Abstract

The invention relates to an attire for facilitating the use of stones for chakras, characterised in that it comprises at least one garment (10, 11, 12, 13) covering, as a whole, at least the trunk of the user, from the neck to the crotch, in which there is a series of pockets (2) that are vertically aligned in relation to the centre thereof and arranged, on the front part and/or the rear part of said garment or garments, so as to match some of the points of the body of the user known as "chakras", i.e. the perineum, the sacrum, the solar plexus, the heart and the throat, said pockets being designed to receive a stone (3) in each one.

ATTENTION TO FACILITATE THE USE OF STONES FOR CHAKRAS

D E S C R I P C I O N OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The invention, as stated in the present specification, refers to an outfit to facilitate the use of stones for chakras that provides, to the function to which it is intended, advantages and characteristics, which will be described in detail below, which are a remarkable novelty.

More specifically, the object of the invention focuses on one or more garments provided with a set of pockets strategically located in coincidence with the points of the user's body where the energy centers known as "chakras" are located, for the purpose of allow the placement in them of certain stones whose properties are capable of helping the energy channeling so that the energy of these chakras flows.

FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION

The field of application of the present invention is framed within the sector of the clothing industry, while focusing on the field of industry dedicated to the manufacture of support elements and accessories for performing body energy activation treatments .

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

According to Hinduism, the chakras are immeasurable (non-measurable) energy centers located in the human body. According to Hindu doctrines, the chakras are six, but according to theosophy and Gnosticism there are seven.

Said chakras are located in points aligned and distributed along the longitudinal axis of the body consisting specifically of the following: root chakra 1, located in the area of the perineum; 2 sacral chakra, located in the area of the sacrum bone; solar plexus chakra 3, located in the solar plexus; heart chakra 4, at the height of the heart; throat chakra 5, in the throat; chakra 6 of the third eye, located on the forehead; and crown chakra 7, above the head.

On the other hand, thanks to the physical properties of minerals and semi-precious stones, constituted in the geological process of their formation, it is considered that they can channel energy.

Therefore, it is understood that when the energetic properties of semiprecious stones are united, with the energy points of the body constituted by the aforementioned chakras, the capacity of energy channeling of the minerals can be used to help unlock the chakras so that the flow vital energy.

In addition, to optimize said capacity, each chakra has an associated semi-precious stone that helps to channel the energy of that particular chakra, said association being normally the following:

CHAKRA 1.- Ruby, red coral, garnet and red jasper

CHAKRA 2.- Amber, carnelian agate, moonstone, orange citrine and orange calcite.

CHAKRA 3.- Citrine quartz, tiger's eye, yellow aventurine, yellow topaz, pyrite and amber CHAKRA 4.- Emerald, prehnite, green quartz, jade, green agate and green aventurine, green quartz, venturine and olivine.

CHAKRA 5.- Turquoise, angel, chalcedony and blue topaz.

CHAKRA 6.- Amethyst, Sodalite, Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli

CHAKRA 7.- Crystal quartz, transparent quartz, golden calcite, amethyst, selenite, diamond.

And, the purpose is to channel the energy in the different organs of the human body, specifically as follows: CHAKRA 1.- Reproductive organs (ovaries, testicles) and prostate.

CHAKRA 2.- Abdomen, spleen.

CHAKRA 3.- Abdomen, intestine

CHAKRA 4.- Heart and lungs.

CHAKRA 5.- Throat, voice, thyroid

CHAKRA 6.- Brain. CHAKRA 7.- Head. It is associated with knowledge, understanding and everything that has to do with the mind. Our union with the Universe, the will, the inspiration.

The most important benefits are:

- Revitalize each aural or energetic body and with it the physical body.

- Cause the development of different aspects of self-awareness, since each CHAKRA is related to a specific psychological function

- Transmit energy between the aural levels. Almost all physical ailments begin in the emotional field. Health and its problems are directly related to these energy points that control the balance of emotions.

In any case, said channeling occurs through the placement of the stones on the back or back of the person, coinciding with the points of the mentioned chakras. The greater the contact exposure between the stone and the chakra, the more effective it will produce.

It would be desirable, then, to have a means to be able to use the stones in any position and moment, since until now, in order to achieve the aforementioned benefits it is essential to be lying and motionless with the stones located on the chakras.

The attire of the invention has said objective, that is to say, to be able to take advantage of the properties of the stones in any position thanks to the design of the pockets provided therein, allowing users to use it, to be able to carry the stones without any problem. discomfort, no time limit or restriction, which can constantly benefit from its effect.

As a reference to the current state of the art, it should be noted that, although there are innumerable types and models of garments with pockets of all kinds, at least on the part of the applicant, the existence of none with a similar application or present technical, structural and constitutive characteristics equal to or similar to those presented in the garment that is recommended herein and as claimed. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

The attire to facilitate the use of stones for chakras that the invention proposes is thus configured as a remarkable novelty within its field of application, since, according to its implementation and in a restrictive manner, the aforementioned objectives are satisfactorily achieved , the characterizing details that make it possible and distinguish it from what is already known conveniently included in the final claims accompanying the present description.

Specifically, what the invention proposes, as noted above, is an outfit that, made up of one or more garments, covers at least the user's trunk from the neck to the leg, presenting the particularity of having a set of pockets strategically located in coincidence with the points of the body of the user in which the so-called "chakras" are located, in order to allow the placement inside each of said pockets a certain type of stone that helps to channel the energy of the body in said points.

More specifically, the outfit consists of either a body or a t-shirt and an eslip or panty, depending on whether it is for men or women, in whose front and, preferably also, at the back, it has five pockets aligned in its center in coincidence with the points of the body in which the chakras are found, that is, at the height of the perineum, the sacral bone, the solar plexus, the heart and the throat. Logically, depending on the sizes, this position may vary from one shirt to another to suit each person, without discarding the possibility that the pockets are non-permanent fixation, for example by means of sailboat strips, buttons, zippers or other means, and they can move from position to adjust them to given person. In any case, the pockets can be incorporated by the external part or by the internal part of the garment and present variable size to adapt to the stones.

Additionally, the attire also contemplates one more garment for the head, which, consisting of a ribbon or hat, has at least one pocket more likely to be able to be in coincidence with the forehead and with the upper part of the head of the Username. The described attire to facilitate the use of stones for chakras represents, therefore, an innovation of structural and constitutive characteristics unknown until now, reasons that together with its practical utility, provide it with sufficient grounds to obtain the privilege of exclusivity that is requested.

To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is attached, as an integral part thereof, of a set of drawings, in which with character Illustrative and not limiting, the following has been represented:

Figures 1 and 2.- They show elevational views, of the front and back, respectively, of a first example of carrying out the outfit to facilitate the use of stones for chakras, object of the invention, specifically an example consisting of a body, appreciating the parts and elements that it comprises, as well as their arrangement, in particular the pockets to incorporate the stones. Figures 3 and 4.- They show elevational views, of the front and back respectively, of a second example of embodiment of the attire of the invention, in this case an example consisting of shirt and slip or panties.

And figures 5 and 6 show two perspective views of a headband and a hat, respectively, as an additional accessory element of the garment, according to the invention, to place stones in the forehead chakra and / or the crown.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the aforementioned figures and in accordance with the numbering adopted, different examples of the attire of the invention can be observed therein, which comprises the parts and elements indicated and described in detail below.

Thus, as observed in said figures, the attire (1) in question is made up of one or more garments (10, 1, 1, 12, 13) which together cover at least the user's trunk from the neck to the between the legs, in which a series of pockets (2), preferably five, vertically aligned in its center and located, by the front and / or back thereof, coinciding with some of the points of the user's body known as "chakras", that is, at the height of the perineum, the sacral bone, the solar plexus, the heart and the throat, each one intended to house inside a stone (3) that helps to channel the energy of the body at said points.

According to figures 1 and 2, it is observed how, in an embodiment option, the outfit (1) is a body type garment (10) with five pockets (2) in its front part (figure 1) and five pockets (2 ) on its back (figure 2) coinciding with the points indicated above.

And, in an alternative embodiment option, appreciable in figures 3 and 4, the outfit (1) is made up of two garments, a shirt (11) and an eslip or panty (12), counting the shirts (1 1) with four pockets (2) in its anterior part, coinciding with four points of "chakras", those located at the height of the sacrum bone, the solar plexus, the heart and the throat (figure 3), and, preferably, with four more pockets (2), located at the same heights on the back (figure 4), while the eslip or panty (12) has one or two more pockets (2) on the front and, optionally, the back, which will coincide with the chakra of the perineum area.

Additionally, the attire (1) also contemplates a headwear (13), consisting of a ribbon or a hat, which, with at least one other pocket (2) or two, is capable of being in coincidence with the forehead and / or with the top of the head. An example of said head garment (13) constituted as a tape with a single pocket (2) for incorporating stones (3) is shown in Figure 5, while Figure 6 shows an alternative option in which the garment for head (13) is a cap with two pockets (2) to incorporate stones (3). In any case, all pockets (2) may be incorporated into the garments (10, 11, 12, 13) in a fixed and permanent manner or by means of non-permanent fixing means, such as sailboat strips, buttons, zippers or other means, which allow them to move from position to adjust them to a given person in coincidence with the zones of the chakras. In addition, the pockets (2) can be incorporated by the external part or by the internal part of the garment and have a variable size to adapt to different sizes of stones, which, preferably, have a size of about 2.5 cm in diameter and a thickness between 1.5 to 2.5 cm.

Describing sufficiently the nature of the present invention, as well as the way of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make its explanation more extensive so that any person skilled in the art understands its scope and the advantages that derive from it, stating that, within its essentiality, it may be carried out in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection that is sought provided that it does not alter, change or modify its fundamental principle .

Claims

1. - ATTENTION TO FACILITATE THE USE OF STONES FOR CHAKRAS, characterized by comprising one or more garments (10, 1, 1, 12, 13) that together cover, at least, the user's trunk from the neck to between the leg, in which a series of pockets (2) vertically aligned in its center and located, by the front and / or rear part of said garment or garments, in coincidence with some of the points of the user's body known as "chakras" are contemplated. , that is, at the height of the perineum, the sacral bone, the solar plexus, the heart and the throat, being able to house a stone (3) inside each one of them.
