随着技术的发展,反渗透膜净水机逐渐成为市场主流。随着反渗透净水机需求量的不断增加,净水机上所使用的单夹以及子母夹的数量也不断增加。目前,滤芯的安装方式是通过螺钉固定在固定板上,该固定形式的不足之处在于安装麻烦,安装效率低,并且安装后的滤芯容易旋转。目前的滤芯安装方式已经不能满足日益增长的安装量,不利于反渗透膜净水机的生产。
发明内容

本实施例中,当需要安装滤芯夹时,将夹持本体1的连接件23穿过过孔4,然后与固定板7的固定面71上的扣件55扣合即可,如此,相较于现有的通过螺钉将固定板7和夹持本体固定的方式,本发明的技术方案可大幅提高滤芯夹安装的效率、减少人工安装的工时,最终达到降低成本的目的;同时,由于夹持本体1与固定板7通过扣件55扣合,使得夹持本体1与固定板7之间的连接不易出现螺钉生锈等腐蚀现象,有利于提高夹持本体1与固定板7连接后的稳定性;另外,通过连接件23和夹持件共同将固定板7夹持,使得夹持件、连接件23和固定板7三者固定连接,相比螺钉固定(滤芯易随滤芯夹的摆动而转动),本发明技术方案中的夹持本体1与固定板7连接后的稳定性得到进一步提高。
为了进一步提高固定板7与夹持本体1连接的稳定性,所述连接件23包括连接部3和与所述连接部3固定连接的卡持部2,所述卡持部2与所述夹持件围合形成卡持槽132;
所述扣件55具有卡槽56,所述卡持部2卡设于所述卡槽56内,以将所述固定板7卡设于所述卡持槽132内。
具体地,本实施例中,连接件23包括连接部3和卡持部2,连接部3的形状可以有很多,如圆柱状、方柱状等,连接部3的一端与夹持件固定连接,另一端与卡持部2固定连接。卡持部2的形状可以有很多,以长条形为例,卡持部2自连接部3的侧壁或底部向连接部3的一侧延伸,以使卡持部2、连接部3和夹持件围合形成卡持槽132,卡持槽132的槽口与连接部3相对。卡持部2的形状与过孔4的形状对应,当卡持部2与过孔4应设置时,卡持部2可以穿过过孔4,当卡持部2穿过过孔4并旋转一定角度后,卡持部2不能穿过过孔4,同时,安装板在卡持槽132的移动过程中,已经进入卡持槽132内。随着卡持部2的继续转动,当转动至预设位置时预设的卡槽56连接,此时,固定板7与卡持部2部和夹持件同时抵接,卡持部2在不受强大外力的情况下,已经不能转动,即卡持部2与卡槽56卡合固定,实现夹持本体1与固定板7的固定连接。
本实施例中,通过卡槽56的设置,使得卡持部2的安装非常便捷,通过卡持槽132的设置,使得连接件23与固定板7的连接更加稳定。
其中,为了保证连接部3和卡持部2的承载强度,并且提高夹持件装配后的紧凑性,和安装的便捷性。所述连接部3的厚度大于所述卡持部2的厚度。当卡持部2的厚度较薄时,可以发生弹性变形,可以更好的坚持固定板7。
卡槽56的形成方式有很多,下面介绍一种具体的形成方式。所述扣件55包括相对设置的限位扣6和弹性扣5,所述限位扣6和所述弹性扣5围合形成所述卡槽56。
具体地,本实施例中,限位扣6的作用在于阻挡卡持部2的移动,以限定卡持部2的位置,限位扣6的形状和形式可以有很多,以下面的结构为例。
所述限位扣6包括第一弹性臂53和限位部,所述第一弹性臂53一端与所述固定面71固定连接,另一端与所述限位部固定连接。其中,第一弹性臂53与固定板7的板面垂直设置,当然在其它实施例中,第一弹性臂53与固定板7之间的夹角可以有其它角度。通过第一弹性臂53的设置,使得卡槽56的范围具有可调性,另外,弹性臂还可以缓冲卡持部2的冲击。在安装过程中,当卡持部2卡入卡槽56时,不可避免的对限位扣6有一定的冲击作用,而第一弹性臂53在阻挡卡持部2移动的同时,可以缓冲卡持部2对限位扣6的冲击。
弹性扣5的形式也可以有很多,在被卡持部2挤压时而发生弹性变形可供卡持部2进入卡槽56为准。具体地以下面的结构为例,所述弹性扣5包括第二弹性臂62和扣合部,所述固定板7上开设有安装孔,所述第二弹性臂62设置于所述安装孔内,所述第二弹性臂62的一端与所述安装孔的孔壁固定连接,另一端与所述扣合部固定连接。自然状态下,第二弹性臂62与固定板7平行设置,扣合部位于固定板7的固定面71上。当卡持部2转动时,挤压扣合部,扣合部将载荷传递至第二弹性臂62,第二弹性臂62发生弹性变形,扣合部自固定面71向安装面72移动以使卡持部2进入卡槽56内。当卡持部2进入卡槽56内后,扣合部在第二弹性臂62的作用下回复到原来的位置。卡持部2进入卡槽56后,卡持部2在弹性扣5和限位扣6的共同作用下被固定。
当然,在一些实施例中,为了使卡持部2可以更加顺畅、准确的的进入卡槽56内,在所述扣合部背对所述卡槽56的一侧设置有第一导向面51,所述第一导向面51与所述固定面71之间的距离,自所述第二弹性臂62的自由端向固定端逐渐减小。即第一导向面51用于引导卡持部2进入卡槽56内部。通过第一导向面51的设置,操作者不必用手去按压第二弹性臂62,在卡持部2的挤压下,扣合部在第一导向面51的作用下移动,有利于操作者更加方便的操作。
可以理解的是,在一些实施例中,为了使卡持部2可以更加顺畅、准确的的滑出卡槽56内,在所述扣合部朝向所述卡槽56的一侧设置有第二导向面52,所述第二导向面52与所述固定面71之间的距离,自所述第二弹性臂62的自由端向固定端逐渐增加。即第二导向面52用于引导卡持部2移动出卡槽56内部。通过第二导向面52的设置,操作者不必用手去按压第二弹性臂62,在卡持部2的挤压下,扣合部在第二导向面52的作用下即可以顺畅的移动出卡槽56,有利于操作者更加方便的操作。当然,在一些实施例中,为了增加卡持部2安装的稳定性,也可以调节第二弹性臂62的弹性强度和/或第二导向面52的斜度,以使卡持部2在滑出卡槽56的过程中需要操作者按压。
为了进一步提高夹持本体1与固定板7之间的连接稳定性,所述卡持部2的数量为两个,两个所述卡持部2间隔排列在所述连接部3上;
所述扣件55的数量为两个,两个所述扣件55对应所述卡持部2设置。
具体地,本实施例中,两个扣件55之间的最小距离大于或者等于卡持部2的最大尺寸,即卡持部2需要可以放入到两个扣件55之间。两个卡持部2可以呈一定夹角设置(以30°~180°为例)也可以平行设置。当然,在一些实施例中,为了提高两个卡持部2同时与扣件55连接的便捷性,两所述卡持部2位于所述连接部3的相对两侧,此时,由于两个卡持部2之间的间隙较大,使得卡持部2和扣件55的安装位置可以更加便捷。
本发明还提出一种净水设备,该净水设备包括滤芯夹,该滤芯夹的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本净水设备采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。当然,可以理解的是,净水设备可以为净水器,也可以为具有复杂水路系统的其它净水设备。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种滤芯夹,其特征在于,包括:
    固定板,所述固定板具有相对设置的安装面和固定面,所述固定板上开设有过孔,所述固定面上设置有扣件;
    夹持本体,所述夹持本体包括连接件和与所述连接件固定连接的夹持件,所述连接件穿过所述过孔与所述扣件扣合,所述夹持件用于夹持滤芯且与所述安装面抵接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的滤芯夹,其特征在于,所述连接件包括连接部和与所述连接部固定连接的卡持部,所述卡持部与所述夹持件围合形成卡持槽;
    所述扣件具有卡槽,所述卡持部卡设于所述卡槽内,以将所述固定板卡设于所述卡持槽内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的滤芯夹,其特征在于,所述扣件包括相对设置的限位扣和弹性扣,所述限位扣和所述弹性扣围合形成所述卡槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的滤芯夹,其特征在于,所述限位扣包括第一弹性臂和限位部,所述第一弹性臂一端与所述固定面固定连接,另一端与所述限位部固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的滤芯夹,其特征在于,所述弹性扣包括第二弹性臂和扣合部,所述固定板上开设有安装孔,所述第二弹性臂设置于所述安装孔内,所述第二弹性臂的一端与所述安装孔的孔壁固定连接,另一端与所述扣合部固定连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的滤芯夹,其特征在于,所述扣合部背对所述卡槽的一侧设置有第一导向面,所述第一导向面与所述固定面之间的距离,自所述第二弹性臂的自由端向固定端逐渐减小。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的滤芯夹,其特征在于,所述扣合部朝向所述卡槽的一侧设置有第二导向面,所述第二导向面与所述固定面之间的距离,自所述第二弹性臂的自由端向固定端逐渐增加。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的滤芯夹,其特征在于,所述卡持部的数量为两个,两个所述卡持部间隔排列在所述连接部上;
    所述扣件的数量为两个,两个所述扣件对应所述卡持部设置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的滤芯夹,其特征在于,两所述卡持部位于所述连接部的相对两侧。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的滤芯夹,其特征在于,所述连接部的厚度大于所述卡持部的厚度。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的滤芯夹,其特征在于,所述夹持件具有多个供滤芯夹持的夹持扣。
  12. 一种净水设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的滤芯夹。
