本发明涉及电子装置领域,尤其涉及一种盖板组件、显示屏组件及电子装置。
背景技术
在相关技术中,某些手机包括盖板、装饰圈及指纹识别模块,盖板开设有通孔,装饰圈设置在通孔中以使得手机的外观更加美观。指纹识别模块设置在装饰圈中。然而,装饰圈可能会相对于手机的盖板移动,不利于用户进行指纹识别操作。

下文的公开提供了许多不同的实施方式或例子用来实现本发明的不同结构。为了简化本发明的公开,下文中对特定例子的部件和设置进行描述。当然,它们仅仅为示例,并且目的不在于限制本发明。此外,本发明可以在不同例子中重复参考数字和/或参考字母,这种重复是为了简化和清楚的目的,其本身不指示所讨论各种实施方式和/或设置之间的关系。此外,本发明提供了的各种特定的工艺和材料的例子,但是本领域普通技术人员可以意识到其他工艺的应用和/或其他材料的使用。
请参阅图1-图3,本发明实施方式的盖板组件100包括盖板10、装饰圈20、指纹识别模块30及支撑片40。装饰圈20设置在盖板10中,指纹识别模块30设置在装饰圈20中,支撑片40与盖板10固定连接,并承载装饰圈20。
请结合图4,本发明实施方式的盖板组件100可应用于电子装置200,电子装置200例如为手机、智能穿戴设备或平板电脑等电子装置200。可以理解,电子装置200包括但不限于本实施方式的示例。
具体地,请参阅图3,盖板10包括上表面11及下表面12。可以理解,盖板10的上表面11为盖板组件100的外观面,朝向用户。用户可以在上表面11上进行手势操作,例如点击或滑动以控制电子装置200实现相应的功能。
盖板10的材料可以由玻璃、陶瓷或蓝宝石等透光材料制成。由于盖板10由于作为电子装置200的输入零件,盖板10经常受到碰撞或刮划等接触。例如,用户将电子装置200放入口袋时,盖板10可能被用户口袋中的钥匙刮划而损伤。
因此,盖板10的材料可以采用硬度较大的材料,例如以上的蓝宝石材料。当然,也可以在盖板10的上表面11附设上保护板以防止盖板10被刮伤。
由于盖板10由透光材料制成,因此,用户可以通过盖板10查看电子装置200的屏幕所显示的内容。
可以理解,盖板10的形状可以根据电子装置200的形状具体设计,例如为圆角矩形。
进一步地,盖板10开设有安装通孔13。本实施方式中,安装通孔13为贯穿上表面11及下表面12的通孔。
本实施方式中,安装通孔13呈长圆体形。当然,在其他实施方式中,安装通孔13可以根据具体需求设计呈不同的形状,例如圆形或椭圆形的形状。因此,本实施方式的安装通孔13的形状的示例不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在某些实施方式中,装饰圈20设置在安装通孔13中,并且与盖板10固定连接。指纹识别模块30收容在装饰圈20中,且与装饰圈20固定连接。例如,指纹识别模块30通过胶体与装饰圈20粘接固定在一起。
一般地,电子装置200的受话器设置在电子装置200的顶部区域。因此,为了防止安装通孔13与受话器发生干涉,较佳地,安装通孔13开设在盖板10的底部区域,从而为安装通孔13的提供较大的设计空间。另外,安装通孔13开设在盖板10底部区域的中间位置,使得盖板10呈大致对称的结构。这样一来使得电子装置200更加美观,二来方便用户操作。
请一并参阅图3、图7及图8,在某些实施方式中,装饰圈20包括基环21及自基环21的顶部向外延伸的抵持部22,抵持部22包括与基环21的外侧面211连接的抵持面221,抵持面221与基环21的外侧面211的夹角为直角或钝 角,抵持面221抵靠在盖板10上,以限制装饰圈20相对于盖板10向下移动。
如此,由于装饰圈20可以通过抵持面221抵靠在盖板10上,从而限制装饰圈20相对于盖板10向下移动,有利于用户体验。
具体地,安装通孔13的侧壁131与上表面11的相交处倾斜连接以形成限位面14,限位面14与抵持面221相配,抵持面221抵靠在限位面14上。
如此,限位面14可以使得装饰圈20可以收容在安装通孔13中,从而使得电子装置200的更加美观。
在某些实施方式中,抵持部22包括与抵持面221相背的导引斜面222,导引斜面222连接基环21的内侧面212并朝基环21的内侧面212向下倾斜。
如此,导引斜面222可导引用户的手指顺利进入基环21内以进行指纹识别操作,可提高用户进行指纹识别操作的准确率。进一步地,可以在导引斜面222上镀上发亮的金属层(例如铬层),以使基环21更加美观。
可以理解,导引斜面222为环形面,这样可方便用户从各个方向将手指置入基环21内以按压指纹识别模块30,从而进行指纹识别操作。
在某些实施方式中,基环21的外侧面211形成有沿基环21的周向延伸的凹槽215。进一步地,盖板组件100包括设置在凹槽215中密封圈50,密封圈50密封基环21的外侧面211与安装通孔13之间的间隙。密封圈50例如为硅胶密封圈。
如此,凹槽215有利于固定密封圈50,以使密封圈50可以密封基环21的外侧面211有安装通孔13之间的间隙,这样可以防止水、灰尘等杂物从基环21的外侧面211与安装通孔13之间的间隙进入电子装置200内而影响电子装置200正常工作。
在某些实施方式中,装饰圈20包括自基环21的内侧面212的底部向内延伸的支撑边23,进一步地,指纹识别模块30支撑在支撑边23上。如此,支撑边23可以支撑并定位指纹识别模块30,从而提高指纹识别模块30与装饰圈20 的装配效率。
也即是说,指纹识别模块30支撑在支撑边23上。将指纹识别模块30装入基环21内时,可以从上往下按压指纹识别模块30,如果指纹识别模块30的位置不能再移动,则表示指纹识别模块30已抵靠在支撑边23上,并安装到了预定位置。
可以理解,基环21形成有中心孔213,支撑边23位于中心孔213内。中心孔213可以呈直柱状,或者说,基环21的内侧面212呈直线状,以便于指纹识别模块30快速地装入中心孔213内。
中心孔213及支撑边23可以通过切削加工的方式去除零件上的材料形成,也可以通过铸造等方式形成。
为了保证装饰圈20的强度,较佳地,装饰圈20的材料为金属,例如不锈钢材料,从而满足装饰圈20的强度要求,还具有耐腐蚀性,提高了装饰圈20的寿命。当然,装饰圈20也可以使用塑料等其他材料制成。
在某些实施方式中,支撑边23垂直于基环21的内侧面212。
如此,支撑边23容易形成,可以降低基环21的制造成本。另外,当制造盖板组件100时,支撑边23位于水平位置,基环21的内侧面212位于竖直位置,使得与支撑边23配合的指纹识别模块30的面为水平面,这样可以简化支撑在支撑边23上的指纹识别模块30的结构。
在某些实施方式中,基环21包括底面214,支撑边23的下表面与基环21的底面214平齐。
在同等高度的基环21中,如以上设置,基环21内可以形成较大的容置空间,以保证指纹识别模块30可以收容在基环21内。
或者说,在指纹识别模块30的厚度不变的情况下,基环21的高度较小,从而可以降低盖板组件100的厚度,进而可以为电子装置200的厚度减薄提供设计基础。
请参阅图7及图8,在某些实施方式中,支撑边23形成有与基环21的中心孔213连通的避让孔231。
请结合图5及图6,如此,避让孔231有利于与指纹识别模块30连接的柔性电路板60的走线布局。例如,柔性电路板60可以穿过避让孔231以与指纹识别模块30连。
在某些实施方式中,避让孔231呈圆角矩形,避让孔231的长边侧壁开设有与避让孔231连通的避让槽232,避让槽232沿避让孔231的长度方向延伸。
例如图6所示,柔性电路板60与指纹识别模块30连接后,先向避让槽232的方向延伸,然后弯曲迂回。因此,避让槽232可以防止柔性电路板60与避让孔231的侧壁发生干涉,有利于柔性电路板60布线。
请再次参阅图5,在某些实施方式中,指纹识别模块30包括封装体31及指纹识别芯片32。
具体地,用户进行指纹解锁电子装置200的操作时,可将手指放置在与指纹识别芯片32对应的位置。指纹识别芯片32的信号透过封装体31以采集识别用户的指纹图案,将用户的指纹图案与预存的指纹图案进行匹配,若匹配成功,则解锁电子装置200。
可以理解,指纹识别芯片32朝向用户的手指的表面设置有感测像素阵列,以采集用户的指纹图案。封装体31封装指纹识别芯片32可以减少感测像素阵列在采集指纹图案时受到其他干扰信号的影响,以提高识别的准确率。
在某些实施方式中,指纹识别模块30的顶面设置有覆盖板33。例如,覆盖板33通过胶体固定在指纹识别模块30的顶面上。
用户在进行指纹识别操作时,手指可以按压在覆盖板33上。覆盖板33可以保护封装体31不受损坏,以提高指纹识别模块30的可靠性。
覆盖板33由于经常受到触碰,因此,覆盖板33可使用硬度较高的材料制成,例如以上提及的蓝宝石材料。
在某些实施方式中,覆盖板33的形状及大小与指纹识别模块30的顶面的形状及大小配合。
例如,指纹识别模块30的顶面的形状呈长圆形,覆盖板33的形状也呈长圆形。覆盖板33的面积略大于指纹识别模块30的顶面的面积。因此,覆盖板33可以完全覆盖指纹识别模块30。
请参参阅图5及图8,在某些实施方式中,支撑片40包括自安装通孔13的周缘向通孔的中心延伸的支撑部41,装饰圈20设置于安装通孔13中并与支撑部41固定连接。例如,装饰圈20与支撑部41通过粘接的方式固定连接。又如,装饰圈20与支撑部41通过焊接的方式固定连接。
如此,由于支撑片40与盖板10固定连接,并且装饰圈20与支撑片40固定连接,从而可以防止装饰圈20相对于盖板10运动,有利于用户按压装饰圈20中的指纹识别模块30以进行指纹识别操作。
在某些实施方式中,支撑片40包括固定在盖板10的下表面12的固定部42,固定部42与支撑部41固定连接。
或者说,支撑片40自安装通孔13的周缘外先延伸至安装通孔13的周缘,然后自安装通孔13的周缘向安装通孔13的中心延伸。
支撑片40固定在盖板10的下表面12有利于支撑片40与盖板10固定连接,例如,支撑片40可以通过粘接的方式固定在盖板10的下表面12。
在某些实施方式中,支撑片40的固定部42围绕安装通孔13设置,支撑部41绕安装通孔13的周向延伸。如此,支撑部41与装饰圈20接触的面积较大,有利于装饰圈20稳定地支撑在支撑部41上。
在某些实施方式中,支撑部41形成有向装饰圈20凸出的凸起43,装饰圈20抵靠在凸起43上。
如此,凸起43可以增加支撑部41的强度,当按压指纹识别模块30时,支撑部41不易变形。在一个例子中,支撑片40由金属片制成,凸起43为支撑片 40的压型。本实施方式中,凸起43绕支撑部41的周向间隔分布成多个凸起43,例如在图9中,凸起43间隔分布成2个凸起43。
请参阅图3及图6,在某些实施方式中,支撑部41形成有穿孔411,盖板组件100包括卡片70,卡片70折弯形成有卡口71,卡片70与装饰圈20固定连接,并从穿孔411的边缘通过卡口71夹持支撑部41,以限制装饰圈20相对于支撑片40移动。
如此,卡片70可以防止装饰圈20移动,有利于指纹识别模块30进行指纹识别。
本实施方式中,卡片70的数量为两个,两个卡片70分别夹持在穿孔411的长度方向的两端。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,卡片70的数量及夹持位置可以根据实际情况具体而定。
在一个例子中,在组装盖板组件100时,可现将支撑片40固定在盖板10的下表面12,然后将固定有未对折前的卡片70的装饰圈20装入安装通孔13中,并使卡片70穿过穿孔411,在装饰圈20支撑在支撑部41之后将卡片70对折,从而使卡片70形成卡口71并夹持支撑部41,最后将指纹识别模块30安装在装饰圈20的基环21内。
请参阅图10,本实用新型还提供了一种显示屏组件300,显示屏组件300包括实施方式的盖板组件100及显示屏302,显示屏302设置在盖板10的下表面12。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施方式”、“某些实施方式”、“示意性实施方式”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合所述实施方式或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施方式或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施方式或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施方式或示例中以合适的方式结合。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施方式进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种盖板组件,其特征在于,包括:
    盖板,所述盖板开设有安装通孔;
    与所述盖板固定连接的支撑片,所述支撑片包括自所述安装通孔的周缘向所述安装通孔的中心延伸的支撑部;和
    装饰圈,所述装饰圈设置于所述安装通孔中并与所述支撑部固定连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的盖板组件,其特征在于,所述支撑部形成有向所述装饰圈凸出的凸起,所述装饰圈抵靠在所述凸起上。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的盖板组件,其特征在于,所述装饰圈与所述支撑部通过粘接和/或焊接的方式固定连接。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的盖板组件,其特征在于,所述盖板包括下表面,所述支撑片包括固定在所述下表面的固定部,所述固定部与所述支撑部固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的盖板组件,其特征在于,所述固定部围绕所述安装通孔设置,所述支撑部绕所述安装通孔的周向延伸。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的盖板组件,其特征在于,所述装饰圈包括基环及自所述基环的顶部向外延伸的抵持部,所述抵持部包括与所述基环的外侧面连接的抵持面,所述抵持面与所述基环的外侧面的夹角为直角或钝角,所述抵持面用于抵靠在所述盖板上,以限制所述装饰圈相对于所述盖板向下移动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的盖板组件,其特征在于,所述盖板包括上表面,所述安装通孔的侧壁与所述上表面的相交处倾斜连接以形成限位面,所述限位面与所述抵持面相配,所述抵持面抵靠在所述限位面上。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的盖板组件,其特征在于,所述抵持部包括与所述抵持面相背的导引斜面,所述导引斜面连接所述基环的内侧面并朝所述基环的内侧面向下倾斜。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的盖板组件,其特征在于,所述基环的外侧面形成有沿所述基环的周向延伸的凹槽,所述盖板组件包括设置在所述凹槽中密封圈,所述密封圈密封所述基环的外侧面与所述安装通孔之间的间隙。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的盖板组件,其特征在于,所述装饰圈包括自所述基环的底部向内延伸的支撑边。
  11. 如权利要求1或2所述的盖板组件,其特征在于,所述支撑部形成有穿孔,所述盖板组件包括卡片,所述卡片折弯形成有卡口,所述卡片与所述装饰圈固定连接,并从所述穿孔的边缘通过所述卡口夹持所述支撑部,以限制所述装饰圈相对于所述支撑片移动。
  12. 如权利要求1或2所述的盖板组件,其特征在于,所述盖板组件包括收容在所述装饰圈中的指纹识别模块,所述指纹识别模块用于进行指纹识别。
  13. 一种显示屏组件,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1-12任意一项所述的盖板组件;和
    显示屏,所述显示屏设置在所述盖板的下表面。
  14. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求13所述的显示屏组件。
