Definitions

  • the present invention relates to the means and devices used in toilets or toilets; in particular, it refers to the means used for actuating the water discharge means from the tank to the toilet. More specifically it refers to an automatic actuation device of central water discharge systems from a water tank tank to a toilet.
  • Commonly used toilets are defined by a cup-shaped body that is anchored in the floor or wall and that integrates a waste discharge system through a siphon conduit that connects it to the residential drainage network that conducts the waste to the public drainage network, and a second body consisting of a water tank that is disposed on the top and back of the cup.
  • Said water tank comprises in the lower zone a connection of a water supply pipe with a water supply control valve for the accumulation of a volume of water discharge and wherein said valve is actuated by a mechanism of float;
  • said cup comprises at the center of its bottom a water discharge hole where a releasable seal element is commonly known as a toad that is raised by a chain and lever system.
  • central water discharge systems to the toilet are known as dual discharge valve devices such as water saving systems comprising two actuation buttons for two discharges of different volume of water to the toilet, one of smaller volume discharge when it is desired to evacuate urine from the toilet and the discharge of greater volume when it is desired to discharge feces from the toilet.
  • JP201452204A was published, published as J P2015175435 (A) (which we will call as document D1) of Oshikawa Takuya and Saruwatari Hodaka, with application date of March 14, 2014, which discloses a closing / opening device of a flow passage that performs The main cleaning operation for opening a main valve when a multi-step type solenoid valve to provide a sub-valve arranged in a bypass flow passage that satisfies a first amount of valve opening, and then after the Multi-step solenoid valve type closes to complete the main cleaning operation, the flash valve performs a water supply recharge operation through the bypass flow passage without the need to open the main valve when the valve multi-step solenoid satisfies a smaller opening amount of a second valve than the first opening amount of the valve.
  • a valve is revealed that allows the closing and opening of a flow passage and is installed in a main water supply pipeline to a toilet that integrates a multi-step solenoid valve to regulate the volume of discharge water.
  • Said document D1 is not structurally configured so that it can be housed inside a storage water tank; Document D1 discloses a valve that by itself is a water discharge regulating valve.
  • our invention is the assembly of a mechanism that is configured to fit in conventional toilet tanks and to activate a conventional manually operated two-valve valve or system arranged at the center and bottom of the tank and comprising two mechanisms for unloading a greater volume of water or a smaller volume of water, depending on whether it is only desired to discharge half of the tank when there is only urination by the user or a complete discharge when the toilet must be washed when it is desired to discharge urination and feces from the WC cup

  • Document D2 does not affect the novelty of our invention and by itself it does not allow us to deduce in an obvious way our invention, that is to say, a technician with average knowledge in the field will not be enabled so that based on the information disclosed in said document D2 can clearly deduce our invention, therefore, our invention meets inventive activity.
