与现有技术相比,本发明实施例的技术方案具有以下有益效果:
在本发明实施例中,通过来自用户终端的信息确定康复用户的身份信息,向用户终端下发相应的动作指示,并从用户终端接收反馈信息。反馈信息来源于传感设备,包括传感设备检测康复用户产生的传感信号中的至少一部分。由此,在本发明实施例中,既可以向康复用户下发动作指示,又可以接收响应于动作指示的反馈信息,进而可以基于反馈信息进行分析,以奠定后续更新动作指示或给用户进一步建议的基础,从而可以使得远程康复系统的效果更好。

如背景技术中所述,康复医疗是恢复期治疗中不可或缺的一环,远程康复系统也得到越来越多的应用。在远程康复系统中,通常进行远程康复指导,以方便康复用户。但是,现有的于远程康复系统的康复指导方法的效果有待提升。
经发明人研究发现,现有的远程康复系统多是单向进行动作指示,较难获悉用户依据动作指示进行用户动作时的反馈信息,故不能进行进一步的分析,效果较差。
在本发明实施例中,通过来自用户终端的信息确定康复用户的身份信息,向用户终端下发相应的动作指示,并从用户终端接收反馈信息。反馈信息来源于传感设备,包括传感设备检测康复用户产生的传感信号中的至少一部分。
由此,在本发明实施例中,既可以向康复用户下发动作指示,又可以接收响应于动作指示的反馈信息,进而可以基于反馈信息进行分析,以奠定后续更新动作指示或给用户进一步 建议的基础,从而可以使得远程康复系统的效果更好。
另外,由于反馈信息中包括传感设备检测得到的传感信号中的至少一部分,传感信号通常可以较为客观的反映用户的执行动作指示时的完成度,或者客观的反映用户在指定动作指示时的身体状况,可以提供更加真实准确的信息,故基于本发明实施例中的反馈信息,可以得到更加准确的分析结果,可以进一步提升康复效果。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和有益效果能够更为明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细的说明。
图1是本发明实施例中一种用于远程康复系统的康复指导方法的流程图,具体可以包括如下步骤:
步骤S11,根据来自用户终端的信息确定康复用户的身份信息,向用户终端下发与所述康复用户的身份信息相关联的动作指示;
步骤S12,从用户终端接收反馈信息,所述反馈信息包括传感信号包含的信息中的至少一部分,所述传感信号来源于传感设备,所述传感设备检测所述康复用户,以生成响应于所述动作指示的所述传感信号。
康复用户的身份信息可以是任意用于标识康复用户的信息,例如身份证、手机号、或者也可以是康复用户的医疗相关的信息,例如医保卡号、会员卡号等。
远程康复系统中可以包括服务器和用户终端,本发明实施例中的用于远程康复系统的康复指导方法,可以适用于远程康复系统中的服务器。
服务器可以是分布式服务器或者服务器集群,可以集中在医院的服务系统中。用户终端可以是专用的用户设备,或者也可以是装载有和服务器以及传感设备相适配的应用软件的智能设备,例如手机平板电脑等。
动作指示中可以包括医嘱、整体康复方案、以及用户动作的动作要点等信息,以指示用户进行用户动作。用户动作可以是在用户的康复过程中需要完成的动作序列。不同的康复用户需要医疗方案是不同的,故需要发与所述康复用户的身份信息相关联的动作指示。
参见图2,在具体实施中,动作指示可以通过如下步骤生成:
步骤S21,接收医生用户的登录信息;
步骤S22,根据所述登录信息,确定与所述医生用户关联的康复用户;
步骤S23,接收医生用户的生成指示信息,以生成与所述康复用户的身份信息相关联的动作指示。
医生可以直接在服务器登录,或者也可以通过医生终端登录。医生终端可以是台式计算机、平板电脑、手机等可以接入网络的设备。
在康复过程中,会出现同一医生用户指导不同的康复用户的情形。服务器中可以存储有医生用户和康复用户之间的关联关系,在医生用户登录后,可以查询与其关联的康复用户的病例等资料。
对同一康复用户,也可以由不同的医生用户进行指导,也即,医生用户与康复用户之间的关联关系可以变更。
医生用户可以基于康复用户的病例等资料,向服务器发送生成指示信息。生成指示信息可以直接包括动作指示,或者也可以包含选择信息,以指向服务器存储的动作指示模板,根据所述选择信息选择预设的动作指示。
康复用户的病例等病情资料,可以预存于服务器,也可以在康复用户输入身份信息后,由康复用户向服务器发送康复用户的病情资料,例如可以发送康复用户的身体状况、是否已进行手术以及手术状况等资料。
服务器可以根据康复用户的病情资料,向医生用户提供包含动作指示的模板,以供医生用户选择或修订。
医生用户的生成指示信息,可以包括对服务器提供的模板进行选择的选择信息,或者对服务器提供的模板进行修订的修订信息,或者也可以包括医生用户针对康复用户的病情资料进行定制的动作指示。
服务器向用户终端下发的动作指示可以用于指示康复用户进行用户动作,例如,用户终端可以以语音、图像、视频以及文字消息中的任一种或多种方式进行动作指示的展示,帮助康复用户知晓应完成的用户动作。
康复用户可以在用户终端的提示下,进行动作指示要求进行的用户动作。在康复用户进行用户动作的过程中,穿戴于康复用户的传感设备可以对康复用户进行检测,以得到响应于用户动作的传感信号。
具体地,用户动作可以是下肢动作、臂部动作、手指动作、头部动作、服用一定剂量的某种药物等,传感信号可以包括压力分布、加速度、位置信号、肌电信号等;为了更全面的监测用户状态,传感信号也可以包括呼吸信号、心率信号、血氧信号、脑电信号等。
可以看出,传感信号可以包括用于指示用户动作完成情况的信号,也可以包括用于指示用户身体状况的信号,以监测用户的身体状况。
用户终端可以获取上述传感信号,并决定是否将传感信号包含的信息添加至反馈信息。所述传感信号包含的信息,可以是传感参数的数值,也可以是判断传感信号后得到的判断信息,例如“正常”、“异常”等信息。
其中,传感参数可以携带于传感信号,例如可以携带压力值、位置坐标、加速度值、呼 吸频率、心跳频率等参数,具体的参数可以与传感设备具体应用到的传感器的种类以及需要获取的信号相对应。
服务器可以从用户终端接收反馈信息,由于反馈信息中可以包括指示用户动作完成情况的信号,也可以包括用于指示用户身体状况的信号,服务器可以基于反馈信息进行分析,并基于分析进行如下步骤:
步骤S13(参见图1),根据所述反馈信息更新所述动作指示。
在更新所述动作指示后,可以再次执行步骤S11中的下发与所述康复用户的身份信息相关联的动作指示,以下发更新后的动作指示。
由于反馈信息中可以反应康复用户的用户动作完成情况、康复用户在进行用户动作时的身体状况等信息,根据反馈信息更新动作指示,可以使得动作指示更贴合康复用户的实际需要,进而提升康复效果。
更新后的动作指示可以包括中止所述康复用户进行的用户动作,以避免康复用户进行不适当的用户动作时出现损伤。
在本发明一具体实现中,在传感设备生成的信号以外,反馈信息还可以包括由所述康复用户输入至用户终端的主观数据和/或客观数据,其中:所述主观数据可以用于描述所述用户的主观感受,例如用户的痛感、心理感受等,可以为用户提供可选的等级供用户选择;所述客观数据反映所述用户的客观身体状况,具体可以是通过医学仪器或医学方法进行检测后得到的数据,例如X光片、CT片、脑电图、血常规结果等,也可以是其他反应客观身体状况的数据,例如患处照片等。
在本发明另一具体实现中,所述反馈信息还可以包括医生需求数据,参见图3,可以通过如下步骤获取所述医生需求数据:
步骤S31,接收来自医生用户的需求指示信息;
步骤S32,向所述用户终端发送所述需求指示信息;
步骤S33,从所述用户终端接收针对所述需求指示信息的所述医生需求数据。
医生用户可以根据接收到的反馈信息判断当前的动作指示是否合适康复用户,以进行动作指示的调整和更新。
在本发明一实施例中,参见图4,根据所述反馈信息更新所述动作指示可以包括:
步骤S41,向医生终端发送所述反馈信息;
步骤S42,从所述医生终端接收更新指示信息,以更新所述动作指示。
在本发明另一实施例中,参见图5,根据所述反馈信息更新所述动作指示可以包括:
步骤S51,根据所述反馈信息匹配预设的模板;
步骤S52,根据所述预设的模板更新所述动作指示。
由医生进行动作指示的更新,从医学角度讲更为专业。但有些情形下,特别是康复用户出现极端异常的情况时,例如当传感参数的数值异常,或经匹配发现用户的主观数据异常,需要及时的进行动作指示的更新。此时,由服务器更新动作指示以中止用户动作,或给用户合理建议,可以更加高效和安全。
医生用户也可以对预设的模板进行确认或变更,以减少医生用户的工作量,提升康复指导方法的效率。
图3中的步骤S31至步骤S33可以在图1中步骤S11至步骤S14之前或者之后执行,或者也可以与步骤S11至步骤S14穿插或并行执行。
若图3中的步骤S31至步骤S33可以在图1中步骤S11至步骤S14之前执行,医生用户也可以参照获取到的反馈信息确定所述生成指示信息。
在本发明实施例中,通过来自用户终端的信息确定康复用户的身份信息,向用户终端下发相应的动作指示,并从用户终端接收反馈信息。反馈信息来源于传感设备,包括传感设备检测康复用户产生的传感信号中的至少一部分。由此,在本发明实施例中,既可以向康复用户下发动作指示,又可以接收响应于动作指示的反馈信息,进而可以基于反馈信息进行分析,以奠定后续更新动作指示或给用户进一步建议的基础,从而可以使得远程康复系统的效果更好。
本发明实施例还提供一种用于远程康复系统的康复指导装置,其结构示意图参见图6,可以包括:
动作指示下发单元61,适于根据来自用户终端的信息确定康复用户的身份信息,向用户终端下发与所述康复用户的身份信息相关联的动作指示;
反馈信息接收单元62,适于从用户终端接收反馈信息,所述反馈信息包括传感信号包含的信息中的至少一部分,所述传感信号来源于传感设备,所述传感设备检测所述康复用户,以生成响应于所述动作指示的所述传感信号。
在具体实施中,用于远程康复系统的康复指导装置还可以包括:
登录信息接收单元63,适于接收医生用户的登录信息;
关联确定单元64,适于根据所述登录信息,确定与所述医生用户关联的康复用户;
动作指示生成单元65,适于接收医生用户的生成指示信息,以生成与所述康复用户的身份信息相关联的动作指示。
在具体实施中,所述生成指示信息可以包括对预设的动作指示的选择信息,所述动作指示生成单元65适于根据所述选择信息选择预设的动作指示。
在具体实施中,所述用于远程康复系统的康复指导装置还可以包括:动作指示更新单元66,适于根据所述反馈信息更新所述动作指示。
在具体实施中,所述反馈信息还可以包括由所述康复用户输入至用户终端的主观数据和/或客观数据,其中:所述主观数据用于描述所述用户的主观感受,所述客观数据用于描述所述用户的客观身体状况。
参见图7,在具体实施中,所述反馈信息还可以包括医生需求数据,所述康复指导装置还可以包括:
需求指示信息接收单元71,适于接收来自医生用户的需求指示信息;
需求指示信息发送单元72,适于向所述用户终端发送所述需求指示信息;
医生需求数据接收单元73,适于从所述用户终端接收针对所述需求指示信息的所述医生需求数据。
参见图8,在一具体实现中,图6中动作指示更新单元66可以包括:
反馈信息发送子单元81,适于向医生终端发送所述反馈信息;
第一更新子单元82,适于从所述医生终端接收更新指示信息,以更新所述动作指示。
参见图9,在另一具体实现中,图6中动作指示更新单元66可以包括:
匹配子单元91,适于根据所述反馈信息匹配预设的模板;
第二更新子单元92,适于根据所述预设的模板更新所述动作指示。
在具体实施中,所述更新后的动作指示可以包括:中止所述康复用户进行的用户动作。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种用于远程康复系统的康复指导方法,其特征在于,包括:
    根据来自用户终端的信息确定康复用户的身份信息,向用户终端下发与所述康复用户的身份信息相关联的动作指示;
    从用户终端接收反馈信息,所述反馈信息包括传感信号包含的信息中的至少一部分,所述传感信号来源于传感设备,所述传感设备检测所述康复用户,以生成响应于所述动作指示的所述传感信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于远程康复系统的康复指导方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收医生用户的登录信息;
    根据所述登录信息,确定与所述医生用户关联的康复用户;
    接收医生用户的生成指示信息,以生成与所述康复用户的身份信息相关联的动作指示。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于远程康复系统的康复指导方法,其特征在于,所述生成指示信息包括对预设的动作指示的选择信息,所述生成与所述康复用户的身份信息相关联的动作指示包括:根据所述选择信息选择预设的动作指示。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于远程康复系统的康复指导方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述反馈信息更新所述动作指示;
    所述向用户终端下发与所述康复用户的身份信息相关联的动作指示包括:下发更新后的动作指示。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于远程康复系统的康复指导方法,其特征在于,所述反馈信息还包括由所述康复用户输入至用户终端的主观数据和/或客观数据,其中:所述主观数据用于描述所述用户的主观感受,所述客观数据用于描述所述用户的客观身体状况。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的用于远程康复系统的康复指导方法,其特征在于,所述反馈信息还包括医生需求数据,所述康复指导方法还包括:
    接收来自医生用户的需求指示信息;
    向所述用户终端发送所述需求指示信息;
    从所述用户终端接收针对所述需求指示信息的所述医生需求数据。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的用于远程康复系统的康复指导方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述反馈信息更新所述动作指示包括:
    向医生终端发送所述反馈信息;
    从所述医生终端接收更新指示信息,以更新所述动作指示。

    根据所述反馈信息匹配预设的模板;

  10. 一种用于远程康复系统的康复指导装置,其特征在于,包括:
    动作指示下发单元,适于根据来自用户终端的信息确定康复用户的身份信息,向用户终端下发与所述康复用户的身份信息相关联的动作指示;
    反馈信息接收单元,适于从用户终端接收反馈信息,所述反馈信息包括传感信号包含的信息中的至少一部分,所述传感信号来源于传感设备,所述传感设备检测所述康复用户,以生成响应于所述动作指示的所述传感信号。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于远程康复系统的康复指导装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    登录信息接收单元,适于接收医生用户的登录信息;
