其中,刀座气口内设有环形凸台及弹性件,所述弹性件套设于所述第一阀体,且所述弹性件的一端设于所述环形凸台上,所述弹性件的另一端与所述第一部件连接,所述弹性件用以对所述第一部件施加拉力以使所述第一部件始终抵接于所述圆柱形凸台的顶面上。
其中,所述真空料理机还包括第二密封件,所述第一单向阀还包括第二部件,所述第二部件设于所述第一阀体远离所述第一部件的一端,所述第二密封件套设于所述第一阀体上,且所述第二密封件的一端与所述第二部件连接,所述第二密封件用以在抽真空后堵塞所述第一阀体与所述刀座气口之间的间隙,以实现对所述刀座气口的密封。
优选地,所述第一单向阀的材质为硅胶。
其中,所述顶盖包括顶盖本体及承载板,所述顶盖本体上设有所述容腔,所述承载板设于所述刀座及所述顶盖本体之间,且所述承载板封盖所述容腔的开口,所述抽真空机构设于所述承载板的上端面,以使所述抽真空机构位于所述容腔内。
其中,真空料理机还包括第二单向阀,所述第二单向阀包括连接板及设于所述连接板上的第二阀体,所述连接板设于所述承载板上,所述承载板的中心处开设有通孔,所述第二阀体穿过所述通孔并朝向所述刀具设置,所述第二阀体上开设有所述泵体气口,所述抽真空机构的抽气嘴伸入所述泵体气口内。
优选地,所述第二单向阀的材质为硅胶。
其中,所述承载板的上端面设置有用以支撑固定所述抽真空机构的承载架。
其中,所述顶盖还包括盖板,所述盖板盖设于所述顶盖本体远离所述承载板的一端,所述控制主板设于所述盖板的下端面。
其中,所述盖板的上端面设置有按键,所述按键电性连接于所述控制主板,所述按键用以控制所述抽真空机构的开启或关闭。
其中,所述搅拌容器上设置有握持把手。
本发明提供的真空料理机与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)结构紧凑小巧,占用空间少。本发明提供的真空料理机通过将刀座设于搅拌容器的顶部开口,然后将顶盖设于刀座上,并使得抽真空机构设置在顶盖内,从而替代了将抽真空机构设置在搅拌底座内而导致底座整体体积增加,在无需进行抽真空时,可将顶盖与刀座分离,方便用户整理存放,减少空间的占用。
(2)便于携带外出。本发明提供的真空料理机采用顶盖与刀座可分离连接,当需要进行抽真空时,只需将顶盖与刀座连接,即可实现抽真空。而当抽真空完成后,由于刀座上的刀座气口是气密性连通于搅拌容器的工作腔的,因此,
在抽真空完成后,刀座气口能够保持其气密性,即,使得搅拌容器也具有密封功能,在用户需要将抽真空后的果汁携带外出时,只需将顶盖拆下即可,无需将果汁倒在其他容器,确保果汁的真空效果,同时也方便用户携带外出。

请一并参阅图1至图4,为本发明实施例提供的真空料理机100的结构示意图。真空料理机100包括搅拌容器10、刀座20、顶盖30、抽真空机构40以及气体通道。其中,搅拌容器10设有顶部开口的工作腔11。刀座20与搅拌容器10连接,以封盖工作腔11的顶部开口,刀座20上设有刀具21,刀具21伸入工作腔11内,用以粉碎或搅拌工作腔11内的食物。顶盖30与刀座20连接,且顶盖30设有朝向刀座20开口的容腔31,容腔31内设有控制主板32。抽真空机构40设于顶盖30的容腔31内,抽真空机构40与控制主板32电性连接,抽真空机构40设有抽气嘴42和排气嘴43。气体通道包括刀座气口22和泵体气口(未图示),气体通道用于在刀座气口22和泵体气口之间气密性输送气体。其中,泵体气口气密性连接于抽真空机构40的抽气嘴42。当将顶盖30连接于刀座20上时,刀座气口22气密性连通于搅拌容器10的工作腔11,泵体气口气密性连接于刀座气口22。
本发明实施例提供的真空料理机100,通过将顶盖30连接于刀座20上,当搅拌容器10内的食物搅拌完成后,即可使用顶盖30内的抽真空机构40对搅拌容器10内的食物进行抽真空。在抽真空完成后,用户可选择将顶盖30与刀座20分离,搅拌容器10内的食物能够经由刀座20保持真空状态并便于用户直接将搅拌容器10携带外出。整个真空料理机100结构简单,且连接配合使用方便快捷,有利于提高用户的使用便捷性。
在本实施例中,搅拌容器10可为仅具有顶部开口的容器,且为了便于用户携带外出,搅拌容器10上设置有握持把手12。
可以得知的是,在本实施例中,气体通道可为形成于刀座20及顶盖30之间的气路腔道(未图示),该气路腔道的两通气端分别为刀座气口和泵体气口。即,在刀座20及顶盖30之间设置一个气路腔道,以便于输送气体。或者,气体通道可为连接于刀座20及顶盖30之间的气管(未图示),气管的两通气端分别为刀座气口22及泵体气口。即,可在泵体气口及刀座气口22之间设置气
管,利用气管来达到输送气体的目的。
请一并参阅图2、图4至图7,在本实施例中,刀座20为中空的圆柱形结构,刀座20的中空部内设有分隔板24,分隔板24将刀座20的中空部分隔成第一腔体24a及第二腔体24b,第一腔体24a的开口朝向顶盖30设置,第二腔体24b的开口朝向搅拌容器10的工作腔11设置。具体地,为了便于刀座20与搅拌容器10连接,在第二腔体24b的内壁上设置有内螺纹241,相应的,在搅拌容器10的顶部外壁上设置有外螺纹101,该内螺纹241与外螺纹101连接,以实现刀座20与搅拌容器10的螺纹连接。由于刀座20内设置有分隔板24,该分隔板24为圆形板,且当刀座20与搅拌容器10连接时,分隔板24封盖于搅拌容器10的顶部开口,因此,刀座20能够作为搅拌容器10的盖子,便于后续抽真空完成后用户可直接将搅拌容器10及刀座20携带外出。
进一步地,在分隔板24的上端面中心处向分隔板24的下端面凹陷形成一凹陷部24c,刀具21设于分隔板24的下端面中心处,且刀具21包括刀片21a、转轴21b及刀盖21c,转轴21b的一端与刀片21a连接,转轴21b的另一端穿过凹陷部24c,刀盖21c与转轴21b的另一端固定连接。具体地,当利用刀具21对搅拌容器10内的食物进行搅拌时,需要借助额外的动力,以驱动刀具21运转进行搅拌。因此,在需要对搅拌容器10内的食物进行搅拌时,需先将顶盖30与刀座20分离,然后将刀座20与外接底座连接,即,将转轴21b的另一端与外接底座(未图示)上的驱动机构(例如电机)连接,经由外接底座上的驱动机构来驱动转轴21b转动,进而带动刀片21a转动,以实现对搅拌容器10内的食物进行搅拌。
进一步地,为了提高刀座20与搅拌容器10的连接密封性,在分隔板24的下端面设有朝向搅拌容器10的工作腔11凸起的台阶24d,真空料理机100还包括第一密封件50,第一密封件50套设于台阶24d的外周缘,第一密封件50包括第一密封面(未标示)及第二密封面(未标示),第一密封面紧贴于分隔板24的下端面设置,当刀座20与搅拌容器10连接时,第一密封件50的第二密封面紧贴于搅拌容器10的工作腔11顶面设置,从而确保分隔板24在封闭工作腔11的开口时的密封性。优选地,第一密封件50为密封圈。
进一步地,在分隔板24的上端面上设置有圆柱形凸台24e,圆柱形凸台24e上开设有贯穿分隔板24的通孔,以形成上述的刀座气口22,在刀座气口22上
设置有第一单向阀25,以确保在抽真空时实现气体经由搅拌容器10的工作腔11向刀座气口22输送,而避免气体经由刀座气口22反向向搅拌容器10的工作腔11输送的目的。具体地,第一单向阀25选用硅胶材质制成,以具有良好的密封性能。第一单向阀25包括第一阀体25a及第一部件25b,第一阀体25a伸入刀座气口22内,第一部件25b与第一阀体25a连接,且第一部件25b抵接于圆柱形凸台24e的顶面上。优选地,第一部件25b为一体成型于第一阀体25a上的圆形盖板结构,第一部件25b完全贴合于于圆柱形凸台24e的顶面设置,以确保刀座气口22的密封性。
进一步地,在刀座气口22内设有环形凸台22a及弹性件22b,弹性件22b套设在第一阀体25a上,且弹性件22b的一端设于环形凸台22a上,弹性件22b的另一端与第一部件25b连接,弹性件22b用以对第一部件25b施加拉力以使第一部件25b始终抵接于圆柱形凸台24e的顶面上。具体地,当在抽真空完成后,当将顶盖30与刀座20分离时,第一部件25b有可能在气体的作用下向上顶出(即,顶出圆柱形凸台24e的顶面的方向),此时,若第一部件25b被顶出的话,则搅拌容器10内的气体有可能经由第一部件25b与刀座气口22的间隙渗出,从而导致搅拌容器10内的真空环境失效。因此,为了防止上述情况的发生,在刀座气口22内设置该弹性件22b,利用弹性件22b的拉力作用,当第一部件25b被顶出时,弹性件22b能够施加反向于该第一部件25b的顶出力的拉力将第一部件25b拉回,从而使得第一部件25b始终牢牢地抵接在圆柱形凸台24e的顶面上,保证搅拌容器10内的真空环境。优选地,弹性件22b为弹簧。
进一步地,为了进一步提高刀座气口22的气密性,真空料理机100还包括第二密封件25d,第一单向阀25还包括第二部件25c,第二部件25c设于第一阀体25a远离第一部件25b的一端,即,第二部件25c设于第一阀体25a的底端(位于刀座气口22内部的一端),第二密封件25d套设于第一阀体25a上,且第二密封件25d的一端与第二部件25c连接,该第二密封件25d用以在抽真空后堵塞第一阀体25a与刀座气口22之间的间隙,以实现对刀座气口22的密封。具体地,第二部件25c为一体成型于第一阀体25a上的圆柱形凸台,且为了便于设置第二密封件25d,在第二部件25c与第一阀体25a的连接处设置有连接块25e,连接块25e为圆柱形凸台结构,且连接块25e的外径小于第一阀体25a及第二部件25c的外径。第二密封件25d套设于连接块25e上,且第二密封
件25d的外周缘抵接于刀座气口22的内壁面,以进一步地确保刀座气口22的气密性。优选地,第二密封件25d为密封圈。
请参阅图2、图4、图5及图8,顶盖30包括顶盖本体33及承载板34,顶盖本体33上设有上述的容腔31,承载板34设于刀座20及顶盖本体33之间,且承载板34封盖容腔31的开口。在本实施例中,顶盖本体33为中空的圆柱形结构,以便于与刀座20配合连接。承载板34为圆形板状结构,以与顶盖本体33的容腔31相匹配。具体地,为了确保与刀座20的连接气密性,在承载板34的外周缘上设置有环形槽(未图示),在环形槽内设置有密封圈34a,当承载板34与刀座20连接时,该密封圈34a挤压于刀座20的内壁面及承载板34的环形槽之间。
进一步地,在承载板34的上端面上设置有用以支撑固定抽真空机构40的承载架,承载架由一体成型于承载板34上的两相对设置的固定板34b形成,该两固定板34b上设置有承载槽341,抽真空机构40位于该两固定板34b的承载槽341内。
进一步地,为了保持刀座气口22与泵体气口的连接气密性,真空料理机100还包括第二单向阀60,第二单向阀60包括连接板61及设于连接板61上的第二阀体62,连接板61设于承载板34上,在承载板34的中心处开设有通孔,第二阀体62穿过承载板34上的通孔并朝向刀具21设置,在该第二阀体62上开设有上述的泵体气口,抽真空机构40的抽气嘴42伸入泵体气口内。具体地,在承载板34的中心处设置有环形凹槽34c,且在承载板34上设置有若干沿承载板34的中心排列设置的定位柱34d,连接板61的外周缘卡合于承载板34的环形凹槽34c内,并且在连接板61上相对应该若干定位柱34d设置有定位孔(未图示),该定位柱34d卡合于定位孔内,以实现连接板61在承载板34上的定位安装。优选地,第二单向阀60采用硅胶材质制成。
在抽真空时,搅拌容器10至抽真空机构40的抽真空气路为:气体经由搅拌容器10的工作腔11向刀座气口22输送,然后经由刀座气口22向泵体气口(即,设于泵体气口内的抽气嘴42输送)。因此,抽真空的气体通道可为形成于刀座20和顶盖本体33之间的气路腔道,该气路腔道的两通气端分别为刀座气口22及泵体气口。或者,抽真空的气体通道可为连接于刀座20和顶盖本体33之间的气管,气管的两通气端分别为该刀座气口22和泵体气口。
进一步地,顶盖30还包括盖板35,盖板35盖设于顶盖本体33远离承载板34的一端,控制主板32设于盖板35的下端面。具体地,盖板35为圆形板状结构,盖板35的下端面上设置有若干固定螺柱35a,控制主板32通过固定螺柱35a固定在盖板35的下端面上。
进一步地,为了便于控制抽真空机构40的开启和、/或关闭,在盖板35的上端面设置有按键35b,按键35b电性连接于控制主板32,该按键35b用以控制抽真空机构40的开启和、/或关闭。优选地,按键35b为硅胶按键35b,以具有良好的按压手感。
操作时,将顶盖30安装在刀座20上,按压上述按键35b,即可启动抽真空机构40对搅拌容器10进行抽真空操作。当抽真空完成后,可将顶盖30与刀座20分离,然后将刀座20与外接底座配合连接,利用外接底座的驱动机构驱动刀座20的刀具21转动,从而实现对搅拌容器10内的食物进行搅拌。
本发明提供的真空料理机采用与刀座可分离连接,当需要进行抽真空时,只需将与刀座连接,即可实现抽真空。而当抽真空完成后,由于刀座上的刀座气口是气密性连通于搅拌容器的工作腔的,因此,在抽真空完成后,刀座气口能够保持其气密性,即,使得搅拌容器也具有密封功能,在用户需要将抽真空后的果汁携带外出时,只需将拆下即可,无需将果汁倒在其他容器,确保果汁的真空效果,同时也方便用户携带外出。

Claims (12)
- 一种真空料理机,包括:搅拌容器,所述搅拌容器设有顶部开口的工作腔;刀座,所述刀座与所述搅拌容器连接,以封盖所述工作腔的顶部开口,所述刀座设有刀具,所述刀具伸入所述工作腔内,用以粉碎或搅拌所述工作腔内的食物;顶盖,所述顶盖与所述刀座连接,且所述顶盖设有朝向所述刀座开口的容腔,所述顶盖的容腔内设有控制主板;抽真空机构,所述抽真空机构设于所述顶盖的容腔内,所述抽真空机构与所述控制主板电性连接,所述抽真空机构设有抽气嘴和排气嘴;以及气体通道,所述气体通道包括刀座气口及泵体气口,所述气体通道用于在所述刀座气口及所述泵体气口之间气密性输送气体;其中,所述泵体气口气密性连接于所述抽真空机构的抽气嘴;当所述顶盖连接于所述刀座上时,所述刀座气口气密性连通于所述搅拌容器的工作腔,所述泵体气口气密性连接于所述刀座气口。
- 如权利要求1所述的真空料理机,其特征在于:所述气体通道为形成于所述刀座和所述顶盖之间的的气路腔道,所述气路腔道的两通气端分别为所述刀座气口及所述泵体气口;或者,所述气体通道为连接于所述刀座和所述顶盖的气管,所述气管的两通气端分别为所述刀座气口和所述泵体气口。
- 如权利要求1所述的真空料理机,其特征在于:所述刀座为中空的圆柱形结构,所述刀座的中空部内设有分隔板,所述分隔板将所述刀座的中空部分隔成第一腔体及第二腔体,所述第一腔体的开口朝向所述顶盖设置,所述第二腔体的开口朝向所述搅拌容器的工作腔设置,所述分隔板的上端面中心处向所述分隔板的下端面凹陷形成一凹陷部,所述抽真空机构的抽气嘴对应所述凹陷部设置,所述刀具设于所述分隔板的下端面中心处,所述刀具包括刀片、转轴及刀盖,所述转轴的一端与所述刀片连接,所述转轴的另一端穿过所述凹陷部,所述刀盖与所述转轴的另一端固定连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的真空料理机,其特征在于:所述分隔板的下端面设有朝向所述搅拌容器的工作腔凸起的台阶,所述真空料理机还包括第一密封件, 所述第一密封件套设于所述台阶的外周缘,所述第一密封件包括第一密封面及第二密封面,所述第一密封面紧贴于所述分隔板的下端面设置,当所述刀座与所述搅拌容器连接时,所述第一密封件的第二密封面紧贴于所述搅拌容器的顶面设置。
- 如权利要求3或4所述的真空料理机,其特征在于:所述分隔板的上端面上设置有圆柱形凸台,所述圆柱形凸台上开设有贯穿所述分隔板的通孔,以形成所述刀座气口,所述刀座气口上设置有第一单向阀,所述第一单向阀包括第一阀体及第一部件,所述第一阀体伸入所述刀座气口内,所述第一部件与所述第一阀体连接,且所述第一部分抵接于所述圆柱形凸台的顶面上。
- 如权利要求5所述的真空料理机,其特征在于:刀座气口内设有环形凸台及弹性件,所述弹性件套设于所述第一阀体,且所述弹性件的一端设于所述环形凸台上,所述弹性件的另一端与所述第一部件连接,所述弹性件用以对所述第一部件施加拉力以使所述第一部件始终抵接于所述圆柱形凸台的顶面上。
- 如权利要求5或6所述的真空料理机,其特征在于:所述真空料理机还包括第二密封件,所述第一单向阀还包括第二部件,所述第二部件设于所述第一阀体远离所述第一部件的一端,所述第二密封件套设于所述第一阀体上,且所述第二密封件的一端与所述第二部件连接,所述第二密封件用以在抽真空后堵塞所述第一阀体与所述刀座气口之间的间隙,以实现对所述刀座气口的密封。
- 如权利要求1所述的真空料理机,其特征在于:所述顶盖包括顶盖本体及承载板,所述顶盖本体上设有所述容腔,所述承载板设于所述刀座及所述顶盖本体之间,且所述承载板封盖所述容腔的开口,所述抽真空机构设于所述承载板的上端面,以使所述抽真空机构位于所述容腔内。
- 如权利要求8所述的真空料理机,其特征在于:真空料理机还包括第二单向阀,所述第二单向阀包括连接板及设于所述连接板上的第二阀体,所述连接板设于所述承载板上,所述承载板的中心处开设有通孔,所述第二阀体穿过所述通孔并朝向所述刀具设置,所述第二阀体上开设有所述泵体气口,所述抽真空机构的抽气嘴伸入所述泵体气口内。
- 如权利要求8或9所述的真空料理机,其特征在于:所述承载板的上端面设置有用以支撑固定所述抽真空机构的承载架。
- 如权利要求8所述的真空料理机,其特征在于:所述顶盖还包括盖板, 所述盖板盖设于所述顶盖本体远离所述承载板的一端,所述控制主板设于所述盖板的下端面。
- 如权利要求11所述的真空料理机,其特征在于:所述盖板的上端面设置有按键,所述按键电性连接于所述控制主板,所述按键用以控制所述抽真空机构的开启和、/或关闭。
