Description

一种显示面板及其制程 【技术领域】
本申请涉及显示技术领域,更具体的说,涉及一种显示面板及其制程。
【背景技术】
液晶显示器具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。现有市场上的液晶显示器大部分为背光型液晶显示器,其包括液晶面板及背光模组(backlightmodule)。液晶面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分子,并在两片玻璃基板上施加驱动电压来控制液晶分子的旋转方向,以将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。
其中,薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display,TFT-LCD)由于具有低的功耗、优异的画面品质以及较高的生产良率等性能,目前已经逐渐占据了显示领域的主导地位。同样,薄膜晶体管液晶显示器包含液晶面板和背光模组,液晶面板包括彩膜基板(Color Filter Substrate,CF Substrate,也称彩色滤光片基板)、薄膜晶体管阵列基板(Thin Film Transistor Substrate,TFTSubstrate)和光罩(Mask),上述基板的相对内侧存在透明电极。两片基板之间夹一层液晶分子(LiquidCrystal,LC)。
随着薄膜晶体管液晶显示器逐渐往超大尺寸、高驱动频率、高分辨率等方面发展,薄膜晶体管液晶显示器在制作时,如何能更薄化、制程步骤更简化不仅影响着显示面板的加工质量和效率,也决定着成本。
【发明内容】
本申请所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有偏振作用、制程更便利的显示面板。
此外,本申请还提供一种显示面板的制程。
另外,本申请还提供一种显示装置。
本申请的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括
基板;
复合材料层,所述复合材料层设置在所述基板的内表面上,所述复合材料层包括具有偏振功能的偏振层和涂布在所述偏振层表面上的配向层。
其中,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有配向膜,所述第二基板外表面设置有偏振片。两个基板中仅一个基板的对置侧内表面设置复合材料层以具备偏光效果和配向能力,另一个基板则涂布传统的配向膜(polyimide,PI),作为一种复合材料层设置的方式。
其中,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述配向膜,所述第一基板外表面设置有偏振片。
两个基板中仅一个基板的对置侧内表面设置复合材料层以具备偏光效果和配向能力,另一个基板则涂布传统的配向膜(polyimide,PI),作为一种复合材料层设置的方式。
其中,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层。作为一种复合材料层设置的方式。两个基板中两个基板的相向侧内表面设置复合材料层以具备偏光效果和配向能力,使得显示面板两侧都具备偏振能力。
其中,两个所述基板之间还设置有间隔单元和液晶分子,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第二基板上设置有彩色滤光层和黑矩阵。这里是显示面板的具体结构。薄膜晶体管(Thin Film  Transistor,TFT)所在的第一基板可作为阵列基板(Thin Film Transistor Substrate,TFT Substrate),彩色滤光层(Color Filter,CF所在的第二基板可作为彩膜基板(Color Filter Substrate,CF Substrate),間隔單元(photo spacer,PS)在两块基板之间散布可使两者保持一定的间隔,黑矩阵(black matrix),BM)用作防止背景光泄漏,提高显示对比度,防止混色和增加颜色的纯度。
根据本申请的又一个方面,本申请还公开了一种显示面板的制程,所述显示面板包括基板,包括步骤:
在所述基板上涂布复合材料层;
处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配。
所述复合材料层包括具有偏振功能的偏振层和涂布在所述偏振层表面上的配向层。
其中,通过激光处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配。光配向材料形成配向膜的变化机制中以光致裂解机制混合PI而形成光配向材料,因而具有安定性和配向稳定性。激光(laser)取材方便,定向发光,亮度高。
其中,所述显示面板包括透明导电层,通过对所述透明导电层施加驱动电压处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配。一种对复合材料层的极性化和配向分配处理的实施方式,利用面板本来的结构特性实现。
其中,通过摩擦处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配。利用对高分子polyimide的表面施予绒布滚轮进行接触式之顺向机械式摩擦行为,摩擦高分子表面所供的能量使高分子主链因延伸而顺向排列,达到液晶配向排列的方法;此项技术的优点为摩擦定向方式操作时间极短,在常温下操作即可,具有优异量产特性。
根据本申请的又一个方面,本申请还公开了一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括背光模组和如上所述的显示面板。
本申请由于复合材料层由具有偏振功能的偏振层和涂布在所述偏振层表面上的配向层构成,可省掉显示面板的制程中的步骤以及对组后显示装置中偏振 片(polarizer)的贴覆,减少工艺与降低材料成本。

在所述基板上涂布复合材料层7;
处理所述复合材料层7的极性化和配向分配。
所述复合材料层包括具有偏振功能的偏振层和涂布在所述偏振层表面上的配向层。
因为具有配向性质的材料常具高极性、高吸水性,于储存或运送时容易变质而造成配向不均匀,所以需要进行步骤B的工序。再这之后需要在两块基板 之间散布间隔单元(photo spacer,PS)用来使两者保持一定的间隔,这样便于成盒。对于用作液晶面板的显示面板而言,再者便是对液晶盒内部抽真空,然后注入液晶分子(Liquid Crystal,LC),之后经过组装成为液晶显示器。
本申请的又一个实施例,所述显示面板包括基板,包括步骤:在所述基板上涂布复合材料层7;通过激光处理所述复合材料层7的极性化和配向分配。光配向材料形成配向膜的变化机制中以光致裂解机制混合PI而形成光配向材料,因而具有安定性和配向稳定性。激光(laser)取材方便,定向发光,亮度高。
其中,通过激光处理所述复合材料层7的极性化和配向分配。
本申请的又一个实施例,如图5至图6所示,所述显示面板包括基板,包括步骤:在所述基板上涂布复合材料层7;所述显示面板包括透明导电层6,通过对所述透明导电层6施加驱动电压8处理所述复合材料层7的极性化和配向分配。一种对复合材料层7的极性化和配向分配处理的实施方式,利用面板本来的结构特性实现。

具体的,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有配向膜,所述第二基板外表面设置有偏振片。两个基板中仅一个基板的对置侧内表面设置复合材料层以具备偏光效果和配向能力,另一个基板则涂布传统的配向膜(polyimide,PI),作为一种复合材料层设置的方式。显示面板在具有复合材料层7的基板的一侧具有偏振功能,可节省cell对组后基板两侧需要贴的偏振片(polarizer),从而达到减少制程与节省成本的效益。
具体的,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述配向膜,所述第一基板外表面设置有偏振片。
两个基板中仅一个基板的对置侧内表面设置复合材料层以具备偏光效果和配向能力,另一个基板则涂布传统的配向膜(polyimide,PI),作为一种复合材料层设置的方式。显示面板在具有复合材料层7的基板的一侧具有偏振功能,可节省cell对组后基板两侧需要贴的偏振片(polarizer),从而达到减少制程与节省成本的效益。
具体的,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层。作为一种 复合材料层设置的方式。两个基板中两个基板的相向侧内表面设置复合材料层以具备偏光效果和配向能力,使得显示面板两侧都具备偏振能力。显示面板在具有复合材料层7的基板的一侧具有偏振功能,可省掉cell对组后基板两侧需要贴的偏振片(polarizer),从而达到减少制程与节省成本的效益。
需要说明的是,在上述实施例中,所述基板的材料可以选用玻璃、塑料等。
在上述实施例中,彩膜基板可包括TFT阵列,彩膜及TFT阵列可形成于同一基板上,阵列基板可包括彩色滤光层。
在上述实施例中,本申请的显示面板可为曲面型面板。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种显示面板,包括
    基板;
    复合材料层,所述复合材料层设置在所述基板的内表面上,所述复合材料层包括具有偏振功能的偏振层和涂布在所述偏振层表面上的配向层;
    其中,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有配向膜,所述第二基板外表面设置有偏振片;或者,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述配向膜,所述第一基板外表面设置有偏振片;或者,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层;
    其中,两个所述基板之间还设置有间隔单元和液晶分子,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第二基板上设置有彩色滤光层和黑矩阵。
  2. 一种显示面板,包括
    基板;
    复合材料层,所述复合材料层设置在所述基板的内表面上,所述复合材料层包括具有偏振功能的偏振层和涂布在所述偏振层表面上的配向层。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述 第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有配向膜,所述第二基板外表面设置有偏振片。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述配向膜,所述第一基板外表面设置有偏振片。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中两个所述基板之间还设置有间隔单元和液晶分子,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第二基板上设置有彩色滤光层和黑矩阵。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的显示面板,其中两个所述基板之间还设置有间隔单元和液晶分子,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第二基板上设置有彩色滤光层和黑矩阵。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有配向膜,所述第二基板外表面设置有偏振片;两个所述基板之间还设置有间隔单元和液晶分子,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第二基板上设置有彩色滤光层和黑矩阵。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的显示面板,其中两个所述基板之间还设置有间隔单 元和液晶分子,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第二基板上设置有彩色滤光层和黑矩阵。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述配向膜,所述第一基板外表面设置有偏振片;两个所述基板之间还设置有间隔单元和液晶分子,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第二基板上设置有彩色滤光层和黑矩阵。
  11. 如权利要求5所述的显示面板,其中两个所述基板之间还设置有间隔单元和液晶分子,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第二基板上设置有彩色滤光层和黑矩阵。
  12. 如权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层;两个所述基板之间还设置有间隔单元和液晶分子,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第二基板上设置有彩色滤光层和黑矩阵。
  13. 如权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有配向膜,所述第二基板外表面设置有偏振片;或者,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述配向膜,所述第一基板外表面设置有偏振片;或者,所述基板 包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板和所述第二基板对置,所述第一基板靠近所述第二基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层,所述第二基板靠近所述第一基板的内表面上设置有所述复合材料层;
    两个所述基板之间还设置有间隔单元和液晶分子,所述基板包括第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板上设置有薄膜晶体管,所述第二基板上设置有彩色滤光层和黑矩阵。
  14. 一种显示面板的制程,其中所述显示面板包括基板,所述制程包括步骤:
    在所述基板内表面涂布复合材料层;
    处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配;
    所述复合材料层包括具有偏振功能的偏振层和涂布在所述偏振层表面上的配向层。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的显示面板的制程,其中通过激光处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的显示面板的制程,其中所述显示面板包括透明导电层,通过对所述透明导电层施加驱动电压处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的显示面板的制程,其中通过激光处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配;所述显示面板包括透明导电层,通过对所述透明导电层施加驱动电压处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配。
  18. 如权利要求14所述的显示面板的制程,其中通过摩擦处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配。
  19. 如权利要求14所述的显示面板的制程,其中通过激光处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配;通过摩擦处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配。
  20. 如权利要求14所述的显示面板的制程,其中通过激光处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配;所述显示面板包括透明导电层,通过对所述透明导 电层施加驱动电压处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配;通过摩擦处理所述复合材料层的极性化和配向分配。
