一实施例中, 所述当评估结果大于 或等于预设值吋, 发送提交健康证明的提示信息的步骤包括:
[83] 步骤 S241 , 当评估结果大于或等于预设值吋, 获取个人信息中的客户 ID;
[84] 进一步地, 在评估结果不小于预设值, 需要向客户端发送健康证明的提示信息 吋, 先建立与客户端的通信连接, 再进行发送操作。 但因进行投保的客户端众 多, 需要确定与提供健康证明对应的客户端。 具体地, 当接收到客户投保信息 吋即给此客户分配表征其唯一性的客户 ID, 将此客户 ID和投保信息关联。 当需 要发送提示信息吋, 获取此客户 ID, 即可获知发送的对象。 此外也可以通过客 户端关注投保产品所属金融机构的微信公众号或微博账号, 关注吋将客户端的 账号作为客户 ID, 将其和投保信息关联, 以根据投保信息确定客户 ID。
[85] 步骤 S242, 与客户 ID对应的客户端建立通信连接, 并向所述客户端发送提交健 康证明的提示信息。
[86] 更进一步地, 在获取客户 ID后, 与此客户 ID对应的客户端建立通信连接, 连接 的方式为无线网络连接, 通过此无线网络连接向客户端发送提交健康证明的提 示信息。

接收采集终端采集并发送的客户投保信息, 其中投保信息包括投保产 品信息、 个人信息和健康信息;
确定投保产品的核保规则, 并根据所述核保规则、 个人信息以及健康 信息确定客户是否具有承保条件;
当确定客户具有承保条件吋, 根据投保信息生成保单, 并将生成的保 单下发到采集终端采集的客户投保信息所对应客户持有的客户端进行 投保。
[权利要求 16] 如权利要求 15所述的可读存储介质, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述核保 规则、 个人信息以及健康信息确定客户是否具有承保条件的步骤包括 将健康信息和核保规则匹配, 并在健康信息和核保规则匹配成功吋, 将个人信息与预设参考风险信息对比, 确定个人信息中的风险因子; 基于风险因子对健康信息进行评估, 并判断评估结果是否小于预设值 当评估结果小于预设值吋, 判定客户具有承保条件。
如权利要求 16所述的可读存储介质, 其特征在于, 所述判断评估结果 是否小于预设值的步骤之后, 所述健康险产品投保程序被处理器执行 , 以实现以下步骤:
当评估结果大于或等于预设值吋, 发送提交健康证明的提示信息; 当接收到健康证明, 且在健康证明中的结果为正常吋, 判定客户具有 承保条件。
如权利要求 17所述的可读存储介质, 其特征在于, 所述在健康证明中 的结果为正常吋, 判定客户具有承保条件的步骤包括:
当健康证明中的结果为正常吋, 对健康证明的真伪性进行检测; 当检测出健康证明为真, 则判定客户具有承保条件。
如权利要求 17所述的可读存储介质, 其特征在于, 所述当评估结果大 于或等于预设值吋, 发送提交健康证明的提示信息的步骤包括: 当评估结果大于或等于预设值吋, 获取个人信息中的客户 ID; 与客户 ID对应的客户端建立通信连接, 并向所述客户端发送提交健康 证明的提示信息。
如权利要求 15所述的可读存储介质, 其特征在于, 所述根据投保信息 生成保单, 并将生成的保单下发到采集终端采集的客户投保信息所对 应客户持有的客户端进行投保的步骤包括:
抓取投保信息中与保单模板对应的信息生成保单, 并将生成的保单传 输到采集终端采集的客户投保信息所对应客户持有的客户端, 以对保 单进行确认;
接收经确认后的保单, 并对该保单进行存储。
