La présente invention concerne une casquette sur laquelle es monté un module de conduction osseuse, la casquette comprenant : une partie de corps (100) en contact direct avec la tête d'un utilisateur ; une partie de casquette (200) saillant par rapport à une partie avant de la partie de corps (100) ; et un module de conduction osseuse (300) placé sur la partie de corps (100) et la partie de casquette (200), la partie de corps (100) étant munie des deux côtés d'une partie de production de signal audio (110), la partie de casquette (200) étant munie sur un côté d'une première partie en creux (210) et de l'autre côté d'une seconde partie en creux (220), une partie de communication sans fil (310) du module de conduction osseuse (300) étant insérée dans la première partie en creux (210), une partie de batterie (320) du module de conduction osseuse (300) étant insérée dans la seconde partie en creux (220), et la première partie en creux (210) et la seconde partie en creux (220) étant séparées l'une de l'autre des deux côtés de la partie de casquette (200) et formées à une profondeur plus faible que l'épaisseur de la partie de casquette (200). Le montage du module de conduction osseuse sur la casquette ne réduit pas la capacité de la casquette à être portée, ni n'affecte le modèle particulier de la casquette, et l'humidité entrant depuis l'extérieur est bloquée de telle sorte que la casquette peut être utilisée en toute sécurité pendant une longue durée.
